  • Owing to the deregulation, low interest, sufficient liquidity and etc., the real estate market has been recovered in some areas and some investment products to the degree being concerned about the overheating. In order that the construction and real estate industries, which play the considerable role in our economy, may be soundly grown toward contribution of the stable growth of our economy, it is being requested to acquire the transparency, predictability and trade stability of the international level conforming to the deregulation during the sale in lots of the building. For this reason, keeping pace with the trend of the construction industry and the current of the society, which are more and more large-scaled and globalized, it will be necessary to solve the social matters and to construct the more efficient and continuous construction management by widening and activating the field of CM through scheme of more specialized, sustainable and general CM method and establishment of new business bounded system in the construction management.

퍼지셋 이상형분석을 활용한 노동시장위험의 변화양상 분석: 후기산업사회 18개국 대상 비교연구 (Labour Market Risk Shifts in 18 Post-industrial Economies: An Application of Fuzzy-set Ideal Type Approach)

  • 1990년 후반부터 사회정책 및 복지국가 연구에서 활발하게 논의되기 시작한 '신사회위험' 연구는 일반적으로 탈산업화 또는 세계화의 영향으로 새로운 사회적 위험이 후기산업경제에 도래했다고 주장한다. 이러한 신사회적 위험은 또한 주로 청년층, 여성 그리고 저숙련자에게 집중되었다고 논의되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 신사회적위험의 개념화작업을 통해 논의를 재검토하고 다른 유형의 사회적 위험들의 변화 양상을 실증적으로 분석하는데 특히 노동시장의 위험에 초점을 맞춘다. 이를 위해 후기산업경제 18개국을 대상으로, 퍼지셋 이상형분석을 실시하여 국가별로 노동시장 위험이 어떻게 서로 다르게 또는 비슷하게 변화하는지 비교분석한다. 구체적으로 본 논문의 연구문제는 다음과 같다; 1) 신사회적 위험은 무엇인가? 그리고 2) 각 국가에서 서로 다른 유형의 노동시장위험이 어떻게 서로 다른 속도와 정도의 차이를 보이며 변화하는가? 본 논문의 분석결과 후기산업경제의 국가들은 다양한 노동시장에서의 사회적 위험 유형을 경험하고 있으며, 그 유형의 변화 속도 및 정도의 차이 또한 다양하여 일반적으로 공통된 위험을 주장한 '신사회적위험'의 논의와 차이를 보였다. 본 연구는 퍼지셋 이상형분석을 활용한 실증적 비교연구를 실시하여 신사회위험 및 노동시장위험 논의에 기여한다.

공유경제와 O2O를 활용한 Chauffeured Car Services의 이용의도에 관한 연구 (Use Intention of Chauffeured Car Services by O2O and Sharing Economy)

  • Purpose - Over recent years, O2O and shared economy have been an eye-catching topic. Many researches on O2O and shared economy have been published gradually. The emerging enterprise of chauffeured car services developed rapidly in the past two years. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of use intention of the chauffeured car services users. Through active use of O2O and shared economy, put up with operation strategy in line with their use intention. Research design, data, and methodology - After collecting 324 respondents in China with questionnaires, this study begin the empirical research with users of Chauffeured Car Services, and analyzes data with IBM SPSS 24.0 and IBM AMOS 24.0. Results - Personal Propensity to Trust significantly affects the Initial Trust of chauffeured car services users. Firm Reputation significantly affects the Initial Trust and use intention of chauffeured car services users. Initial Trust significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy significantly affect chauffeured car services users' use intention. Social Influence also significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. Conclusions - First, Initial Trust significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. Thus, the enterprise should make efforts to improve users' initial trust in order to attract their attention. For this reason, chauffeured car services enterprises should conduct questionnaires to deeply explore what needs can improve users' initial trust. Second, performance expectancy and effort expectancy significantly affect chauffeured car services users' use intention. When users enjoy chauffeured car services, they attach great importance to the convenience, simplicity and efficiency, which reflects that chauffeured car services' desire for greater development in the O2O and shared economy market. Therefore, they need to grasp users' needs (convenience, simplicity and efficiency) and carefully improve the quality of chauffeured car services. Finally, social influence also significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. It means friend recommendation or mass media influences users' intention. So, it is more important to increase differentiated benefits, advertising and publicity of chauffeured car services.

  • Supercapacitors as novel energy storage devices between conventional capacitors and batteries, with more specific capacitance and energy densities than conventional capacitors and more power densities than batteries are to be used in many fields. And, social demand on fuel economy and reducing pollution needs equipment of new function such as energy storage system with good power performance, high cyclability and good energy efficiency. Supercapacitor is regarded as one of good alternatives for meeting the requirement of market with excellent power performance and high cyclability. This paper deals with the fundamental characteristics of supercapacitor unit and charge and discharge behavior of supercapacitor module for developing 42V hybrid energy storage system with lead acid battery and supercapacitor in order to adopt to 42V power net for vehicle.

