  • In this paper, we show the existence of solution of the neutral stochastic functional differential equations under non-Lipschitz condition, a weakened linear growth condition and a contractive condition. Furthermore, in order to obtain the existence of solution to the equation we used the Picard sequence.

  • In this paper, we deal with the Euler-Maruyama (EM) scheme for stochastic differential equations driven by G-Brownian motion (G-SDEs). Under the linear growth and the local Lipschitz conditions, the strong convergence as well as the rate of convergence of the EM numerical solution to the exact solution for G-SDEs are established.

  • In the theory of the conditional Wiener integral, the integrand is a functional of the standard Wiener process. In this paper we consider a conditional function space integral for functionals of more general stochastic process and the generalized Kac-Feynman integral equation. We first show that the existence of a partial differential equation. We then show that the generalized Kac-Feynman integral equation is equivalent to the partial differential equation.

  • Many deterministic systems are described by Ordinary differential equations and can often be improved by including stochastic effects, but numerical methods for solving stochastic differential equations(SDEs) are required, and work in this area is far less advanced than for deterministic differential equations. In this paper, first we follow [7] to describe Runge-Kutta methods with order 2 from Taylor approximations in the weak sense and present two well known Runge-Kutta methods, RK2-TO and RK2-PL. Then we obtain a new 3-stage explicit Runge-Kutta with order 2 in weak sense and compare the numerical results among these three methods.

  • In this paper, a two-parameter version of Ikeda-Watanabe's mollifiers approximation of the Brownian motion is considered, and an approximation theorem corresponding to the one parameter case is proved. Using this approximation, we formulate Wong-Zakai type theorem is a Stochastic Differential Equation (SDE) driven by a two-parameter Wiener process.

  • A continuous time asymmetric power GARCH(1,1) model is suggested, based on a single background driving L$\'{e}$vy process. The stochastic differential equation for the given process is derived and the strict stationarity and kth order moment conditions are examined.

  • In this paper the Milstein method is proposed to approximate the solution of a linear stochastic differential equation with Poisson-driven jumps. The strong Milstein method and the weak Milstein method are shown to capture the mean square stability of the system. Furthermore using some technique, our result shows that these two kinds of Milstein methods can well reproduce the stochastically asymptotical stability of the system for all sufficiently small time-steps. Some numerical experiments are given to demonstrate the conclusions.

  • In this paper we consider estimation of a real valued parameter in the drift coefficient of a Hilbert space valued Ito stochastic differential equation. First we consider observation of the corresponding diffusion in a fixed time interval [0, T] and prove the Bernstein - von Mises theorem concerning the convergence of posterior distribution of the parameter given the observation, suitably normalised and centered at the MLE, to the normal distribution as Tlongrightarrow$\infty$. As a consequence, the Bayes estimator of the drift parameter becomes asymptotically efficient and asymptotically equivalent to the MLE as Tlongrightarrow$\infty$. Next, we consider observation in a random time interval where the random time is determined by a predetermined level of precision. We show that the sequential MLE is better than the ordinary MLE in the sense that the former is unbiased, uniformly normally distributed and efficient but is latter is not so.

  • In this paper, we analyze the dynamics of langevine competitive learning neural network based on its fokker-plank equation. From the viewpont of the stochastic differential equation (SDE), langevine competitive learning equation is one of langevine stochastic differential equation and has the diffusin equation on the topological space (.ohm., F, P) with probability measure. We derive the fokker-plank equation from the proposed algorithm and prove by introducing a infinitestimal operator for markov semigroups, that the weight vector in the particular simplex can converge to the globally optimal point under the condition of some convex or pseudo-convex performance measure function. Experimental resutls for pattern recognition of the remote sensing data indicate the superiority of langevine competitive learning neural network in comparison to the conventional competitive learning neural network.
