Network analysis applications in energy management systems play a key role in the economic and reliable operation of power systems. In order to provide operators with useful network information, the accurate results of topology processing, state estimation, power flow, and contingency analysis must be simulated. This paper proposes a validation methodology of network analysis applications in energy management systems. The energy management systems was checked to ensure that it meets the originally specified functions based on the proposed methodology. In addition, the performance of state estimation is evaluated with the reference of the proposed methodology. The proposed methodology is being conducted by energy management systems and the Korean power systems have been utilized for the test systems.

Variable sampling Interval (VSI) control charts vary the sampling interval according to value of the control statistic while the sample size is fixed. It is known that control charts with 2-state VSI scheme, which uses only two sampling intervals, give good statistical properties. Variable sample size (VSS) control charts vary the sample size according to value of the control statistic while the sampling interval is fixed. In the VSS scheme no optimal results are known for the number of sample sizes. It is also known that the variable sampling rate (VSR) $\bar{X}$ control chart with 2-state VSS and 2-state VSI scheme leads to large improvements In performance over the fixed sampling rate (FSR) $\bar{X}$ chart, but the optimal number of states for sample size Is not known. In this paper, the VSR Χ charts with multi-state VSS and 2-state VSI scheme are designed and compared to 2-state VSS and 2-state VSI scheme. The multi-state VSS scheme is considered to, achieve an additional improvement by switching from the 2-state VSS scheme. On the other hand, the multi-state VSI scheme is not considered because the 2-state scheme is known to be optimal. The 3-state VSS scheme improves substantially the sensitivity of the $\bar{X}$ chart especially for small and moderate mean shifts.

According to the statistical surveys and studies, insufficient maintenance in the use of existing buildings caused fire and collapse accidents. In this respect, I analyzed the data managed by the current building maintenance and inspection system to find out the actual state of safety management and proposed two significant results. First, regarding the state of the buildings, the safety management status of the small-sized ones, where 20 years or more passed after construction, is the worst and a priority improvement plan is required. Second, there are eight deeply concerning factors for the fire incidents and collapse accidents of buildings. In the order of high risk, these factors are structural strength (seismic design), exterior wall finishing material, basement floor, interior finishing materials, other evacuation facilities, corridors stairs entrances, rooftop, fire partition. We need to have more special designs and management plans regarding high-risk factors as a system to prevent accidents in the building.

The purpose of this study was to identify the records management system through the United States Records Management Act. The focus was on dividing its record management system into a state with the federal government, and looking at the operations. State records management does not cover all states, so it cited cases in Wisconsin and California where the systems are thought to have been best overhauled. The characteristics of the United States' recordkeeping system in this study are likely to be summarized in three ways: independence and autonomy of records management are guaranteed, many exchanges with cultural institutions in the region, and a historical society that is greatly influenced by them.

Modern concepts of management of construction production systems require solving the problems of harmonization of the distribution of structural elements on the way to overcoming global destabilization processes. An effective ratio of functional subsystems of production in an environment of mutual influence create sustainable opportunities for production management and contribute to the logical development of the system as a whole in achieving the main goal of harmonious management. The purpose of the study is to develop the concept of effective management of production systems in construction with the harmonious formation of organizational structures. The results of the study allowed to reveal the harmonization approach in improving the interaction of structural elements of production and accelerating their functional sensitivity to changes in the environment. Harmonious production system more effectively adapts to the diversity of interests, goals and actions at all levels of management of different subsystems in any environment.

As the issuance of type certificate and production certificate for KC-100 Naraon, Korea is ranked as the State of Design and the State of Manufacture for civil aircraft specified in the Convention on International Civil Aviation. It means that another responsibilities are imposed and new frameworks are required for the airworthiness management including the continuing airworthiness. So far the minimum airworthiness management system was sufficient as the State of Registry for the aircraft operations and safety management. However, we need to establish and maintain the airworthiness management system for the effective certification and oversight of our air operators and approval holders. This paper introduces the new obligations under the Convention on International Civil Aviation, reviews the current aviation regulations and procedures and presents the strategy for the establishment of the regulatory system to ensure the airworthiness of aircraft.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of information support for anti-crisis management in the context of ensuring national security. In modern conditions, under the influence of COVID-19, it becomes important to develop a modern paradigm for the transformation of anti-crisis management, based on the determination of the laws of state development on the basis of the imperative of national interests and territorial integrity. These are, firstly, the patterns of development of the state system of public administration, secondly, the patterns of development of a complex of state interests, and thirdly, patterns of development of the modern model of the country's territorial integrity. As a result of the study, the key aspects of the anti-crisis management system were identified in the context of ensuring the security of national interests.
