중정이 계획된 병동부 바닥면적과 간호동선 평균거리 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of Floor Area and Average Distance of Nurse Working of Planned Courtyard in Ward)

  • Purpose: The courtyard in the ward can light and ventilate in the central space and corridor of the ward. It is possible to improve the disadvantages of the existing double-corridor ward. Also, there is the advantage in that patients are able to contact with nature indoors and cause positive activities. So, the purpose of this study is quantitatively analyze the floor area and the average distance of nurse working of the courtyard in ward. Methods: The subjects are converted through the same criteria setting. And it investigate and analyze the influence of the courtyard in the ward through the analysis of the spatial composition. Result: The factors that affected the floor area increase are the planning courtyard, the corridor type and the dispersion of the medical rooms. The average distance of nurse working is more influenced by the nursing management system of the hospital than by the courtyard. So, It can improve according to the position and number of nurse station. Implications: It can be used as a primary data for courtyard plan in the ward for positive patient environment plan considering the floor area, average distance of nurse working.

도심광장의 생태적건전성 활성화방안 - 강릉시 교동 광장을 사례로 - (A Study of Activating Urban Square's Ecological Soundness - Focusing on Gyodong Square in the City of Gangneung -)

  • This study aimed to investigate the dilapidated Fine View Square located in the city of Gangneung and analyze problems for building it into a sustainable space under an effective management plan. Further to creating an ecological base for restoring the natural circulation, a restorative method for the damaged area, a spatial assignment by the UNESCO's Man and Biosphere Programme (MAB), and an urban ecological park, we not only wanted to provide an environment that is citizen friendly, but also a practical and realizable project to connect with the various methods and programs mentioned above, while utilizing the Ministry of the Environment 's ecosystem conservation fund. In conclusion, we found that it would be possible to contribute to building an urban ecological park the Ministry of Environment proposed while restoring the lost natural circulation in Gyodong Square in the city of Gangneung and ecological soundness of the city along with the reduced heat island effect and the increased biological diversity and Ecological Soundness.

개발 예정지역에서의 자연보전 가치 평가 - 대관령 알펜시아 리조트 조성 예정지역을 사례로 - (A Study for Natural Conservation Value Assessment of Developing Area - Case Study of Alpensia Resort -)

  • While the recent lift of restrictions in greenbelt areas is expected to generate a number of development plans, there are efforts to create various development plans into spatial plans that consider the natural and ecological conditions of development sites. However, these development plans consider Degree of Green Naturality or Degree of Ecology only when designating areas for conservation within development sites. It is true that they don't fully reflect the value of green areas and wetlands as habitats and natural resources. Therefore, this study built an conservation value assessment model that is applicable to sites where development is planned in Korea by reviewing prior case examples md studies and applied the developed model to a case study area. The site where the conservation value assessment model was applied to is an area around Yongsan-ri and Suha-ri, Doam-myon, Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon province where quality natural resources are located in and wend the site. This is a site for the development of Alpensia Resort where a resort including facilities for the Winter Olympics is planned to be introduced. In order to assess the conservation value of the site for Alpensia Resort, a total of eight items including area, distribution of communities, habitation of species with conservation value, functions of habitats, connectivity of habitats, vegetation layers of forests, age of forests, and ratio of non-native plants were studied through literature review and field surveys. The assessment was made by dividing the site into 95 habitats that are perceived by aerial photographs and each habitat unit was assessed on the eight items in a 3-point scale. Each unit habitat assessed in a 3-point scale was segmented into primary, secondary or tertiary areas based on the conservation value. Habitats assessed as primary were designated as priority (absolute) conservation areas and those assessed as secondary and tertiary were set as secondary conservation areas and tertiary conservation areas, respectively. As a result, each area represented 26.9%, 20% and 3% of total site area. Based on this result, habitat management plans were developed to conserve primary conservation areas, improve secondary conservation areas and restore tertiary conservation areas. In addition, a development plan was developed to create habitats in areas where new habitats are requested in order to build an eco-network in the site and a plan to create eco-corridors was proposed. In developing a land use plan for the site, a development plan that considers conservation areas first should be set up based on the outcome of conservation value assessment. This can be linked to the development of an environment-friendly land use plan as well as easing the establishment of a green area and eco-network. This study will facilitate the implementation of the 'conservation before development' principle, which can prevent reckless development, by assessing conservation value in setting up development plans.

