보폐정천탕(補肺定喘湯)을 이용한 아토피 피부염 치료(治療)에 관한 임상연구 (The Clinical Study Of Atopic Dermatitis Treated By Bopejungcheuntang(BPJC))

  • The purpose of this study was on effect of Bopejungcheuntang(BPJC) for atopic dermatitis. During 5 months between January and May 2000, BPJC water extract administered to patient suffering from atopic dermatitis, in Dep. of Pediatrics, Dongguk university Pundang Oriental Hospital and this study was conducted for 27 patient (male 17, female 10) The result were as follows 1. The distribution of remedial values were improvement (51.9%), unresponsiveness(37.0%), depravation(11.1%). 2. After dispensing BPJC, ordinal sites of atopic dermatitis were inner space of elbow and knee joint, face and neck, back and abdomen, wrist and ankle. Befor and after dispensing BPJC this ordinal sites were similar but after dispensing BPJC, the other sites except head is improved. Order of symptomatic improvement is itching, licheniasis, erythema, exudate. Both itching and exudate is significantly improved. 3. According to way of water extract, symptomatic improvement is most excellent with general water extract & distiled water, the second is general water extract, the third is distiled water. 4. BPJC effect on atopic dermatitis is not significantly affected by sex, day of falling ill, medical treatment, resident environment, feeding, character and duration of medical treatment.

공동주택에 적용된 Shaft Box형 발코니의 환경성능 검토 (An Investigation of Environmental Performance on Shaft Box Type Balcony Adopted to Apartment Building)

  • This study focus on shaft box facade, special form of box window construction. It consists of a system of box window with continuous vertical shafts that extend over a number of stories to create a stack effect. The subject building was decided by analyzing various types of exiting apartments. Shaft box type balcony was devised by setting up shaft space at a part of balcony. Air flow and indoor air temperature were simulated, performance of shaft box type balcony was compared with existing types using VE computer simulation program. Research consequence can be summarized as follow: 1) In the case of existing types, the change of window opening rate has only a little effect on the improvement of indoor temperature. But, air flow rate increased two times in the case that changed opening rate 20% to 40% 2) In the case of existing types, the growth of air flow rate has little effect on the improvement of indoor temperature. But, shaft box type represented the remarkable effect on the improvement of indoor temperature as well as the growth of air flow rate.

  • The principal measure of housing demand is income and the preferences expressed by households through their respective indifference curves. In this context, housing essentially becomes a derived demand, i.e., the household consumes land and a location (or distance-in time and money costs), according to its relative preferences for space, accessibility, and all other nonhousing goods. This paper attempts to deal with both aspects of housing (apartment) demand and household mobility in the Seoul Metropolitan Areas. Housing services will be measured using hedonic regression technique. From observations on the market prices of dwelling units and on the underlying characteristics of housing, one can estimte the relationships between the two empirically. In predicting the probability of the future moves into new towns in the Seoul Metropolitan areas, the best predictors of the future moves into new best predictors are found to be the degree of satisfaction not only with the current residence as a whole, but with some of the major amenities, accessibility and child education. The reasons for moving into new towns are diverse depending on the households' current situation; the most frequently cited is "improvement of housing conditions," followed by "improvement of living environment," "asset improvement" and "home ownership". It appears that people move houses because of a dissatisfaction with their current housing status, relative their income or needs, or a desire to improve their housing and neighborhood amenities, or both. On the other hand, it is clear that the development of new towns in the Seoul Metropolitan Areas should be based on the analysis of housing demand and the pattern of household mobility in Seoul housing market.sehold mobility in Seoul housing market.

해안 매립도시 완충녹지 조성현황과 기능향상을 위한 식재방안 - 안산시 완충녹지를 사례로 - (Planting Plan for Improvement of Buffer Green Space Function in the Vicinity of Railroad in Seashore Reclaimed Land - A Case Study of Buffer Green Space, Ansan City -)

