탄력밴드를 이용한 슬관절 굴곡근에 대한 저항운동이 정적.동적 고유수용성감각에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Static and Dynamic Proprioception on Resistance Exercise with Elastic Band)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of resistance exercise on static and dynamic proprioception by applying elastic bands to the knee flexor, which can be performed earlier than proprioception, a weight bearing pattern. Proprioceptive training may be applied to the early period of recuperation training along with resistance exercise to prevent damage to the knees and the joints in the lower body, as well as the reoccurrence of injury, which is expected to improve the effect of static and dynamic proprioceptive training. Methods: The subjects of this study were 32 men and women in their 20s who volunteered to participate in the experiment which was carried out over the course of 6 weeks from March 14 to April 24 at K Hospital located in Yongin City. They were tested in two groups: the elastic band resistance exercise group (RE: Resistance Excercise Group, n=17) and the joint motion range exercise group(ROM: Range of Motion Group, n=15). In this experiment, static and dynamic proprioceptive tests were given to both groups before and after the test. In this study, SPSS Win ver.12.0 was utilized to perform a T-test on the independent samples in order to validate the identical features of subjects in the RE and ROM Group and substantiate the significance as to the difference between both groups before and after the test. Also, a paired T-test was conducted to compare the static and dynamic proprioception of both groups before and after the test. The statistical significance levels were ${\alpha}$=.05. Results: 1.The static proprioception in both groups, RE and ROM, increased in a statistically significant way after the test(p<.05). 2.The static propriocetion of the RE group increased in a statistically significant way after the test(p<.05). However, the increase of the static proprioception in the ROM group was not statistically significant. 3.Static and dynamic proprioception of the RE group increased significantly more than that of the ROM group after the test(p<.05). Conclusion: The resistance exercise using elastic bands improved the static and dynamic proprioception more than the joint motion range exercise did, reducing the risk of injury by enhancing the location sense of the joints and the sense of motion and shortening the period of recovery from injury. The outcome of the experiment may provide basic data for developing an effective way to reduce the risk of injury among ordinary people and athletes.

송수신기 배열에 따른 굴절 주시 역산의 영향 인자 및 신뢰성 분석 (Analysis on the Reliability and Influence Factors of Refraction Traveltime Tomography Depending on Source-receiver Configuration)

  • 육상 탄성파 탐사에서 불규칙한 지표 고도차와 천부 지층의 풍화대는 자료의 반사파 신호를 왜곡시킨다. 그러므로 일반적인 육상 탄성파 탐사 자료는 정적 보정(static correction)을 통해 이러한 왜곡을 보정해야 한다. 정적 보정을 하기 위해 천부 지층의 속도가 필요하며, 이 속도는 굴절법 탐사를 통해 구할 수 있다. 그러나 육상 탄성파 탐사자료는 탐사 현장에 대한 허가나 현장 여건 그리고 장비 보유 현황에 따라 제한된 형태로 취득되는 경우가 많다. 이러한 상황에서는 송수신기 배열이 제한되어 굴절법 탐사에 적합한 자료를 얻을 수 없기 때문에 반사법 자료로 굴절법 해석을 수행할 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 불규칙 지표 모델에서 제한된 송수신기 배열을 이용하여 얻은 반사법 자료로 굴절 주시 역산을 수행하고 결과의 신뢰성을 분석하였다. 불규칙한 지표와 평탄한 지표를 갖는 모델에 대한 역산 결과를 비교하여 지표 고도 차이가 역산 결과의 신뢰성에 약간의 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 송신원 개수에 따른 역산을 통해 극히 적은 수의 송신원이 아니라면 역산 결과의 신뢰성에 크게 영향을 주지 않음을 보였다. 반면에 제한된 배열의 수신기를 사용할 경우에는 수신기 전개영역의 중첩된 부분에서 속도왜곡이 발생함을 관찰하였고, 속도왜곡이 발생하지 않기 위한 최소 중첩영역의 크기를 제안하였다. 마지막으로 현장 자료의 지형 조건과 송수신기 배열 정보를 이용하여 수치 모형 실험을 수행하였고, 신뢰성 분석 결과를 검증하였다. 신뢰성 분석 결과를 토대로 현장 자료 역산 결과에 신뢰할 수 있는 영역과 해석에 유의해야 할 영역을 구분하였다.

