Ondol is a traditional underfloor heating system designated as a national intangible cultural heritage of Korea. The Cultural Heritage Administration (CHA) publishes a standard specification for the repair of cultural properties, including ondol. This standard specification is used as a guide for contractors who repair ondol in the field. However, the standard specification for ondol repair has some errors and is difficult to understand in the field. This paper proposes a revision of the standard specification for ondol repair. This study found that the standard specification for ondol repair has some problems in terms of the terminology and structure of ondol. These problems were sufficient to confuse ondol repairers in the field. Therefore, this study proposes to revise the standard specification to correct these errors and make it easier for ondol repairers in the field to understand. This study is expected to help recognize and preserve ondol as a cultural property and not just as a building.

건설분야 표준분류체계의 코드항목들은 비용정보, 시방정보 등 분류체계가 적용되는 건설산업분야의 모든 정보들에 일관되게 적용될 때 그 효용성이 극대화될 수 있으므로, 토목분야 공종정보들은 하나의 단일화된 분류체계를 중심으로 동일하게 분류될 필요가 있다. 현행 국내의 토목분야 표준분류체계 중 공종분류체계는 '통합건설정보분류체계', '토목공사 수량산출기준' 및 '공사시방서 작성요령' 내의 공종분류체계가 각각 개별적으로 제시되고 있으며, 10여 종의 토목분야 표준시방서 공종분류 또한 각각 상이한 분류방식 및 코드체계를 사용하고 있다 본 연구는, 토목공사 수량산출기준이 국내 토목분야 공종분류 체계로서의 대표성과 표준분류체계로서의 효용성을 가질 수 있게 하기 위한 방안으로서, 수량산출기준 코드체계를 중심으로 하는 시방서 분류코드의 통합기준을 구성하고 활용방안을 제시하였으며, 웹기반 활용시스템 시안을 구성하여 제시된 통합기준의 활용방안을 구체화하였다.

This study focuses on applying performance-based design to construction standard in building construction. First, it realizes situation and issues of standard specification in building construction, deduces the need factors for establishing performance-based construction standard, and then, it proposes the application of performance standard. The required stages for deducing performance-based construction standard consist of dividing building parts, deducing required functions, performance items and performance requirement and deciding a method of performance evaluation. Through these stages, performance-based design process is deduced.

The plater work in the standard of estimate presents a variety of construction types. However, there is a part that does not fit the change of specification standards and on-site construction status, and it was revised in 2019's standard of estimate. In this study, we analyzed in detail the factors affecting the changes in estimating standards in the plater work. There were changes in the specification standards previously presented as primary coat, secondary coat, and formal coat as well as changes in on-site construction status such as thickness according to the number of plastering. Therefore, it is analyzed that the estimating standards can be classified by the number of finishes according to the site conditions by reflecting the analysis of the specification standards and site application status, and suggesting the finishing standards according to the number of plastering.

본 연구는 조경공사 표준시방서 식재공사의 분류체계, 기술방식, 품질기준의 개정시기별 변화특성을 분석하고, 국외 사례와의 비교를 통하여 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구의 결과 및 제언은 다음과 같다. 1. 개정을 통해 다양한 세부공종이 신설 수정되었으나 상 하위분류가 맞지 않아 시방내용이 상충되고 있으므로 비슷한 공사끼리의 재분류가 필요하다. 2. 시방서 내용을 용이하게 전달하기 위한 기술방식으로 수정이 이루어졌다. 그러나 구체성이 떨어지는 애매모호한 표현과 용어로 유지되고 있는 굴취시 뿌리분의 깊이, 지주재 강도에 관한 내용은 수정이 필요하다. 또한 표토의 채취시기, 약제 살포시기 등은 계량화될 필요가 있으며, 시방규정의 공정성을 고려하여 감독자의 지시에 따르도록 작성된 기준은 수정되어야 한다. 3. 시대적 패러다임과 사용자의 요구를 반영한 품질기준이 제 개정되었으나 구체적이지 않아 수정이 필요하며, 관련 기준들의 국외 사례를 참고하여 수목재료의 품질수준, 식재적기, 굴취시 뿌리분의 크기, 성능기준 등을 개선해야 한다. 개정을 통해 식재공사의 세부공종별 재료 및 시공방법에 대한 내용은 갖춰졌다. 그러나 구체성이 떨어지고 명확하지 않은 기준들로 시방서의 현장 활용을 저해하고 있다. 이에 표준시방서의 분류체계, 기술방식, 품질기준의 문제점 도출과 개선방향의 제시가 필요하며, 이는 향후 표준시방서 개정시 참고자료가 될 수 있다.

