Background: Ginsenoside Rb1, a bioactive component isolated from the Panax ginseng, acts as a remedy to prevent myocardial injury. However, it is obscure whether the cardioprotective functions of Rb1 are related to the regulation of endogenous metabolites, and its potential molecular mechanism still needs further clarification, especially from a comprehensive metabolomics profiling perspective. Methods: The mice model of acute myocardial ischemia (AMI) and oxygen glucose deprivation (OGD)-induced cardiomyocytes injury were applied to explore the protective effect and mechanism of Rb1. Meanwhile, the comprehensive metabolomics profiling was conducted by high-performance liquid chromatography and quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HPLC-Q/TOF-MS) and a tandem liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Results: Rb1 treatment profoundly reduced the infarct size and attenuated myocardial injury. The metabolic network map of 65 differential endogenous metabolites was constructed and provided a new inspiration for the treatment of AMI by Rb1, which was mainly associated with mitophagy. In vivo and in vitro experiments, Rb1 was found to improve mitochondrial morphology, mitochondrial function and promote mitophagy. Interestingly, the mitophagy inhibitor partly attenuated the cardioprotective effect of Rb1. Additionally, Rb1 markedly facilitated the phosphorylation of AMP-activated protein kinase α (AMPKα), and AMPK inhibition partially weakened the role of Rb1 in promoting mitophagy. Conclusions: Ginsenoside Rb1 protects acute myocardial ischemia injury through promoting mitophagy via AMPKα phosphorylation, which might lay the foundation for the further application of Rb1 in cardiovascular diseases.

우연(chance)과 역사(history)라는 비결정적인 요소(indeterministic)와 수요 측 규모의 경제(demand-side economy of scale)에 의해 특징지어 지는 네트워크 산업은 제품(기술)의 표준화 흑은 호환성이 핵심이 되며 산업 내 기업들은 시장선정을 위하여 치열한 경쟁을 하게 된다 산업 내에서 표준설정은 개별기업들의 내부적 문제라기 보다는 독립 기업들간의 협조(cooperation)와 경쟁(competition)의 문제로. 표준화 경쟁은 기술적인 관점에서보다는 다분히 경쟁전략적 관점에서 이루어지며 기업들도 이러한 점을 인식하고 다양한 경쟁전략을 구사하고 있다. 본 고에서는 제품의 생명주기(life cycle)와 기술(제품)의 특징에 따른 표준화 경쟁의 양상과 그에 따른 기업의 최적 경쟁전략을 모색하고, 다이나믹 모형(Dynamic Model)을 통하여 표준화 경쟁의 동태적 패턴을 분석해 보고자 한다.

This paper analyzes how levels of logistics standardization are related to logistics costs. The study surveyed ratios of standard pallet use in order to measure levels of firms' standardization in logistics management. Research focused on how firms' logistics costs were related to their levels of logistics standardization and ratios of standard pallet use. After measuring use of standard pallets and logistics costs, optimal levels of logistics standardization were estimated based on survey data. Logistics costs and standardization were more related to labor than to freight volume or export. Results indicated that firms could reduce logistics costs by raising levels of logistics standardization; optimal levels of standard pallet use out of Korean firms' total manufacturing cargo volume were estimated at 44.26% for multi-standard pallets and 57.99% for a single standard pallet (a unit load system). The study demonstrated that adopting a single standard pallet results in better cost saving logistics systems than use of multi-standard pallet types. These results may explain why firms pursue standardization in logistics systems.

市场营销的标准化已经成为有关国际市场营销的研究中最为关注的焦点之一. 全球营销这个术语常被定义为以国外市场的共同性为前提的国际标准化的营销战略. 营销标准化仅在传统的实体市场交易场所的背景中被讨论. 自从上个世纪90年代起, 联网上的电子市场交易场所开始兴起, 并成为全球化过程中为全球营销活动标准化开拓新机会的最重要的动力之一. 另一方面, 消费者由于更大程度的接受互联网而可能产生与标准化相比更高水平的定制化和产品的差异化, 这样的观点也很流行. 考虑这个分歧, 在全球电子商务的背景下关注营销标准化的综合的研究不能达到一定高度的这种情况值得注意. 在这个背景下, 本研究提出了两个基本研究问题: (1) 在国际电子商务中公司多大程度标准化了他们的营销? (2) 营销的标准化对公司的表现（或成功）有没有影响? 根据文献回顾提出了下列研究假设: H1: 从事国际电子商务的公司为营销标准化做了更多的准备. H2: 营销标准化在帮助公司在国际电子商务中获得成功的方面发挥积极的作用. H3: 在国际电子商务中, 营销组合标准化在公司获得经济的和非经济的成功方面比营销过程标准化发挥更积极的作用. H4: 国际电子商务公司获得非经济的成功越大, 获得经济的成功也越大. 本研究的数据是通过在2005年2月到4月间进行问卷调查获得的. 本调查包括了德国各种产业中的国际电子商务公司和国外电子商务公司驻德国的所有总部和分公司. 801家公司中的118家回复了问卷. 本研究为结构方程模型, 使用PLS‐Graph3.0版本中的偏最小二乘法. 数据分析结果支持所有的4个研究假设. 结果表明, 从事国际电子商务的公司在商标, 网页设计, 产品定位和产品项目上的标准化很高. 这些公司打算未来在营销组合标准化方面加大努力. 另外, 他们想提高营销过程标准化的水平, 尤其是和信息系统, 企业语言和在线营销控制程序一起. 在本研究中, 营销标准化对企业在国际电子商务中的表现起到了积极全面的影响. 营销组合的标准化在非经济的成功方面比营销过程的标准化发挥更积极的影响. 相反, 营销过程的标准化在经济的成功方面发挥了较积极的作用. 另外, 我们的结果明确的支持了在国际电子商务中非经济的成功和经济的成功是高度相关的这一假设. 实证结果表明, 国际电子商务公司的成功与营销标准化高度相关. 但营销组合和销售过程标准化以不同的方式帮助企业的经济和非经济的成功. 结果表明, 公司在互联网上使营销组合的众多因素标准化. 这种做法在一定程度上违背了 "划分标准化" 的经营理念, 认为营销组合的一些因素应该适应本土化, 其他的应该国际标准化. 而且, 发现表明, 相比一个特定的营销组合元素的标准化, 整体标准化营销为成功带来更积极的总体影响.

