The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the problem of socio-economic development in the conditions of the digital economy. The post-industrial era is characterized by the development of the electronic environment and the transition to an information civilization. In this regard, the developed countries of the world pay considerable attention to the development of the digital economy. However, there are a significant number of problems associated with this process. The country cannot be successful in the development of the digital economy in the absence of the necessary legal framework, an economic development strategy based on digital technologies. The research methodology involves the use of several theoretical methods for analyzing and synthesizing information. As a result of the study, the key problems of socio-economic development in the digital economy were characterized.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main features of the socio-economic development of the countries of the world under the influence of the digital economy and COVID-19. The modern world has already taken the first step towards a fundamentally new technological, economic and social reality. However, the challenges facing the modern industrial society cannot be overestimated. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy. The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the introduction of modern management technologies into the security system in the context of socio-economic development and digitalization of the economy. Socio-economic development and a high level of security include growth in income, labor productivity, production volumes, increased competitiveness, changes in the institutional environment, consciousness, activity, social security, the quality of the education system, healthcare, etc. Despite the root cause of economic development, it is not an end in itself, but a tool for ensuring social development. Gaining access for citizens to education, health care, observance of the principles of equality and justice, ensuring protection are directly dependent on the level of economic well-being, the level of economic potential of the country or regions. The research methodology involved the use of both theoretical and practical methods. As a result of the study, the key elements of the introduction of modern management technologies into the security system in the context of socio-economic development and digitalization of the economy were identified.

This paper overviews the concept of the strategic niche management, which emphasises the social aspects of new technologies and calls for relevant government policies for socio-technical transition. Hydrogen energy technologies remain in the niche level, thus the SNM perspective is appropriate to be applied. The reason why, and the way how to see hydrogen as a socio-technical niche are discussed, followed by an analytic argument on hydrogen policies and their SNM characteristics. Final part of the paper deals the design of the socio-technical experiment. It is expected that this paper would contribute to not only policy development but also improving understandings on the socio-technical nature of hydrogen energy of hydrogen community.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between mothers' and college women's as daughters consciousness and behaviors for diligence, frugality and economy and also analyze related variables such as socio-economic variables. The data used in this study included 273 college women and their mothers living in Seoul. The results of this research were as follows. 1) Three variables of consciousness and behaviors of mothers and their daughters are still highly maintained. There are significant differences between all of the consciousness and behavior variables except frugality between mothers and their daughters. 2) Mother's diligent consciousness is positively correlated with daughter's frugaliy behavior and economy consciousness. Mother's economy consciousness and behavior are positively correlated with daughter's frugality behavior. Only mother's frugality consciousness negatively correlated with daughter's frugality consciousness and economy behavior. 3) The mothers' consciousness and behaviors of frugality, and economy varies significantly according to the socio-economic variables such as mother's education, mother's job, income and social status. 4) The daughters' consciousness and behaviors of diligence, frugality, and economy varies significantly according to the amount of allowence.

Purpose: In the current era of rapid development of the information and communication technologies (ICT) sector, the formation of an effective regulatory approach is important. There are some methodological shortcomings and difficulties in the approach system of international organizations that assesses the level of application of ICT in various areas in terms of quantity and quality. The basic element of economic growth differs according to the economic conditions prevailing in the period and the country. While the agricultural sector plays an active role in economic growth or development in an underdeveloped country, in a developed country, capital-intensive and even technology-intensive production is the main element of economic growth. From this point of view, the contribution of information and communication technologies (ICT) to Azerbaijan's socio-economy for the period between 2010-2020 will be examined. Research design and methodology: The unit root test and Granger causality test were applied by taking the CDPPC per Capita, Employment, and Unemployment Rate from the social-o-economic data as the dependent variable, fixed and mobile phone usage and internet usage as the independent variables. The principal results: According to the results obtained; It has been determined that the use of ICT positively affects the socio-economic economic situation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables on adolescents' perception of parents and children's relationship. Independent variables were the expectation of the parents' role, role performance by adolescents' perception and socio-demographic variables. In order to achieve this purpose, the survey was taken by 758 adolescents (middle & high school students) from Daegu. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, Factor Analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multivariate Analysis of Variance, Scheffe test for post hoc, and Multiple Regression. The major findings were: 1) Role expectation had significant differences in the grade, gender, birth order, father's level of education, father's job, mother's age, and household economy of socio-demographic variables. Role performance showed significant differences in the grade, gender, father's age, parents' level of education, father's job, and household economy of socio-demographic variables. 2) Adolescents' perception of parents and children's relationship was affected by role expectation and role performance.

This study examines the level of consumer knowledge regarding the concept and characteristics of the sharing economy along with the role of the three economic players in the sharing economy. This study develops scales for measuring a consumer's knowledge level and the knowledge level using these scales as well as analyzes the impact of knowledge levels, socio-demographic variables, social capital, and knowledge sharing on participation in the sharing economy. The scales measuring the level of knowledge in the sharing economy were composed of 22 questions for the concept, 30 questions for the characteristics, and 15 questions for the role of the economic parties. Consumer's knowledge level regarding the concept and characteristics of the sharing economy and the role of the economic players was very low. In particular, the knowledge on the concept was insufficient. Women's knowledge on the sharing economy showed higher scores than men. Consumers with higher scores in social capital and knowledge sharing showed higher scores of the knowledge level on the sharing economy than those behind in these two variables. A higher knowledge level of the sharing economy resulted in higher participation in the sharing economy. Issues and directions for future studies on the sharing economy were proposed.
