This work aims to describe pragmatic strategies and linguistic features of replies that occur in the comment section of online newspapers. The dominant media in this digital age is the Internet and its rapid development and expansion of use have contributed not only to the change of the form of production of journalistic texts, but also to the consumption of those texts. In the past, the news was transmitted in a unidirectional way but now readers of online newspapers do not remain passively reading the articles. They actively participate in the exchange of opinions with other readers. The individual consumption of journalistic texts has become a collective and social act. The purpose of the study is to investigate the communication intention of the users of comment sections and analyze the linguistic formulation of replies. We attempt to discover specific aspects of replies and responses for online newspaper articles, considering them as an independent type of Computer Mediated Communication (Internet Mediated Communication). Observing language attitudes appearing in the electronic environment and discovering the characteristics of the Spanish language on the Internet will allow us to contribute to understand the theoretical aspects related to the CMO better.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this research is to check the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities of occupational therapy students who are going to be the future subjects of medical rehabilitation service, based on this to provide occupational therapy students an alternative to have the right attitude toward the disabilities to find ways to reduce prejudice against them in society meeting in the future. METHODS: The survey was carried out to select randomly 6 cities and provinces nationwide with occupational therapy, to choose 20 students at each grade and have them to fill up the questionnaire themselves after reading the text, and as a result of the survey. RESULTS: The attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities according to the gender, there was more positive significant difference in women than men, the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities by each grade, the higher grade they were, the more positive significant difference they had. As the results of the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities whether to take classes related to them, there was a positive significant difference in the students who took classes related to disabilities person, and the results of the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities whether to participate in a clinical practice and voluntary service, there was a positive significant difference in the students who took part in that service. CONCLUSION: The positive attitudes and behavior toward disabilities were higher in women than men, higher grade students than the lower, the more time for voluntary service and the more contact with disabilities persons. As through the results of this, the comprehensive and continuous education about the disabilities for the students in all Departments related to medical rehabilitation service and the suggestion for continuous research on the fundamental problems should be made in the future.

The purpose of this study is to conduct base line research, which is based on requestion of international married immigrant women, for developing social adaptation and family enrichment program for those population who reside in Korea. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 142 international married immigrant women who reside in Seoul to research program participate satisfaction and requestion. Analyze the study results, frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Duncan-post test were utilized. As a result, overall satisfaction toward program that offered by organization was highly ranked. Visiting service showed high score of satisfaction but mentor service that strongly possess sacrifice showed lower score of satisfaction. Vocational and job-related skill improvement education presented less satisfied degree of satisfaction but cooking class, computer class, training education for native-speaking instructor present high level of satisfaction. Second, the requisition of target population, who did not participate program, presented lower than the satisfaction, still present high demand of variety area of program. Among them, assist child nurturing and vocational and job- related skill improvement education showed high demand. It enable to predict that they are eager to get support toward parent role and self-realization. Third, when the difference were analyzed to compare the subjective judgement toward life adaptation in Korea and the satisfaction for program user and the requisition of non-user, the meaningful differences were founded; especially, individuals who possess confident degree of computer skills and Korean(reading, speaking, and listening) showed higher degree of satisfaction to vocation and job-skill related improvement education. This study has a practical implication, which is based on the study results, on developing a program to support international married immigrant women and multicultural families to satisfactory settlement in Korea life and to maintain healthy families.