  • The safety and comfort of car seats wee studied by utilization of engineering analysis/ experiment and human engineering data. As important factors of the static seating comfort, static spring constant, body pressure distribution, driving posture were discussed. In connection with the dynamic seating comfort, vibrational characteristics of domestic car seats(natural frequencies, damping, frequency spectrum, transmission ratio)were measured and discussed. Finally, the safety of the seat was analyzed and evaluated through calculation and experiments.

  • TFT2DS was developed to provide the usability as an analytic and design tool. The static characteristics of a-Si TFTs demonstrated a good agreement between simulated and measured data. This paper shows that WDS can optimize the physical parameters of a-Si through sensitivity simulations and compute the static characteristics of a-Si TFTs.

  • 우리나라에서 현장타설말뚝은 주로 암반에 관입되어 사용되고 있다. 타입말뚝 시공시 발생하는 진동과 소음의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 장점을 지니고 있어, 현장타설말뚝의 사용이 점점 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 부산 광안대로와 수영 3호교 건설현장의 암반에 관입된 현장타설말뚝 2본에 대한 정재하시험 데이터와 기존에 제안되어진 여러 극한지지력 산정식을 비교.검토 하였으며, 이 과정에서 발견한 국내설계의 문제점을 제시하고 이를 보완하기 위한 방법을 제안하고자 하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of static stretching and Evjenth-Hamberg stretching the on range of motion (ROM) of the knee joint. The subjects were composed of twenty healthy males without weight-training experience. The ROM of the knee joint was measured by using an En-Knee. Three tests (performed on the 1st week, 4th week, and 8th week) were conducted to examine the change of each variable. Data were analyzed with a $2{\times}3$ analysis of variance (group${\times}$test) for repeated measures on last factor through SPSS 10.0. The data analysis revealed the change in the ROM was dependent on the stretching method. The results were as follows: The ROM was improved in both methods by each time, but the E-HS was more improved than the SS. In conclusion, this study indicated that the E-HS is more efficient than the SS on the ROM of the knee joint.

  • This paper presents an overview of testing and analyzing field performance of a centrifugal chiller which has a rated capacity of 200 RT(703 kW). Field data of a chiller installed in the cleanroom research building of KIST has been collected far performance analysis. The operating data included start-up, shut-down, and quasi-static state where cooling capacity and compressor power consumption varied cyclically. It was found that the steady-state thermodynamic model could be applied to relate the cooling capacity and COP under quasi-static conditions. The results led to finding the required cooling load pattern and a possible energy saving method. This study provides a method of evaluating performance of a large capacity centrifugal chiller in which field test is necessary.

  • The purpose of this study is to obtain basic data for making performance criteria about the structural safety of lightweight dry wall later by examining types and characteristics of horizontal load acting on the wall. The subjects applying horizontal load to the wall are human and objects. The types of horizontal load are classified as static load and dynamic load depending on the difference of acting time. The magnitude of horizontal load "0.25kN/㎡" defined by KBC 2009 has no significant meaning since it is the unsubstantial nominal load. The result of examining types and characteristics of horizontal load is as follows. (1) Static load by human needs to have more systematic investigation including differences in wall hardness and human weight. (2) Dynamic load by human needs to raise the significance of study result by increasing the number of subjects. (3) Dynamic load by objects needs to accumulate the load specific data for various load subjects considering real situations.

Application of cohesive zone model to large scale circumferential through-wall and 360° surface cracked pipes under static and dynamic loadings

  • This paper presents ductile fracture simulation of full-scale cracked pipe for nuclear piping materials using the cohesive zone model (CZM). The main objective of this study is to investigate the applicability of CZM to predict ductile fracture of cracked pipes with various crack shapes and under quasi-static/dynamic loadings. The transferability of the traction-separation (T-S) curve from a small-scale specimen to a full-scale pipe is demonstrated by simulating small- and full-scale tests. T-S curves are calibrated by comparing experimental data of compact tension specimens with finite element analysis results. The calibrated T-S curves are utilized to predict the fracture behavior of cracked pipes. Three types of full-scale pipe tests are considered: pipe with circumferential through-wall crack under quasistatic/dynamic loadings, and with 360° internal surface crack under quasi-static loading. Computational results using the calibrated T-S curves show a good agreement with experimental data, demonstrating the transferability of the T-S curves from small-scale specimen.
