Although previous studies on social commerce have provided much insight, more studies in the perspective of social network are needed because social commerce happens within online communities or virtual groups, where buyers connect and interact with each other by sharing information. So, the purpose of this study is to investigate how transactive memory as network characteristic can affect social commerce behavior through social support and relationship quality. We verified the relational effect among social support, relationship quality, and social commerce intention in the Korean market context. Moreover, we found transactive memory capability also played an essential role in the field of social commerce. Specifically, we found consumer's transactive memory capability plays a significant moderating role in the relation between social support and relationship quality.
Purpose - The purpose of the study is to analyze the empowerment intermediary role on the relationship between the job distribution and the quality of life. A research on empowerment and social service staffs' job distribution also should be conducted to improve the quality of their lives. Because empowerment, particularly, affects the quality of life, it should be taken a detail discussion for empowerment improvement. Research design, data, and methodology - This paper conducted a questionnaire survey. In total, 722 copies of the structural questionnaire were analyzed. Five parameter subsets were selected to measure the empowerment such as task significance, role performance capability, self-determination, task impact, then, the survey consists of 10 questions. For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant and concentration validity analysis, path coefficient significance, and mediation effectiveness verification were employed. Results - As evidenced from the data analysis, job distribution variables such as job impact, job autonomy, and feedback affect the quality of their lives. Empowerment also affects the quality of their lives. Next, the empowerment functions as meditating role in the relationships with job impact, job autonomy, feedback and the quality of their lives. On the other hand, the empowerment do not function as meditating role in the relationships with social service staffs' function diversity and the quality of their lives. Conclusions - It is necessary to conduct ways for various job performance and outside educational facilities to improve social service staffs' function diversity. The mission, vision, strategic purposes, detailed execution goals need to be set by all their organization members' participation. Empowerment also requires social welfare facilities' drastic delegation on their authority and responsibilities with their active decentralization in the organization.
Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of uncertainty, social support, and sick role behavior on health-related quality of life in patients with peripheral arterial disease. Methods: This study is a descriptive research using self-reporting questionnaire. Data were collected from 167 patients with peripheral arterial disease. Measurement tools were Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support(MSPSS), Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scale (MUIS), Sick role behavior measurement tools and SF-36 Version I. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis by using SPSS/WIN 24.0. Results: Factors that significantly influenced physical health-related quality of life were age (β=-.19, p=.010), monthly income (β=.17, p=.027), uncertainty (β=-.29, p<.001), and exercise and rest (β=.28, p<.001) that all together accounted for 32.6% of the variance. Factors that significantly influenced mental health-related quality of life were monthly income (β=.20, p=.015), drinking (β=.17, p=.040), uncertainty (β=-.24, p=.001), and exercise and rest in sick role behavior (β=.26, p=.003) that all together accounted for 18.2% of the variance. Social support was an insignificant factor on physical and mental health-related quality of life. Conclusion: To improve the health-related quality of life of people with peripheral arterial disease, it is necessary to develop a systematic nursing intervention program including a strong support system, education, strategies for alcohol abstinence, and exercise and rest therapy.
According to the previous studies about relationship marketing, customers who have relationship with preferable brand or company take spontaneous word of mouth(WOM) and make more purchases than those who don't. Recently, as e-commerce has been combined with social media, many companies that are looking for solution which can promote customer relationship quality using social media. This study aims to investigate the role of customer's perceived value on brand relationship quality in social media. Although perceived value has been defined from many perspectives, we only consider "perceived social value" and "perceived emotional value" in this paper. According to social capital theory, self-esteem is an important variable when we explain the relationships. Thus this paper considers "self-esteem" as a moderating variable between relationship quality and relationship retention. To serve the research purpose, we collect 226 valid questionnaires from social media users. And we analyze data set and test research hypotheses by using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20. We expect that the result contain a lot of implication for both researchers and practitioners. Major findings from analyzing 226 valid questionnaires are as follows. First, when customer recognizes social value about brand or company, relationship quality with the brand or company has been improved. Second, when customer recognizes emotional value about brand or company, relationship retain intention with the brand or company has been improved. Third, self-esteem doesn't have moderating effect between relationship quality and relationship retention in social media.

This study investigates income support, labor opportunities, and social capital by the demographic characteristics of the elderly who participate in the elderly job project, and especially the relationship between social and quality of life. We want to provide empirical data on how the elderly vocational business ultimately affects the lives of the elderly through the intervention of social capital. The intervention effect of social capital is as follows. Satisfaction with the elderly job project has a great impact on the quality of life, trust, network, and social participation. In particular, trust in the quality of life of the elderly had a great influence on the quality of life and was indirectly effective. In addition, the intervention of social participation between social capital was known, and the elderly job project increased social participation to improve the quality of life of the elderly. Therefore, it can be evaluated that the elderly job project has an important positive effect on the quality of life of the elderly, and the social capital formed through the elderly job project plays a role in directly or indirectly improving the quality of life of the elderly.
