Although many years passed since 'The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction'(hereinafter referred to as 'enterprise disaster reduction act') has been first enacted in 2007, BCMS is still not activated in our society. In contrast, after 911 Terror, importance of BCM is getting magnified and standardization research & institutionalization i s a lso proceeding i all over world. Lately, Disaster preventing activities is urgently needed like the sinking of 'Sewol ferry'. So the purpose of this paper is proposed for establishment of 'BCMS' and activation of the certificate system for Best-Run Business by analyzing the problem of 'enterprise disaster reduction act' and weak of activation as following. First, propel changing the policy of self-regulated participation to mandatory about the certificate system for Best-Run Business from public entity to government ministry and it is able to activate by propelling demo business of the certificate system for Best-Run Business. Second, public entity that has been given the certificate system for Best-Run Business by affiliating with Disaster Management Assessment of government management can be exempted from Disaster Management Assessment or those entity can arrange for connectivity acquisition method of 'Excellent rate'. Third, to publicize the activation of the law mentioned above, makes public entity r ecognizable by incorporating 'BCMS' into National safety management plan and establishment of National critical infrastructures security plan. Fourth, it should be reviewed to improving the related act regarding to inclusion of public organizations as well as private enterprises.

The school records are having lots of problems in the records management by the reason that general teachers who belongs to an elementary and a secondary school, were producing and managing all the records, they don't have any knowledge on the records management system. in this paper, tried to consider the plan of the school records classification scheme and record management system under the research on the actual condition of the management system and problem features. The first plan for managing is to complete the system of business classification scheme, the standardization of records management and develop manuals and guidelines, and the second is the range expansion of managing and reinforcing the appraisal procedures.

Related incidents and accidents are frequent after 2000 years, such as the outbreak of the Taian peninsula crude oil spillage and Gumi hydrofluoric acid leakage accident. In the wake of such environmental pollution accidents, Consensus has been formed to enact legislation on liability for the compensation of environmental pollution in 2014 and the rescue, and has been in force since January 2016. Therefore, in the domestic insurance industry, the introduced environmental liability insurance system needs to be managed through the standardization formula of a new insurance model for managing the environmental risk. This study has been carried out by the emergence of a safe insurance model with a risky nature of the risk type, which is one of the services of the knowledge base. The verification of the six assurance media on the occurrence of environmental pollution such as chemical, waste, marine, soil, etc. is expressed through semantic interoperability through this possible ontology. The insurance model was designed and presented by deducing the relationship between the amount of money and the amount of money that was written in the area of existing expertise, In order to exclude the possible consequences, the concept of abstract is conceptualized in the form of a customer, and a plan for the future development of an ontology-based decision support system is proposed to reduce the cost and resources consumed every year. It is expected that standardization of the verification standard of the mass of mass will minimize errors and reduce the time and resources required for verification.

Purpose - This study aims to investigate the current state of distribution terminology usage by retailers and consumers nationwide, and to suggest a practical improvement plan for its standardization. The Korean distribution industry is closely related to consumers' daily lives. However, in reality, there exists a gap among producers, distributors, and consumers in terms of the definition, understanding, and perception of the terminology. Therefore, standardizing this terminology is essential for more smooth communication. This paper suggests the necessity of committing overall research and survey activities to the actual conditions of using Korean distribution terminology by organizations and their respective management situations, and further, the necessity of probing the problem and its measures in line with the objective and mission of the "Fundamental Law of the Korean Language." Research design, data, and methodology - This study's scope is limited to wholesale and retail including some information systems. First, the study covers most written material including lexicons and glossary of distribution terminology, university textbooks and teaching material for national certificate of qualification, and related laws and ordinances. Second, the survey covers retailers' management situations by store format. The retailers used as the sample for the survey include department stores, discount stores, SSM, and convenience stores. Altogether, 20 specialists were interviewed in their respective sectors or retail formats. Finally, the project team surveyed a sample of 1,300 consumers nationwide on 50 distribution terms mainly used by consumers, including those about awareness, understanding, usage, and attitude. Results - In total, 1,249 terms are drawn through literature research including distribution terminology used in the related literature, glossary and lexicons, distribution terminology in textbooks, and legal terminology. A classified table comprises four large categories including general distribution, distribution marketing, distribution information, and merchandise. The results of the three-step research including literature survey, field survey of retailers, and consumer survey were advised to be screened by academia (retail associations, faculty etc.), retailers (major retail management by store format), retail specialists and consultants, consumers, and Korean linguists. In total, 1,300 questionnaires for 50 terms of the distribution terminology closely associated with consumers were distributed to subjects nationwide. Conclusions - The desired and expected results from this study are summarized from three perspectives as follows: First, from retailers' perspective, a new concept, or coinage of new terms of the distribution industry stems from advanced countries such as America and Europe. However, the original meaning and definition are diluted and distorted with changes in the language users' situations and context. This study provides basic guidelines for standardization of distribution terms used among various retail formats in most daily life situations that consumers encounter. Second, from the nation's perspective, this study suggests optimal choices of distribution terminology in the context of laws and ordinances regarding concerned Ministries. Last, from the consumers' perspective, this paper enables consumers to understand and use distribution terms properly in their daily life.

