건설업 알루미늄폼 해체작업 시 근로자에 대한 소음성난청 예방에 관한 연구 (A Study on Prevention of Workers' Noise-Induced Deafness at Aluminum Form Dismantle in Construction Industries)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between aluminum form work and noise-induced deafness by conducting special health examination on construction aluminum worker and noise measurement at the workplace. All the 11 aluminum form workers were diagnosed with noise-induced deafness after holding a special health examination. The workers have not had any previous history of noise-induced deafness which indicates that aluminum form work is related to noise-induced deafness disease. The impact noise of 120 dB(A)~125 dB(A), which exceeds the regulations of industrial safety and health act, was found during the dismantling rather than installation when noise measurement was made at the aluminum workplace. The aluminum form workers could permanently lose the hearing sense if they are exposed to this impact noise. This study is to suggest the method to prevent noise-induced deafness for aluminum form workers by firstly giving out hearing protection equipment at the construction site and secondly installing rubber mat, soundproof panel as well as changing the noise-lowering technique.

The impact of outdoor environment on residential noise level satisfaction: GIS-based Analysis

  • Urban residents in crowded complexes are making increasing civil complaints about noise and demanding pleasant and comfortable residential environments. Because noise is one of the most important factors related to urban residents' dissatisfaction with their living environments, the present study investigates the direct and indirect effects of noise-related outdoor environmental factors on residential level satisfaction, using noise level data from 29 noise-measuring stations in Seoul. From 62 multi-family apartment complexes near these stations, the authors collected GIS-based environmental attribute data, as well as survey data including the residents' personal characteristics and indicators designed to measure latent psychological characteristics: noise sensitivity and residential noise level satisfaction. This study then utilized structural equation models to analyze the direct variables influencing the latent variables of noise sensitivity and residential noise level satisfaction, as well as the complex relationships among all variables. The result showed that residents who are exposed to less noise, possibly due to living in apartments facing relatively quiet roads, protected by soundproof walls, or surrounded by densely planted trees, tend to be less noise sensitive, which makes them more satisfied with the ambient noise level. Therefore, critical outdoor environmental variables can be used to reduce noise sensitivity and improve residential noise level satisfaction.

  • Railway construction in the random vibration natural phenomena, as well as a relatively regular train loads for dynamic loads, such as a usability and safety should be ensured. Vibration due to train loads and seismic vibrations caused by wind compared to the typically very small in size, rather than the safety of the structure affects the usability. Recently in the downtown area, ground and underground facilities, such as a permanent facility that may cause excessive vibration increases, associated with the construction of these transportation facilities on ground vibrations of structures has been increasing concern and complaint. More recently, high-speed train vibration and noise due to furnace is increasing. In order to solve this problem, such as soundproof considering several feet, but by applying the vibration and noise reduction measures insufficient for the study is Free. In this study, track structure, track, and the inside of the building to support the system, the different forms of neurological history and share about the history cheonanahsan high-speed rail, if passed by the bus stop on the train loads of noise, and the history of interior noise and vibration measurement / analysis of measurement results to assess the relative comparison with the relevant provisions were reviewed. Based on this history, future plans for the design of the bridge to reflect the results of a study is intended to provide information. 소음 편익 비용을 고려한 복층 저소음 아스팔트 포장의 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of Two-Layer Quiet Asphalt Pavement Considering Noise Cost Benefits)

  • 저소음 아스팔트 포장은 일반 아스팔트 포장 보다 소음 저감 효과가 우수한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 단층 저소음 아스팔트 포장이 아닌 복층 저소음 아스팔트 포장에 대한 소음 분석 연구로 경제적인 관점에서 분석하고자 하였다. 복층 저소음 아스팔트 포장의 소음 측정 자료를 바탕으로 소음 예측을 수행하고 예측 결과를 이용하여 소음 편익 비용을 고려한 경제성 분석과 복층 저소음 아스팔트 포장의 공극 막힘 회복을 평가하기 위해 청소 전 후의 현장투수계수 시험을 실시하였다. 복층 저소음 아스팔트 포장의 경제성 분석결과 방음벽을 설치하는 것보다 복층 저소음 아스팔트 포장을 시공하는 것이 20년간 약 1.2억 원의 비용절감 기대할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 공극 막힘 상태를 인위적으로 모사한 복층 저소음 아스팔트 포장은 1회 청소만으로 물 400 mL 투과시키는 시간이 6.77초로 배수성 아스팔트 투수성능 기준을 만족시켜 청소 효율이 높은 것으로 평가되었다.

