This study was attempted to Kinematical characteristics of the Endo $360^{\circ}$El-grip Swing on the horizontal bar. To do this, we selected and analyzed the performance of two athletes who did Endo $360^{\circ}$El-grip Swing in the horizontal bar competition of male artistic gymnastic in the 22nd Universiad Games 2003 Daegu. We drew the conclusions from the kinematical factors that were came out through analyzing three-dimensional cinematography of the athletes' movements, by using two video cameras. In point of analyzing the actual competition situation, it is expected that gymnastics and coaches have the effective informations, and the following conclusion had resulted. 1. When performing Endo $360^{\circ}$El-Grip, the average for entire required time was $1.93{\pm}0.06sec$. The average for descent phase time was $0.24{\pm}0.02sec$, ascent phase time was 0.22${\pm}0.07sec$, connecting phase time was $0.87{\pm}0.07sec$, and El-Grip phase time was $0.61{\pm}0.02sec$. The descent phase need short period of time but however to have a stable performance, ensuring ascent and connecting phase time are needed. El-Grip phase need short period of time to have a stable re-grasp. 2. To have a convenient preparation for El-Grip in descent and ascent phase, lowering CM, and ease up in sway and plunge from the High Bar would make descent and ascent even more faster and would have increase effect in trunk rotation. 3. In descent and ascent phase, if shoulder angle and arm slope is dwindling then it would effect rotation angle so might risk it from hitting a Bar when putting legs in and out. 4. In connecting phase, it requires some time to show stable performance when El-Grip phase is continued by using hip angle which would make trunk rotation angle bigger and make descent and ascent time slower. 5. In El-Grip phase, when doing motions like hand standing. using hip angle more than maximum would make CM even faster and it is stable position while performing.
The purpose of this study is to prove the kinematical characteristics of Deff motion, the high bar performance, in terms of flying phases so that we can provide basic sources for improving gymnastic performance. To do this, we selected and analyzed the performance of two athletes who did Deff motion in the high bar competition of male artistic gymnastic in the 22nd Universiade 2003 Daegu. We drew the conclusions from the kinematical factors that were came out through analyzing three-dimensional cinematography of the athletes' movements, by using a high speed video camera. To make a successful performance, a performer releases the bar at a height of a high bar vertically and at a height of 82cm horizontally, and the flying performance should be made without moving forward, as maintaining the proper balance, in order to rise over 118cm high during the flying phase. When the performer is releasing the bar, an increase of the vertical speed in the center of the body and extension of a knee joint and a hip joint contribute to increasing a flying height. And when the moving body is twisted, leaning to left side is caused by the winding movement of a knee joint, which causes an unstable bar grasp. To grasp the bar stably, just before releasing the performer should gain propulsive force from twisting rotation through increasing the speed of shoulder rotation. And before the peak point, the performer should make sure of a body rotation distance over $164^{\circ}$ so that he or she can do an aerial rotary performance smoothly. When grasping the high bar, the center of the body should be above the bar and the angle of shoulder rotation should be maintained close to $540^{\circ}$ simultaneously. he high point performance(S1) has more speed on an ascending phase and less speed on a descending phase than the low point performance (S2). At the peak point, both the rotation angle of the body and that of the shoulder in high point performance are big as well. In conclusion, it is shown that a performer can make a jump toward the high bar easily with the body straight because the performer can hold the upper part of the body erect early in a descending phase.
The purpose of this study were to find out the differences in kinematic variables of racket movement by performing the tennis serve. Three top male tennis players participated in this study. Three synchronized high-speed cameras were used to record the service action of top players for Three dimensional video analysis. The results of this study showed that (1) the velocity of the tennis racket at impact is important to the generation of racket velocity to Y-axis. This result indicates that forward motion and upward movement of the racket; (2) with respect to racket angular velocity at impact, the fast angular momentum of X-axis is important to generate the velocity of the tennis ball. This result indicate upward movement of the racket with a strong flexor of wrist joint; (3) the velocity of the tennis ball was influenced by the change of angular linking the Z-axis to -X-axis. This result indicates that the high velocity of the tennis ball is obtained from having the racket unitedly moving to the direction of the bill's flight at the acceleration interval and acquiring the distance of acceleration with the racket head vertically to the ground at the back scratching.
This study was conducted to examine the biomechanical characteristics of open spike in the volleyball to improve the technique of the volleyball spike. The subjects were six male college and high school athletes. The motions of volleyball spike were filmed by using two Sony VX 2000 Video Cameras. The mechanical factors were angle and angular velocity of body segments in the upper and the lower limbs. The conclusions were as follows; 1. The angle of the shoulder joint of the skilled showed larger than that of the unskilled in impacting of the volley ball spike. 2. The angle of the elbow joint of the skilled showed larger than that of the unskilled in impacting of the volley ball spike. 3. The angle of the wrist joint of the skilled showed smaller than that of the unskilled in impacting of the volley ball spike. 4. The angle of the hip joint of skilled showed larger than that of unskilled in impacting of the volley ball spike. 5. The angle of the knee joint of the skilled and the unskilled showed same in take off and impacting of the volley ball spike, and that of the skilled showed smaller than that of the unskilled in take-off touchdown and touchdown after impact of the volley ball spike. 6. The angle of the ankle joint of skilled showed larger than unskilled in take-off of the volley ball spike. 7. The angular velocity of the shoulder joint, elbow joint, wrist joint of the skilled showed faster than that of the unskilled in impacting of the volley ball spike. Taken together the result of them, I have come to conclusion that knee joint angle in touchdown of the take off should be decreased and knee joint angle in take off should be increased, and then stability of the take off should be made and, and that extension of the elbow joint should be made and wrist joint angle decreased and shoulder and hip joint angle increased, and then C.O.G of the arm and hand should be positioned ahead C.O.G of the body in impacting for effective impact of the spike, and that the transfer of the angular velocity of body segments for effective impact of the spike make from the proximal segment to the distal segment at spike in volleyball.
