여가활동 소비자의 패션관여와 의복선택기준, 패션정보원에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fashion Involvement, Clothing Selection Criteria and Fashion Information Sources of Leisure Activities Consumers)

  • The study is intended to suggest the differentiated and subdivided indexes of the leisure fashion market and to provide the marketing strategy establishment and in-depth understanding of leisure fashion business by looking into the correlation between and among fashion involvement, clothing selection criteria and fashion information sources. This study was conducted by the questionnaire response method and the results were derived by using the SPSS 16.0 statistics program. The results of the study were as follows; 1) As a result of researching the difference between the leisure activities consumer groups and fashion involvement, there were significant differences in emotional and cognitive involvement. In the tour activity group and social activity group, emotional involvement was found to be higher than the cognitive experience while in the hobby and sports activity group, both involvements were equally as high. 2) As a result of researching the difference between the leisure activities groups and clothing selection criteria, it was found that the intrinsic and extrinsic criteria were high in the hobby and sports activity group and that the intrinsic criteria was high in the tour activity group and social activity group. 3) In the difference between the leisure activity groups and fashion information sources, it was found that media source, observation source and experience/personal source were high in the hobby and sports activity group. In addition, the experience and personal source were high in the social activity group. 4) In the difference between and among fashion involvement, clothing selection criteria and fashion information sources, it was found that the emotional involvement, intrinsic criteria and observation source were higher in the group of females than males. 5) In the difference between and among fashion involvement, clothing selection criteria and fashion information sources depending on the ages of leisure activities consumers, it was found that the emotional involvement and observation source were high in the group of 20-24 yrs old consumers and that the emotional involvement, intrinsic criteria and observation source were high in the group of 25-29 yrs old consumers. Also, in the group of 30-34 yrs old consumers, the emotional involvement, observation source and experience/personal source were high.

근접치료동위원소의 Activity Check (The Activity Check of Brachytherapy Isotope)

  • 목적 : 근접치료에 사용하는 동위원소인 Ir-192는 전량 수입에 의존하고 있으며, 그 Activity는 Welltype Chamber를 이용하여 측정하거나 제조업체의 선원 강도 인증서를 믿고 의존하는 방법, 또는 Farmer Chamber를 이용한 in-air dosimetry 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 좀더 간단하고 단순한 Farmer Chamber를 이용한 방법을 소개하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : Farmer Chamber와 Source Calibration jig를 이용하여 Ir-192 동위원소의 Activity를 측정하고 그 값을 제조사의 선원강도 인증서의 값과 비교하여 선원의 Activity를 check한다. 결과 : 측정결과 제조사의 값과 비교하여 ${\pm}2.1\%$로, AAPM 권고 값인 ${\pm}5\%$ 안의 오차범위에 들어가는 차이로서 임상에서의 사용이 가능하다. 결론 : 근접치료장치의 사용증가와 그에 따른 선원의 수입 증가는 불가결하다. 그리고 선원의 정확한 Activity Check는 필수이다. 선원의 Act check를 위해 Well type chamber의 추가 구입 없이 Farmer Chamber와 Source Calibration jig를 이용하여 정확한 선량 측정이 가능하였다.

코발트-60 선원 대체용 고선량률 Ir-192 선원의 조직선량특성 (Characteristics of Tissue Dose of High Dose Rate Ir-192 Source Substitution for Co-60 Brachytherapy Source)

  • 코발트-60 근접조사선원을 대체할 Ir-l92 선원주변의 2차원적 선량분포를 얻기 위하여, 조사선량률과, 조직감쇠계수를 구하였다. 조직감쇠계수는 선원에서 20 cm 지점까지 실험식을 구하였다. ?보기 방사능은 조사선량상수를 사용하여 결정하였으며, 2.5mm 직경에 두께 2.5 mm 의 선원은 조직선량을 정하기 위해 선원을 4401 개로 분할하여 선원 자체의 흡수효과와 ?슐벽의 차폐 효과와 조직감쇠계수를 적용하였다. 조직감쇠계수는 4차식을 사용하여 1% 오차범위내에서 실험값을 얻을 수 있었으며, Meisberger 상수는 선원에서 많이 떨어질수록 오차가 커서, 10 cm 위치서 7%, 20 cm 에서 33%의 오차를 발견할 수 있었으나, 겉보기방사능과 선원모양 및 크기가 달라 다른 결과를 가져올 수 있다고 본다. 발표된 Ir-192 선원의 에너지스펙트럼을 이용한 선량률상수는 절삭에너지 10 keV인 경우 4.69 R$cm^2$/mCi-hr을 얻었으며 Air Kerma는 0.973 을 구하였다. 이 실험에서 고안 선원의 분할선원에 의한 선원자체흡수와 ?슐벽에 의한 감쇠는 실선원의 54.6%가 겉보기방사능으로 나타남을 알 수 있었으며, 선량계획에 이용하기 위해 단위 ?보기 방사능에 대한 2차원적 선량표를 준비함으로써 기하학적선량과 선량 비등방성을 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 하였다.

