This research assumes that expanding the depth and range of thinking can be achieved through systems thinking education to the youth. To verify this assumption, degree of expansion of thinking was evaluated after the systems thinking education was done to middle school students in Kyeongi province. As a result, significant statistical difference was found. More variables were presented after systems thinking education. This means education program enhances student's thinking ability. Possibility of systems thinking application can be verified through systems thinking education to the various ranges of students in the future.

The work is devoted to the problem of modernization of the higher education system of Ukraine through the integration of higher education institutions into the European Higher Education Area. Based on the analysis of statistical data, a conclusion was made about the collapse of the higher education system of Ukraine due to a number of problems, which negatively affects the formation of human capital. The importance of international cooperation with the EU in the field of education for the modernization of higher education is substantiated. The institutional principles of formation are investigated, the main priorities of its development at the present stage are determined. The legal bases of European integration of higher education in Ukraine are analyzed. An analysis of the development of international cooperation of Ukrainian universities and their participation in European educational programs. There is a positive tendency to increase the activity of Ukrainian universities in international cooperation, which increases their position in international rankings. Weaknesses of integration processes are revealed and directions of improvement of higher education are offered.

The stochastic response surface method (SRSM) and the response surface method (RSM) are often used for structural reliability analysis, especially for reliability problems with implicit performance functions. This paper aims to compare these two methods in terms of fitting the performance function, accuracy and efficiency in estimating probability of failure as well as statistical moments of system output response. The computational procedures of two response surface methods are briefly introduced first. Then their capabilities are demonstrated and compared in detail through two examples. The results indicate that the probability of failure mainly reflects the accuracy of the response surface function (RSF) fitting the performance function in the vicinity of the design point, while the statistical moments of system output response reflect the accuracy of the RSF fitting the performance function in the entire space. In addition, the performance function can be well fitted by the SRSM with an optimal order polynomial chaos expansion both in the entire physical and in the independent standard normal spaces. However, it can be only well fitted by the RSM in the vicinity of the design point. For reliability problems involving random variables with approximate normal distributions, such as normal, lognormal, and Gumbel Max distributions, both the probability of failure and statistical moments of system output response can be accurately estimated by the SRSM, whereas the RSM can only produce the probability of failure with a reasonable accuracy.

본 연구는 학교 교육과정 편성을 위한 학부모, 교사, 학생, 지역사회의 요구와 의견을 신속하게 파악하고, 이를 분석하여 학교 교육활동 및 운영을 효율적으로 하기 위한 온라인 설문조사 시스템 구현을 그 목적으로 한다. 온라인 설문조사 시스템은 프로그램 설치 비용이나 관리 비용을 절감할 수 있도록 오픈소스 설문조사 프로그램 Limesurvey을 기반으로 구현하도록 한다. Limesurvey는 설문조사를 위해 별도의 프로그램 개발 없이도 사용 가능하며 웹기반 템플릿 시스템 형태로 전체 디자인과 레이아웃을 제공하고 설문결과에 대한 기본적인 통계 분석 자료도 제공해 준다. 또한 Limesurvey는 웹호스팅에 간단히 프로그램을 설치하고 DB정보만을 입력하여 실행 가능하다. Limesurvey는 통계 결과를 간단히 그래프화 시킬 수 있으며 HTML, Word, Excel, CSV File, PDF 파일 형태로 저장 가능하고 SPSS나 PASW, R data등 다른 통계 처리 프로그램 위한 기본 데이터로도 저장이 가능하다. 초등학교 현장에서 교육과정 편성 기초조사 단계나 평가단계에서 활용되는 설문조사 시스템은 학교 홈페이지 운영업체나 기업에서 제공하는 상용화 프로그램을 이용하거나 회원가입을 통한 제한적인 형태의 온라인 설문조사 시스템을 운영할 수 밖에 없었다. 본 연구를 통하여 오픈소스 기반 형태의 Limesurvey 설문조사 프로그램을 운영한다면 통제처리에 대한 교사의 업무를 경감시킬 수 있으며 오프라인 수집 형태의 설문조사의 문제점을 극복할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The aim of this work is to study the specifics of demographic processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan and to justify proposals concerning improvement of tendencies and methods of realizations of demographic policy in the country. The following methods have been used in this study: the principles of system approach; methods of statistical and comparative economic analysis, sociological analysis; method of expert evaluations; generalization and system analysis. Statistical method is based on the accountability of statistics office of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK) and on the results of sociological studies. The official statistic information, materials of the population census of the RK, materials of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of RK, data from author's studies, carried out in the Institute of Economy of science committee of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan were used in this study. The conclusion about positive tendencies in demographic processes and about necessity of improvement of demographic policy was made. A number of proposals and recommendations concerning creation of favorable social and economic conditions for improvement of demographic situation, enhancement of institutional basis of demographic policy, forms and methods of its realization considering priorities of future development of Kazakhstan were justified.