The purpose of this study is helps to make full use for perfect performance by grasping the defects of Tichonkich motion performed by athlete CSM For this, the study analyzed kinematical variables through Tichonkich motions performed at the first selection competition(1st trial) and final selection competition(2nd trial) for the dispatch to the 28th Athens Olympic Games using the three-dimensional cinematographical method with a high-speed video camera, and obtained the following results. 1. During Tichonkich motion, the execution time of up swing and the right hand moving to the left bar was shorter in the 2nd trial than the 1st one, while the execution time of down swing, the support of the left bar and the right hand moving to the right bar was longer in the 2nd trial than the 1st trial. 2. The horizontal position of COG in the 2nd trial was -35cm in the 1st stage, 42cm in the 3rd stage and 29cm in the 4th stage, that is, it showed a great swing focused on the circular movement compared to the 1st trial, while the vertical position of COG was -59cm in the 2nd stage, that is, it showed a small swing focused on a up and down movement. Also the 5th stage vertical position was 98cm, and the 6th stage vertical position was 95cm in the 2nd trial which were higher than those of the 1st trial, so it has provided magnificence required in the modern gymnastics. 3. And it was indicated that the horizontal velocity at the down swing phase proceeded forward more rapidly in the 2nd trial than that in the 1st trial, and the reverse ascent made a rapid vertical rise lessening left and right velocity change. And in the 5th stage, the 2nd trial was kept very slower in horizontal, vertical and left and right velocity that in the 1st trial, so it reached a handstand with leisurely movement. 4. In the 2nd trial, shoulder joint of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd stages kept a larger angle than that in the 1st trial, that is, it made a great swing while in the 1st trial, it showed a swing movement dependent on kick movement by the flexion and extension of hip joint. Also in the 2nd trial, the body formed a vertical posture with both hands supporting the left bar and hip joint was kept larger as $198^{\circ}$ and $190^{\circ}$ in the 5th and 6th stage than that in the 1st trial, so it made a handstand with the body uprightly stretched out, and magnificent and stable movement.

Digital marketing tools are actively used in managing the development of park and recreation complexes to familiarize the population with the objects of natural heritage. This article aims to empirically evaluate digital marketing tools for popularizing the park and recreational complexes. The methodology was based on the concept of ecosystem value of park and recreation complexes as a natural heritage site. These methods included: identifying and selecting websites with information about park and recreation complexes in Slovakia and Ukraine. structural analysis of the main channels of online details about natural parks. Assessing the current state of online identity of the studied sites from the perspective of Internet users. The results indicate that to manage the development of park and recreational complexes developed their driven official websites in the Internet space, on which sections structure the information with the allocation of data on tourism and recreational potential. The article identifies additional digital marketing tools for managing the development of park and recreation complexes, particularly social networks and tourist websites. There is a sufficient amount of information about tourist recreation sites within these natural parks and tourist routes. Among the main problems of the websites: the information on the websites is entirely textual, there is a lack of sufficient data on social networks, despite the created official pages, there is no video content, which was more attracted tourists and visitors, allowing a visual assessment of the tourist potential; there is a problem of many communication channels to present the natural heritage of the countries. The research proves that the website is the primary and most common digital marketing tool for natural heritage, structuring information about tourism potential and recreation.
Recently, the COVID-19 virus has caused people to stay indoors longer without going out. As a result of this, people's activity decreased sharply, and their weight gained. So people became more interested in health. Home training can be an alternative method to solve this problem. Accordingly, To find out the trends of home training, we collected articles from December 1, 2019, to November 30, 2020, using the news provided by BIG KINDS, a news analysis system. We analyzed frequency analysis, relational analysis according to weighting, and related word analysis with the program using the algorithm developed by BIG KINDS. In conclusion, first, it was found that home training is led by technology and the emergence of artificial intelligence. Second, it can be assumed that people mainly do home training using content and video services related to mobile carriers. Third, people had a high preference for Pilates in the sports category. It can be seen that the number of patent applications increased as the demand for exercise products related to Pilates increased. In the next study, we expect that this study will be used as primary data for various big data studies by supplementing the research methodology and conducting various analyses.

The human brain constantly emits electrical impulses, which is called brain waves, and brain waves can be defined as the electrical activity of the brain generated by the flow of ions generated by the biochemical interaction of brain cells. There is a study that emotion is one of the factors that can cause stress. Brain waves are the most used in the study of emotions. This paper is a study on whether emotions affect stress, and showed two images of fear and joy to four experimenters and divided them into three stages before, during, and after watching. As a measurement tool, brain waves at the positions of Fp1 and Fp2 were measured using the NeuroBrain System, a system that can automate brain wave measurement, analysis, brain wave reinforcement, and suppression training with remote control. After obtaining the brain wave data for each emotion, the average value was calculated and the study was conducted. As for the frequency related to stress, the values of Alpha and SMR, Low Beta, and High Beta were analyzed. Brainwave analysis affects stress depending on the emotional state, and "fear" emotions cause anxiety by raising Beta levels, resulting in higher Mind Stress levels, while "joy" emotions lower Beta levels, resulting in a significant drop in Mind Stress.