  • 본 연구에서는 해안 매립도시인 안산시 철도변 완충녹지를 대상으로 완충녹지의 문제점을 분석하고, 완충녹지의 공간기능과 식재개념에 적합한 식재방안을 제시하였다. 안산시 철도별 완충녹지의 식재밀도는 $0.04{\sim}0.17$주/$m^2$ 이었고, 녹지용적계수는 $0.15{\sim}1.65m^3/m^2$로 녹량이 부족하여 완충기능이 미흡하였다. 마운딩 완충녹지의 토양경도는 $2.72{\sim}15kg/cm^2$로 식생생육에 적합하지 않았다. 완충녹지의 기능을 향상시키기 위해 야생조류 서식 측면의 생물서식기능, 주변 토지이용 측면의 도시공원기능, 식재수종 계절성 측면의 경관개선기능을 검토하였다. 완충녹지를 기능에 따라 생물서식기능의 완충녹지, 완충 및 경관개선기능의 완충녹지, 경관 및 도시공원기능의 완충녹지, 완충 및 생물서식기능의 완충녹지로 재설정하였다. 완충기능 식재방안에서는 곰솔 등을 주요종으로 선정하고, 교목종 0.4주/$m^2$, 관목종 0.5주/$m^2$로 식재밀도를 설정하였고, 경관개선 기능에서는 느티나무, 산벚나무, 살구나무 등을 주요종으로 선정하고 교목종 0.2주/$m^2$, 관목종 0.5주/$m^2$로 식재밀도를 설정하였다. 생물서식기능에서는 상수리나무, 산벚나무, 팥배나무 등을 주요종으로 선정하고, 적정 식재 밀도를 교목종 0.06주/$m^2$, 아교목종 0.1주/$m^2$, 관목종 0.8주/$m^2$로 식재밀도를 제시하였다.

  • Lighting in indoor space is being changed to system lighting converged with IT technology. Office space lighting with incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps was completed through overall lighting plan by illumination in most cases, but convergence between LED lighting and IT technology enables the technology of responding to user requirements to be realized. Optical physical quantity suitable for humans and the lighting environment in accordance with user's sensibility, based on space function and user's behavior, would contribute to the improvement of service productivity, energy reduction, and enhancement of emotional satisfaction by providing user optimized lighting solution. Thus, user-customized system lighting guidelines to be applied with integration indicators of optics and sensibility are required. For the design elements required by users, environmental factors, product characteristics, optical characteristics, and sensibility factors are drawn from the design cases for office space and the survey, and the design check list and evaluation indicators are considered to reflect the requirements in the design and requirement indicators to give integrated satisfaction for optics and sensibility are developed. Purpose-centered design method from the user's viewpoint is applied to function-focused design through scenario, and it should be applied flexibly, as the new lightning design method solutions, to the concept design stage of space lighting design and device development. This paper, therefore, presents user-customized guidelines by pursuing the optics and sensibility evaluation and design method combining the requirement conditions and scenario, to be used for lighting content development and design.

보육시설의 질적 향상을 위한 설치기준에 관한 기초연구 (A Preliminary Study of Licensing Facilitation Standards for Improvements in Quality for Childcare Centers)

  • This study examines the preliminary license and approval facilitation standards for improvements in quality for childcare centers focusing on the number of children, building space standards, facilities and equipment, and childcare program. Data from 48 caese was collected from childcare centers nationwide in Korea through a questionnaire and building plan. The first step for starting care licensing is to work out the ages and numbers of children within four or five age ranges. The second step is to work out the number of children as small, medium, or large considering staff to child ratios and building size. The Nnext step is to make a choice about childcare service quality classification as minimum, fair, or good, considering space requirements per child for the building, the classroom and the outdoor playground. The next step is to make a choice of space organization relating to service programs, considering the sleeping and eating area, indoor play area, toilet & washing facilities, classroom layouts such as cluster type, double zone type, single zone type, and others. Also, each room and entrance, office, kitchen, storage, laundry, teacher's area, and chilldren's area, need to be checked for space requirements and performances. The last step is to arrange the childcare program with the building and site plan. In conclusion childcare service quality will get better by upgrading of license regulation especially in minimum space requirements per child, corresponding with an increase in GNP and housing area per person. This is needed for childcare licensing in order to determine the quality level of childcare service.

농가 옥외공간의 평가 - 옥외공간의 구성요소를 중심으로 - (Evaluation on the Outdoor Space in Farmhouse)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the components for the improvement of outdoor spaces in farmyards and to suggest guidelines for the planning of these spaces. The objects of this study were the general farmyards located around farmhouses which had government support for the construction of on-site gardens. The results were as follows: 1. Although over 50% of the general farmyards did not have gardens, most gardens of farmyards (90% and over) featured trees and/or flowers. This demonstrated that the residents of the farmyards thought positively about green spaces. 2. With the establishment of a garden, the self-image of the household improved along with the physical environment. Thus, the construction of the garden brought about psychologically and physically positive results. 3. Regarding the degree of satisfaction with green space and shade, the rate of farmyards with gardens was higher than those without. With more government support for developing such green spaces, satisfaction with them could increase. The same result was obtained regarding the degree of satisfaction towards visual harmony with nearby farmyards, indicating that neighboring farm households want to have positive relationships with one another. 4. The frequency of use of living space increased through the construction of gardens in farmyards, in spite of decreased working space. %is aspect could be used as data in the planning of gardens in farmyards. 5. The perceived necessity of gardens in the general farmyards and desire to construct new gardens rose. This preference was high in gardens with abundant greenery and a lot of rest facilities. This study suggests those reasons result from a poor farm economy. With government support, general farmyards without gardens could construct gardens. And we might infer that the residents' desire to construct a garden in general famyards had been influenced by a neighbor with a garden.

