제조-공급자간 갈등 원인과 거래조정 방식의 갈등관리 효과 (The Causes of Conflict and the Effect of Control Mechanisms on Conflict Resolution between Manufacturer and Supplier)

  • 다른 기업과 거래관계를 형성하고 유지하는 것은 빠르게 변화하는 치열한 환경에서 대부분의 기업에게 불가피한 전략적 선택이다. 유통망 안의 모든 기업들도 결국 독립적 기업 간의 이러한 거래 계약으로 맺어져 있다. 하지만 모든 기업 간의 거래가 하나의 목표를 가지고 공동의 이익 창출을 위해 노력하여, 모두 효과적이고 효율적인 성과만을 낼 수는 없다. 대리인 이론에 따르면, 기업들은 모두 독립적 주체로서 각자의 이해를 추구하고, 위험을 회피하려하며, 제한된 합리성을 가지고 불충분한 정보를 처리하게 된다. 즉, 기업 간 거래관계는 그 속에서 신뢰와 협력을 기대하는 동시에, 갈등과 기회주의적 행위도 예측해야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 기업 간 거래의 갈등 원인을 확인하고, 실제 기업이 주로 활용하는 거래조정 방식의 갈등관리 효과를 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위해 관련된 기존 연구와 대리인 이론을 활용하여, 제조업자와 공급업자 간 갈등이 관계성과에 미치는 영향과 거래 위험요인(환경동태성, 자산특유화 수준)의 갈등 유발 효과, 그리고 국내 기업거래 연구에서 잘 다루어지지 않은 거래 조정방식의 갈등관리 효과를 가정하였다. 더불어 국내 중소기업 데이터 329개를 대상으로 연구모델을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 구매기업(제조업자)의 환경 동태성과 자산 특유화 수준이 높을수록 더 큰 갈등이 유발되었으며, 이러한 B2B 갈등은 기업 간 관계질과 재무성과에 부정적 영향을 끼쳤다. 또한 사회적 조정방식과 법적 조정방식은 갈등의 관계질에 대한 부정적 영향을 매우 유의한 수준에서 완화시키는 조절효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 B2B갈등의 원인과 관리기법에 대하여 실증적으로 확인하였다는 의의가 있으며, 특히 국내 거래관리 연구에서 소홀히 다루어졌던 법적 계약 방식의 긍정적이고 유의한 효과를 확인하였다는 의의가 있다.

후두암의 방사선치료 Patterns of Care Study를 위한 프로그램 항목 개발: 예비 결과 (Investigation of Study Items for the Patterns of Care Study in the Radiotherapy of Laryngeal Cancer: Preliminary Results)

