단감 발효 시 알코올 생성량이 높은 선별된 상업용 효모(Saccharomyces species) 3종을 이용하여 단감 증류주를 제조하여 품질 특성을 알아보았다. 단감 발효주의 pH, 환원당 및 총 당의 변화는 기존의 과실 발효주의 범위를 벗어나지 않아서 발효 과정 중 이상 발효는 없는 것으로 판단되었다. 발효 종료 후 총 균수는 8.67~8.70 log CFU/mL로 시료간에 유의차가 없었다. 총 효모수는 8.17~8.20 log CFU/mL로 시료 간에 유의차가 없었다. 아세트알데하이드 함량은 2차 증류 첫 분획물에서 UC군이 310 mg/L, LB군이 255 mg/L, LD군이 226 mg/L였으며, LB군과 UC군은 2번째 분획물에서도 200 mg/L 이상이었다. 아세트알데하이드 함량이 200 mg/L 이상인 분획을 초류로 제거하고 알코올 함량 40% 이상인 부분을 본류로 하였을 때, 알코올 함량은 LD군이 677.8 mL로 가장 높았다. 알코올 함량은 LB군과 UC군 이 각각 408.0 mL 및 445.4 mL였다. 묘사 분석에서 단맛, 신맛, 신향 및 감향의 강도가 시료 간에 유의차가 있어(P<0.05) 이 4가지 묘사 특성이 감 증류주의 품질 평가에 적절하다고 판단된다.

이 글은 조선후기의 대표적 유서인 이수광(李晬光)의 『지봉유설(芝峯類說)』·홍만선(洪萬選)의 『산림경제(山林經濟)』·이익(李瀷)의 『성호사설(星湖僿說)』·이규경(李圭景)의 『오주연문장전산고(五洲衍文長箋散稿)』에 수록된 민속종교 관련 자료들을 살펴본 것으로, 먼저 4종의 유서에서 민속종교 관련 항목들을 추출하여, 그 내용을 표로 제시하였다. 다음으로 이들 유서류에서 언급된 민속종교 관련 자료들의 성격과 내용을 살펴보았다. ① 이들 유서들은 전대의 것이 후대의 것에 상당한 영향을 미치면서 많은 공통점을 가지게 되었지만, 한편으로는 저술 목적에 따라 차이가 있다. 즉 『지봉유설』·『성호사설』·『오주연문장전산고』는 백과전서식 저술답게 민속종교의 다양한 측면을 전하는데 비해 『산림경제(山林經濟)』는 실생활에서 발생할 수 있는 문제와 그 해결이란 실천적 내용이 중심을 이루고 있다. ② 이들 유서는 민속종교를 부정적인 것으로 인식했다. 그것은 이들 유서가 기본적으로 유교적 관념에 기초했기 때문이다. 그러나 완전한 부정에는 이르지 못하고, 영험성의 일부를 인정하기도 했다. ③ 조선시대 민속종교의 신앙대상들, 즉 성황신·업신·질병신·금부대왕신(金傅大王神)·정득양(鄭得揚)·관왕신(關王神)·부근신(付根神) 등에 대한 유서류의 내용을 살펴보았다. ④ 이들 유서류들은 귀신에 대해서도 공통적으로 관심을 보였는데, 그들의 귀신론은 기본적으로 성리학에 기초한 것이면서도 그 영험성으로 말미암아 민속종교의 귀신론을 일부 수용하고 있다. ⑤ 이들 유서류에서는 공통적으로 점복에 대해 상당한 관심을 가지고 있다. 그렇지만 개인의 운명에 관한 점복은 부정적으로 인식했고, 농사의 풍흉점에 대해서는 긍정적으로 이해하려 했다. ⑥ 이들 유서류에는 저주와 벽사에 관한 항목들도 상당수 있어, 이를 살펴보았다. ⑦ 무격은 민속종교의 성직자로서 민속종교의 핵심에 서 있는 존재이기 때문에 이들 유서류에서 공통의 관심사가 되었다. 이들 유서에서 무격은 부정적으로 묘사되고 있지만, 그 영험성의 일부는 인정하고 있었다. 그렇다고 한다면 이들 유서류들은 비록 민속종교에 대해 부정적인 입장을 취하고 있고 잘못된 정보를 제공하기도 하지만, 조선후기 민속종교의 다양한 사실들을 전한다는 점에서 자료적 가치를 간과할 수 없다. 따라서 이들 유서류들은 향후 민속종교 연구에서 반드시 심도 있게 검토되어야 할 자료라 하겠다.