A New Higher Education Policy In Russia : Enhancing Meaning-Centered Education via its Realization

  • Social and economic changes in the world, along with changes in the culture of government and structural changes in the relationship between the state, the market and higher education institutions, have resulted in new approaches pursued by states towards higher education (Konstantinov & Philonovich, 2007; Peterka, 2011). Higher education institutions, in its turn, enjoy more freedom in choosing to focus on various tasks and goals to their academic activities. This contributes to the diversity of expectations when it comes to the various roles modern academic institutions take on with regard to their development. Among many existing concepts in the current academic environment, the concept of "entrepreneurial university" is becoming a critically important concept in Russia. In this article, we consider the concept of the Entrepreneurial University as developed in Clark and Etzkowitz's theories, and the ways the concept is being adjusted in the higher education system in Russia. We analyze comparatively both contemporary and prior historical [1990s-mid2000s] state policies pertaining to higher-education institutions in Russia in order to provide an insight into how the national market of knowledge intensive production is being established in the country. As a consequence of these analyses, we present a new model of how universities can take a more systemic and meaningful approach to creating research-based innovation entrepreneurial activities. This approach is also viewed as making universities' innovation activities more sustainable and thus less dependent on the state support.

  • As the level of consumption is improved and cultural life is pursued, the consumer's consciousness structure is rapidly changing, and the demand for product selection level, variety, and quality is becoming more diverse. The restaurant economy is falling due to the prolonged COVID-19, the economic recession, income decline, and changes in population structure and lifestyle, but the Meal- kit market is growing rapidly. This study aims to identify the consumer perception of Meal-kit, which is rapidly growing as an alternative to existing meals in the fields of dining out, food, and distribution due to the development of technology and social environment using big data. As a result of the analysis, the keywords with the highest frequency of appearance were in the order of Meal-kit, Cooking, Product, Launching, and Market and were divided into 8 groups through the CONCOR analysis. We want to identify consumer trends related to the key keywords of Meal-kit, present effective data related to Meal-kit demand for Meal-kit specialized companies, and provide implications for establishing marketing strategies for differentiated competitive advantage.

초기 근대 영국의 미각의 질서 -셰익스피어 희곡의 음식 기호와 사회적 유동성 (The Order of Appetites in Early Modern England: Shakespeare's Signs of Food and Social Mobility)

  • Shakespeare's plays deploy an interesting array of food signs in a way to illuminate the historical process of what Stephen Mennell has described as "the civilizing of appetite"-a process in which the changes of food choices and eating habits took place in response to the changes in people's way of life and personality structure over the long-term modern period since the middle ages. Shakespeare's plays suggest that the civilizing of appetite in early modern England was heavily affected by the forces of social mobility as well as the nascent market economy. The Capulets' costly preparation of Juliet's wedding banquet is a showcase of conspicuous consumption which was a structural necessity for the ruling class in Shakespeare's time. Some fifteen years later, the same kinds of foodstuffs are included in a shepherd's shopping list for the sheepshearing festival in Winter's Tale. This is a significant coincidence to prove that food was an important source of emulation and contest among different social classes; and that the rich diet of the upper class gave impetus to social mobility. The Elizabethan subjects, especially among the elite noblemen, were interpellated by the ideology of food that equated the quality of food and the eater's social identity. Faced with bankruptcy as a consequence of his extravagant consumption habit, Bassanio in The Merchant of Venice testifies to the gripping ideology of food onto early modern people, while Poor Tom in King Lear presents a comic parody of the rich people's conspicuous waste. Also in Coriolanus and The Merry Wives of Winsor, Shakespeare uses food as a metaphor for class-motivated social struggles.

중국 보안서비스산업의 운영실태 및 제도정착 방안 (Operation Status of Chinese Security Service Industry and Institutional Settlement Methods)

  • 중국은 개혁개방이후 경제의 발전과 치안환경 변화에 따라 안전서비스영의 변화와 사회치안제도의 변화를 수반하게 되어 보안서비스산업이 날로 증가하고 이에따른 문제도 증가를 하고 있는 실정이다. 중국의 보안서비스 시장경제가 활성화 되려면, 우선 보안서비스에 대한 공안기관의 독점을 취소해야 하고 전람, 전시판매, 문체, 상업 등 활동의 안전보위와 각종 안전기술 방범상품의 연구개발, 확충과 응용, 안전기술 방범계통 공정의 접속과 그에 상응한 기술업무의 제공과 보안서비스 업무영역의 확충이 요구 된다. 그리고 보안회사의 행정관리권, 재산권과 경영관리권의 분리를 실행하고 보안본사는 완전히 시장요구에 따라 각종 자원에 대하여 최적화를 위해 통합조정하며 권리와 소속 관계를 명확히 하고, 경영관리가 통일되고, 자원이 최적화되어 함께 나눌 수 있는 기업실체를 건립하여 보안서비스 시장에서 경쟁력을 향상시켜야 한다. 또한 이제 시행된 중국의 보안서비스조례를 현실적으로 적용하고 진정한 보안서비스 시장경제를 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 연구하여 보안서비스 관련 각종 조례를 정비하여 보안서비스 업무의 특성에 맞도록 정비하여야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 중국은 공안과 보안서비스의 상호협력체계를 구축함에 있어서 공안기관은 보안서비스가 범죄예방과 사회질서 유지에서의 중요성과 보안서비스회사의 지위를 승인해 주고 보안서비스에 대한 일방적인 지휘와 관리체제에서 벗어나 양자의 동반자 관계를 확립하고 아직 초보발전단계에 있는 보안서비스업을 긍정적인 태도로 발전 시켜야 한다.

