파워기반 소음감소 기법을 이용한 준중형 해치백 후석 고주파성 로드노이즈 전달특성 연구 (A study on the characteristics of high frequency road noise transmission at the rear seat of a hatch back compact car using PBNR (Power Based Noise Reduction) method)

  • 세단 타입에 비해 해치백 타입의 차량은 실링구조 확보에 어려움이 있기 때문에 후석에서 느껴지는 차폐성능이 열세한 것으로 알려져 있다. 차량의 차폐감 확보를 위해 강건한 실링 시스템과 충분한 흡음/차음 성능이 요구되지만 준중형 이하 세그먼트에서는 원가, 중량의 제약으로 인해 충분한 흡차음 사양 적용에 제한을 받고있어 효율적인 흡차음 사양의 적용이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 정량적인 측정과 비교, 분석이 가능한 파워기반 소음감소(Power Based Noise Reduction, PBNR) 기반의 차음 윈도우 평가를 통해 준중형 해치백 차량의 후석 소음원의 전달 경로를 분석하고 후석 차폐성능 확보를 위한 흡차음 대안을 제시하였다.

  • In the first part of this paper, an analysis of the cab noise of a selected agricultural tractor was presented. In this study, using the results of the previous analysis, two passive noise control measures of the sound insulation and absorption were conducted to reduce the noise level inside the cab. These measures of noise control reduced the total noise level by 6.2㏈(A) at the operator position inside the cab. In order to further reduce the cab noise, particularly, of lower frequencies than 630Hz, stiffness and damping of the floor panel should be enforced. It was also suggested that a proper suspension for the cab mounting is necessary to reduce the level of structure-born noises.

  • The noise reduction is important one of considerations in the process of a civil aircraft development program. External noise sources are classified into an air-born source and a structure-born source. Among these noise sources, the most affected noise source into a cabin is the air-born noise source from an engine or propeller. The external noise is transmitted into the cabin through the fuselage structure of airplane which are composed of an fuselage structure, an interior trim panel and an acoustic insulation layer between an fuselage structure and an interior trim panel. Therefore, appropriate fuselage structure and acoustic insulation layer is very important to reduce the internal noise level. In this paper, the vibro-acoustic coupled analysis of the cabin noise of the 80~90 seats regional turboprop aircraft is carried out to validate the acoustic analysis method using Direct BEM and FEM. The sound pressure level onto the fuselage skin is acquired by fan-source noise analysis using BEM, and which sound pressure is used as acoustic noise source in vibro-acoustic noise analysis for cabin noise analysis using FEM.

공동주택의 바닥충격음 전달 특성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Propagation Characteristics for Floor Impact Noise in Apartment Houses)

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis of propagation characteristics for floor impact noise in attendance upon investigating standard of insulation performance, measurement and evaluation, understanding characteristics of a measuring factor for floor impact noise in apartment houses. Four cases which was before occupied apartment in Daegu was selected for experiment. Floor impact noise of measurement and evaluation method which are specified in the Korea Standard 2810-1, 2810-2, 2863-1 and 2863-2 was selected for this study. As the result of this study, 1) Especially, there is not a difference for apartment size, but the apartment of 40py type is lower than 30py's about $1\~2\;dB$ for light-weighted and heavy weighted impact sound. 2) The floor impact sound insulation performance is similar about measurement location of the same floor structure. 3) The floor impact sound insulation performance is not a difference about the slab area.

틸팅 차량용 적층재의 차음성능 평가 (An Estimation of the Sound Insulation Performance of the Multi-layered Panel for a Tilting Train)

  • Sound transmission loss (TL) is experimently investigated on the multi-layered panel used for the floor of a tilting train. Measurement of the intensity transmission loss is performed according to ASTM E 2249-02. The floor structure consists of corrugated steel panel, glass wool, plywood and cover. On the corrugated steel panel, TL drop by local resonance is considered and the TL improvement effect by damping treatment is estimated. Total sound transmission loss of the entire floor structure is obtained and the contribution of each layer is examined.