The objective of this study is to suggest the templates for the terminology standardization cases of safety standard on integrated management system, so that integrated management of safety standards is introduced to replace redundant, or conflicting functions and performance of these standards. And to carry out the terminology standardization enables management efficiently. Therefore this study suggests and analyzes cases of terminology standardization of domestic and international research trends. In addition to proposes a architectural schema for disaster safety standard and writing disaster safety standardizations of the International Organization for Standardization. For the objectives, the guidelines on standard terminology policy, terminology publication and guide development proposed by the International Organization for Standardization. Disaster safety standards were applied in order to build and utilize integrated management system of disaster safety standards through domestic and foreign cases. Throughout the result of this study, this study will contribute to the analysis and application of semantic knowledge based analysis throughout the ontology information linked the vocabulary to vocabulary by making the template of the disaster safety standards for easy to use and simple etc. This study is to expect traceability for the principle national disaster safety standards resource elements.

본 연구는 Offshore Oil & Gas 산업에서의 장비 및 벌크자재 국제표준화 추진에 대한 접근방법에 대한 연구로 국제표준화를 위한 요구사항을 분석하고 표준화 장비의 우선순위 선정 및 1단계 표준화 결과를 설명한다. 현재 국제적으로 진행되고 있는 표준화활동은 크게 3개의 활동들로 구분할 수 있으며 첫째로 국내 대형 조선3사가 주도하여 진행하는 벌크자재 국제표준화활동, 둘째로 IOGP의 주도하에 진행되는 JIP33 장비표준화 활동 및 마지막으로 선급을 중심으로 이루어지는 UEJIP 장비표준화활동으로 구분될 수 있다. 본 연구는 Offshore Oil & Gas산업에서 적용되는 각종 국제표준을 분류하고 이를 기반으로 하여 진행되고 있는 선급 주도의 장비 표준화 활동 및 실제 프로젝트의 적용사례를 소개한다.

이 연구는 미래 e-러닝 모습에 기반을 둔 e-러닝 표준화 로드맵 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우선 IT 기술, 교육, 표준화 기관 전문가로 구성된 e-러닝 표준화 위원회를 구성하였고, 이 위원회는 본 연구의 진행 과정과 연구물을 검토해 주었다. 연구의 첫 단계로 국내외 e-러닝 현황과 관련 연구를 조사한 다음, 이를 바탕으로 e-러닝 시나리오를 먼저 작성하였다. e-러닝 시나리오는 탑다운 방식의 로드맵 개발 방법론을 채택하여 2015년의 초중등 교육 대학 교육, 평생 교육 세 개의 e-러닝 시나리오를 작성하였다. 두 번째 단계로는 이 시나리오를 바탕으로 현재 e-러닝 표준화 요소와의 차이 분석을 통해 e-러닝 표준화 로드맵 v2를 작성하였다. 작성된 미래 e-러닝 시나리오와 e-러닝 표준화 로드맵은 교사, 교육 전문가 등 e-러닝 수혜자들이 미래의 e-러닝을 대비하고, e-러닝 표준화를 이해하는데 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

Standardization strategy is considered as an important approach for the organization growth and competitiveness. Major contents of standardization are the selection of standardization area and management of standardization timing under limited resources. The developments of standardization road map and its driving strategy in construction area are important policy subjects in view of investment scale and national economy. In this paper, we aim to survey on the standardization theory and its application in construction field and suggest research direction for driving strategy of standardization road map development.

Systematic classification system for standardization in telecommunication is essential to the standardization R&D strategy. This paper suggests a new reference model for development of work area and classification scheme related to the telecommunications standardization : Cubic and matrix approach. Standardization Work Areas(SWAs) that are upper level of the reference model are classified by its main role and function reflecting the market trends and user needs. Standardization expertise is lower level scheme, which can be regarded as the different possible layers of standardization to be applied to each one of the SWAs grouped under upper level scheme. A new reference model consists of two planes that are SWAs plane and Standardization layer plane. Finally the reference model for classification of SWAs in telecommunication mapping onto matrix table that row and column are defined by SWAs and standardization layer respectively.

Nowadays, the importance of role of the international standardization keeps increasing substantially. We have already known that international standards have a huge impact on many companies, industries and nations. So far, it has been thought that standardizations are needed after the new products come into the market and are mass-produced in order to encourage the use of the products, systems and services. Standardization will make the products more safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly for the users. However, in these days, a paradigm of the standardization has been changed. International standard becomes a tool for dominating global market and is the most important ingredients of the competitiveness and economic progress of the nation and enterprises. Many countries like Japan, Germany and U.S. use the standardization as an effective method to dominate the market and monopolized the new technologies. Therefore, worldwide competition for the standardization of the new technology become fierce. Korea is leading the technology in semiconductor field. However, activities of international standardization are not sufficient. In order to boost the standardization activities in Korea from industry, academia, and research institute, this paper briefly introduce the international standard organization and some critical issues for next-generation semiconductor memory such as flexible semiconductor, automobile semiconductor and wearable devices.
