인천 지역 LNG G/T발전소의 미세먼지 (PM10) 배출량 평가 및 주변 대기질 영향 분석 (PM10 Emission Estimation from LNG G/T Power Plants and Its Important Analysis on Air Quality in Incheon Area)

  • Base on emission factors derived from National Institute of Environmental Research, Particulate matter from combined cycle power plants (CCPPs) has been estimated to be a important source of $PM_{10}$. Generally there is no serious emission of particulate matter in CCPPs. because the fuel of them is natural gas. But emission gas after long shut down season has very high dust content. Therefore $PM_{10}$ emission rate is dependent on its operation mode. In this study, particulate dispersion study for new city near CCPPs complex has performed using CALPUFF model for three case. $PM_{10}$ concentration has big difference between normal operation and 2 case start-up condition after long shutdown. In normal operating conditions, daily $0.32{\sim}0.50{\mu}g/m^3$ influence on of the surrounding area. But when 1~2 aerobic high concentration discharged conditions, average concentration is higher about $9.2{\sim}34.1{\mu}g/m^3$ than normal operating conditions.

  • In this paper, we propose a development results of a D-type non-rechargeable lithium battery($Li/SOCl_2$) on improvement in a low cost protection circuit of discharge for domestic military power source. According to this study, we describe a new design and product with 8-bit microcontroller in the protection circuit which can estimate state of health of the battery regardless of occurring an initial voltage delay. Also this paper discuss and facilitate development as solution to a safety about the non-rechargeable lithium batteries. As a result, we verified a quality of the protection circuit by a development test and evaluation(DT&E) process.

네 가지 음향 홀로그래피의 특성 및 오차 (Characteristics and Errors of Four Acoustic Holographies)

  • Acoustic holography makes it possible to reconstruct the acoustic field based on the measurement of the pressure distribution on the hologram surface. Because of the merit that one can obtain an entire three-dimensional wave field from the data recorded on a two-dimensional surface, the holographic method has been widely studied. Being an experimental method, holography has an unavoidable error which is generate by sampling in space and frequency domain and finite aperture size. Its magnitude is dependent on the space and frequency domain and finite aperture size. Its magnitude is dependent on the shape of hologram surface, acoustic holography may be classified into four types of holography : rectangular type planeholography, circular type plane holography, cylindrical holography and spherical holography. In this paper, four types of holography are studied by modal summation method. Numerical simulation is performed using a monopole source with varying parameters to find out effects to the estimation error in each holography. Experiments of circular type plane holography and cylindrical holography explain strong relation between the shape of hologram surface and the acoustic field.

Influence of Modeling Errors in the Boundary Element Analysis of EEG Forward Problems upon the Solution Accuracy

  • Accurate electroencephalography (EEG) forward calculation is of importance for the accurate estimation of neuronal electrical sources. Conventional studies concerning the EEG forward problems have investigated various factors influencing the forward solution accuracy, e.g. tissue conductivity values in head compartments, anisotropic conductivity distribution of a head model, tessellation patterns of boundary element models, the number of elements used for boundary/finite element method (BEM/FEM), and so on. In the present paper, we investigated the influence of modeling errors in the boundary element volume conductor models upon the accuracy of the EEG forward solutions. From our simulation results, we could confirm that accurate construction of boundary element models is one of the key factors in obtaining accurate EEG forward solutions from BEM. Among three boundaries (scalp, outer skull, and inner skull boundary), the solution errors originated from the modeling error in the scalp boundary were most significant. We found that the nonuniform error distribution on the scalp surface is closely related to the electrode configuration and the error distributions on the outer and inner skull boundaries have statistically meaningful similarity to the curvature distributions of the boundary surfaces. Our simulation results also demonstrated that the accumulation of small modeling errors could lead to considerable errors in the EEG source localization. It is expected that our finding can be a useful reference in generating boundary element head models.

  • 등 간격 선형 어레이로 입사하는 광대역 인코히어런트 신호의 도래각을 효율적으로 추정하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 변환행렬을 구성하기 위하여 CSM 방법이 초기 추정각을 요구하는 반면에 제안된 방법은 전혀 초기 추정각을 필요로 하지 않는다. 이 방법의 연산과정은 먼저 신호부각 방법에 의하여 중심주파수에서의 신호 부공간을 추정 한 다음 신호 부공간 회전 방법을 통한 직교변환행렬을 구성하는 것이다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안된 방법이 CSM 방법보다 표본바이어스 면에서 우수한 성능을 제공함을 알 수 있었다.

