Airport security staff are outsourced workers, whose status is a special security agent under the security service law in Republic of Korea, who are subject to persuing both profitability and public concern at the same time. This paper has chosen the sample of security staff working at Incheon airport. This is because airport security staff is being outsourced, this paper had made an empirical research such areas as the perception of job identity, public service motivation and organizational commitment through job satisfaction. According to statistical research, it was found the perception on job identity by airport security staff had a significant negative effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The more they have perceived their status as non-permanent status, the less they had job satisfaction and commitment at the same time as a special security agent at airport. Their perception of job identity had a significant effect on such public service motivation factors as 'absorbing public concern' and 'a solicitude'. Lastly, their motivation factors had also significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

This study was carried out in order to develop a speciality functional coated paper, which can be recognized under a ultraviolet lamp. The special fluorescent whitening agent (FWA) which absorbs ultraviolet light (397~410 nm) and emits it as yellowish light (570~500nm) was used. The special FWA was applied in a coating color in two ways: (1) direct application to a coating color as a FWA; (2) application on pigment surface, drying it and application it as a fluorescence whitening pigments (colored pigments). The effects of the special FWA on coating color properties were tested and the distribution of colored pigments in coated paper was evaluated under a ultraviolet lamp. The results showed that the colored pigments didn't affect on coating color properties. Experimental results showed the possibility of producing a security coated paper using the special FWA. To produce a speciality functional paper, it was found to be proper to apply the special FWA in the form of colored pigment.

Cloud computing is cost-effective in terms of system configuration and maintenance and does not require special IT skills for management. Also, cloud computing provides an access control setting where SSO is adopted to secure user convenience and availability. As the SSO user authentication structure of cloud computing is exposed to quite a few external security threats in wire/wireless network integrated service environment, researchers explore technologies drawing on distributed SSO agents. Yet, although the cloud computing access control using the distributed SSO agents enhances security, it impacts on the availability of services. That is, if any single agent responsible for providing the authentication information fails to offer normal services, the cloud computing services become unavailable. To rectify the environment compromising the availability of cloud computing services, and to protect resources, the current paper proposes a security policy that controls the authority to access the resources for cloud computing services by applying the authentication policy of user authentication agents. The proposed system with its policy of the authority to access the resources ensures seamless and secure cloud computing services for users.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between internal service quality, internal customer satisfaction and management outcome of airport security agents. This study had selected special securities from Incheon airport of October, 2011 for population. Using judgment sampling method, 282 samples were drawn and were used for the final analysis. Questionnaire used in study is composed of total 43 questions and using SPSSWIN 18.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were performed. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value which shows the reliability of the survey came out to be over .686. The conclusion is following: First, internal service quality of airport security agents affects internal customer satisfaction. That is, as corporality, responsiveness and empathy increase, internal supply satisfaction and job satisfaction also increase. Second, internal service quality of airport security agent affects job performance. That is, as corporality, reliability and responsiveness increase, non-financial performance and financial performance also increase. However, when empathy is not activated well, financial performance is decreased. Third, airport security agent…s internal customer satisfaction affects job performance. That is, as activation of internal supply satisfaction increases, nonfinancial performance and financial performance are increased. Fourth, airport special security agent…s inside quality of service exerts direction indirect effect in inside customers satisfaction and management result. That is, inside customers satisfaction is an important variable that mediate inside quality of service and management result.

The purpose of this study is mainly to provide theoretical basis of private security industry by analyzing the perception and flow of private security from the press-released materials according to periodic classification and duties through 'Big Kinds', a website of analyzing news big data. The research method has been changed to structured data to allow an analysis of various scattered unstructured data, and the keywords trend and related words by duties of private security were analyzed in growth period of private security. The perception of private security based on the results of the study was exposed a lot by the media through various crimes, accidents and incidents, and the issues related permanent position. Also, it tended to be perceived as a simple security guard, not recognized as the area of private security, and judging from the high correlation between private security and police, it was recognized not only as a role to assist the police force, but also as a common agent in charge of the public peace. Therefore, it should objectively judge the perception of private security, and through this, it is believed that it should be a foundation for recognizing private security as a main agent responsible for the safety of the nation and maintaining social orders.