  • 목적: 후두암 방사선치료의 표준화를 위하여 후두암에 관한 기본적인 임상 자료를 축적하고 필요한 조사 항목을 결정하여 전국적인 웹 기반 데이터 베이스 시스템을 개발하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 1998년 1월부터 1999년 12월까지 호서호남 지역에서 후두암으로 진단되어 방사선치료를 받은 환자를 대상으로 임상적 분석을 시행하였다. 환자 선정 기준은 18세 이상이며 과거력상 타 장기의 암 진단 병력이 없고 후두에서 기원한 원발성 상피세포암으로 과거 후두에 대한 다른 질환으로 치료력이 없는 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 후두암에 관한 조사 항목 개발은 대한방사선종양학회 호서호남지회 소속 병원의 전문의들이 합의하여 일차적으로 선정한 항목에 대하여 각 병원에서 자체적으로 조사하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS v10.0을 이용하였다. 결과: 자료가 수집된 총 증례수는 45예이었다. 환자의 연령분포는 28$\~$88세(중앙값: 61)이었고 남녀비는 10 대 1로 대부분 남자에 발생하였다. 원발부위는 성문암이 28예(62$\%$), 성문상부암이 17예(38$\%$)이었다. 병리소견으로는 편평세포암이 대부분이었다(44/45, 98$\%$). AJCC (1997년도) 병기 I+II는, 성문암 28예 중 24예(86$\%$)에 비해 성문상부암의 경우는 16예 중 8예(50$\%$)이었다(p=0.002). 증상은 애성이 n예(89%$\%$로 가장 많았다. 진단은 간접후두경이 전체환자에서, 직접후두경검사는 43예(98$\%$)에서 각각 시행되었다. 치료로서 성문암 28예와 성문상부암 17예 중, 방사선 단독치료는 21예(75$\%$), 6예(35$\%$)에서 각각 시행되었다. 또한 수술요법과 방사선요법의 병용은 각각 5예(18$\%$), 8예(47$\%$)이었고, 항암화학요법과 방사선요법의 병용치료는 각각 2예(7$\%$), 3예(18$\%$)이었으나 두 원발 병소 간에 병용치료 빈도의 유의한 차이는 없었다(p=0.20). 방사선치료는 모두 선형가속기 6 MV X-ray를 이용하여 통상적 분할조사 법으로 시행되었다. 분할선량은 성문암 환자의 86$\%$에서 2.0 Gy를 사용한 반면 성문상부암은 59$\%$에서 1.8 Gy를 각각 사용하였다. 방사선단독치료를 완료한 환자에서 원발병소의 평균 총방사선량은 성문암에서 65.98 Gy, 성문상부암에서 70.15 Gy이었다. 수집된 자료를 기초로 후두암 방사선치료형태 연구에 필요한 총 12개의 모듈과 90개의 항목을 개 발하였다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 후두암 데이터베이스 시스템에 필요한 연구 항목을 개발하였다. 향후 웹 기반 데이터 베이스 시스템을 완성하고 전국의 방사선치료 자료를 축적하여 후두암에 대한 한국형 방사선치료의 표준화 및 적정화를 기하고자 한다.

전자선 빔 치료 시 삼차원프린터를 이용하여 제작한 환자맞춤형 볼루스의 유용성 및 선량 정확도 평가 (Efficacy and Accuracy of Patient Specific Customize Bolus Using a 3-Dimensional Printer for Electron Beam Therapy)

  • 삼차원 프린터(3DP)를 이용하여 환자맞춤형 전자선 치료용 볼루스(patient specific customized bolus, PSCB)를 제작하는 절차를 고안하고 제안된 방법으로 제작한 PSCB의 선량 정확도를 평가했다. 치료계획장치에서 치료계획표적용적(PTV)에 적합한 전자선 빔과 조사면 크기를 선택하고 초기 선량계산을 수행했다. 계산된 선량분포를 기반으로 PSCB를 그리고 재계산을 수행했다. 수 차례 반복을 통해 최상의 PSCB를 설계하고 설계된 윤곽자료를 DICOMRT 프로토콜을 이용해 자체 제작한 변환프로그램으로 전송했다. PSCB의 윤곽자료는 자체 변환프로그램을 이용해 3DP에서 인식 가능한 파일(STL 포맷)로 변환한 후 3DP를 이용해 제작했다. PSCB의 유용성을 검증하기 위해 2명의 가상 환자(오목, 볼록 유형)를 생성했고 각각의 환자에 가상의 PTV와 정상장기(OAR)을 생성했다. 3D-PSCB 를 사용했을 때와 사용하지 않았을 때의 선량체적히스토그램(DVH)와 선량 특성을 비교했다. 3D-PSCB 제작의 정확도를 분석하기 위해 필름 선량측정을 통해 선량 정확도를 평가했다. 치료계획 결과와 필름을 이용한 선량분포를 중첩한 후 빔 중심축에서의 심부선량곡선을 구했고 감마분석(3% 선량 오차와 3 mm 거리오차)을 수행 했다. 2명의 가상환자 모두에서 PSCB를 사용한 경우 PTV 선량은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. PSCB를 사용할 경우 PSCB를 사용하지 않는 경우에 비해 OAR의 최대 선량, 최소선량, 평균선량은 각각 평균 9.7%, 36.6%, 28.3% 감소했다. 처방선량의 90% 선량($V_{90%}$)을 받는 OAR의 용적은 PSCB를 적용할 경우 약 99% 낮아졌다(14.40 vs $0.1cm^3$). 또한 처방선량의 80% 선량을 받는 OAR 체적도 PSCB를 사용할 경우 약 91% 줄었다(42.6 vs $3.7cm^3$). 감마분석 결과(3%, 3 mm) 오목 및 볼록 볼루스를 적용한 경우 각각 95%, 98% 통과율(pass rate)을 보였다. 3DP를 이용해 PSCB를 제작하는 절차를 정립하고 선량적 정확도를 평가해서 임상적용이 가능한 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었다. 3DP 기술의 빠른 발전에 힘입어 PSCB의 임상적용이 좀 더 쉬워지고 적용대상이 확장될 것으로 생각된다.

