In the vibration test, Most of the test specifications is standardized methods of sinusoidal excitation. However, in accordance with the ability of the test equipment progress and developments of electronic technology, methods of random vibration test is standardized in the MIL standard. Therefore, in this study, we tried to analyze Missile Guidance Structure using a finite element analysis with ABAQUS 6.13 that is commercial program. First, Random response analysis is analyzed. Following analyzing the results, we wanted to find the model that is lightweight and resonance does not occur.
AUTOSAR, a standard software platform for automotive, has been developed to manage software complexity and improve software reuseability. However Automated and standardized testing is needed to improve reliability and reduce time and effort on testing. Fundamental functionality of AUTOSAR RTE and basic software modules is guaranteed by using an AUTOSAR tool, but application software components have to be tested thoroughly. In this paper, we suggest a test system for the AUTOSAR software component using TTCN-3, a standardized testing language. Test execution system and test cases for the software component are generated automatically from AUTOSAR XML containing software design information. With the proposed testing techniques we can reduce time and effort to build the testing system.
The aim of the double blind test was to assess the prophylactic and therapeutic efficacy of the preparation GINSANA, containing the standardized ginseng extract PHARMATON G115,. The determination was carried out with special emphasis on the following features : general physical condition, physical performance, mental performance, enjoyment of life/mood, concentration and memory, as well as sleeping habits. Sixty test persons took part in the study, men and women between the ages of 22 and 80. The 90-day test was carried out in the form of a double blind experiment. Experimental measurements were made and the persons were also questioned. The reaction time, the optical merging threshold, the coordination of both hands and the recovery quotients, as well as the recovery rates were analyzed. The results for the serum group were clearly better than those for the placebo group, particularly for the characteristics: general physical condition, physical performance and sleeping habits. The results of the test methods used, especially with regard to the reaction time, the coordination of both hands, the recovery quotient and the recovery period, permit the following conclusion to be drawn: when administered for several weeks, GINSANA has a positive action, in the sense of an activation of the entire personality by the ginseng glycosides contained in the standardized Extracts G115.
Background Hyaluronic acid fillers can be manufactured using various processes. They have multiple properties, including their concentration, degree of modification, and rheological data. Cohesion is one such property to evaluate gel integrity; however, there is no standardized method for calculating this parameter. This study aimed to evaluate different tests for calculating hyaluronic acid cohesion and discuss the importance of hyaluronic acid cohesion as a consideration when selecting fillers. Methods The cohesion levels of five different hyaluronic acid fillers with different rheological properties were evaluated and compared using the drop weight, compression, tack, and dispersion time tests. Results The cohesion tests yielded different results in the samples. Samples 2 and 4 showed approximately two times the number of droplets when compared with Sample 5 in drop weight test. Samples 1, 2, 3, and 4 were superior to Sample 5 in tack test. Samples 1, 2, and 3 showed cohesive appearances at 95 seconds in most cases in dispersion test. Rheological test results did not reflect the measures of cohesion. Conclusion Although there are no definite standardized tests to evaluate the cohesion of hyaluronic acid fillers, our proposed tests showed similar results for different hyaluronic acid filler products. Further studies are needed to evaluate the cohesion of hyaluronic acid fillers and determine the clinical use of this distinguishing characteristic for clinicians selecting the product of choice. Level of evidence statement: These data are Level IV evidence.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of a simulation-based learning scenario using standardized respiratory patients regarding emergency care on learning satisfaction, and self efficacy, clinical skill competency of health related department students. A quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group pre-post test design was used. A total of 50 students, 25 students for the experimental group and 25 students for the control group, The experimental group received the 2 educations sessions and 1 evaluation session with 180 minutes for each session. It was implemented in November, 2013. Data were analysed using frequency, ratio and t-test by the SPSS/Win 18.0. The experimental group who had the simulation-based learning scenario using standardized respiratory patients showed significantly higher learning satisfaction and self efficacy, clinical skill competency compared with the control group who had a traditional simulation education. Through this study, simulation-based learning scenario using standardized patients was verified to be an effective teaching method to be grow up on professional competency of health related department students. Also the simulation-based learning scenario using standardized patients should be developed in the various fields.
