코스메틱 산업에서의 유통경로상 거래관계가 갈등과 관계만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Business Relationships on Conflict and Satisfaction in the Cosmetics Industry's Distribution Channel)

  • Purpose - The cosmetics industry is a traditional high value-added industry in terms of the domestic demand, small batch production systems, exclusive competition, and raw materials highly dependent on overseas countries as well as an oligopolistic market structure. However, new foreign brands and growing consumer awareness of inexpensive products, has triggered a shift. In line with changing lifestyles and the polarization of consumption, the industry faces a new market structure. Among its key characteristics is the cosmetics industry's numerous distribution channels (i.e., department stores, door-to-door sales, online shopping malls, brand shops, and discount stores). Therefore, the study of its distribution channels is essential. Research design, data, and methodology - The study analyzed channel distribution power divided into coercive and non-coercive power. The factors of coercive power included: unilateral request of an increase in commissions, interference in sales by taking advantage of a superior status, unilateral buck-passing at the time of a problem, unilateral request to stop sales activities, and a unilateral business contract; the factors of non-coercive power included favorable payment conditions, offers of various kinds of information, policy on commission reduction, pride in market entrance, and promotion support. In addition, the mediating variable "interdependence" was applied to the execution of department store (or mart) power and their shop conflicts and satisfaction to examine direct and indirect influential power. The methodology was a survey of managers of cosmetics shops in department stores (or marts). The questionnaire, based on a five-point Likert scale, included questions about basic personal information, execution of power, interdependence, conflict, and satisfaction. The study distributed 198 questionnaires and collected 131. Ten questionnaires with missing or hard to analyze data were excluded. Thus, 121 copies were analyzed. Results - According to the analysis, the execution of coercive power by department stores (or marts) did not affect interdependence, but the execution of non-coercive power did. Interdependence did not influence conflict, but did affect satisfaction. Additionally, the analysis revealed direct influential power: the execution of coercive power positively affected conflict and negatively influenced satisfaction; the execution of non-coercive power positively affected satisfaction. Conclusions - To offer suggestions for distribution business relations in the cosmetics industry, this study investigated how the execution of power by department stores (or marts) affected their shops. More specifically, it examined how much the execution of both coercive power and non-coercive power influenced conflict and satisfaction, and analyzed the mediating role of interdependence. In line with previous study results in various areas, coercive power was shown to be the source of conflict, leading to a decrease in satisfaction, whereas non-coercive power significantly positively influenced satisfaction. Moreover, non-coercive power increased interdependence, which led to greater satisfaction. As a result, interdependence had a mediating effect on non-coercive power and satisfaction. Based on the results, department stores (or marts) should look for improvements plans that increase interdependence. Such plans could alleviate conflict with the shops, increasing their satisfaction.

  • 어육단백질을 이용한 새로운 식품소재개발을 목적으로 년간 약 20만톤이 어획되는 다획성 어류인 말쥐치육 단백질을 이용하여 plastein을 합성하였다. Plastein 합성을 위해 pepsin, $\alpha-chymotrypsin$, papain 및 protease을 이용한 말쥐치육 단백질의 가수분해 조건과 plastein 합성 반응 조건을 구명하였다. 가수분해 최적조건은 papain, pepsin, $\alpha-chymotrypsin$ 및 protease의 경우, 온도는 각각 $50^{\circ}C,\;40^{\circ}C,\;55^{\circ}C$$50^{\circ}C$, pH는 각각 6, 2, 7, 8, 가수분해 시간과 효소첨가농도는 papain과 protease 는 4시간, $0.5\%$, papain과 $\alpha-chymotrypsin$은 24시간, $1.0\%$였다. 이들중 경제성을고려하면 pepsin이 plastein 합성기질 제조에 적합한 것으로 판단되었다. Plastein 합성 최적조건으로서는 papain, pepsin, $\alpha-chymotrypsin$ 및 protease(from Streptomyces griseus)의 경우, pH는 각각 6, 4, 7, 6, 기질농도는 papain $50\%$, pepsin, $\alpha-chymotrypsin$ 및 prolease는 $40\%$였다. 온도는 4종의 효소 모두가 $50^{\circ}C$였다. Protease는 plastein 활성반응에 적합하지 않았다.