Social media websites have continued to proliferate, and the way in which people stay connected has also evolved. The issue of user loyalty a website remains crucial given that the competition is severe. Websites need loyal users who continue to use their sites to survive and be successful. In this research, we applied self-regulation framework to investigate the factors leading to user loyalty to a social media site. In particular, the role of sense of belonging, which is a common emotional reaction to a social media site, is examined. A survey of users in a popular social media site in Taiwan was conducted. Results show that both sense of belonging and service quality have direct effect on loyalty, whereas trust affects loyalty indirectly by fostering a sense of belonging. Service quality affects loyalty through trust and sense of belonging. Notably, trust has insignificant effect on loyalty as originally proposed. Users are then classified into two groups, namely, heavy and light users, based on their usage. Among light users, service quality has no direct effect on loyalty. Therefore, sense of belonging has sole direct impact on loyalty. Both service quality and sense of belonging contribute to loyalty in users who spend more time online. Implications of this study are also discussed.
Social Enterprise (SE) has a vital role to play in helping meet some main commitments for Korea-growing economy; supporting stronger communities; closing opportunity gap-together with the developing a vibrant third sector. The Strategy and action plan is intend to grow and develop us of social enterprise business model in Korea. The sustainable strategy and action plan will be useful for Korea's Social enterprise. This paper will suggest that from the sustainable strategy to action plan of social enterprise in Korea.
With the rapid advancement of social media analytics and artificial intelligence, many studies have used online customer reviews as an important source to measure service quality in many industries, including the hotel industry. However, these studies have failed to identify the relative importance of different dimensions of service quality and their role in customer satisfaction. To fill this research gap, this study aims to identify the effects of service quality on hotel customer satisfaction from the multidimensional perspectives using sentiment analysis with self-training on online reviews. Additionally, the moderating role of the brand of origin for each service quality dimension is also investigated. Drawing on the SERVQUAL model and brand of origin concept, this study develops 12 hypotheses and empirically tests them using 30,070 online customer hotel reviews collected from TripAdvisor.com. The results indicated that overall service quality and each dimension of SERVQUAL significantly influenced customer satisfaction of hotels. The results also confirmed the moderating effects of brand of origin on overall service quality. However, the moderating effects of brand of origin for the tangible, reliability, and empathy dimensions of service quality were significant, whereas the effects for responsiveness and assurance were not. This study sheds new light on service quality measurement by analyzing the multidimensional features of service quality and the role of brand of origin in the hotel service context.

The research is to identify social networks of problems that have an influence on the quality of ageing people's lives by using social network analysis, based on the premise that there are differences in networks of ageing problems in urban and rural areas. From analyzing network of ageing people's problems using NodeXL, vertices in the networks of both urban and rural areas are well-connected. For urban areas, financial poverty is the core problem related to the quality of life. It has direct connections with illness and health, family responsibility, housing, role loss in community, and employment, which have positive or negative interactions with the quality of older people's lives. For rural areas, on the other hand, role loss in community is the major problem. It has direct connections with the elderly abuse, financial poverty, leisure activity, divorce, isolation and loneliness from society, education, and suicide. As a result, the research shows that the problems of ageing people have strong linkages and interactive effects with a structure of network, and the networks are different depending on types of places for living.
The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically analyze how the characteristics of participants in educational and social learning forums and the quality of events influence expectations and satisfaction of forums. The study also aims to provide strategic implications for forum organizers and give them suggestions on how to set up target audience, manage forum contents, speakers, and services, improve attendee satisfaction, and ultimately maximize overall outcomes. As exchanges among individuals, enterprises, and organizations, as well as countries are growing rapidly, the convention industry has become a key player in the market. Conventions have also become a venue for people to discuss a specific agenda or topic, exchange information and learn knowledge and insights. Especially, the forum - as part of the convention industry - plays a vital role providing educational and social learning opportunities as scholars and expertise come together to share their knowledge and experience through a variety of discussions. With its role, many of forums are taking place in recent years; however, there have been few empirical studies upon the forum itself. Also, there have been few attempts to research how the quality of forums affect participants' satisfaction along with their characteristics and how much of practical knowledge is provided throughout the events. This study is meaningful in that it is the first practical study that takes a deep understanding of the forum and sees how the quality of the forums influences participants' satisfaction and whether the characteristics of participants have a moderating effect in increasing the level of satisfaction. Forum organizers could also take a strategic approach as their major concerns are to increase the number of participants and raise degree of satisfaction by providing significant information. There are four key elements that determine success or failure of a social learning forum. The four elements are contents, speakers, services, and participants. Content plays an important role in providing rich information and knowledge for participants. Speakers are the main knowledge providers who contribute to the forum's social learning role. Also, the services provided by forum organizers such as simultaneous interpretation services, program brochures, lunch and refreshments, and the overall design of event hall can also influence the level of participants' satisfaction. Lastly, the participants and their characteristics are important since they are the ones who receive knowledge from the providers. The results of this study show that the quality of forum (content, speaker, and services) has a decisive effect on the participants' satisfaction and there are some differences in expectation among the participants in the forum. Also, some groups of participants were more likely to be stimulated by the quality of forum when determining their satisfaction. The study is modeled after MBN Y Forum 2016 and its participants' characteristics. The forum is one of the most representative social learning forums of South Korea and its audiences are mostly young people. It has analyzed how the participants' characteristics influence their satisfaction by grouping them into ${\Delta}participants$ who have invited for free and those who paid for the entrance fee, ${\Delta}first-time$ participants and returning participants, ${\Delta}voluntary$ and involuntary participants, ${\Delta}participants$ who registered through web and those who did through mobile, and ${\Delta}participants$ who registered during pre-sale opens and those who registered during general opens.
