Non-linear Analysis for a Weatherstrip of a Vehicle Door with FE Modeling (자동차 도어 웨더스트립의 유한요소 모델링 및 해석)

  • Weatherstrip seals protect passengers form noise, dust, rain and wind out of the vehicle. The more contact area between a body frame and a weatherstrip, the higher efficiency of sealing. A weatherstrip is a sort of an elastomer. Mechanical properties of the weatherstrip is obtained by uniaxial tension test. In this study, nonlinear finite element(FE) analysis is performed to obtain displacements and contact shapes of the weatherstrip. The FE model is developed by using Ogden-foam formulation. In the results of nonlinear FE analysis, the most valuable deformation of the weatherstrip occurred when displacement control value reaches 7.2mm. Severe deformation is observed as the displacement control value become more increased.

  • 통마늘의 규격 출하를 확대하기 위해서는 선별과 포장 작업의 기계화가 필수적으로 요구된다. 국내에서 통마늘의 선별은 대부분 수작업의 의존하고 있어서 작업능률이 매우 낮으며, 또한 작업자의 숙련도에 따라 선별의 정확도가 크게 좌우되고 있다. 특히 통마늘은 품종과 산지에 따라 모양이 다양하고 형상이 구형에서 크게 벗어나 있기 때문에 정확한 선별이 상대적으로 어렵다. 마늘 주산지를 중심으로 통마늘 선별기의 필요성에 대한 인식은 점차 확대되고 있으나, 기계의 개발과 보급은 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 일부 주산지에서 간격확장식 롤러를 이용한 과일 선별기를 통마늘 선별에 사용하고 있으며, 농촌진흥청 농업기계화연구소에서는 부채꼴봉식 통마늘 선별기를 개발한 바 있다(조 등, 2000).   • Tradition is defined as cultural qualities of a regional social group a race, which is transmitted from generation to generation through history. Its contents include human behavior as well as the outcomes from the human behavior and a culture is materialized by means of fullfil fundamental aspiration, in order to co-exist human being and society.This research has considered an architectural space which both show a Korean traditional architecture and modern architectural space, incliding Korean nature under a sort of cultural expression.Also, expressive qualities which are shown within a space as a medium, there is more consideration of method to embody Korean nature into an interior space.There is a subject related to traditional expression of what the real essence of tradition is. In addition, it is a matter of what the method of expression is in order to accomodate, inherit and express the pulse of tradition.

Machine-Part Grouping with Alternative Process Plans (대체공정이 있는 기계-부품 그룹 형성)

  • This paper proposes the heuristic algorithm for the generalized GT problems to consider the restrictions which are given the number of machine cell and maximum number of machines in machine cell as well as minimum number of machines in machine cell. This approach is split into two phase. In the first phase, we use the similarity coefficient which proposes and calculates the similarity values about each pair of all machines and sort these values descending order. If we have a machine pair which has the largest similarity coefficient and adheres strictly to the constraint about birds of a different feather (BODF) in a machine cell, then we assign the machine to the machine cell. In the second phase, we assign parts into machine cell with the smallest number of exceptional elements. The results give a machine-part grouping. The proposed algorithm is compared to the Modified p-median model for machine-part grouping.

Analysis of Various Characteristics of the Half Pancake Graph (하프팬케익 그래프의 다양한 성질 분석)

  • The Pancake graph is node symmetric and useful interconnection network in the field of data sorting algorithm. The Half Pancake graph is a new interconnection network that reduces the degree of the Pancake graph by approximately half and improves the network cost of the Pancake graph. In this paper, we analyze topological properties of the Half Pancake graph $HP_n$. Fist, we prove that $HP_n$ has maximally fault tolerance and recursive scalability. In addition, we show that in $HP_n$, there are isomorphic graphs of low-dimensional $HP_n$. Also, we propose that the Bubblesort $B_n$ can be embedded into Half Pancake $HP_n$ with dilation 5, expansion 1. These results mean that various algorithms designed for the Pancake graph and the Bubble sort graph can be executed on $HP_n$ efficiently.

  • This study examines how full-time housewives manage family resources, make decisions, handle pressures, and negotiate the constraints of everyday life in a society that places unrealistic expectations upon them. We approached housewives with an assumption that they are individuals who think, strategize, and solve problems. We also imagined that they are capable of speaking for themselves and making choices under situational and personal limits. Eleven full-time housewives were interviewed on how they experience their marriage, child (or children), family, and society. Their narratives were then analyzed to sort out the strategies the women employ to maintain their identities. The narratives demonstrate the women's will and agency as they work to resolve the contradictions from their daily life, and reveal individual differences in their midst, despite the fact that they had been often considered homogeneous.

  • 링크드오픈데이터를 통해 다양한 분야의 RDF 데이터가 공개되고 있으며 그 양이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. RDF 데이터는 그래프 형태이기 때문에 대용량 RDF 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 그래프 데이터베이스에 대한 연구가 중요하다. 2개의 RDF 리소스가 그래프 상에서 연결됐는지 여부를 알아내는 기능은 RDF 요소간 연관관계를 식별하는 데에 관련이 있기 때문에 그래프 데이터베이스의 중요한 기능 중 하나이다. 대용량 그래프 데이터에 대한 그래프 도달가능성을 빠르게 처리하기 위해서 2-Hop 레이블링 변형들이 제안됐다. 최근에 2-Hop 레이블 크기를 줄이기 위해 2-Hop 레이블링이 진행되기 전에 노드 아이디를 부여하는 방법이 제안됐다. 하지만 그래프의 지역 정보만을 활용하기 때문에 복잡한 형태의 그래프에 대해서는 비효율적이라는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 그래프의 전역 정보를 반영할 수 있는 Topological Sort를 활용한 노드 아이디 부여 기법에 대한 설계를 제안한다.

  • For eighteen months from May, 1977, to November, 1978, I found out the following conclusion with the references when the author had the test of Lymphangiography for malignant lymphoma and cervix cancer of uterus who had the suspicion of nodal metastasis who amounted 56 patients. 1. According to the test 40 patients among 56 were succesful, almost 71% of t-them, injecting needles at both pedis, and it showed some technical difficulties in Lymphangioraphy comparing with other diagnostic measure. 2. As the result of Lymphangiography of 56 patients, they complained pains, edema of foot. In the course of finding out lymphatic vessel there was exudation due to high pressure at the insected part. At the process and at that test there have been frequent complains by the patients about some sort of pains and some times severe pains.

The Audible Noise Prediction of the Substation due to Transformer Audible Noise and the Field Application of the Low Noise Transformer (변압기 소음에 의한 변전소 소음예측 및 저소음 변압기 현장적용)

  • Recently, there has been a growing interest in the environmental conservation. Accordingly, problems related to the audible noise of transformers have became more frequent. Therefore, it is urgent to find a fundamental solution about the audible noises in the substations. This paper described a sort of fundamental solution to solve the noise problem. As a fundamental solution, we suggested the proper audible noise level of transformers through noise prediction in the substation construction phase. And we applied the low noise transformers which have the predicted noise level. As the result, we are able to satisfy the noise regulation through measuring 43.6dBA at the boundary of substation. It is confirmed that the average error rate of prediction was within 3 percent.