분만기관 선택과 이용 후의 평가 (Choice of Medical Care Institution for Delivery and Evaluation of the Institution after Delivery)

  • There exists a general consensus in Korea that patients tend to concentrate in large hospitals and this tendency is partly responsible for inefficiency in health services. The process of choosing a medical care provider for health care services and evaluating the provider after utilization seems to involve many diverse factors to become very complex. Therefore a systemsatic study is needed to achieve sufficient understanding of the proeess. For this point of view, this study investigates patient's selection of medical care institution for delivery care services and their evaluation of the institution after delivery. In more specific, the objectives of the study are twofold: 1) to identify the factors associated with expectant mothers' choice of type of medical care institution for delivery among tertiary hospitals, general hospitals, small hospitals, and clinics: and 2) to understand the factors affecting patient evaluation of the medical care institution after delivery. The data used for the analysis were collected through face-to-face interviews with those women who had childbirth during the period from January 1, 1996 to the date of interview in February 1998. The survey was conducted using preqared structured questionnaire in Seoul. The sample was drawn from each of arbitrarily defined four regions of Seoul, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Southwest, in proportion to the number of births reported in 1996 in each of them. The distribution of the interviewed women by educational level was made similar to that of mothers of new babies reported in 1996. The sample size was planned to be about 300, but ended up with analytical sample of 319. Major conclusions emerged from the analysis can be summarized as follows: 1) Large hospitals were evaluated as much better for technical quality than other types of institutions, whereas they were compared similar to or worse for other attributes. And it was found that technical quality of care is considered as the most important condition of medical care institution for delivery, while the amount of direct cost is considered as the least important one. Taken together, the utilization of large hospitals is not likely to decrease even though they cannot give satisfaction to patients in other aspects than technical quality. 2) The activeness in the search for information affected the respondents' evaluation of medical care institutions, which would influence their later decision or recommendation to other persons as to the choice of source of health care services. Therefore, increased efforts should be directed to improving availability of useful and correct information for patients in relation to the utilization of health care services. 3) Since the findings of this study were obtained from the analysis of delivery care services, their applicability to other kinds of services may be limited. Thus it would be useful to conduct a comparative study of several kinds of services explicitly taking into account the characteristics of those services in the analysis.

LMO에 대한 손해배상책임 - 바이오신약을 중심으로 (A study of Liability for LMO and Biomedicine)

  • Humankind history is faced with one gigantic turning point due to development of Living genetically Modified Organisms. Food production by means of LMO is on the acceleration in an effort to solve the shortage of food problems. Food is also used as alternative energy source. Use of LMO product is not only limited to food and energy, but is actively utilized in various fields of medicines. This paper is first to check out the state of biomedicine developed and associated problems from industries that use LMO, after which we made an attempt on legislative approach to find out means of relief, through examples of such laws legislated for the sufferer from the adverse effect of the biomedicine. As for the liable subject to bear the responsibility for compensatory damage in a way of relieving the victim owing to adverse effect of biomedicine, those who manufactured and sold biomedicine and who are related to the damage to the victim due to the accident and medical doctors and pharmacists who prescribe and administer the medicine in question have been looked into. Accidents involving medicines and medical supplies could take place without reason for imputation on part of the liable subjects or fault of the victim, in which case the victim can't receive damage compensation from any of both parties. When such accidents happened turn out to be no fault accidents, introduction of damage relief measures might have to be reviewed against side effects of medicine and medical supplies as no fault compensation in order for actual relief to be possible. Talking about technicality of legislation, we can suggest a method of strengthening the accountability of manufacturer for stereotypical agenda on biomedicines by newly legislating special regulation with an issue that resists claim on risks associated with the development of medicine and incorporating the same into Manufactured Product Liability Law. After all, when an accident happens associated with biomedicine, the damage will be done to the consumer. And the consumer will be exposed to fatal danger even without the time to cope with potential risks associated with medicine and medical supplies they take. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the potential victim by having the manufacturer of biomedicines bear the liability of medical risks.

충청남도 삽교호수계 수질오염총량관리제 시행을 위한 주요하천 유량 및 수질의 시.공간적 특성 분석 (Temporal and Spatial Analysis of Flowrate and Water Quality of Major Tributaries for Implementation of TMDL in Sapgyo-reservoir Watershed at Chungcheongnam-do)

