Objectives: This study reports using Hyungbangsabaksan to cure Soyangin Yangdokbalban (陽毒發斑) appealing Systemic Allergic Contact Dermatitis. Methods: After diagnosing the patient showing Papuloerythematous with no blisters in the body as a Soyangin Yangdokbalban (陽毒發斑), we prescribed the patient with Hyungbangsabak-san. We compared the condition of the patient before and after medication with photo shots. Results: After treatment, Papuloerythematous which was seen with the naked eye disappeared and various skin symptoms such as itching and warmth in the flare area also improved. Conclusions: After treatment, the symptoms of the patient who after eating lacquer chicken showed improvement.

Urticaria is acute febrile dermatopathy. Patients suffer from Urticaria, because It causes wheals, flare, itching and so on. It occurs usually. $15%{\sim}20%$ of all people experience it in one's whole life. This case is about one patient who suffered from urticaria. He was controled by western medicine, but he was not treated. We diagnosed his case as Soyangin(少陽人) Yangdokbalban(陽毒發斑), We observed his bowel movement condition, he had constipation. Our objective was that his bowel movement rendition would be normal. So we and used Soyangin(少陽人) Yangdokbaekho-tang(陽毒白虎湯). As a result of this treatment, his symptom vanished.

In this study, it is experienced that Drug eruptions of Soyangin patient mistreated with Taeumin, The patient was 61 years old, female. She entered our hospital for Stroke and sicked Drug eruptions by mistreatment of Taeumin, After we prescribed Yanggyuksanhwatang(凉膈散火湯), had the general improvement of drug eruptions. Drug eruptions is related to Yangdokbalban(陽毒發斑) in Oriental medicine. The Yangdokbalban(陽毒發斑) of Soyangin is classed as Wisuyulliyulbyung(胃受熱裏熱病). This is a kind of dermatitis caused by Wiyul(胃熱). We classified this as Soyangin-Liyuuljeung(小陽人裏熱證) and prescribed Yangdokbaekhotang(陽毒白虎湯) and Yanggyuksanhwatang(凉膈散火湯). In the result, we had the general improvement of Yangdokbalban(陽毒發斑).

The Yangdokbalban(陽毒發斑) of Taeumin(太陰人) is classed as Gansuyoilliyoilbyung(肝受熱裏熱病). This is a kind of dermatitis caused by Ganyoilpaejo(肝熱肺燥) what was risen from disorder of Simyok(心慾). In the treatment, we should temper the Simyok and recover Hosanjigy(呼散之氣) of Lung by Cheongganjoyoil(淸肝燥熱). In this study, it is experienced that Yangdokbalban of Taeumin patient mistreated with Soyangin, got sick by Korean medical treatment, and also it came to improve the psychosomatic disorder(心身症) generally. The patient was 52 years old, female. She entered our hospital for Yangdokbalban, including serious itching, insomnia, chest discomfort, dyspepsia, pantalgia, and she had neutropenia in the blood test. We classified this as Taeumin-liyoiljung(太陰人 裏熱證) and prescribed Galgunhaegitang(葛根解肌湯) and Chungsimyoinjahabopaewontang(淸心蓮子合補肺元湯) in according to the principle of Cheongganjoyoil. In the result, we had the general improvement of Yangdokbalban and psychosomatic disorder.