본 연구는 공공도서관과 지역사회기관 간의 문화프로그램의 중복 현황을 파악해보고, 이러한 중복을 최대한 줄이고 제한된 지역 자원을 활용하여 문화프로그램 제공을 위한 효율적 협력 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 통계 및 현황 데이터 분석, 설문지 분석 등 다양한 조사방법을 통한 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 공공도서관은 다른 기관과는 다르게 인문교양교육 관련 프로그램에 치중하여 운영하고 있었고, 설문결과 이용자들은 '독서 및 문예' 프로그램에 대한 높은 기대감을 가지고 있었다. 또한 사회복지기관의 경우, 특정 연령대인 노년층을 대상으로 프로그램을 집중 운영하고 있어 그 연령대의 만족도 및 선호도가 전반적으로 높았다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 각 기관은 이용자의 선호도나 특정 연령대에 따라 최대의 만족을 이끌어낼 수 있는 특화된 프로그램을 구성해야 함을 알 수 있었다. 특히 공공도서관은 독서, 문예 등의 인문교양교육 분야와 정보화교육 분야에 특성화시킨 프로그램을 제공하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 자연물 역할놀이에서의 인성동화를 활용한 독서와 이야기 나누기가 유아의 인성함양에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 대전지역 소재 유아교육기관 내 만 5세 유아 40명을 대상으로 8주 총 16차 실험 연구 하였다. 그 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 숲 체험 활동을 통한 자연물 역할놀이가 유아의 인성함양에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 실증해 주었다. 둘째, 기본행동 항목 중 신중과 효도에는 실험에 따른 차이가 나타나지 않았지만 유아의 청결과 끈기에 있어 실험효과가 검증되었다. 셋째, 사회성과 관련한 우정, 친절, 상냥함과 도덕성을 나타내는 정의 봉사 양심 모두 실험효과가 유효한 것으로 확인되어 유아의 독서와 이야기 나누기를 통한 자연물 역할놀이가 또래 간의 상호작용을 통한 사회성과 도덕성을 높여주는 교육적 효과를 입증해 준 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 이는 자연물 역할놀이에서 상호 간의 소통과 협력을 통해 서로 배려하고 고마움을 표현하며 이해하고 도움을 주는 과정과 정서를 주고받으면서 사회적 덕목을 증진시키고 특히 사이좋게 서로 자연을 대하는 마음과 생명을 소중히 여기려는 공공적 약속과 규칙을 지키는 윤리적 덕목이 교육적 관점에서 매우 큰 효과가 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

행복한 삶의 질을 목적으로 하는 의료소비자가 증가하면서 웹에 분산되어 있는 블로그의 의료 정보를 바탕으로 신뢰성 있는 의료 시설을 선택하고 고품질의 의료 서비스를 받음으로서, 시간과 비용을 절약할 수 있는 O2O 의료 마케팅 시장이 활성화 되고 있다. 인터넷, 모바일, SNS 등에서 증가하는 비정형 텍스트 데이터는 전문 의료 지식 이외에 작성자의 관심, 선호, 예상 등을 직간접적으로 반영하고 있기 때문에 의료정보의 신뢰성을 담보하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 및 MLP를 사용하여 의료정보 블로그를 분류 (의료블로그, 광고블로그)함으로서 사용자에게 보다 고품질의 의료정보 서비스를 제공하는 블로그 판단 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 빅데이터 및 머신러닝 기술을 통해 인터넷상에 존재하는 국내의 다수 의료정보 블로그를 종합, 분석한 후 질환별 개인 맞춤형 건강정보 추천 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 통하여 사용자는 자신의 건강문제를 지속적으로 점검하고 가장 적절한 조치를 취함으로서 자신의 건강 상태를 유지하는 것이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

납본시스템 기반의 유통 플랫폼을 설계하였다. 도서관이 출판플랫폼이어야 한다는 기존 논문의 완결작업으로 국립중앙도서관의 납본 시스템과 연계하여 전국의 도서관망을 체계적으로 묶은 전자책 유통 플랫폼이다. 목적은 전자책을 하나의 유통 공간으로 묶어내고 자연스럽게 독자를 규합함으로써 국내 출판사, 저자, 서점 및 다양한 출판/구독 서비스를 수행중인 플랫폼들의 가상 플랫폼으로서의 역할을 수행하기 위함이다. 전제를 전자책의 판매가 아닌 임차 개념이지만 이와 무관하게 플랫폼은 유효하다. 뿐만 아니라 플랫폼을 출판/독서와 연관된 모든 구성원의 이익을 대변하기 위하여 사회적 협동조합의 형식을 취하였다. 납본시스템 기반의 유통 플랫폼은 현실과 타협한 가장 이상적인 비즈니스 모델이다. 개념적 (Conceptually)으로는 출판 콘텐츠 관련 산업의 서비스는 독립적으로 운영되면서 협동공간인 납본시스템으로부터 모든 콘텐츠가 공급되는 모형이며 기술적(Technically)으로는 중앙의 전자책 데이터베이스가 모든 콘텐츠의 흐름을 장악하지만 가상적 (Virtually)으로 출판 콘텐츠 관련 산업이 그 흐름을 제어하는 형식을 취한다.