외부공간 환경계획지표 사례분석을 통한 생태면적률 공간유형 보완 방향 도출 연구 - 식재부문 공간유형 신설을 통한 보완방향을 중심으로 - (A study on the supplementation of the Biotop Area Ratio by case study of Outdoor Environmental Planning Indicators)

  • Recently, the increase of impervious area has been pointed out as a major cause of climate change and biotop area deterioration]. Therefore, quantitative indicators for environmental housing design and planning have been needed especially to control the impervious area. The Biotop Area Ratio(BAR) as the mostly applied environmental planning control instrument in Korea verifying the possibility of utilizing has been used effectively in various aspects. However, the fact that the space types are based on two dimension and ecological functions of spaces are simplified has shown the limitations of this planning instrument in the use as planning and evaluation indicator. In this study, classification criteria and the weighting of the space types in similar indicators Biotopflaechenfaktor (BFF, Berlin), Seattle Green Factor (SGF, Seattle), and Green Area Factor (GAF, Malmo) were analyzed. These indicators are similar in the sense that they apply weights to calculate the area and express a percentage of land area. The findings are as follows: The basic method that can estimate the vegetation volume is proposed to overcome the limitation of the BAR. It also was proven that the introduction of three-dimensional volume rate of biotops area was possible. Finally, the framework of space type classification criteria is proposed through linkages with relevant laws and regulations. With the improvement of the space types, the BAR is expected to be reasonable indicator in outdoor space evaluation in housing project.

1인 거주 쉐어하우스 연구에서 만족도 조사항목 추출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Deduction of Satisfaction Survey Factors in the Study of One-person Living Sharehouse)

  • Sharehouse has been supplied as an alternative to solving the steadily increasing one-room housing problem of single-person households every year, and it is necessary to investigate the satisfaction of residents who actually live in sharehouse through P.O.E. Therefore, this study analyzed priror researches related to the existing one-person households, sharehouses, and satisfaction surveys, and summarized indicators with high relevance and frequency to derive satisfaction survey factors that can clearly evaluate the improvement architectural plan of sharehouses. As a result, it was classified into 4 items in the 'general information' category to investigate the status, housing rental type, and housing cost of the sharehouse, 15 factors in the 'peripheral environment' category to evaluate the safety, 3 factors in the 'community' category, and 17 factors in the space (facility) and service category. In the "General Information" section, the overall one-person housing satisfaction, desired sharehouse type, housing rental type, housing cost, and living expenses were reduced. In the "Surrounding Environment", accessibility to public office, accessibility to cultural facilities, accessibility to medical facilities, accessibility to work and school, convenience stores, noise pollution and safety. In addition, in the "community" section, it consists of interactions with various people, relationships with housemates and in the "space (facilities) and service" section, heating, waterproof, soundproof, ventilation, moisture and condensation blocking, facility management, interior, room size, built-in furniture, storage space, laundry, parking. Most of the scales for each factor were 5-point Likert scales, allowing evaluation of the degree of satisfaction, and some factors presented criteria to induce structured answers. Therfore, it is expected that the survey will be conducted on residents who actually live by deriving factors for the satisfaction survey of one-person households living in the sharehouse, and the current status of the sharehouse will be identified, and the degree of satisfaction will be analyzed to be used for research.

간접적 산림체험이 인체의 심리에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Indirect Forest Experience on Human Psychology)

  • 본 연구에서는 산림치유인자인 경관과 청각요소를 활용한 산림의 간접적 영향이 기분개선에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 실험은 신체건강한 대학생 30명($23.6{\pm}1.7$세)을 대상으로, 2016년 10월 5일부터 11월 30일 까지 약 2달간 실시되었다. 산림과 도시공간의 경관과 소리를 이용하여 3가지 요소(이미지 요소, 소리 요소 그리고 이미지+소리 요소)를 만들었으며, 대상자들이 실내에서 이 3가지 요소들을 감상하였다. 그리고 3가지 요소들이 기분개선에 미치는 영향들을 SPSS 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 비교분석하였다. 기분개선을 측정하기 위한 심리검사로써 기분상태검사(POMS)와 의미분별법(SD)이 사용되었다. 그 결과 간접적인 산림의 자극은 긴장, 피로, 분노, 혼란, 우울감을 억제하고 활력감을 증진시키는 효과를 나타내었고 산림의 자극 간 비교에서는 차이를 보지 않았으나 도시의 자극에 비해 산림의 자극이 쾌적감과 자연감 그리고 진정감을 높이는 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