Contribution of production and loss terms of fission products on in-containment activity under severe accident condition for VVER-1000

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the source term behavior after severe accidents by using a semi-kinetic model for simulation and calculation of in-containment activity. The reactor containment specification and the safety features of the containment under different accident conditions play a great role in evaluating the in-containment activity. Assuming in-vessel and instantaneous release of radioactivity into the containment, the behavior of in-containment isotopic activity is studied for noble gasses (Kr and Xe) and the more volatile elements of iodine, cesium, and aerosols such as Te, Rb and Sr as illustrative examples of source term release under LOCA conditions. The results of the activity removal mechanisms indicates that the impact of volumetric leakage rate for noble gasses is important during the accident, while the influence of deposition on the containment surfaces for cesium, mainly iodine isotopes and aerosol has the largest contribution in removal of activity during evolution of the accident.

연맥 등숙기 동안 $^14$C물질의 전유와 절엽 및 제영이 종실중에 미치는 영향 (Translocation of $^14$C-assimilates During Grain Filling and Influence of Defoliation and Emasculation on Grain Weight in Oats)

  • 연맥품종 Pennfield의 등숙기동안 이삭의 $^14$C-sucrose 침지, $^14$$CO_2$의 지엽 또는 이삭 조사로서 동화물질의 source를 달리하였을 때 grain sink의 기능을 종실성숙의 정도, 소수의 수, 종실의 위치를 비교하여 검토하고, 절엽 및 제영처리를 하여 source와 sink간의 균형을 변화시켰을 때 종실중에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 1. 절취된 이삭의 하부에 $^14$C-sucrose를 침지하였을 때 종실로 $^14$C물질의 전류는 개화후 15일까지 직선적으로 상승하고 18일까지 급격히 하락하여 종실중의 증가보다 빨리 시작하고 먼저 끝나는 경향을 보였다. 하위절위 종실이 상위절위보다 $^14$C의 전류가 높았는데 이는 등숙의 진행이 늦은 때문이었으며 일차영화는 이차영화보다 높은 sink의 기능을 보였다. 2. 식물체에$^14{CO}_2$를 조사하였을 경우 이삭조사가 지엽조사보다 전류률이나 종실당 specific activity에서 3배 이상 높게 나타나 이삭이 종실의 등숙에 보다 효과적인 source임을 보여주었다. 종실당 specific activi쇼는 sink인 소수의 수의 영향보다 source의 종류에 따라 크게 달라졌으며 source의 activity가 큰 순서인 이삭의$^14$C-sucrose 침지 > 이삭의 $^14$$CO_2$ 조사 > 지엽의 $^14$$CO_2$ 조사 순으로 나타났다. 3. 절엽 및 제영처리로서 source/sink ratio를 변화시켰을 때 source/sink ratio가 감소함에 따라 종실중이 감소하였으며 엽면적과 소수의 수를 동시에 반감하였을 때 정상식물의 종실중과 차이가 없었다. 모든 잎을 제거하였을 때도 종실중에서 16% 감소에 불과하여 이삭의 동화작용이 크게 기여하는 것으로 보인다.

Measurement of low energy beta radiation from Ni-63 by using peeled-off Gafchromic EBT3 film

  • Ni-63 is pure beta source which emits low energy beta particles. The Ni-63 sources were fabricated to develop the beta-voltaic battery which converts decay energy into electrical energy for power generation. Activity distribution of the source was important factor of power producibility of the beta-voltaic battery. Liquid scintillation counter widely used for measurement of low energy beta emitters was not suitable to measure activity distribution. In this study, we used the peeled-off Gafchromic™ EBT3 film to measure the activity distribution of the Ni-63 source. Absorbed dose was increased proportionally to the source activity and exposure duration. The low energy beta particles could transport the energy into the active layer without the polyester protective layer. Also, Activity distribution was measured by using the peeled-off EBT3 film. Two-dimensional dosimetric distribution was suitable to measure the activity distribution. To use the peeled-off EBT3 film is user-friendly and cost-effective method for quality assurance of the Ni-63 sources for the beta-voltaic battery.

고 선량률 근접치료시 사용되는 Ir-192 선원의 방사능 평가 (Measurement of Ir-192 Source Activity for High Dose Rate Brachytherapy)

  • 고선량률 근접치료시 사용되는 Ir-192 선원의 방사능을 이온형 전리함을 이용하여 평가하였다. 측정지점으로부터 각각 10 cm 떨어진 거리에 선원을 일정시간동안 위치시킨 후 측정된 전하량을 방사능값으로 환산하였으며 측정된 결과는 제작회사로부터 제공된 값과 비교하였다. 선원의 방사능은 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하므로 일정기간동안 규칙적으로 방사능를 측정하였으며 측정값은 Ir-192 에 대해서 알려진 반감기를 고려한 계산 값과 비교 분석하였다. 선원의 방사능 측정의 정확도는 측정장치 setup의 정확도에 크게 영향을 받기 때문에 원격조정으로 제어되는 선원위치의 정확도를 평가하였다. 필름에 감광된 감마선의 영상을 Film scanner를 이용하여 분석하였으며 프로그램된 지점에 제대로 위치하는지의 정도를 평가하였다. 예상된 선원위치와 실제 선원위치간의 차이는 최대 1 mm 이내이었으며 이러한 조건하에서 제작회사로부터 제공된 방사능값과 본 연구를 통하여 측정된 값과의 차이는 0.7$\pm$1.5 % 이며 시간에 따른 선원의 변화량을 확인해 본 결과 0.l$\pm$1.2%이었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 사용된 측정방법에 의한 실측값과 제작회사로부터 제공된 방사능값은 현재까지 서로 잘 일치하였고 치료기의 정확성도 확인되었다, 그러나 고선량률 근접치료시 사용되는 선원의 정확한 위치 및 방사능값은 환자치료의 성패를 결정짓는 매우 중요한 인자이므로 지속적인 정도관리가 요구된다.

