이 글에서는 최근 과학교육학의 연구와 실천 동향을 살펴보면서 특수교육 대상학생을 위한 과학교육의 의의를 과학교육의 지향과 연결하여 논의하였다. '모든 이를 위한 과학'은 1980년대 이후 과학교육 과정의 중요한 지향으로 제안되었으며 특히 우리나라 교육과정에서는 수준별 교육과정을 도입하여 이를 구현하려고 하고 있다. 모든 이를 위한 과학은 소수자를 포함한 모든 학생을 위한 과학교육으로 그 의미가 확장되어야 한다. 그러나 이러한 지향에도 불구하고 이른바 소수자 즉 뛰어난 재능에 대한 특별한 관리가 필요한 학생이나 신체적 또는 정신적 장애로 인해 특별한 교육적 지원이 필요한 학생을 위한 과학교육의 연구와 실천은 '보통'의 학생에 비하여 미흡했다. 특히 과학영재교육에 비하여 장애학생 또는 특수교육 대상학생을 위한 과학교육에 대해서는 더욱 부족하다. 이 연구에서는 장애학생과 함께 하는 '희망의 과학싹잔치'를 중심으로 장애학생을 포함하는 과학교육의 실천 사례의 연혁과 실천 과정을 소개하고, 이 행사에 참여한 예비과학교사들의 장애학생과 통합교육에 대한 인식 변화 결과를 서술하면서, 특수교육 대상 학생을 포함하는 모든 이를 과학교육의 접근 방향과 의의를 논의하였다.

본 연구는 특수교육 융합 기반 "대학원 발달장애인지원학과"의 전문인력 양성체제와 지역 유관기관 간 연계 운영방안을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 이를 위해, 문헌 탐색과 전문가 회의를 상호 병행한 연구 방법을 구성하였다. 먼저, 특수교육 융합 기반 "대학원 발달장애인지원학과"의 전문인력 양성체제에서는 조직적 범주의 전문인력 양성체제와 교육과정적 범주의 전문인력 양성체제를 상호 연계적으로 제시되었다. 다음으로, 특수교육 융합 기반 "대학원 발달장애인지원학과"의 지역 유관기관 간 연계 운영방안에서는 교과교육 중점형 운영방안과 협업지원 중점형 운영방안이 상호 연계적으로 제시되었다. 이상의 연구 결과가 현실화되기 위한 전제 조건을 결론짓는 관점에서 성인기 발달장애인의 평생교육 지원체제에 대한 특수교육 융합의 리더십 정립 등을 제시하였다.

이 연구는 특수교육 대상 아동 부모의 가족지원에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 살펴봄으로써 가족지원 서비스의 우선순위 설정에 필요한 기초 자료를 제시하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구 목적 달성을 위하여 전국의 특수교육 대상 아동 부모 220명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 29개의 가족지원 서비스 항목 모두 중요도는 높게 평정되었으나 실행도는 낮게 평정되었고, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 발견되었다. 또한 중요도 및 실행도 분석 결과 신체적·물질적 안녕 지원 및 장애 관련 지원 관련 가족지원 서비스는 중요도는 높지만 실행도는 낮은 서비스로 평가되었고, 가족 지원 서비스에 있어 우선순위로 제시되어야 할 과제인 것으로 나타났다. 반면 가족 상호작용 지원 또는 정서적 안녕 지원 영역에 해당되는 가족지원 서비스는 중요도는 낮지만 실행도는 높은 서비스로 평가되어 과잉 노력을 지양해야 하는 서비스인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 특수교육 대상 아동의 가족지원 서비스 운영을 위한 방향을 제언하였다.