  • The major tributaries in Sapgyo-reservoir watershed at Chungcheongnam-do were monitored for flowrate and water quality in order to analyze the characteristics of watershed and to prepare for implementation of total maximum daily load (TMDL). According to the analytical results of flowrate and water quality monitoring data of sixteen tributaries, the tributaries with the value of flowrate over $0.5m^3/s$ were 62.5% among the monitored tributaries and the value of flowrate in the Cheonancheon, Namwoncheon, Shinyangcheon except Gokgyocheon, Muhancheon, Sapgyocheon was relatively greater than the other tributaries. However, 37.5% of the tributaries were exceeded the water quality standards of Sapgyocheon sub-basin ($BOD_5$ 5 mg/L and/or below) and the concentration of water pollutants regardless of water quality parameters in Cheonancheon, Maegokcheon, Oncheoncheon including Gokgyocheon located in Gokgyocheon catchment were relatively higher than the other tributaries. The tributaries for improving the water quality, according to stream grouping method based on the results of flowrate and water quality monitoring data, were selected. In the Sapgyo-reservoir watershed, the tributaries for improving water quality, which has a large flowrate and a high concentration of water pollutants, were selected at Cheonancheon, Gokgyocheon, Maegokcheon, Namwoncheon, Oncheoncheon. The various water quality improving plans for those tributaries, in accordance with the reduction of point source pollution by population and livestock, should be established and implemented.

CFD를 이용한 Hybrid 인공습지의 초기침강지 저류판 구조 모의 (Simulation of Various Baffle Types in a Constructed Wetland Sedimentation Tank using CFD)

  • 인공습지는 오염물질 저감기능을 포함하는 여러 가지 생태서비스 기능 때문에 다양하게 적용되고 있다. 그러나 인공습지에 많은 입자상 물질이 유입하게 되면 유지관리의 어려움과 기능의 저하를 초래한다. 따라서 본 연구는 인공습지 내입자상 물질의 제거효율 향상을 위한 침강지내 최적 baffle 설치방안을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 최적 저류판 설치방안은 침강지내 유체와 입자의 흐름을 해석함으로써 도출가능하며, 이를 위해 전산유체역학(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD) 이론을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 baffle이 유속을 저하시키고 입자상 물질의 침강효율을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 경사각을 가진 저류판보다는 수직 저류판이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 활용하여 공공지역 비점오염저감시설로 설치된 소규모 하이브리드 인공습지의 침강지 효율개선 방안을 도출하였다. 수직각을 이용한 저류판을 설치할 경우 침강효율이 1.2~1.3배 정도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 침강지 내 저류판의 설치에 따른 결과는 인공습지의 전반적인 저감 효율을 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 유지관리 빈도를 줄임으로써 비용효율적 인공습지 설계에 기여할 것으로 평가된다.

SWAT을 이용한 수변구역 조성에 따른 낙동강유역의 비점오염원 저감효과 분석 (Non-Point Source Mitigation Analysis by Applying Riparian Area in Nakdong River Using SWAT)