막걸리의 제조를 위한 효소제의 개발연구 1 (Studies on improvement of manufacturing method of enzymic source for Maggerley(Korea wine) brewing(I))

  • It is necessry to develop and strengthen the activity of enzymic source which in low applied for maggerley brewing as an amylolytic and proteolytic starter, recently in this country the active and strong enzymic starter is required for the better brewing and to substitute another starch material for the present wheat flour. In this study, manufacturing method the strong enzymic source have been developed and established with use of raw wheat bran plus fungal strains of Rhizopus sp. and Aspergillus usamii the culture of starter. The results on experimental the activities of enzymic sources (stater) are as following ; 1. Method of making the enzymic source (starter) is to cultivate the strains of Asperguillus orzyae, Asp. kawachii, Asp usamii and Rhizopus sp. in the acid treated raw or heatboiled wheat bran. 2. The saccharogenic pwoer (S.P.) of enzymic source which consisted of raw bran plus fungi and cultured in it is generally stronger than those of heat-boiled bran plus fungi, the strongest power was shown in the culture of Rhizopus plus raw bran, and the next other is in mixture of Asp.usamii and Rhizopus on raw wheat bran. 3. The most strong alpha amylase activity was expressed in the plot of Asp.oryzae on heat-boiled wheat bran, the next was in the culture of Rhizopus nad Aspergillus usamii on raw wheatbran. 4. The most vigourous acidic proteinase activity was expressed in the micture of raw bran plus Asp. usamii and Rhizopus those were independentlu cu;tured before mixing for neutral proteinase activity, it was shown in the mixed culture of Asp. usamii and Rhizopus on raw wheat bran, the msot active alkaline proteinase activity of enzymic source was found in the plot of raw bran material. 5. For poly-preptidase activity in pH 6.5 it is found that the culture of Rhizopus and Asp.usamii on raw bran was most active among them of enzymic sources. 6. Generally, it is concluded that culture of fungi on acid treated raw wheat bran is stronger in its activity than those of heat boiled wheat bran, especially the culture of Rhizopus nad Asp.usamii on raw bran exhibited the most vigorous and non-polarized activity for all aspects, so it is considered to be most desirable enzymic stater in Korean Maggerley brewing and this would be able to substitute brewing material for the present wheat flour because of its strong and wide hand activity of amylolytic and proteolytic action.

Constrained Independent Component Analysis Based Extraction and Mapping of the Brain Alpha Activity in EEG

  • In order to extract only the alpha activity related signals from EEG recordings, we have applied Constrained Independent Component Analysis (cICA), a new extension of ICA in which some a priori knowledge of the alpha activity is utilized to extract only desired components. Its extraction (or filtering) performance has been compared to that of the conventional band-pass filtering via the scalp alpha power maps and cortical source maps of the alpha activity. Our results demonstrate that the alpha power maps and cortical source maps from the cICA-extracted alpha signals reveal more focalized alpha generating regions of the brain than those from the band-pass filtered alpha EEG signals. Furthermore they match more closely the activated regions of the brain mapped using fMRI, validating our results. We believe that the cICA-based filtering approach of EEG signals is a more effective means of extracting a specific brain activity reflected in EEG signals that will result in more accurate source localization or imaging maps.

Beta 방사선원을 이용한 정전기 제거법에 대한 고찰 (A study on the elimination of static electricity by use of beta radiation source)

  • This experiment is based on "the feasible improvement studies for an eliminating device of the static electricity which applies the ionizing effect of beta radiation." In order to accomplish this object, the following problems were necessarily considered to investigate and to determine. The efficiency of the elimination of static electricity was determined by means of measuring the ion current between electrically charged plates with micro-ammeter. The effects of various factors, i.e., the distance between charged plate and radiation source, the activity of radiation source, the electric otential and the area of the charged plate, the shape of the source housing, the lining of backscattering material (Pb) on the source housing surface and blowing of ionized air, on the static electricity eliminating efficiency were studied. The beta radiation sources used in this experiment were S$^{35}$ and Sr$^{90}$ -Y$^{90}$ . It was revealed that ion current increased with source activity, the electric potential and area of the plates, the lead (Pb) lining on the surface of the source housing and the velocity of the ionized air blowing. As one could expect the S$^{35}$ was more effective to increase the ion current since it is known to be a higher specific ionization source than Sr$^{90}$ -Y$^{90}$ .