The national park should be preserved in accordance with the regulation, but the development planning or facilities management planning has not been faithful to the spirits of the regulation. Recently natural environment has been radically changed, and especially damaged by large scale development of Service Facilities Zone. Thus the effective land use planning of the national park is required. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose the alternative site for The Second Service Facilities Zone in Mt. Kyeryong National Park using the GIS, and to compare the alternative site with the existing development site. Site selection was based on Rules of Combination which covers topographic analysis, viewshod analysis, distance analysis from hot spring well, land use analysis, and forest stand analysis.

The feed drive inclination significantly influences product quality, machine tool accuracy and life time. However, the accurate measurement of the inclination needs the skilled engineers and the accurate leveling instruments such as spirits or electric levels. In this study a novel methodology for the estimation of inclination angle of machine tool feed drive is proposed. The proposed methodology utilizes the motor current signals and a new mathematical model of machine tool feed drive considering inclination. The experiment results showed that the proposed method successfully estimates the inclination angle, as well as newly proposed model also enhances the accuracy of the machine tool feed drive model by introducing the inclination effects.

A Diffusion analysis method is described for the determination of alcohol content in tinctures and spirits and then, the comparison test of the official alcohol number test with the diffusion analysis method has hen carried out. Throughout this experiments, a transformed Widmark apparatus is used. It is found that the diffusion analysis method using the transformed Widmark apparatus is very simple and occapy a small space. One of the most convenient fact is many sample can be analyzed at a time with this apparatus. Experimental data indicate that 95% of alcohol content obtained by the official alcohol number test is found in the diffusion analysis.

The main objective of this study is to examine the mediating effect of 'international entrepreneurship' on the relationship between the determinants related to export and export performance. Data was collected from a survey of 200 exporting firms in Gwangju, Korea. The results of the study are as follows ; First, 'international entrepreneurship' are produced a mediating effect when the determinants affect export performance. Second, Resource-based factors and Industry organization factors have a positive impacts on export performance. However, relationship factor as a determinant does not have statistically significant correlation to export performance. Accordingly, in orer to enhance export performance, exporting firms in Korea should try more to prepare for resource-based factors and industry organization factors as determinants. In addition to these, if CEOs of exporting firms are equipped with international entrepreneurship spirits, they can increase the performance of their exporting firms. So they have to manage their exporting firms very strategically so that they can make their firms' export performance better and better.

This paper studies in terms of nonverbal communication the roles of Gut-clothinbgs used in Jin-Do Sit-gim Gut are classified as follows: 1) The message communicated through the ordinary clothings of a shaman is that he or she is waiting to serve as a presider of a Gut ceremony actiong as a mediator between the spirtual and the human world. 2) The shaman clothings representing many kinds of spirits are visualized figures which are closely related to the common wishes of most people in society e. g. physical and material well-being longevity fertility. 3) The clothings serve as a body figure in the Gut are classified into 5 groups. (1) Laid-on clothings give the message that the body is standing still. (2) Wrapped clothings serve as an incarnated body of the dead. (3) Spread clothings represent a lying body. (4) Oscillated clothings are the symbols of a spirit which moves from this world to another. (5) Burned clothings mean that the spirit has attained a complete seperation from this world.

Geomancy accepts with a pre-requisite that human beings adapt themselves to nature as an organism, because people and environment, bodies and space have the homogeneity which can not be divided by a dichotomy. The homogeneity as a structure alive implies a deep relationship with biorhythm and the change of space, and is regarded as a concept and role significant on the coordination. In other words, applying the element in the geomancy could be interpreted as a work giving a new meaning and spirit on a creation of space and furniture coordination. Harmony and balance shown in design concepts have a relationship with the meaning on Yin-Yang and the Five Elements theory. In addition, the characteristic in each element is suggested as an example applying the concept of geomancy through furniture coordination for each space in the chapter 4.

As wine is increasingly becoming a lifestyle beverage among local consumers, there is a great need to understand wine consumer profiles. According to the research of this study, there is a clear evidence that four wine consumer groups exist in the Korean domestic wine market. Wine consumers are classified into four different groups: connoisseurs, aspirants, newcomers, and outsiders. This study has shown that wine with rich aroma and red wine preferred the most and young wine and white wine are the least selected in general.

The purpose of this thesis is to find out the spiritual cloture inherent in outward elements of Korean traditional costume. For this purpose, the ‘Po(袍)’of the Chosun Period is decided as an object of this study. ‘Po’, which has been one of basic elements of traditional costume from ancient times, contributes to complete the attire and shows the courtesy most apparently. In addition, ‘Po’profoundly contains the spiritual culture of our own because it symbolizes the social status system and customs of the days. The spiritual culture incorporated in the traditional Po of Korea is examined by the study of the thought of Yin and Yang, and Five Elements, Taoism, Han(韓) and the aesthetic characteristics of Korea.