골밀도 상태에 따른 검사자의 재현성 평가 (The Precision Test Based on States of Bone Mineral Density)

  • ISCD (International Society for Clinical Densitometry)에서는 골밀도 검사자의 전문성을 키우고자 검사자의 재현성 시험을 필수 자격조건으로 요구하고 있다. 하지만, 재현성 시험의 대상자 선정에 대한 권고안이 불확실하여 골밀도 상태에 따른 그룹별 재현성을 시험해 골밀도 차이가 재현성 시험에 영향을 주는지 알아보았다. 2008년 1월부터 6월까지 본원에 내원한 300명(57.8세$\pm$9.02)의 여성 골밀도 수검자를 두 그룹으로 나누어 4명의 검사자가 재현성을 시험하였다. A그룹의 120명은 4명(a,b,c,d)의 검사자가 골밀도 상태와 관계없이 동일한 방법으로 요추부와 대퇴부를 30명씩 두 번 측정하였고 나머지는 B그룹으로 두 명의 검사자가 골밀도 상태에 따라정상, 골다공증, 골감소증 군으로 분류하여 A그룹과 동일한 방법으로 재현성을 시험하였다. 사용된 장비는 GE Lunar Prodigy Advance (Vr11.4)이고, 수집된 자료는 ISCD에서 배포된 Precision Tool을 이용하여 각각의 변동계수율(%CV)를 알아보았으며 SPSS 14.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. A그룹의 %CV는 a, b,c, d 검사자가 각각 요추부 1.08, 0.83, 0.72, 1.37%, 대퇴부 1.08, 1.04, 1.4, 0.58 %로 산출되었고 동일 골밀도 상태의 요추와 대퇴부를 비교하면 재현성이 일관되지 않았다. B그룹에서는 a의 요추부 정상군 %CV가 1.26으로 가장 높았고 대퇴부는 0.94로 골다공증 군이 가장 높게 측정됐다. b는 요추부의 정상군 %CV가 0.97로 가장높았고 대퇴부는 1.04로 골다공증 군에서 가장 높았다. 요추부의 정상군과 대퇴부의 골다공증 군은 %CV가 가장 높게 나타나 골밀도 상태에 따른 재현성이 일관되지 않았다. 본원의 골밀도검사 재현성 시험은 골다공증 상태의 수검자를 제외한다. 그 이유는 ISCD의 대상자 선정이 불확실하고, 골밀도가 낮을수록 장비의 골 인식도가 떨어져 재현성 시험을 시행할 경우, 검사자의 수작업을 요하므로 좋은 재현성을 얻기 힘들기 때문이다. 하지만 재현성 결과값은 LSC (Least Significant Change)에 영향을 주기 때문에 장비, 검사자, 수검자에서 발생할 수 있는 모든 오차를 반영해야 한다. 실험결과는 골밀도 상태가 재현성에 영향을 주지 않았으며, 따라서 정상, 골감소, 골다공증의 구별 없이 대상자의 선정 폭을 넓혀 대상에 구애 받지 않고 보다 정확한 의미의 재현성 시험을 해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

초위성체 마커를 활용한 가축다양성정보시스템(DAD-IS) 등재 재래닭 집단의 유전적 다양성 분석 (Genetic Diversity of Korean Native Chicken Populations in DAD-IS Database Using 25 Microsatellite Markers)