  • 1990년대 정부는 비점오염원 부하의 심각성을 인식하여 1995년부터 한강, 낙동강, 금강 그리고 영산강 이른바 4대강 유역에 대한 비점오염원의 조사연구사업을 실시하였다. 그러나 비점오염원의 경우 처리시설만으로는 처리하는데 한계가 있다는 특성 때문에 도시지역과 비도시지역에 대한 비점오염원을 관리하기 위한 대책 마련과 제도적 관리방안의 수립이 시급한 실정이었다. 따라서 본 연구는 토지매수가 상수원 수질개선에 미치는 영향 및 효과분석을 하고, 토지매수를 통한 비점오염물질 저감효과 분석을 위해 토지매수에 따른 비점오염원에 의한 오염물질 변화 해석 및 토지매수에 따른 최적 수변녹지대 조성을 위한 식생 효과를 분석 하였다. 수변구역 내의 비점오염물질의 공공수역 유입을 억제하기 위한 방법들 중에서 보편적이고 자연친화적인 방법이 수변구역(riparian buffer strip), 또는 수변완충구역(riparian buffer zone)을 조성하여 관리하는 것이다. 수변구역은 하천유역의 토양, 식물, 동물을 포함하는 시스템으로서 하천흐름을 조절하고, 물을 저장하며, 물에서 유해한 물질을 제거할 뿐만 아니라, 수중 및 육상의 식물과 동물을 위한 서식처를 제공하는 등 수질과 수량 그리고 생태계 측면에서 중요한 지역이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 현재 낙동강 수계에 수변구역 조성시의 수질개선효과 연구를 수행하였다. 토지매수가 상수원 수질개선에 미치는 영향 및 효과분석을 위해서 SWAT 모형을 적용하여 유량 및 수질모의를 실시하였다. 유역내 수변구역을 조성시 수변구역의 범위가 증가함에 따라 비점오염원의 감소가 크게 나타나고 있었다.로 대부분의 가정(家庭)은 아침 식사로 밥을 좋아하였다. (8) 편식을 고치는 것이 어렵다고 하였으며, 어린이 간식에 대하여는 깊은 관심을 나타냈다. 2. 영양교육(營養敎育) 현황실태(現況實態) (1)식생활(食生活)에 필요한 지식(知識)은 신문이나 잡지, 라디오와 텔레비젼을 통해서 대체로 얻고 있다. (2) 음식과 영양섭취와의 관계성이 있다고 답한 주부(主婦)는 70.8% 이었으며, 가족(家族)의 영양(營養)에 대하여 늘 생각하는 주부는 60% 이었다. 3. 식품섭취 빈도 거의 먹지 않는 식품(食品)으로 버터가 43.%로 가장 높았고, 육류의 섭취율이 낮았다. 반면, 김치와 채소류의 섭취율은 높았다. 집단간의 상관도를 보면 교육별로 김치, 장아찌, 콩이 각각 p>0.5 수준에서 유의한 차가 없었고, 나머지는 유의한 차가 있었다. 연령별로는 멸치가 유의한 차가 없었고(p>0.5), 수입별로는 콩이 유의한 차가 없었다(p>0.5). 4. 영양지식(營養知識) 검토 가정생활(家庭生活)에 필요(必要)한 일반적(一般的)인 영양지식(營養知識)은 대체적으로 낮은 편이었다. 어린이 영양, 편식의 해로움, 비만증의 해로움, 임신부 그리고 수유부 영양에 대하여는 일반적으로 알고 있다고 하였으며, 그다음으로 이유기 영양, 어린이 발육에 필요한 식품, 식품과 영양소와의 관계, 우유의 성분, 노인영양에 대하여 잘 알고 있는 비율이 낮았으며, 인체의 영양소, 식단작성여부, 간식의 이론, 식품감별법에 대하여는 가장 낮은 비율을 나타냈다. 각 영양지식은 교육정도가 높을수록 영양지식이 높았고, 교육별 집단간의 유의한 차가 나타났다. 토지이용에 따른 비점오염부하 특성 (Characteristics of Non-point source pollutant loads according to Landuse)

  • 본 연구에서는 농촌, 산림 및 도시유역에서 발생하는 비점원오염이 하천 수질에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 연구 유역으로는 농촌유역인 유포리, 산림유역인 학술림 및 도시유역인 공지천 등 3개 유역을 선정하였다. 유포리 유역의 면적은 $1.96\;km^2$으로 토지이용은 밭 7.5%, 논 11%, 과수원 1.95%를 제외한 70%가 임야지역으로 나타났다. 산림유역은 면적이 $3.9\;km^2$으로 임산실습을 위한 제탄소 등 교육 및 연구시설을 제외한 대부분(99%)이 산림으로 잘 보전되어 있다. 춘천시에 위치한 공지천 유역은 구시가지와 산림으로 구성되어 있고, 면적은 $0.19\;km^2$중 불투수면적이 $0.15\;km^2$으로 유역면적의 81.9%를 차지한다. 연구유역별로 강우시에는 5분, 건기시에는 30분 간격으로 수위를 측정한 후 수위-유량 곡선을 이용하여 유량으로 환산하였다. 수질 자료는 강우시에는 1일 3회 이상, 건기시에는 2주일에 1회 채취 하여 T-N과 T-P의 분석항목을 환경부 제정 수질 공정시험법의 제반 규정에 따라 분석하여 유역별 오염부하를 산정하였다. 농촌 및 산림유역의 T-N과 T-P의 평균농도는 8.3 mg/L 및 0.3mg/L, 2.4 mg/L 및 0.1 mg/L로 나타났고 도시유역의 건기시와 강우시의 T-N과 T-P의 평균농도는 28.1 mg/L 및 3.1 mg/L, 20.6 mg/L 및 2.5 mg/L로 나타났다. 농촌, 산림 및 도시유역의 T-N과 T-P의 연오염부하는 각각 270.60 kg/ha 및 8.64 kg/ha, 223.16 kg/ha 및 13.87 kg/ha 그리고 612.37 kg/ha 및 69.14 kg/ha이 발생하였다. 100mm 이상의 강우가 발생한 $6{\sim}9$월의 유포리와 학술림의 T-N과 T-P의 오염부하가 연오염부하의 86% 및 88% 그리고 66% 및 82%로 나타나 강우량이 오염부하에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 도시유역의 오염부하는 강우량이 많은 $6{\sim}8$월보다 강우량이 적은 5월과 12월에 크게 나타났다. 토지이용별 T-N과 T-P의 연오염부하는 도시>농촌>산림유역의 순서로 나타났다. 공장, 가정하수, 생활하수 등의 오염원이 많은 도시유역에서 T-N의 오염부하량은 농촌 및 산림유역보다 $2{\sim}3$배 높게 이상 나타났으며 T-P의 경우는 $5{\sim}9$배 이상 높게 나타나 비점원오염 배출은 하천 주변의 토지이용이 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다.