소나무잎을 Passive Air Sampler로 이용하여 지역별 대기 중 다환방향족 탄화수소의 농도 및 발생원 추정 (Estimation of Atmospheric PAH Concentrations and Sources at Several Sites Using Pine Needles as a Passive Air Sampler)

  • Objectives: This study was carried out in order to estimate atmospheric polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) concentrations and sources using pine needles as a passive air sampler (PAS) in urban (Pyeongtaek), semirural (Anseong) and rural (Jincheon) sites. Methods: One-year-old pine needles were collected for analysis of their PAH concentrations ($C_{p,n}g/g$ dry) at the end of December. PAHs concentrations in the ambient air ($C_a$, $ng/m^3$) were calculated with a $Log(C_p/C_a)-LogK_{oa}$ correlational equation. Results: PAHs concentrations in ambient air ($C_a$) were high, in the order of urban ($114.03ng/m^3$), semirural ($105.17ng/m^3$) and rural ($61.91ng/m^3$) sites. However, distributions of PAH isomer concentrations were very similar. PAHs of which molecular weight is smaller than 228.30 (AcPy, Acp, Flu, Phen, Ant, Flt, Pyr, BaA, Chry) made up most of the PAHs in the ambient air (96.6-98.5%). Conclusion: At urban, semirural and rural sites, it was concluded that the main source of PAHs in the ambient air ratio of each PAH isomer concentration was cars, especially diesel vehicles.

단일 보너구와 TLD-600 및 TLD-700을 이용한 Cf-252의 중성자 에너지 스펙트럼 평가 (Estimation of Neutron Energy Spectrum of Cf-252 using Single Bonner Sphere with TLD-600 and TLD-700)

  • We designed a single polyethylene bonner sphere with several thermo-luminescence dosimeters (TLD), for measurement of neutron energy spectrum. For the separation of the neutron dosage in the neutron-gamma mixed field, we used 21 ea TLD-600s and TLD-700s, respectively. Because, TLD-600 is sensitive to neutron and gamma rays, and, TLD-700 is sensitive only to gamma-rays, we could determine the each dose by neutron and gamma rays. The neutron response function of the bonner sphere with TLDs was calculated by MCNPX (ver. 2.5.0) Monte Carlo simulation in the energy range from $10^{-1}$ to 20 MeV. For the Cf-252 standard neutron source in KRISS, we could estimate the neutron energy spectrum by unfolding method using the response function.

LC/TSP/MS에 의한 이온종들의 생성에 관한 연구 (The Study of Generation of Adduct and Fragment Ions by LC/TSP/MS)

  • 열에 불안정하면서 -OH기를 함유하는 미지의 화합물은 LC/TSP/MS에서 [${MNH_4}^+$] 이온, [$MH^+$] 이온, 그리고 [$MH^+-OH$] 이온의 생성이 가능하며, 이들 이온의 m/z값의 차이가 17로서 같기 때문에 이들의 생성 정도에 따라 분자량 추정에 혼란이 일어날 수가 있었다. 따라서 다른 보완 가능한 실험결과가 요구되며 $CF_3COOD+NH_4OH$ 이온화 용액을 사용하여 그 유용성을 검토하였다. 또한 LC/TSP/MS에서 생성되는 토막이온들이 필라멘트의 전자살에 의해 생성되는 것인지 아니면 다른 어떤 생성기전이 존재하는지를 검토하였다.

불산 누출 사고 시 불산에 노출된 식물잎을 이용한 대기 중 불화수소 농도 추정 (Estimation of the Concentration of HF in the Atmosphere Using Plant Leaves Exposed to HF in the Site of the HF Spill)

  • The leaves of three plant species, such as soybean, raspberry, and kudzu, exposed to hydrogen fluoride was collected in an area surrounding an emission source where the release accident occurred. The ultrasonic-assisted extraction and analysis of fluoride by ion chromatography was carried out. The mean concentration of fluoride in the leaves of three plant species exposed to hydrogen fluoride was $5,409{\pm}1,198mg\;F/kg\;dry\;wt$ and $788{\pm}339mg\;F/kg\;dry\;wt$, respectively. The mean fluoride concentration in ambient air were estimated to be $2.36{\pm}0.65mg/m^3$ ($2.89{\pm}0.79ppm$) and $0.35{\pm}0.15mg/m^3$ ($0.43{\pm}0.19ppm$) in exposed and unexposed sites, respectively. It seems likely that the passive monitoring using plant leaves could identify with respect to plant risk by fluoride in atmosphere.

주거용 건물의 실내.외 항공기소음레벨 평가 (Estimation on the Interior and Outside Aircraft Noise Level of Residential House)

  • It is important to increase the sound proof performance of building for reducing the influence of aircraft noise on the bais of actual survey of existed buildings. The purpose of this study is to propose the basic data for designing sound insulation of residential house. In this study, field measurement of aircraft noise Interior and outside noise level difference were carried out for 7 days in 2 residential houses. As the result, aircraft noise levels showed to be Leq $71.8{\sim}74.5$dB(A), WECPNL $82.2{\sim}83.4$ and indoor noise level were NC-55 ${\sim}63$ over acceptable NC-30 in 2 measured houses. Noise reduction effect showed to be $15.8{\sim}23.1$dB(A) in measured houses, and houses with double window were preferable to those with single window in sound proof performance. The outside sound pressure level for residential house was a little different according to the type of source. In measuring by using aircraft noise it was effected by angle and distance from measuring point, to aircraft, window area, and sound absorption of room, and so on.
