  • 다품종 소량 생산을 중심으로 하는 제조 기업의 경우 하나의 공정 라인에서 여러 가지의 제품들을 생산하기 때문에 자동화된 검수 보다는 작업자에 의해서 불량품을 선별하고 있다. 따라서 일정한 기준 없이 작업자의 경험이나 숙련도에 의해 선별 기준이 조금씩 차이가 있어 잘못 선별이 이루어질 가능성이 높다. 또한, 크기나 모양 등이 정형화되지 않은 유연물체의 경우 선별 기준에 대한 편차가 더 커질 수 있는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 인공지능 기반의 비지도 학습 방법을 적용한 품질 검사 시스템을 설계하고 실제 제조현장에서 획득한 데이터 셋을 기반으로 정확도를 실험하는 연구를 진행하였다.

  • The manufacturing equipment on most shop floors consists of numerical control machines, and the condition of each piece of equipment is monitored and controlled by an internal sensor or programmable logic controller (PLC). To control and monitor production lines that consist of an equipment or production module, a separate control and monitoring system such as a manufacturing execution system should be introduced. However, there is no standardized system, and it is costly and difficult to build a system for small or medium-sized plants. In this paper, a PLC-based supervisory system for operation control of a group of production machines is proposed, and the developed PLC-based system is evaluated by applying it to a computer numerical control machine.

대덕 바이오클러스터의 기술현황: 특허 분석을 중심으로 (Technological status of Biocluster in Daedeok Innopolis: With the focused on the patent analysis)

  • KIPRIS patent database was analyzed for identifying the technological status of Daedeok Innopolis Biocluster. It was found that the pattern of activities among various technological areas in Daedeok Biocluster is similar to that of an advanced country rather than those of other cities in Korea. The technological growth in Daedeok Innopolis Biocluster is in the progressive stage, which may be due to the innovative activities rather than the rise in the number of new firms or institutes. The concentration of technology in Daedeok Innopolis Biocluster is a favorable condition for the innovation activities. The trend for the technological concentration was remarkably consistent with the growth curve that a population increases according to the logistic equation. The logistic growth may be represented by the result of competition due to the limited resource allocation and then innovation cluster is corresponding to the ecosystem composed by biological individuals. There is strong competition in Daedeok Innopolis Biocluster in around 2009, so the government might make a policy to encourage the technological diversity for healthy knowledge ecosystem.

초음파 도플러 유속계 교정 시설 현황 (Analysis of Calibration Facilities for Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs))

  • Despite technological developments and application advances of Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs), no standard procedure has been adopted or accepted for calibration of ADCPs. Limitations of existing facilities for calibrating ADCPs, the complexity of ADCP instruments, and rapid changes in ADCP technology are some of the reasons why a standard procedure has not been adopted. However, there is increasing realization of the need for effective Quality Assurance (QA) and as part of that the importance of standardized calibration. In this study, the significance of calibration and QA plans for ADCPs is discussed and the calibration facilities for ADCPs at home and abroad are reported. Furthermore, the method for calibrating ADCPs using a towed car and its limitations are discussed. This study contributes to discussions surrounding the establishment of standard procedures for calibrating ADCPs and QA plans, and the construction of calibration facilities in the future.

  • This article presents several methods of mobile communication network to access technologies utilizing unlicensed spectrum interworking. Generic Access Network (GAN) technology was already specified in GERAN (GSM EDGE Radio Access Network) and Interworking WLAN (I-WLAN) was standardized for WCDMA system for WLAN user to access WCDMA packet based services through WLAN access point. Voice Call Continuity is not access network dependent technology but is a kind of domain change scheme for voice call from Circuit Switching (CS) network to IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and vice versa.

  • The aim of this study is to map the intellectual structure of the field of Organic Light Emitting Diode(OLED). Co-word analysis was employed to reveal patterns and trends in the OLED field by measuring the association strengths of terms representative of relevant publications or other texts produced in OLED field. Data were collected from INSPEC. Important keywords were extracted from author keywords. These author keywords were further standardized. In order to trace the dynamic changes of the OLED field, present the technology mapping. The results show that the OLED field has some established research theme and it also changes rapidly to embrace new themes.

정보통신 표준화 지수측정 모형 개발 연구

  • This paper proposes an index model which can measure the degree of standardization in the Korean ICT field. We first classified ICT sector into 14 sub-sectors. Then for each sub-sector, we considered a set of important determinants to measure the level of standardization, and constructed a linear equation using this set of determinants. Finally we estimated the relative degree of importance of each determinant using the AHP methodology. The proposed model found that overall level of standardization in the Korean ICT industry is relatively low, and "IMT-2000 technology" and "computer network technology" among 14 sub-sectors are highly standardized sub-sectors, Finally, the validity of the proposed model was also partially proved using two different methods, holistic and historical approach.

  • This paper show two different standardized test methods(Japanese Geotechnical Society; JGS 2003). One test is a "Test Method for Frost Heave Prediction Test, JGS 0171-2003", and the other test is a "Test Method for Frost Susceptibility, JGS 0172-2003". The purpose of this test is to obtain the freezing rate(freezing speed), frost heave ratio(heave to sample height), frost heave rate(heaving speed), and other parameters to be used for frost heave prediction and determine the frost susceptibility by freezing test with water intake. This method shall be used to predict the frost heave in frozen ground and evaluate the frost susceptibility of natural and replacement materials.

  • 객체 기반 오디오 부호화 기술은 다양한 응용 분야를 기대할 수 있는 차세대 오디오 기술로써 관심이 높다. 최근 MPEG에서는 SAOC (Spatial Audio Object Coding)라는 압축 효율이 우수한 Parametric 객체 부호화 방법을 표준화하였다. 본 논문에서는 SAOC를 중심으로 Parametric 객체 오디오 부호화의 기술을 소개하고, 이를 실제 적용하기 위한 고려사항들에 대해 다룬다.

  • 이동통신 가입자에게 재난경보의 신속한 방송을 위해 CBS 기능이 표준으로 정의되어 있다. 그러나 이 표준은 가입자의 재난경보 수신 실패 시 재전송을 요구하는 기능을 정의하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위하여 무선인지 기법을 이용한 재전송 요구 방식을 이용한다. 모의실험 결과는 제안된 방식이 CBS를 위한 재전송 기법에 매우 적합함을 보여준다.