As a user in modern societies with the rapid growth of Internet environment and more complicated business flow processes in order to be effective at work and accomplish things on time when the manager of the company went for a business trip, he/she need to delegate his/her signing authorities to someone such that, the delegatee can act as a manager and sign a message on his/her behalf. In order to make the delegation process more secure and authentic, we proposed a secure and efficient identity-based proxy signcryption in cloud data sharing (SE-IDPSC-CS), which provides a secure privilege delegation mechanism for a person to delegate his/her signcryption privilege to his/her proxy agent. Our scheme allows the manager of the company to delegate his/her signcryption privilege to his/her proxy agent and the proxy agent can act as a manager and generate signcrypted messages on his/her behalf using special information called "proxy key". Then, the proxy agent uploads the signcrypted ciphertext to a cloud service provider (CSP) which can only be downloaded, decrypted and verified by an authorized user at any time from any place through the Internet. Finally, the security analysis and experiment result determine that the proposed scheme outperforms previous works in terms of functionalities and computational time.

There have been researches into digital Watermarking technology or Fingerprinting vigorously to safeguard Protective rights for knowledge and poverty for digital contents. DRM(Digital Rights Management) is not only Protective rights for knowledge and poverty, but also management and systems that are necessary to put out, circulate and use for contents. This paper proposes two kinds of ideas. One is protecting contents from illegal acts such as illegal copies when the contents are in the process of circulation. The other is the protocol that can give users convenience. Hidden Agents are used so that contents are protected from illegal copies and illegal use in the contents and cuts off those illegal acts. The Agent will be installed without any special setup. In addition, it can replace roles of Watermarking as a protection. Therefore, this paper shows the solution of illegal copies that happens frequently.

The object is that this research searches the relationship of the office given condition actual condition of the country important facility private security guard and job satisfaction degree. In order to grasp and analyze the real state of the country important facility private security guards directly, the questionnaire, that is the general measurement tool, was utilized and the guard whom it works in the airport, the port region and general work place, that is the national important facility of Busan and Ulsan area, was aimed at. The enough survey object was illustrated to the facility and person in charge in the security company and the item was previewed and the total 400 sheets was distributed and 331 sheets (82.8%) except the doubleness subject intention and incongruent questionnaire was utilized for the analysis. The statistic processing of collected data utilized the SPSS version 15.0 the statistical package program through data coding and cleaning process and performed the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one way analysis of variance, Pearson analysis, and regression analysis. The relationship of the office given condition actual condition of the guard about the national important facility and job satisfaction degree was classified into the interpersonal relationship, task characteristic, office environment, and complement factor and the difference of the job satisfaction degree according to the general characteristic was verified. If the conclusion obtained through the method of study described in the above looked at, for as to general tendency, the low wages and poor field environment was continued. In the general characteristic, the man was higher than the excitation about the job satisfaction level. As there was lots of the age and the scholarship was low, the age was high. And as there was lots of the career and income, the police of a petition or search and guide staff was high and the job satisfaction degree in which relatively the employee and the other job group is high so that the case of being the former student incidence can be the poorest was shown rather than the facility security agent. As the interrelation analysis result job satisfaction was high, the change of occupation pseudo was low and the organizational commitment degrees was increased. The regression analysis result job satisfaction degree was exposed to reach the meaningful effect on the change of occupation pseudo and organizational commitment. It had an effect on the change of occupation pseudo as the task characteristic and office ambient level was low. It had an effect on the organizational commitment as the extend of satisfaction about the task characteristic and interpersonal relationship, complement, and office ambient level were high. If the research result of this time is integrated, the support of the political system including the interpersonal relationship thesis between top and bottom of the organized I and substantial complement actualization is urgently needed between the office given condition improvement effort in the country important facility defense manpower field and police of a petition and special guard.
