We will discuss two-dimmensional spectrophotometry including long-slit spectroscopy and narrow-band imaging. The basic principles, applications, and techniques of observations and data reduction of spectroscopy and spectrophotometry for extended objects are described. This discussion will focus on practical long-slit spectroscopy using a Cassegrain spectrograph attached with 2 or 4m class telescopes and on imaging spectrophotometry using narrow-band interference filter sets. We will discuss scientific applications.

We present the high-resolution spectroscopic study of the red-giant branch (RGB) stars in the peculiar globular cluster M22 (NGC 6656). We obtained high-resolution spectra of 55 RGB stars using the CTIO 4-m telescope and the HYDRA multi-object spectrograph. By employing an improved LTE analysis method, we measured accurate elemental abundances. In this talk, we will discuss the differences in the chemical composition between the two stellar populations in the context of the formation of M22.

보현산 천문대 1.8m 망원경과 고분산 에셀 분광기 BOES(BOao Echelle Spectrograph)를 이용한 공생별 AG Draconis와 UV Aurigae의 분광학적 특성을 파악한다. 중성수소 Balmer 선과 주요 원소에 의한 방출선들의 특징과 변화를 살펴보며, 두 별의 활동성 및 등급에 따른 Balmer 선의 변화 양상에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

High spatial and spectral resolution observations have been made over a sunspot (SPO 6403) with the Echelle Spectrograph at the Vacuum Tower Telescope, Sacramento Peak Observatory. Our observed spectra, scanned with SPO's fast microdensitometer, clearly show strengthening of $C_2$ lines in the penumbra relative to the photosphere and much weakening in the umbra in agreement with the predictions made by our molecular equilibrium calculations (Lee et al. 1981).

To support the domestic plating industry concerning localized products, survey was conducted in with chemicals and properties of plating solution. Collected samples from 55 factories throughout the country were investigated by spectigated by spectrograph, Hull cell test chemical analysis method to find major chemical components of the plating solution.