  • 유압시스템의 출력밀도를 높이기 위해 고압화, 대형화 되고 있으나, 유압동력 발생장치(HPU)를 구동할 때 110 dB(A) 정도의 높은 소음이 발생한다. 최근 산업안전규제 강화와 작업장 환경개선 요구 등으로 인하여 HPU의 소음저감을 위한 방안으로 실외나, 지하에 별도의 설치공간을 만들어 HPU를 이용하는 경우가 있었으나, 배관에서의 작동유 유동마찰로 인한 동력손실과 고장 났을 때 신속하게 대응하는데 문제가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 HPU의 동력변환 과정에서 필수적으로 발생되는 소음을 효과적으로 차폐시키면서 동력손실을 저감시키는 방음챔버(chamber)를 채용하여 소음특성을 개선하는 연구를 실험적으로 하였다.

도시 내 자연환경(산림, 하천)과 근린공원의 연결 현황 평가 및 연결방안 (The Evaluation of Connectivity between Natural Environment (Forests and Rivers) and Neighborhood Parks Inside Cities in Gyeonggi-do)

  • In this research, the connectivity status between natural environment (forests and rivers) and urban parks in view of ecological networks in a city is evaluated and on the basis of these evaluation results, a future connectivity enhancing recommendations are suggested. As a result, the 96.8% of the connectivity role of the neighborhood parks were core or connected parks and as in terms of the ecological pattern on the outer park, 84.1% of the case neighborhood parks were connected to the ecological element at least one side. Therefore, it can be expected to play a role as corridor that enables the direct connection with the natural environment if the connection plan is well established. As a result of connectivity evaluation of the parks, inside of the parks had low ecological element overall and had low connectivity, outside of the parks had 1.5 times more of low connectivity parks than high connectivity parks, and had similar disconnections such as facilities(fence, soundproof walls, breast walls, etc.), developments(roads, apartment complexes, industrial complexes, etc.), or poor greens regardless of the neighborhood with the ecological elements. To increase the connectivity of ecological network, the cities already built shall secure primarily green territory where can connect with the isolated park due to the surrounding with the developing areas and when planning for new cities or residential complexes, it shall establish a connection plan with the nearby at the beginning.

도로연변 환경시설에 의한 교통소음 저감방안에 관한 연구 (A study on Traffic Noise control by the Environmental facilities around Roadway)

  • This study was carried out to determine traffic noise level and analyze noise reduction effects of various sound protection facilities in the area of Seoul, Inch'on, Songchoo and Seoul- Busan Expressway from March to Octover, 1987. The results were as follows; 1. As compared with the environmental standards and the traffic noise level in heavy noise areas, traffic noise levels observed were shown in higher than environmental standards. The noise levels in Seoul were determined at 12.8-18.2 dB(A) in daytime and 19.0-26.9 dB (A) in nighttime. And incase of inch'on, it were 6.7-9.6 dB(A) in daytime, 7.9-18.9 dB(A) in nighttime, respectively. 2. The environmental noise level observed in the backside of protection facilities, such as apartment, soundproof barrier and houses, which were constructed in paralled to the road was lower about 3-5 dB(A) than perpendicular to theroad. Noise recuction effect of upper stairs in apartment was higher than lower stairs. 3. The predicted noise level obtained from the equation $({\triangle}L\;=\; -10\;log\;(^{I'1}/Ii)\;was\;\pm\;1dB$ (A) and the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.923. 4. The noise reduction effect in backside of apartment was measured at on sites and predicted by total noise loss equation. The predicted noise level was 60.9 dB(A) and the measured level was 60.6 dB(A), respectively. 5. The narrow width landscape less than 10m width was almost no effect for the protection of traffic noise. According to the synthesis of the above results, the noise level of the road was exceeding mostly the environmental standard in the heavy traffic areas. The counterplan should be set as well. The insulation of noise protection facilities were effective by the location with near distance from the road edge. The reduction effect of double window in apartment was represented so much. The prediction model could be applied to estimate the noise levels in the roadside as well as the effectiveness for the noise protection facilities.