Purpose: In order to increase competitiveness for the growth and development of the dental laboratory industry, we plan to develop the dental laboratory industry. Methods: A total of 547 questionnaires were used as the final analysis data for the dental technicians from all over country participated in the 51st Korea Dental Technology Expo & Scientific Conference of the Korean Dental Technologist Association held in KINTEX from July 18 to 19, 2015. The questionnaire items consisted of 28 items in terms of general characteristics, questions about the methods to be pursued for the development of the dental laboratory industry, and recognition about the methods to be pursued to develop the dental laboratory industry. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Ver. 21.0 for windows. Results: To improve the dental laboratory industry, actualization of dental laboratory products fee(41.2%) had the highest, followed by improving treatment of dental technician, standardization of dental laboratory products, direct bill of medical insurance, regulation of contract management on huge capital, and etc. The recognition of the measures to be pursued for the development of the dental laboratory industry was that dental laboratory products fee required to receive more than 20% of the dental prosthesis fee highest($4.62{\pm}0.76$). And to enlarge dental laboratories through M&A between dental laboratories is the lowest($3.39{\pm}1.26$). Conclusion: As a means to pursue the development of the dental laboratory industry, the actualization of dental laboratory products fee was proposed. Recognition also showed that dental laboratory products fee required to receive more than 20% of dental prosthesis fee was the highest. It is important to propose a reasonable dental laboratory products fee because it recognizes that it is necessary to promote economic growth in both development plan and awareness.

In Welfare Center for the disabled, under the Government's information acceleration plan, the computer system has been developed starting from work standardization in 2001 but it has been emphasized only on the technical and customer convenience side leaving out preparation for the side effects of them. Therefore this article will seek the necessity of personal information protection, legal basis in the Welfare Center for the disabled. Additionally after analyzing current status for the personal security of Welfare Center for the disabled, establishing an alternative plan for personal security policy's way could be addressed. Increasing education for awareness stress of personal information security, and preparing institutional protection apparatus from applying life cycle of personal information would be an alternative plan for personal information protection for Welfare Center for the disabled. Also frequent monitoring of accessing personal information from the computerized system should be achieved. It is impossible to recover damage caused by leak of personal information although post actions are progressed. From this essay, awareness of personal information protection should be newly revised for both the Social Welfare Organization and the Disabled welfare center, and also technical, institutional strategy's action should be arranged.

Recently, the construction of U-City or of U-City service (U-service) in many kinds of urban development projects becomes the general trend. However, as the construction of U-city comes into the spotlight like the trend of the times, various service constructions are being indiscreetly implemented since it's processed focusing on local specialized projects or local landmark project by a local autonomous entity or an institute in charge being off the original purpose of the improvement of living quality of residents and the efficiency of urban management, which causes a number of problems on the process, maintenance, operation and management of those projects. Therefore, this study is to derive the standard pattern of U-service construction through the analysis of patterns and numbers of U-service and problems during the process of construction in domestic U-City construction case district, and is aimed to suggest the reasonable direction of service construction based on this. 11 projects areas in which data related to U-service are available among U-City construction project areas were selected for the subjects of this study, and it's standardized with 228 detailed unit services that were suggested by U-Eco City R&D and with 11 service domains that are regulated in "the Act of ubiquitous city construction etc.", and it is limited to services that were suggested in U-City case area of which design was completed by July, 2010 based on this. The actual state of various U-service construction is analyzed through case studies as well as reviews on the legal and theoretical concept and the method of pattern classification of U-service, the plan for the standardization (pattern classification) of U-service and the plan for the construction body of service and to share the costs are suggested as the plan to construct reasonable U-service based on this for the method and the procedure of this study For the method to construct U-service, the plan to classify the pattern of U-service into the basic service and additional service is suggested, and whether it has the publicity, whether urban infrastructure is included, whether utilities are included, the body of realization, the recipients, the urgency, the importance and the spreading, etc. are suggested for the index to determine the pattern of service. The method to get the executor of a project to construct the basic service, the method to get the executor of a project to construct the most basic service among the group classification of service and to get a private entity and a local autonomous entity to perform additional service in the future, and the method to construct the whole service and to distribute the construction costs were suggested, and the first one that determines the body of construction after dividing U-service into the basic service and the additional service was evaluated to be the most reasonable one. And the plan to solve the problem that the excessive construction costs of U-service are shifted onto the executor of a project through benefit principle, balanced distribution principle and consultation and mediation between the interested parties was suggested for the criteria to share the costs.

전통문화지구로서의 전주시의 공공시설물 디자인 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 실험에서는 지역 공공자전거 개발을 위한 전주시 이미지 설문 분석결과 전체적으로 지역분위기에 침체되어 있는 상황이며 역동적이고 활동적인 문화 활동 및 미래지향적 그리고 역할 모델을 모색하고 있었다. 또한 전통을 컨셉으로 하는 주요 경쟁도시(안동, 경주, 춘천 등) 가운데 어떻게 차별점을 구축하고 변별력있는 마케팅 구축이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

For "Standardization and Performance Evaluation of the Korea Radio Train Control System(KRTCS) for Urban railway" being driven as a national R&D project, this paper presents the requirements for the performance evaluation of the construction of the demonstration line for the driverless train control system based on radio train control for the urban railways system, which will be installed along the 11.7 km section between the Illo Station, Muan-gun, and Daebul Station(Daebul Line) in Yeongam-gun, Jeollanam-do.
