  • This study was carried out to investigate the characteristics of spatial distributon patterns of users by each type of recreational activities at lawn areas in the parks. Study sites were lawn areas at Kyungju World and Seorabul Plaza in Bomun Resort Complex in Kyungju, Korea. Space types by each recreation activities are Repose Type, Sports Type, Play Type and Strolling Type. Main results are as follows ; 1. Sport Type activities were mainly distributed at the central areas of each lawn areas. 2.The density of Sports Type activities were affected by the form of lawn areas. For natural control of excess dynamic activities, Complex Form has more advantage in the distribution of dynamic activities. So, as the form of lawn areas in the parks, complex form is more desirable. 3.Repose Typo activities were distributed at marginal areas of lawns and surrounding woods. These, the static activities, were affected by Edge Effect in spatial distribution of activities. 4.Play Typo activities also were distributed at marginal areas of lawns. It was also affected by Edge Effect in spatial distribution. 5.Strolling Type activities were distributed evenly over all lawn areas.

  • This study was to investigate the difference of muscle activities in trunk, upper arm, and shoulder during push-up exercise based on 3 types of different arm position(posterior position, PP; normal position, NP; and anterior position, AP) and to provide effective push-up arm position for each muscle development. Fifteen healthy males(age, $21.5{\pm}0.5years$; height, $172.7{\pm}1.0cm$; body mass, $70.5{\pm}1.3kg$; shoulder width, $42.3{\pm}0.6cm$; and BMI, $23.6{\pm}0.5kg/m^2$) participated in this study. PP, NP, and AP of the arm were used to conduct push-up exercise and 8 muscles(deltoideus p. acromialis: DA; pectoralis minor: PMI; pectoralis major: PMA; serratus anterior: SA; biceps brachii: BB; triceps brachii: TB; latissimus dorsi: LD; and infraspinatus: IS) of right side were selected to measure muscle activities. Total 9 counts of push-up exercise were conducted and EMG data signals of 5-time(from $3^{th}$ to $7^{th}$) push-up movement were used for measuring muscle activities. PP push-up exercise showed that there was a significantly higher muscle activity of DA, PMI, PMA, SA, BB, LD, and IS(p<.05) and AP push-up exercise showed a significantly higher TB activity(p<.05). It would be suggested that different arm position evokes various muscle activities when conducting push-up exercise. PP would be the best push-up arm position for inducing various trunk, upper arm, and shoulder muscle activities compared to NP and AP.

  • The combination of physical activities and individual skills in sports creates an entertaining and competitive environment governed by a set of rules. In today's world, sports attract significant attention and are approached differently by various groups. Inevitably, injuries occur in sports, significantly impacting an athlete's performance and ability to participate in exercises and competitions. Addressing this issue, one of the crucial measures involves restoring the athlete's ability to engage in sports and compete. Sports rehabilitation serves as a treatment to mitigate the effects of injuries, and when combined with surgery, it can expedite the recovery process. Therefore, the primary objective of this study is to utilize a biocompatible technology for synthesizing zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles in sports rehabilitation, ensuring minimal harm to the environment.

Sportswear is not in fashion just temporarily but comes in various forms along with sociocultural phenomenon that put emphasis on well-being and leisure. This research aims to study the needs of the bikers who ride bicycles or cycles has become a popular outdoor activity, and give suggestions for high functional sports design that can satisfy the needs of the highly demanding taste of athletes. To understand the design development direction and design preference, practical consumer needs were derived through a survey analysis on bike wear purchasing satisfaction and actual wearing state by bike riders. For consumer needs analysis, focus group interview, in-depth interview and questionnaire method were used. Based on analysis of those researches, athleisure bike wears appropriate for urban sports activities were categorized into sports, life, fitness and leisure 4 styles for athleisure bike wear design development. It is believed that this study will contribute to in the category expansion of sports wear market and satisfy the consumer demands for functional and specialized casual bike wears as well as fashion factors optimized to life style of modern people.

  • Purpose: For several decades, there has been a variety of publications on refugee and enforced immigration studies, with the rising corpus of studies on obligatory displacement and sport reflecting relatively recent emphasis over the last decade. However, prior studies do not suggest and summarize regarding ethical perspectives in terms of participatory behavior of refugee youth in sports and leisure field. Research design, data and methodology: Unlike quantitative research method which tries to quantify the association between variables, the qualitative research design that was selected by the current study as a main methodology attempts to take a look at the current and past literature contents closely so that obtained datasets may be explanatory and abundant. Results: After thorough analysis, it was evident that in all research where ethical perspectives were utilized, there was increased participation in sports and leisure activities by the refugee youths, and it may be divided into three categories: culturally sensitive, contextual, and reflective ethics. Conclusions: The current research concludes that ethical perspectives are required to research refugee youth's participatory behavior in sports and leisure and many more ethical factors are aspired to, and they must be thoroughly evaluated before, throughout, and following the study.

  • Nanomachines can be pretty helpful in curing diseases. Nanomototors, thanks to their self-propelled feature, are one of the best structures to be utilized as drug delivery devices. These devices have been employed in biomedical application as they can improve the efficiency of drug delivery. In this study stability of a designed nanomotor in the bloodstream is investigated when the physical activities have been done considering the physical activities. Sports training, as well as exercise enhance the bloodstream, and this factor can significantly impact the drug-delivery quality. The mathematical simulation of nanomotor movement in the condition of the sports is done based on the mechanical sciences, and the impact of various essential parameters is discussed in detail.

  • This study identified the relationship between leisure attitudes, leisure promotion, leisure drugs, leisure satisfaction, and the intention to rejoin maritime sports by the participants of this study. The researchers selected 542 adult men and women who live in Seoul and the Incheon, Gyeonggi and Chungcheong provinces, and who were currently engaged in marine sports activities. Data processing was performed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the leisure attitudes of marine sports participants did not affect the promotion of leisure (p>.05). Second, the attitude towards leisure of the marine sports participants had a negative effect on using leisure pharmaceuticals (p<.05). Third, the leisure attitudes of marine sports participants affected their leisure satisfaction (p<.05). Fourth, the promotion of leisure activities of the marine sports participants did not affect their leisure satisfaction (p>.05). Fifth, the leisure restrictions of marine sports participants did not affect their leisure satisfaction (p>.05). Sixth, the leisure activities of marine sports participants affected the intention of rejoining (p<.05).