Urinalysis is a fundamental diagnostic test routinely performed in clinical laboratories. We evaluated two manual microscopy methods, including a novel protocol, against the standardized chamber method. A total of 402 specimens, comprising 201 positive each for red blood cells (RBCs) and white blood cells (WBCs) by the strip test and automated urine sediment analyzer, were selected for the analysis. The correlation coefficients between the standardized chamber method and the novel protocol RBC and WBC test were both r=0.98, indicating a high degree of correlation. The pair-wise agreement rates for the same grade between these two methods were 86.1% for RBCs and 88.6% for WBCs, with rates within one grade difference of both at 99.5%. In contrast, the agreement rates between the standardized chamber method and smaller or medium-sized laboratory methods were notably lower, with the same-grade rates at 11.9% for RBCs and 13.4% for WBCs, and within one grade difference at 67.2% and 74.1%, respectively. Additional analyses using the intraclass correlation coefficient and Bland-Altman plots confirmed that the novel protocol exhibited superior agreement compared to the other three manual microscopy methods tested. Therefore, we recommend the novel protocol as a standardized procedure for urine sediment preparation, given its high correlation and agreement with the standardized chamber method.
Objectives : Loneliness and poor sleep quality are common phenomena in old age and are associated with negative physical and mental health. However, little is known regarding the relation between loneliness and sleep quality. The aim of this study was to examine the association of loneliness and sleep quality among the elderly living alone. Methods : This is a cross-sectional study that enrolled 1,090 subjects who are the community-residing elderly living alone. Sociodemographic status, medical condition, cognition, mood disorder, sleep quality and levels of loneliness were collected using a self-administered questionnaire and a specific semi-structured interview conducted by trained nurses. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze data regarding sociodemographic variable and loneliness. Univariate and Multivariate regression analyses were applied to examine the association between loneliness and sleep quality after adjustment for multiple confounding variables. Results : The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) mean score of "lonely group" (9.2±4.2) was significantly higher than that of "not lonely group" (7.3±3.7) (student-t test, p<0.001). Loneliness was significantly associated with PSQI (standardized β=0.065, p=0.025), sleep disturbance (standardized β=0.086, p=0.005), use of sleep medication (standardized β=0.065, p=0.034) after adjustment for possible confounding variables including sex and mood disorder. Conclusions : Loneliness was associated with sleep disturbance and this finding implied negative impact of loneliness on sleep quality of older adults. Public health promotion efforts to reduce loneliness may improve sleep quality and mental health in the elderly living alone.
This paper describes the standardized finite element model for carbody structures of railway vehicle made of sandwich composites. Recently, sandwich composites were widely used to railway vehicle due to the improvement of energy efficiency, high specific stiffness and strength, weight reduction and space saving in korea. Therefore, structural integrity should be verified using finite element analysis prior to the manufacture of composite railway vehicle. The standardized finite element model for composite carbody structures was introduced through comparing the results of real structural test under vertical, compressive, twisting load and natural frequency test of various railway vehicles in this study. The results show that the quadratic shell element is suitable to model the reinforced metal frame used to improve the flexural stiffness of sandwich panel compared to beam element, and layered shell and solid element are recommended to model the skin and honeycomb core of sandwich panel compared to sandwich shell element. Also, the proposed standard finite element model has the merit of being applied to crashworthiness problem without modifications of finite element model.

Previous researches on the effect of programming learning upon logical thinking ability have used a standardized test to measure logical thinking ability in the general and comprehensive aspect after programming learning. Considering that the areas of intelligence are separated from one another and work independently, the existing standardized tool to measure general and comprehensive logical thinking ability has a limitation in measuring a logical thinking ability required at specific areas. Thus this study extracted logical thinking and its sub-factors related to computer programming and suitable for the level of cognitive development through analyzing standardized test sheets at home and abroad, and developed logical thinking test I and II of the same form according to a development procedure model. The result of verifying the developed logical thinking tests proved that the two tests are logical thinking tests of the same form. The developed tests can be utilized in identifying the effect of programming learning upon logical thinking and its sub-factors.