공공도서관의 서비스 전략은 사회 환경 변화에 대한 조망을 포함해서 실질적인 서비스 수요자인 이용자에 기반하여 수립될 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산지역 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 현재 제공되는 도서관 기능과 서비스에 대한 이용자들의 인식을 파악하고 앞으로의 서비스에 대한 수요를 조사·분석하였다. 데이터는 설문을 통해 수집되었고, 응답자는 부산지역의 공공도서관 이용자 733명이다. 주요한 결과는 첫째, 부산지역 이용자가 가장 중요하게 생각하는 공공도서관의 역할과 기능은 여전히 자료수집제공에 있었다. 둘째, 정보서비스 영역에서는 문화/평생학습 프로그램 서비스, 서비스 유형에서는 새로운 IT기술 체험·교육에 대한 수요가 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 정보서비스 영역에 대한 ISA 분석결과에서는 자료수집제공 서비스와 정보활용교육 서비스는 계속 유지 관리해야 하고 독서 관련 서비스는 집중관리하여 확대할 필요가 있는 영역으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연령별 서비스 수요 분석에서는 41세 이상~50세 이하가 정보활용교육 서비스 영역을 제외하고 모든 영역에서 수요가 가장 높은 세대로 나타났고 정보활용교육에 대한 수요는 61세 이상의 고령층 세대에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 부산의 서부권 이용자 집단이 거의 모든 서비스 영역의 수요에서 다른 지역의 이용자 집단보다 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역사회 공공도서관 서비스를 이용자에게 최적화하기 위한 전략 수립시 기본 데이터로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The Long-Term Development Plan of the Pusan National University(PNU) has announced on 1991 in order to reach its roles and levels as an University with international standards, a Graduate School research-oriented and a core university in its community through accomplishment of this Plan. University libraries would be planned to support their universities' goals. Therefore the Library of PNU is facing on the task for supporting the Plan. The Collection for Korean Classical Materials (CKCM) is not limited in Korean Literature, Korean History, Korean Philosophy fields but covered the academic fields except a hightech science : Humanities, social science. pure science, applied science and arts etc. However, the Library of PNU does not have the organization, special librarian and budget for CKCM. Under this notion organization, budget and librarian for the collection would be followed. The CKCM contains the original editions, photography editions, copied issues. microform reproductions with comprehensive subjects in the fields of studies. Especially for the collection of treasure books the role of the Library of PNU induce to open individuals' collections or families' collections to public through the Library. The equipments for preserving rare books and treasure books are the conditioners for humidity and temperature, automatic extinguishment system. The reference materials, copy machine and reading room are requested for the user service of CKCM. The materials would be one of the most important thing in study and research. Therefore the Library of PNU need to pay attention to develop and preserve CKCM.

This study investigated the consumer review information considered important by consumers when making a purchase decision to buy apparel products online. Data were collected through focus group interviews. Eleven females in their 20s and 30s, who have extensive experience in reading consumer reviews posted on online apparel stores, participated in the study. The consumer review information considered important by participants is the information related to seven product attributes (size, fabric, design, color, sewing, price, and country of origin), seven benefits (functional, financial, esthetic, emotional, social, utilitarian benefits, and product value compared to price) of the apparel product and four store attributes (return/refund, delivery, reputation/credibility, and customer service). The findings from the study can serve as an important tool in developing survey questions in order to evaluate the quality of consumer review information and help online retailers plan methods to improve the quality of reviews.