The Big Data Analytics Regarding the Cadastral Resurvey News Articles

  • With the popularization of big data environment, big data have been highlighted as a key information strategy to establish national spatial data infrastructure for a scientific land policy and the extension of the creative economy. Especially interesting from our point of view is the cadastral information is a core national information source that forms the basis of spatial information that leads to people's daily life including the production and consumption of information related to real estate. The purpose of our paper is to suggest the scheme of big data analytics with respect to the articles of cadastral resurvey project in order to approach cadastral information in terms of spatial data integration. As specific research method, the TM (Text Mining) package from R was used to read various formats of news reports as texts, and nouns were extracted by using the KoNLP package. That is, we searched the main keywords regarding cadastral resurvey, performing extraction of compound noun and data mining analysis. And visualization of the results was presented. In addition, new reports related to cadastral resurvey between 2012 and 2014 were searched in newspapers, and nouns were extracted from the searched data for the data mining analysis of cadastral information. Furthermore, the approval rating, reliability, and improvement of rules were presented through correlation analyses among the extracted compound nouns. As a result of the correlation analysis among the most frequently used ones of the extracted nouns, five groups of data consisting of 133 keywords were generated. The most frequently appeared words were "cadastral resurvey," "civil complaint," "dispute," "cadastral survey," "lawsuit," "settlement," "mediation," "discrepant land," and "parcel." In Conclusions, the cadastral resurvey performed in some local governments has been proceeding smoothly as positive results. On the other hands, disputes from owner of land have been provoking a stream of complaints from parcel surveying for the cadastral resurvey. Through such keyword analysis, various public opinion and the types of civil complaints related to the cadastral resurvey project can be identified to prevent them through pre-emptive responses for direct call centre on the cadastral surveying, Electronic civil service and customer counseling, and high quality services about cadastral information can be provided. This study, therefore, provides a stepping stones for developing an account of big data analytics which is able to comprehensively examine and visualize a variety of news report and opinions in cadastral resurvey project promotion. Henceforth, this will contribute to establish the foundation for a framework of the information utilization, enabling scientific decision making with speediness and correctness.

Process Fault Probability Generation via ARIMA Time Series Modeling of Etch Tool Data

  • Semiconductor industry has been taking the advantage of improvements in process technology in order to maintain reduced device geometries and stringent performance specifications. This results in semiconductor manufacturing processes became hundreds in sequence, it is continuously expected to be increased. This may in turn reduce the yield. With a large amount of investment at stake, this motivates tighter process control and fault diagnosis. The continuous improvement in semiconductor industry demands advancements in process control and monitoring to the same degree. Any fault in the process must be detected and classified with a high degree of precision, and it is desired to be diagnosed if possible. The detected abnormality in the system is then classified to locate the source of the variation. The performance of a fault detection system is directly reflected in the yield. Therefore a highly capable fault detection system is always desirable. In this research, time series modeling of the data from an etch equipment has been investigated for the ultimate purpose of fault diagnosis. The tool data consisted of number of different parameters each being recorded at fixed time points. As the data had been collected for a number of runs, it was not synchronized due to variable delays and offsets in data acquisition system and networks. The data was then synchronized using a variant of Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) algorithm. The AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model was then applied on the synchronized data. The ARIMA model combines both the Autoregressive model and the Moving Average model to relate the present value of the time series to its past values. As the new values of parameters are received from the equipment, the model uses them and the previous ones to provide predictions of one step ahead for each parameter. The statistical comparison of these predictions with the actual values, gives us the each parameter's probability of fault, at each time point and (once a run gets finished) for each run. This work will be extended by applying a suitable probability generating function and combining the probabilities of different parameters using Dempster-Shafer Theory (DST). DST provides a way to combine evidence that is available from different sources and gives a joint degree of belief in a hypothesis. This will give us a combined belief of fault in the process with a high precision.