폐 FRP/Urethane Foam 충진 혼성복합재의 제조 및 기계적 물성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preparation and Mechanical Properties of Hybrid Composites Reinforced Waste FRP and Urethane Foam)

  • 욕조 생산시 발생하는 폐 FRP와 냉장고 등 가전품과 폐단열재로부터 발생하는 폐우레탄폼을 흡음 및 경량판재로 재활용하기 위하여 불포화 폴리에스테르 매트릭스 수지에 보강하여 복합재를 제조하였다. 또한 충진제의 함량의 변화가 복합재의 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향과 기지와 보강재간의 계면현상을 관찰하였다. 충진제의 함량이 70 wt%인 복합재의 인장강도는 82.34 MPa로 가장 우수하였으며, 인장탄성율은 보강재의 함량이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 또한 굴곡강도와 굴곡탄성율은 폐FRP의 함량이 70 wt%충진된 복합재가 가장 우수하였으며, 그 값은 각각 72.5, 958.4 MPa이었다. SEM 관찰 결과 70 wt% 충진된 충진제 매트릭스 수지의 계면에서 pull out 현상이 확인되지 않았으며 균열도 발생하지 않았고, 매트릭스 수지내에 충진된 폐 FRP/우레탄폼 충진제가 잘 분산되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

공간특성 및 이용행태 분석을 통한 노인전문요양시설 프로그램실 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study of Act Room Planning in Skilled Nursing Facilities for the Elderly through the Analysis of Spatial Characteristics and Using Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate spatial characteristics and using behavior of activity room in skilled nursing facilities for the elderly and to provide basic guidelines about its space planning. The activity rooms in the most of the research facilities were arranged by usage modification of unnecessary spaces after the foundation of the facility, and were used not only for the program service but for the staff lounge. It decreased space speciality and resulted in limited area of the space and crowded furniture arrangement. The design guidelines for activity room were as follows. First, the space plan of activity room is based on the use of once to twice per week and for 30 minutes per use, and is mainly for the human knowledge and art programs that are appropriate for small group. Second, the activity room of the facility with less than 3 stories needs to be in the same floor as elderly individual room, but should be independent and easy to be controlled by the staff. On the other hand, in more than 4 stories facility, it is better to be in the different floor as the elderly living area such as administrational area close to the lounge and garden. Third, at least $5.9m^{2}$ per user for the area of the activity room is recommended including the elderly, staff, furniture, equipments and restroom. Fourth, the furniture of activity room includes the shelves, big table with enough knee space, wheel, and stopper, and stackable chairs. Toilets and water closet are needed for the emergency, and the windows to the corridor and curtain door should be avoided for soundproof and easy access of wheelchair users.

평택-음성간 고속도로의 에코로드 조성을 위한 환경생태계획 (Ecological Planning for the Preparation of an Eco-Road on the Pyungtak-Eumsung Highway)

  • This study aims at establishing an ecological planning for road construction. which is considered to be a main cause of damage to the natural environment in Korea. This study focuses on the Pyungtak-Eumsung Highway development project. It considers the ecological factors and status of the site and its surrounding area. The study site is a four-way highway with a width of 23.4m and a length of 5.7km that spans from Hyungok-ri, Anseong City, Kyeonggi Province to Jukhyun-ri, Jincheon-gun, Chungbuk Province. The objective of the plan is "the establishment of an eco-road in harmony with nature." The plan is divided into five detailed goals: 1) restoration of river morphology and ecosystem through ecological planning; 2) establishment of wet biotopes; 3) construction of ecological corridors; 4) restoration of damaged forest ecosystems; and 5) ecological restoration of the roadside slopes that are linked with the surrounding forest. A master plan has been developed based on the detailed goals. The master plan involves: 1) establishment of a natural river, wet biotopes, and ecological corridors that facilitate the movement of amphibians, wild fowls, mammalians and fish; 2) development of a planting plan for the visitor center, the tunnel entrance, and soundproof banks; and 3) the presentation of a planting model for restoring roadside slopes that are connected to the surrounding forest. The eco-road plan needs to entail ecological conservation and restoration plans. In addition, a monitoring plan for ecological corridors and habitats should be included in the comprehensive plans, along with the continuous development of environmentally friendly technologies.
