Objectives: The clinical document forms, a format for collecting clinical data, is the most fundamental object of standardization. Doctors must have a mutual understanding of the clinical chart. Methods: Clinical document forms were developed by investigating existing conditions in hospitals and conducting demand surveys, doing literature research, and seeking expert advice for the improvement of version 1.0. In addition, an organization of a network of 19 Oriental medical doctors and nurses, 190 patients, and users of collected and assessed data was formed to come up with version 2.0. Results: The overall format was divided into different portions that the patient, nurse, and doctor must fill out, respectively. The patient's section consists of demographic data, lifestyle details, history, and symptoms. The data to be supplied by the nurse include the patient's vital signs and anthropometric parameters. As for the doctors, they are to supply data regarding the patient's palpitation, the detailed symptoms of the patient's head, ophthalmological and otorhinolaryngological symptoms (mouth), respiration, circulatory organ and chest conditions, digestive-organ conditions (thirst), neuropsychiatric conditions, reproductive system, musculoskeletal system, skin (depilation), etc. Conclusions: Common clinical chart development is the prior question to Traditional Korean Medicine standardization. A web-based clinical document format should be developed to support diagnosis and treatment, and furthermore EMR (electronic medical record system) and EHR (electronic health record) developed. Clinical information could be shared through a network of medical institutions and be useful Traditional Korean Medicine for evidence-based medicine.

A new formal standardization methodology of the structural design document information is proposed in this paper. The standardization process is divided into three steps: pre-process of the collected sample document (CSD), construction of the document structure, and definition of the occurrence of each element in the document. During the pre-process, the detail document contents in the CSD are indexed with templates defined in this study, and the indexed CSD is translated into XML Schema (XSD) formal Afterwards the degree of confidences of all elements between the temporary standard document (TSD) and the translated CSD are calculated by using the XML schema matching algorithm; the TSD is then updated. This second step is repeated until all of the CSD are compared. In the final step, the common elements and unbounded elements are extracted by determining the occurrence of the temporary document elements, and the standardized document schema is exported in the XSD format. The case study dealing with the structural calculation documents show that the ,proposed methodology can be effectively used to build a XML -based information model of structural design documents.

As a new medium for knowledge diffusion, E-Journal is expected to be a general type of scholarly communication. However, the techno - economic problems have hindered the advancement of the E-Journal. For the technical aspects, there are problems such as the standardization of document format, automatization of the document preparation, forward and backward link between documents. Also there are necessities for the support of the information infrastructure of digital library and information superhighway. For the economic domain, reengineering of total publishing cycle is considered and the new paradigm of peer review is analyzed. We pointed out that the main difficulties in the diffusion of E-Journal are on the promotion of service and technological advance, not the price and marketing strategy.

This paper is to develop metadata format for eBook document standard at Korea. Metadata formats of OEBF, JepaX and AAP were compared and analyzed on the criteria such as purpose, basic elements, characteristics, compatibility, extensibility and convertibility. EBKS metadata format based on Dublin Core was developed in terms of easy to use, resources descriptions and discovery, extensibility and compatibility between other metadata formats such as MARC and Dublin Core. Finally, research and revision direction of the eBook document standard were proposed for the future study.

Despite the social interest in eBook and its advantages, as a result of each industry using different document formats, it is difficult to exchange or share eBook contents. And this hindered the activation of eBook market. The U.S. and Japan have realized the importance of setting a standard for eBook document format and have established eBook standard with government agencies and related industries and in Korea, also, through Working Group for Standardization Committee of EBK, eBook industry standard, EBKS, was established. EBKS provides more advantages than HTML or PDF and the basic format is XML. The objective of EBKS is exact exchange of eBook content, reflection of characteristics of Korean publication environment, simplicity in creating, and convertibility with other standards. Meanwhile, in the DTD aspect, EBKS includes static document structure, extension mechanism, vertical writing, multi-column editing and reflection on the characteristics of Korean and proverbs. For exchanging style, content and style are separated using XSL-FO and XSL-FO is recommended for printing. Also, EBKS metadata is composed of do-metadata that does not use qualifier and x-metadata for extension to provide easiness in usage and ability to exchange and convert.

본 연구는 국방 분야 선진국인 미국의 표준에 대한 제정 동향을 파악하고, 한국 국방 표준에 적용 가능한 방안을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 웹에 등록된 MIL-STD를 비롯하여 다양한 미국 국방 문서에 대해 제목을 중심 데이터를 수집한 후, 텍스트 마이닝을 이용하여 단어 빈도를 분석하고 그 결과를 워드클라우드 형태로 생성하였다. 그 결과, 시대별로 MIL-STD에 등장하는 단어의 동향을 파악할 수 있었다. 문서 자체의 형식으로 인해 많이 등장하는 단어, 전 시대에 걸쳐 많이 등장하는 단어도 있는 반면, 과거에는 자주 쓰이다 현재는 많이 쓰이지 않는 단어나 과거에는 주목을 받지 못하다가 현재에 와서야 많이 등장하는 단어도 파악이 가능하였다. 또한 MIL-STD를 포함한 다양한 국방 문서를 대상으로 생성한 워드클라우드를 통해 그 특징을 도출하였다. 결론적으로 한국 국방 표준도 재료의 안전한 사용 및 다양한 화물 운반 기준을 마련하는 것에 대한 고민이 필요한 것을 확인하였다. 더 나아가 국방 분야 표준 및 규격에 4차 산업혁명 등과 관련된 최신 기술을 반영하여 표준을 선점하고 규격을 마련하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 또한 국방표준 문서체계를 명확하게 정립하고 효율적인 관리에 투자한다면, 국방 분야 표준의 질 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