교통체계개선에 의한 화물교통 대기오염영향 저감방안 - 시흥시 시화국가산업단지를 중심으로 - (Comparative Study of Truck Traffic System Management for Reducing Air Pollution Impact - Forcusing on Sihwa National Industrail Complex, Siheung City -)

  • The factor of air pollution in a large industrial city is not only manufactories but also, activities related to trucks. Sihwa National Industrial Complex is located in Siheung City; due to the industries, more diverse activities related to trucks occur in Siheung City than other cities. In particular, the new residential area in Siheung City is close to the industrial complex; so, the damage of this residential area is expected that it would be more serious and vulnerable than other areas. The aim of this study is to analyze influence of the air pollution by a truck in Siheung City. ISCST3 Model and Arc View program were used for this study and Siheung City was divided into 1,000 meter by 1,000 meter grid to analyze. Furthermore, this study suggested two reduction controls of air pollution in Siheung City, and analyzed the results from these reduction managements. The results of the present condition showed that residences located in north of Sihwa Industrial Complex are influenced by air pollution material. Furthermore, air pollution by trucks has affected on the residents which is near the road in Siheung City. Therefore, this study suggested two reduction controls by the Traffic System Management. The first alternative plan is setting the truck traffic limitation zone in the road that is located in south of resident areas and many trucks traffic. Next, the second alternative plan is setting freight truck way on the most traffic road to enter the industrial complex. The reduction effect of the first alternative is good on the residential area. And, the second alternate about freight truck way is divided passenger cars into trucks. Therefore, there are increase of average speed and decrease of average concentration, and spatial reduction effects found in wide areas.

장애인 및 노약자를 위한 이동 및 생활지원시스템 설계 (Design of Information System for Assisted Living)

  • 늘어나는 노약자 및 장애인 인구수에 따라 다양한 사회적 문제들 앞에 직면해 있다. 정부차원에서 해결방안으로 유비쿼터스 사업을 필두로 다양한 서비스 및 사회복지 전략을 실행하고 있기는 하지만 대부분의 u-City 관련 법령 및 지침들이 일반인을 대상으로 제공되고 있기 때문에 노약자 및 장애인들의 접근이 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국토해양부에서 제시하고 있는 "유비쿼터스도시계획수립지침"을 기초로 기본 계획의 수준의 장애인 및 노약자 지원시스템의 전반적인 설계를 실시하는 것이다. 참조모델 형식의 기본계획 및 관리방안을 제시하는데 계획 부분에서는 장애인 노약자를 위한 서비스, 정보관리, 기반시설의 구축관리 운영, 지자체간 호환 연계 등이 포함되며 관리 부분에서는 관계행정기관 간 역할분담 및 협력방안, 유비쿼터스도시건설 등에 필요한 재원의 조달 및 운용방안이 포함된다. 본 연구의 결과는 장애인 및 노약자 인구의 증가로 인해 발생하는 문제들을 해결할 수 있도록 하고 그들의 삶의 질을 증진시키는데 기여함으로써 다가오는 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 사회 경제적 발전에 이바지할 것으로 기대된다.

효율적인 차량 궤적 관리를 지원하는 물류관리시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of e-Logistics System supporting Efficient Moving Objects Trajectory Management)

  • 이 논문은 효율적인 차량 이동 궤적 관리를 지원하는 e-logistics 시스템을 제안한다. 최근의 무선통신의 발전은 물류 차량의 추적, 휴대폰 사용자 위치 서비스, 위치기반 상거래를 포함한 위치기반서비스들이 등장하게 하였다. 물류 시스템은 물류 센터에서 차량과 배송품의 위치를 계속적으로 파악해야 하므로 차량 추적을 필수적으로 수반하게 된다. 좀 더 나아가서, 계속적으로 이동하는 차량과 배송품의 위치 궤적을 저장하고 관리하는 것은 효율적인 물류 계획과 배송을 지원하기 위해 필수 불가결한 요소이다. 제안된 시스템은 실세계 모바일 환경에서 물류 배송 정보의 효과적인 관리뿐만 아니라, 기존의 공간 데이터베이스가 갖는 공간객체 관리 기능을 포함한다. 또한 효과적인 물류 이동 경로 관리 및 검색을 수행하기 위하여 기존의 TB 트리의 데이터 갱신 성능을 개선하고, 다중버전 기법을 도입한 색인을 사용하였다. 제안된 시스템은 소포관제와 유사한 차량 추적 시스템, 위치기반서비스 등과 같이 실시간 모바일 환경에서 연속적으로 위치를 변경하는 이동객체 관련 분야에 적용 가능하다.