共同住宅 뜬바닥構造의 바닥 衝擊音레벨 測定 (Measurements of the floor impact sound level for floating screeds in apartment house)

  • 고체음은 건축음향에서 가장 중요한 인자의 하나이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 건축음향설계에서 그 거동을 예측하는 연구는 아직 찾아볼 수 없는 실정이다. 여기에 바닥충격음 제어의 가장 확실한 방법중의 하나인 콘크리트 뜬바닥구조를 개발하여, 이 구조의 층ㅇ격음 차단성능을 기존바닥과 비교하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 5개소에 21개 샘플을 시공하고 그 성능을 KS F 2810의 규정에 따라 측정하였으며, 비교분석은 차음등급의 기준주파수 특성을 쓰고, JIS A 1419의 규정에 의해 구한 차음등급에 따랐다. 결과는 표 3.1의 번호 12의 구조이외는 크게 바닥충격음의 개선효과를 기대할 수 없었고 기타는 자료의 축적에 뜻이 있다 하겠다.

틸팅 열차용 허니콤 복합판재의 투과손실 (Transmission loss of Honeycomb Composite Panel of the Tilting Train)

  • In a tilting train, aluminium honeycomb composite panel is used for the high speed and light weight. Side wall of the tilting train includes the composite panel of carbon fiber, aluminium honeycomb and epoxy fiber as a main structure. In this study, we measure the transmission loss (TL) of the honeycomb composite panel and analyse the sound insulation performance by using the orthotropic plate model. We investigate experimentally how the air gap, plywood and glass wool improve the sound insulation performance of the composite panel. The purpose of the study is to provide practical information for the improvement of TL of the honeycomb composite panel used for the tilting train.

  • A dash panel component, close to passengers, plays a very important role to protect heat and noise from a power train. Meanwhile, it is also a main path that transfers vibration energy and eventually radiates acoustic noise into the cavity. Therefore, it seems important to provide an optimal design scheme incorporating sound packages such as dash isolation pad and carpet, as well as structures. The present study is the extension of the previous investigation how design variables affect sound radiation, which was carried out using the simple plate and framed system. The system taken into account in this paper is a dash panel component of a sedan, which includes A pillar, front side member, dash panel and the corresponding sound packages. Design variables such as panel thickness and sound package layers are investigated how they are related for the better radiation performance (i.e. structure-borne) and sound transmission loss (i.e. air borne).

에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 삼원 공중합 (EPDM) 발포체의 충격음 저감 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Impact Sound Insulation Properties of EPDM Micro Cellular Pad)

  • EPDM 발포체의 정적/동적 특성을 측정하여 재료 특성과 진동 특성과의 연관성을 알아보고 이로부터 충격음 저감재로서의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 정적/동적 특성은 material test system (MTS)를 사용하여 시편의 형상, 두께, 초기하중, 발포도 등에 따라 정적 탄성계수, 동적 탄성계수, 전달율의 변화를 조사하였다. 정적 탄성계수와 동적 탄성계수의 경우, 형상이 단순하고 두께가 얇을수록 큰 값을 나타냈고, 전달율과 동적 탄성계수는 상호 비례 관계에 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특징적으로 동적 탄성계수가 증가하면, 전달율의 특성 피크치는 같은 주파수 영역에서의 증가 혹은 고주파수 영역으로의 전이의 형태로 일어나게 되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 실험실적 모사 시험장치를 통해 충격에 따른 주파수별 진동 속도측정과 유한 요소 해석 모델을 사용하여 mode shape에 의한 충격 해석 결과를 알아보았는데, EPDM 발포체를 사용함으로써 2.5-3.5배의 진동 속도 저감이 이루어짐을 알 수 있었고, mode shape의 경우 몰타르와 콘크리트만으로 구성된 구조물에 비해 진동 충격에 대한 변위가 급감함으로써 충격음 저감재로서의 EPDM 발포체의 적용 가능성은 상당히 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

벽식구조 바닥판의 중량충격음 특성 분석을 위한 축소모형의 활용 (Experimental Studies for Analysing of Characteristics of Floor Impact Sound through a Scale Model with Box-frame Type Structure)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of heavy-weight floor impact sounds of box-frame type structure using 1:10 scale model. Ten types of floor structures(bare slabs and floating floors) were evaluated in terms of dynamic stiffness and loss factor. Floor vibrations and radiated sounds generated by simulated impact source were also measured. The results showed that the bakelite was appropriate for simulating concrete slab in the 1:10 scale model, and surface velocity and sound pressure level of concrete slab measured from the scale model showed similar tendencies with the results from in-situ in frequency domain. It was also found that dynamic behaviors of layered floor structures in the 1:10 scale model were similar to those in a real scale. Therefore, the use of 1:10 scale model would be useful for evaluating the heavy-weight floor impact sound insulation of layered floor structures when the frequency-dependent dynamic properties of each material are known.
