This study focuses on investigate to the Special Tax of the Seaway Traffic Certificate collected by Tongjeyoung for secure of Gunyangmi and safety of the people and military recruitment for the navy rebuilding carried out by Yi Soon-sin of Jeongyujaeran period. In addition, I examined Yu-Hyeng, Lee Eui-On, Choi Hee-Ryang, and Jung Sa-Joon's brothers who played a major role in helping Yi Soon-sin and rebuilding the navy. Yi Soon-sin is the person to be sown forever as the Holy Hero of the save country that saved Chosun from the aggression of the Japen enemy. In addition to these contents, this study has significance in focusing on the part where Yi Soon-shin went beyond the top commander of the navy army organization and exerted his ability as the administrator for the nation and the people.

The purpose of this study was to understand children's negative attitudes exhibited towards peers with special needs in an inclusive kindergarten, utilizing ethnographic research methodology. The subjects consisted of 54 children undergoing typical development and three children with special needs in a public kindergarten in Busan metropolitan city. Data collection was conducted by means of participant observations and interviews took place from April until November, 2009. Our results revealed that the responses of 'not acknowledging presence', 'differentiating', 'adapting them to us', 'excluding at play' were major themes in children's negative attitudes exhibited towards peers with disabilities in an otherwise ostensibly inclusive kindergarten. The response of 'not acknowledging presence' was categorized as a way of ignoring their existence, whereas 'differentiating' was categorized as stressing difference, and assuring difference. There were two characteristics related to 'adapting them to us' : adapting them to our ways, adapting them to our knowledge. Concerning 'excluding from play', four characteristics were found : excluding indirectly, excluding directly, excluding illogically, and excluding by seeking majority accord. The implications of the findings for inclusive early childhood education were discussed.

The roles of librarians have been changing with the paradigm shift of libraries. The paradigm of libraries has shifted from a traditional information management-centered way to a hybrid approach emphasizing a balance between collection and access. This study analyzed the internal and external changes of libraries to create Blue Ocean of special libraries by using the SWOT analysis, and adopted ERCR analysis for the reasonable management of libraries. This study researched the various changes of the role of librarians through the literature review and inter-viewing librarians working at the DaeDuck Science Research Complex.

MOS silicon solar cells have been developed using the fixed (interface) charge inherent to thermally oxidized silicon to induce an n-type inversion layer in 1-10 ohm-cm p-type silicon. Higher collection efficiencies are predicted than for diffused junction cells. Without special precautions a conversion efficiency of 14.2% is obtained. A MOS silicon solar cell is described in which an inversion layer forms the active area which is then contacted by means of a MOS grid. The highest efficiency is obtained when the resistivity of the substrate is high.

The study seeks to examine the alignment between the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and the Six Principles of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) through qualitative analysis. The study utilizes a qualitative methodology that entails a comprehensive review of the existing literature to establish connections between MOHO and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) principles, with a specific focus on collaborative special education environments. Data collection involves examining academic literature on MOHO, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) principles, and the partnership between occupational therapists and special education teachers. Thematic analysis is employed to identify recurrent themes and relationships, offering valuable insights into the theoretical foundations of MOHO and its compatibility with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)The Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) highlights the significance of active engagement and meaningful participation in inclusive education. It promotes the development of independence and self-determination in occupational performance for children with special needs. Moreover, MOHO stresses the importance of offering tailored support and adjustments for these children.

Uroflowmetry is a convenient clinical test to screen the benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) common in the aged men. A load cell is located beneath the urine container to measure the weight of urine. However, it is sensitive to the impact applied on the bottom of the container by the urine stream, which could be a noise source lowering the reliability of the system. With this aim, our study proposed a noise reduction technique by computing ensemble average of the weighted signals that were acquired from three-load cells forming a regular triangle beneath the urine container. Simulated urination experiment was performed with three different collection methods, all of which demonstrated significant noise reduction by ensemble averaging. Furthermore, the best results can be obtained without any special urine collection devices. Thus, our novel method can be usefully applied to uroflowmetry for enhancing measurement in terms of accuracy and reliability.

Efforts to establish a joint preservation facility for library materials are being discussed in the regional representative libraries recently, but this is mainly a movement in public libraries. This study aimed to provide a model for a joint preservation facility construction and management especially for the National Universities Library in Busan/Gyeongnam area. For this job, after analyzing the current situation, this study focuses on 1) estimated size of the planned facility calculated by investigating the size and equipment, operation policy, collection quantity and saturation status of participating library archives, 2) strategies for construction, proposed a joint preservation architecture construction management model such as organization and human resources, and standards for transferring materials.

User review sites are spaces where users can freely post and share their opinions, which are trusted by many people and directly influence sales. In addition, they overcome the limitations arising from existing requirements collection and are able to gather the needs of large numbers of different people at a low cost. Therefore, such sites are attracting attention as new spaces for understanding user needs. In a previous study, a user review analysis was attempted using 5W and 1H, and we inferred that a sentence containing "when" has special information based on the user experience. In addition, the requirements of the derivative activities in a user review can identify more user needs than the general requirements of derivative activities. In this paper, we propose a systematic method of deriving "when" sentences contain meaningful information from user reviews and converting them into use cases, which is one of the requirements of a specification method. This method converts unstructured data into structured data such that it can be included as the user requirements during software development from user comments expressed in natural language. This method will reduce project failures and increase the likelihood of success by enabling an efficient collection and analysis of user needs from valuable user reviews.

The art of carpet weaving is the most habitual form of traditional art in Azerbaijan, it reflects a rich inner world and occupies a special place in the history of a national culture's development. The Azerbaijani carpet has always stood out for its plots, ornaments, compositions, and high quality and the Azerbaijani people, faithful to their spiritual values, have protected and developed it throughout the centuries. In this article, several Ganja-Gazakh-type carpets from the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum collection and their artistic and technical characteristics are discussed. Specimens of material, sacred language, and ornamentation are considered. The deepest meaning is embodied in tamga in particular. Tamga is a unique phenomenon serving as an amulet, lineage sign, and self-identification of Turkic peoples. The Gazakh carpets of the Ganja-Gazakh type cover the Gazakh region of Azerbaijan, the Borchali region of Georgia, and the Goycha Lake region of Armenia. Karapapakh Azerbaijani Turks have inhabited these areas since ancient times. Tarakama (nomads) are often equated with the name Karapapakh (black hat). One of the densely populated regions of Tarakama is Gazakh. Gazakh, Garagoyunlu, Salahli, Shikhli, Kamarli, Damirchilar, Gaymagli, Goycali, Daghkasaman, Oysuzlu, Gachagan, and pile carpets with different compositions are woven in the Gazakh carpet weaving center. Large, simple in form, step-shaped or hook-like medallions, horn-shaped patterns, animal images, and stamps with symbols of ancient Turkic tribes characterize the Gazakh carpet weaving group.