With the changes of industrial structure, contents and types in hazardous and dangerous works have been changed considerably. However, the hazardous and dangerous works by defined "Regulation for the hazardous and dangerous work employment restriction" and "Special education for safety and health"have not been amended over twenty years. This study aimed to identify the recent trends of the works by analyzing the death accidents cases from 2004 to 2013 and to present the management methods about future hazardous and dangerous works. The results showed that amount of 1,972 cases among 11,513 death accidents were equivalent to the works presented by "Regulation for the hazardous and dangerous work employment restriction". The amount of death accidents in 'Work of using construction equipment following construction machinery management act' was biggest among the death accidents cases and that of 'Work of handling pressure vessels following high-pressure gas safety control act' didn't show up. For the works in "Special education for safety and health"amount of 1,650 death accidents cases were equivalent. The amount of death accidents in 'Work involving a crane with a capacity of 1 ton or more or work which is carried out with a crane or hoist with a capacity of less than 1 ton in a workplace having at least 5 such machines' presented by "Special education for safety and health"was biggest. Also, death accidents case didn't occurred in three works presented by "Special education for safety and health". It was analyzed that works with low death accidents cases should be needed to study thoroughly the whole disaster research involving nonfatal accidents. 이 연구에서는 임용시험에서의 실패와 성공을 경험한 특수교사들의 임용시험 실패 요인과 성공 요인이 무엇인지를 탐구하였다. 24명의 특수교사들과 반구조화된 면담을 실시하였으며, 면담 자료의 연속적 비교 분석을 통해 12개의 의미 있는 주제를 추출하였다. 연구 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교사들은 임용시험 실패 요인을 남 따라 하기식의 공부, 실패를 부르는 공부전략, 무조건 달달 외우기, 비효율적인 스터디, 불안함과 자신감 부족, 내가 나를 관리하지 못함에 두었다. 둘째, 특수교사들은 임용시험 성공 요인을 자신만의 공부 스타일, 올바른 공부전략, 이해와 암기의 조화, 모두가 득이 되는 스터디, 긍정적인 마음가짐, 무너지지 않는 자신만의 루틴에서 찾았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 임용시험 준비과정에서 실제적으로 활용하는 방안을 제언하였다.

컴퓨터 및 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 인해 특수 교육 분야에서도 ICT 기술을 접목해 시너지 효과를 얻기 위한 다양한 노력과 기술 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 특수 교육 분야에서 활용 가능한 ICT 기반의 장애 평가 웹사이트와 모바일 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한 다음 이를 특수 교육 현장에서의 필드테스트를 통해 그 효용성을 확인하였다. 개발한 웹사이트는 평가자가 노트북이나 PC를 이용해 평가 대상자의 자폐 행동이나 학습 장애를 평가할 수 있도록 하며, 모바일 애플리케이션은 평가자의 스마트폰이나 태블릿 PC 등 모바일 기기를 이용해 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 간편하게 평가가 이루어질 수 있도록 한다. 평가 결과는 서버 데이터베이스에 저장 관리되며, 개발한 웹사이트와 모바일 애플리케이션은 서로 데이터베이스를 공유하므로 쉽게 연동되어 활용 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 본 연구 결과는 특수 교육 현장에서 평가 대상자를 지속적으로 평가하고 관찰하는 데 유용하게 사용될 수 있으리라 기대한다.

This research aims to increase understanding of family participation in special education programs, to gain a deeper understanding of the programs themselves, and to determine the consequences of the research findings. It addresses the opportunities for families to participate in their children's learning journey and focuses on enhancing the experience of families participating in the education of students with intellectual disabilities. This study interviews four teachers of students with intellectual disabilities, and three important themes emerge from their discussion of whether parents should participate in special education programs for their children. The findings of this study have several important implications for future practice.

The purpose of this research is to identify the level of number sense, the attitude toward mathematics and the mathematics teaching efficacy of pre-service elementary special education teachers and to verify the mediation effect of mathematics teaching efficacy between number sense and attitude toward mathematics. 70 university students participated in research. The results from this study are as following: First, the level of number sense among pre-service elementary special education teachers was not so high. They had negative attitude toward mathematics and their mathematics teaching efficacy was on the average level. Second, positive correlationships were shown between number sense and attitude toward mathematics and between number sense and mathematics teaching efficacy. The mediating effect of the mathematics teaching efficacy in the relationship between number sense and attitude toward mathematics was found. The limitations of the study and directions for future studies were discussed.

이 연구는 특수교사의 로봇활용교육에 대한 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇이고, 그 요인들이 특수교사의 수용의도를 얼마나 잘 예측할 수 있는지를 파악하는데 주요한 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 전국 특수학교 및 특수학급에 재직하고 있는 623명의 특수교사를 대상으로 설문을 하였고, 이중 불성실하게 답변하거나 사용하기 어려운 설문지를 제거하고 총 590명의 설문지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 특수교사의 로봇 활용교육에 대한 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 혁신의지, 사회적 영향력의 네 가지 이었으며, 특수교사의 수용의도를 예측하는데 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 지각된 유용성과 지각된 용이성이 있었다. 또한 지각된 유용성이 지각된 용이성보다 더 높은 설명력을 가지고 있었지만, 두 요인을 모두 사용하는 것이 특수교사의 수용의도를 잘 설명할 수 있다.

In this paper, we discuss special polynomials involving exponential distribution, which is related to life testing. We derive some identities of special polynomials such as the symmetric property, recurrence formula and so on. In addition, we investigate explicit properties of special polynomials by using their derivative and integral.