  • 본 연구는 세계식량농업기구(FAO) 가축다양성정보시스템(DAD-IS)에 등재되어 있는 우리나라 재래닭 집단의 유전적 다양성 및 외래품종과의 차별성을 분석하기 위해 25개의 초위성체(MS) 마커를 이용하여 총 18개 집단 548수의 유전자형을 분석하였고, 이를 토대로 기대($H_{\exp}$) 및 관측이형접합도($H_{obs}$), 다형정보지수(PIC), 유전거리, 유전적 균일도 등을 계산하였다. 마커별 다형성 분석 결과, 총 195개의 대립유전자가 나타났으며, $H_{\exp}$와 PIC의 경우 MCW0145에서 각각 0.646, 0.569로 가장 높았으며, $H_{obs}$의 경우 ADL0278에서 0.773으로 가장 높은 수치를 보이고 있었던 반면, MCW0078에서는 $H_{\exp}$, $H_{obs}$, PIC가 각각 0.263, 0.291, 0.217로 가장 낮은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 집단간 다양성 분석 결과로는 MNA, $H_{\exp}$, $H_{obs}$, PIC 모두 황갈색재래종(KNY) 집단(각각 4.60, 0.627, 0.643, 0.563)에서 가장 높게, 횡성약닭(HYD) 집단(각각 1.84, 0.297, 0.286, 0.236)에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. 대립유전자형의 빈도를 바탕으로 계산된 18개 품종간의 DA 유전거리 분석 결과, 횡성약닭(HYD)와 화이트레그혼F(LGF) 집단 사이에서 0.675로 가장 먼 유전거리를 형성하고 있었으며, 같은 품종인 로드아일랜드레드 두 집단(RRC, RRD) 사이에서 0.027로 가장 가까운 유전거리를 보였다. 한편, 같은 품종임에도 불구하고, 코니시 두 집단(COS, COH)사이에서는 0.313의 비교적 먼 유전거리를 나타내고 있었다. 집단의 실제 구조를 확인하기 위한 집단별 균일도 분석 결과, K=15에서 최적의 K값(${\Delta}K:66.22$)을 얻을 수 있었으며, 18개의 집단 중 14개의 집단에서 90% 이상의 높은 유전적 균일도를 나타내며 독립적인 군락을 형성하고 있었다. 또한, 황갈색재래종(KNY), 현인흑계(HIC), 연산오계(KNO) 집단에서도 각각 88.9%, 83.9%, 76.3%로 독립적인 군락을 형성하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면, 제주재래닭(JJC)의 경우 독립적인 군락을 형성하지 못하고, 황갈색재래종(KNY) 집단이 속해 있는 2번 군락에서 가장 높은 44.3%의 균일도를 보이고 있었으며, 3번 군락(17.7%)과 8번 군락(19.1%)에도 일부 포함되어 있는 것으로 보아 집단 조성 과정에 있어 타집단과의 교잡이 일어났을 것으로 추정되며, 독립적인 집단으로 구분하는 것이 어렵기 때문에 추후 개체식별을 통한 지속적인 계획교배를 실시하여 유전적 고정화 작업이 이루어질 필요성이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이상의 결과로 DAD-IS에 등재되어 있는 우리나라 재래닭 집단이 외래 토착종 집단과 확연하게 구분이 되며, 각 재래닭 집단간에도 비교적 뚜렷하게 구분되는 것을 확인함으로써, 고유 종자로서의 과학적인 근거를 확보할 수 있었으며, 추후 재래닭 유전자원에 대한 국가 수준의 관리 및 평가를 통해 다양한 육종 소재로 이용할 수 있는 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. To synthesize microspheres for biomedical application, "two stage shot growth method" was developed. The uniformity ratio of synthesized microspheres was always smaller than 1.05. And the surface charge density (or the number of ionizable functional groups) of the microspheres synthesized by "two stage shot growth method" was 6~13 times higher than that of the microspheres synthesized by conventional seeded batch copolymerization. In this paper, a simple reflective infrared optic system with a 2-dimensional optic scanner is proposed for the realization of medical infrared thermography system.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction.