일본의 대규모 소매점포 규제 정책 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Changes in Regulatory Policy against Large-scale Retail Stores in Japan)

  • Purpose - This study aims to investigate the process of political changes in Japan, which has introduced regulatory policies for large-scale retail stores since the 1930s, as well as the examples, and suggests improvement schemes for our policies in Korea, which imposes restrictions on business hours and forced holidays in accordance with the current Distribution Industry Development Act. Research design, data, and methodology - After examining the political change processes related to large-scale retail stores in japan, this study analyzes individually regulated cases based on the ordinances enacted by each local government. Through case analysis in Japan, this study makes political suggestions that may be helpful for our country substantially. Results - Since there is an obvious possibility that our economic restrictions on business hours and mandatory holidays do not coincide with WTO GATS, it is necessary for large-scale distributors to introduce new social and environmental regulations similar to Japan, rather than imposing controls to restrict free competition and also introduce a policy to induce cooperation with small businesses for the advancement of the distribution industry. Thus, it is desirable to take measures on noise, waste, traffic, and parking for the preservation of the living environment in the surroundings when building new large-scale retail stores. It is also important to establish measures to improve the welfare of neighborhood residents and consumers, create a pleasant urban environment, and make it mandatory to make presentations at public hearings among residents. Furthermore, it should be mandatory to establish regional contribution plans when a retail store is established, and take measures to solve various civil complaints or problems that may occur after entering the market. Moreover, it is desirable for large-scale retail stores that entered the market to induce cooperation in performing various activities in the area with a strong sense that they are all members of the local economy. Conclusions - If introducing social regulations like in Japan, there is probably an advantage that the conflicts seen when large-scale retail stores enter the market are absorbed by adjusting the persons concerned within the established institution in order to establish a field to solve such conflicts systematically. In contrast, there are still concerns regarding chaotic operation without any active attempts to have a conversation with large-scale retail stores and local small merchants due to a sharp conflict among the persons concerned, and if it is a briefing session without any decision of the restrictions on their opening itself, there may be doubts with regard to their effectiveness. Moreover, if the de facto opening is restricted by the introduction of such a briefing session procedure, the choice of whether to protect the existing rights of large-scale retail stores might become problematic. However, such problems could be minimized in a way by forming a separate consultative group for all persons concerned including residents, local governments, professionals, civic organizations, small merchants, and massive retail store-related persons.

한국-아부다비 공간정보 격차분석을 통한 아부다비 공간정보인프라의 발전 방안 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Data Infrastructure Development Methods in Abu Dhabi through Gap Analyses on Spatial Information between the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Republic of Korea)

  • 아부다비 에미리트는 중동 및 북아프리카의 이슬람 문화권 중에서 급속한 경제적 번영을 이룩하여 신흥선진국으로 급부상하고 있다. 아부다비는 석유경제에서 비석유경제로의 전환과 지속가능한 도시개발정책을 시행하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 사회 환경문제도 발생하고 있다. 급속한 경제성장과 사회 환경변화로 인해 도출되는 도시문제 해결을 위해 아부다비는 공간정보의 중요성을 인식하고 공간정보의 구축을 촉진하고 있다. 이처럼 공간정보는 아부다비에서 블루오션 시장으로 그 영역을 넓혀 가고 있으며, 도시건설의 기본인프라로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 아부다비는 공간정보인프라의 기반이 한국에 비해 체계적으로 정비되어 있지 못한 상황이다. 특히, 공간정보인프라의 주요 요소인 조직체계와 법률 제정이 미흡하고 공간정보 산업의 해외 의존도가 지나치게 높은 특징을 가진다. 세계의 다국적 기업이 장악한 아부다비의 공간정보 시장을 개척하기 위해서는 아부다비 공간정보인프라의 현황에 대한 장단점을 파악하고 우선순위를 고려한 틈새시장 진출방안 마련이 필요하다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 아부다비 공간정보인프라의 구성요소에 대한 현황분석을 한국의 경험에 기반하여 고찰한다. 공간정보인프라 구성요소별로 한국과 아부다비 간의 공간정보 격차를 분석하고 아부다비의 단기 장기 공간정보인프라 발전 방안을 제시한다. 중동의 신흥선진국인 아부다비 에미리트와 한국 간 공간정보인프라에 대한 격차분석은 우리 공간정보 기업의 중동진출에 큰 디딤돌이 될 것이다.