본 연구는 2012년부터 2016년까지 5년간의 (구)국민안전처 내부 소방행정자료와 통계연보, (구)소방방재청 통계와 통계청 자료 등을 활용, 우리나라 의용소방대의 소방 활동과 각종 대민봉사 지원활동 전반에 대한 통계분석을 통해 현실적 문제점을 도출하여 개선방안을 모색하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 농촌지역 특성을 고려한 의용소방대 정원관리제도 보완 둘째, 의용소방대 내부적 갈등요인 해소를 위한 교양교육제도 강화 셋째, 의용소방대장 등 관리계층 대원들의 조직운영 리더십 역량강화 넷째, 지역여건에 맞는 의용소방대 교육 훈련제도 확립 다섯째, 의용소방대 대형재난현장 활동 보상제도 개선이다. 본 연구결과는 향후, 우리나라 의용소방대 발전의 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects school business hospital-based integrated health education on learning transfer factor and level. Methods : This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 60 students at D college using metastatic diagnostic tool who took the integrated health education curriculum, statistical analysis utilized the SPSS 17.0 for window version. Results : On comparison of the details 5 clauses, 29 questions using LTSI, this study found that the integrated health education based on the school business hospital is effective for learning transfer. Conclusion : What the integrated health education based on clinic practice system at D college to overcome the limitations of health and medical line is effective for learning transfer and it will be useful to cultivate professional.

본 연구에서는 초등학생들이 사용하는 채팅 언어를 분석하고 이를 통해 발견된 특성을 제시하며, 나아가 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 채팅언어의 분석은 문장들 간의 유기적 관계를 고려하여 형식상, 내용상, 통계상의 특성으로 구분하여 분석한다. 분석 결과로 유아발음으로 변형되어 쓰기, 음절의 앞 뒤 바꾸어 쓰기, 상대방이 불분명한 대화와 같은 새로운 특성이 발견되었다. 분석 결과를 통하여 언어의 오용을 최소화하고, 아동의 정서발달에 긍정적인 채팅 문화를 정착시키기 위해 채팅 관련 컴퓨터 시스템적 방안을 제안한다.

The paper aims to evaluate the quality of fisheries census statistic and to provide some desirable directions and improvements for the future fisheries census, conducted by the Government. For the quality diagnosis of fisheries census statistic, specific processes of fisheries census and statistical qualities of each dimension are surveyed and evaluated by a Government's practician, two external examiners and a research group. Results show that census design, data analysis and quality control are evaluated relatively low in specific processes, and accessibility and comparability are evaluated relatively lower than relevance, accuracy, timeliness and consistency in statistical qualities. For minimizing the sampling errors, the probability proportion method should be employed in sampling methods from currently simple sampling method. In addition, fisheries census statistic is desirable to include and compare with those of different countries for consumer oriented data system.

This study analyzed the factors affecting the educational effect of safety innovation education for management of public institutions. A survey was conducted on 294 CEOs and executive directors of public institutions (divided into construction sites, workplaces, and research facilities) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the impact of educational participants' characteristics and behavioral intentions after safety innovation education. As a result of statistical analysis, it was found that the executive director had a higher behavioral intention than the CEO, and the education quality, education instructor, and educational environment all had a significant positive (+) effect on the behavioral intention. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to safety innovation education for management of public institutions