Species richness related to landscape characteristics of uninhabited islands in Korea

  • The principal objective of this study was to characterize the relationships between geographical conditions (e.g., island area, distance to mainland) and landscape structures of uninhabited islands, and to evaluate the effects of islands and their landscape structures on species richness. One hundred randomly selected islands and 5,000 m buffered areas derived from the boundaries of each island were used to summarize the number of observed bird species, and landscape pattern indices, particularly patch density, edge density, shape index, and mean nearest neighboring distance. Spatial arrangements of individual patch type at the class level, which are markedly affected by the distance from an island to the mainland, have a superior ability to explain the variances in species richness, as compared to the geographical conditions and landscape pattern indices at the landscape level. The results demonstrate that the patch type landscape structure is the primary factor affecting species richness, as well as the distance to the mainland. In particular, landscape pattern indices of cropland/pasture and woody cover are statistically significant in terms of explaining species richness, which suggests that food resources and appropriate conditions in landscape structures of habitat types are assumed as important elements in attracting bird species. This study also proposes the importance of evaluation on the landscape structure of each island, in order to designate protected areas and to establish a management plan for species conservation in uninhabited islands.

아이치 생물다양성 목표 11의 이론적 고찰 - 보호지역의 양적 확대 목표와 질적 향상 목표를 중심으로 - (A Study on Aichi Biodiversity Target 11 - Focused on Quantitative Expansion Goals and Qualitative Improvement Goals of Protected Areas -)

  • This study aims to provide basic understanding for evaluating the quantitative and qualitative progress of national protected areas, through the theoretical review of Aichi Biodiversity Target 11 in order to comply with recommendations of international community and to conserve biodiversity. As a result of the study, Aichi Biodiversity Target 11 sets out the specific contents that the Parties should achieve for protected areas by identifying them as temporal and spatial goals. The temporal goal, the time schedule for achieving the goal, is 2020, and the spatial goal is divided into quantitative expansion goals and qualitative improvement goals. The quantitative expansion goals present the target coverage of protected areas separately terrestrial and marine. The qualitative improvement goals include the target areas for conservation and five conservation considerations. The conservation targets focus on the important areas with regard to biodiversity and ecosystem services. The five conservation considerations mean effective management, equitable management, ecological representativeness, connectivity, and integration into the landscape and seascape for protected areas. Finally, it suggests that two tracks of protected areas and other effective area-based conservation measures(OECMs) should be used as conservation measures to build an integrated system. The results of this study can be applied to quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods for protected areas and it can contribute to achieve quantitative expansion goals and qualitative improvement goals for them.

드론 기반의 재배관리 지도 제작 및 활용방안 - 봄배추를 대상으로 - (Preparation and Application of Cultivation Management Map Using Drone - Focused on Spring Chinese Cabbage -)

  • 영농계획 수립 지원을 위해서는 대상작물의 작황 변화에 대한 선제적 평가 및 정밀한 정보 제공이 중요하다. 따라서 드론을 이용한 과학적이고 지속적인 관측을 통해 영농단계별 의사결정에 필요한 맞춤형 정보 제공 기술이 필요하다. 본 연구는 노지채소에 대한 영농계획 수립을 지원하기 위하여 수행하였다. 재배관리 지도의 각각의 정보들은 선행연구를 바탕으로 포장출현 지도, 스트레스 평가 지도 및 생산성 평가 지도와 같이 세가지 종류로 제작되었으며, 3차원 기반의 객체단위로 정보가 제공되어 포장내 공간적 변이를 잘 반영하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 재배관리 지도는 결주 지점 파악, 보식 여부 판단, 시비, 제초 및 방제, 관수시설 위치, 기간 및 조건 설정, 상품성 평가, 우선 수확지점 선정, 수확시기, 소요시간 및 비용 산정 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

수변지역에서의 저영향개발기법(LID) 적용을 위한 계획과정 도출 및 모의효과 (The Planning Process and Simulation for Low Impact Development(LID) in Waterfront Area)

  • 최근 도시계획분야에서 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 저영향개발기법은 강우관리 및 비점오염원 저감 뿐만 아니라 사회적, 경제적, 심미적으로 다양한 가치를 지니는 지속가능한 성장을 유도하는 통합적인 개발의 틀로서 이해되고 있다. 수변지역 개발에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 저영향개발기법에 대한 관심 역시 증대되고 있지만 계획과정 및 요소에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 두 가지의 목적을 지닌다. 하나는 저영향개발기법에 대한 선행연구검토를 통하여 계획과정 및 요소를 도출하는 것이고 다른 하나는 도출된 계획과정 및 요소를 모의적용과정을 통하여 효과를 파악하는 것이다. 저영향개발기법의 적용은 토지이용계획의 변화를 기초로 하였다. 이는 보전지역 및 공공시설 구역의 기능설정, 투수면적 확대를 위한 공간배치계획, 분산형 빗물관리체계 구축을 위한 공간배치계획 등으로 구분된다. 본 연구는 LIDMOD2를 이용하여 사례지역에서의 저영향개발기법 모의적용 효과를 추정하였다. 그 결과 연간표면 유출량, 연간 침투량, T-N, T-P, BOD, 첨두유량 등에서 7~10% 정도의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