스마트 기기의 보급과 Apple사의 iBooks 2 보급과 더불어 교육 환경에서의 디지털 교과서의 중요성이 높아지고 있다 국내에서도 정부는 스마트 교육 추진 계획안을 최근 발표하였으며, 디지털 교과서 적용 및 클라우드 교육 시스템 구성 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다. 미래의 교육환경은 이러닝을 넘어 다양한 디바이스에서도 정확한 학습 및 소통이 가능한 스마트 교육 환경을 필요로 하고 있다. 현재 정부의 디지털교과서 사업은 중장기 목표로 추진되고 있으며, 단기적인 목표로 전자책과 유사한 형태의 모델로서 배포가 용이한 PDF 기반 e-교과서 사업을 추진한 바 있다. 그러나 차후 스마트 교육을 위해서는 다양한 종류의 단말기에서도 변형이 용이하고 원본 콘텐츠에 대한 중립성이 강화된 e-교과서 전략이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자책 기반의 e-교과서 포맷에 대한 표준화 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 전자책 요소 기술의 동향에 대하여 조사 분석을 하였으며, 기존 교과서의 분석을 바탕으로 서책형 교과서의 디지털화를 위한 전자책 포맷 표준화 방안을 연구하였다. 또한 제안된 표준 방안에 근거하여, 실제 e-교과서 시범 콘텐츠를 제작하였다. 그 결과 제안 기법은 향후 스마트 교육 환경에 적용 가능하며 디지털교과서 중장기 사업 목표에 효과적으로 응용 가능할 것으로 예상한다.

Development of IT technology, in combination with the medical area, a number of developments have been made of the digital advanced medical devices, also increased interest in health, sharing of medical information has become increasingly necessary. Standardization for medical information sharing to satisfy these requirements have been studied. However, the medical information system is to build a system independent hospital itself, is difficult to share and exchange medical data with other medical institutions. In this paper, we provide a medical cloud system that can share medical information. Use DBaaS of cloud services. And is an international standard to have a HL7 share information by forming a meta-schema, each of the data transfer, the format of the document oriented data solves the heterogeneity between hospitals. Extracts the required field name of examination information, to exchange information with each of the local information and mapping. Health diagnostic information in the present study and diagnosis through accurate information sharing and exchange is possible ongoing management.

현재 화차를 이용하여 화물을 운송하는 철도 물류는 국내 화물 물동량의 $10{\sim}20%$ 가량을 담당하고 있다. 철도물류 사용자인 운송사(화주 포함) 또는 내륙화물기지는 철도물류 업무를 처리하기 위해 EDI(XML)를 통해 문서를 전송하거나 WEB을 통해 데이터를 입력하고 있다. 그러나 점차 e-비즈니스 환경이 활성화됨에 따라 기존 철도물류 업무에 대한 개선이 요구되고 있다. 또한 확장성 있는 ebXML 기반의 스키마 형식의 사용이 확산되면서 DTD 구조의 전자문서를 XML 스키마 형태로 개선할 필요성도 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도물류업무 개선을 위한 철도물류 정보 표준을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기존 비즈니스 프로세스를 재정의 하여 불필요한 업무를 개선하고, 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링으로 철도 물류 액티비티를 정의해서 최종 정보 모델을 도출한다. 또한 도출된 정보 모델에 따라 새로운 전자문서를 설계할 수 있도록 비즈니스 정보 개체를 정의하였으며, 철도물류 정보시스템의 개선된 구조도 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 철도물류 비즈니스에 효율적이고 확장성 있는 업무 절차를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

전자도서관체제는 일종의 전자정보생산시스템으로서 기존의 도서관 체제와는 차별화 된다. 즉, 기존의 도서관이 수요자와 직접 관계에 있는 서비스업에 가까웠다고 보면 전자도서관 체제에서의 기존 도서관은 새로운 정보(지식)를 생산 가공하는 지식 생산업체로 변모할 것이며, 외부의 지식을 끊임없이 받아들이고 재생산할 수 있는 조직체인 것이다. 이에 따라 전자도서관은 데이터 표현양식도 SGML과 같이 개방성 있는 문서 표준화 양식으로 통일해야 하며 각 사이트 전자도서관시스템이 연계되어 정보공유가 가능하도록 하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 현재 추진되고 있는 국가주요전자도서관연계사업을 통하여 효율적인 전자도서관체제 구축을 위한 기술적 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