This study suggests how to classify owner's standard specifications in organizations such as local governments which place an order for constructing general and various types of facilities. And the principal conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows; first, the Standard Specifications for Seoul Metropolitan Government of for all facilities could be integrated by seven individual works. Second, it is advisable from a viewpoint of long term to draw up integrally owner's standard specifications by trade for facilities, rather than draw up by group of facilities. Third, editing integrated standard specifications for all trades to meet the unified work classification structure should be backed up by high technology, therefore owner's standard specifications by trades would be favorable to our situation.

정부에서는 건설기술관리법 개정을 통해 국내 시방서의 위계를 표준시방서, 전문시방서, 공사시방서로 정하였고, 설계도서 작성시 기존의 '특별(특기)시방서'에 여러 표준시방서 등을 첨부하여 사용하던 것에서 탈피하여, 표준시방서, 전문시방서 등의 해당 내용을 발췌, 수정, 보완하여 '공사시방서'를 작성하도록 하였다. 그러나 아직도 공사시방서의 수준은 이전의 특별(특기)시방서의 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 상황에서 공사시방서 수준을 향상시키기 위하여 시방서(표준 전문공사)운영체계 개선방안 및 시방서(표준$\cdot$전문$\cdot$공사)의 일반적인 작성방법 개선방안 ,총칙 작성방법 개선방안 등을 제시하였다.

There are big differences between developed countries and Korea regarding to the circumstances of electrical installation construction. In other words, Korea, in spite of its small market size, has large pools of electrical construction companies or associated workers, and there are a lot of poorly electrical construction companies in domestically. Thus, in reality, it is difficult to invest in technical development to enhance Korea's technical level on electrical installation and companies are likely to construct as occasion demands instead of constructing in a technical manner. Therefore, the government needs to develop a standard specification as a guideline for stable, economical and technical electrical installation construction. With this standard specification, almost all electrical construction companies could practically use it and also could guarantee their construction quality as well. It is important to induce small companies to utilize the standard specification to secure their construction excellent quality so that the life of the nation, individual's properties and national properties could be well protected.

시방서는 공사를 진행함에 있어서 계약의 서류뿐만 아니라 안전한 시공성의 확보와 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 중요한 서류가 된다. 현재 국내에 모듈러 건축물에 사용하고 있는 시방서는 공사 시방서 밖에 없으며, 대부분의 내용이 건축표준시방서를 그대로 차용하여 사용하고 있어 모듈러 건축물의 작업 내용을 반영하지 못하고 있어 구성내용이 지침서에 가깝다. 국내 모듈러 건축물 시방서의 현 상황은 모듈러 건축물의 품질 저하에 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 모듈러 건축물의 모듈러 공정 모니터링을 통한 세부적인 프로세스 분석과 분석된 activity를 가지고 단계별 연관관계를 IDEF모델링을 적용하여 체계적으로 분석하고, 일반화를 통하여 모듈러 건축물에 특화된 전문시방서의 구성체계를 제안하고자 한다. 도출한 대분류는 크게 공장제작, 운송, 현장설치 총 3가지로 나누어지며, 하위 구성체계는 전문가 자문의견을 반영하여 공장제작의 바닥판 조립에서부터 현장설치의 접합부위 마감까지 총 32가지의 공사 항목으로 나누어지는 것으로 도출하였다.

Urban transit is one of the most effective ways for efficient operation and construction of an urban transit by composition system which is liked originally such as rolling-stock, power, signal and infrastructure. Urban rail transit system is running in domestic, imports major equipments from advanced countries and setup for maintenance. But it takes long time because it does each organizations and lines. Also, signal, power and track system apply different standard by each construction organizations it causes an increasing construction of cost accordingly it desperately needs a systematic countermeasure. Therefore standard specification of urban transit have been establishing and operatingfor efficient operation of urban transit and base technology security that is populace ride to become a base of state economy. After track, power and signal system will be announced. Standard specification become more, the importance of administrationof standards is emphasized more. Specification administrator’s the importance which use a computing support tool recently in railroad part in embossed and is predicted to be more such forward. Therefore we propose the effective method of management with track, power signal system by constructed data-base system.
