  • Guide robots that provide services in public places have recently emerged as a non-face-to-face solution with the spread of COVID-19 and are growing. However, most guide robots provide only the same level of intelligence and the same interaction in different and changing environments. Therefore, its usefulness is limited and customers' interest is quickly lost. To solve this problem, it is necessary to develop social intelligence that can improve the robot's environment and situational awareness performance, and to continuously maintain customer interest by providing personalized and situational services. In this study, we developed guide robot services based on social HRI components that provides multi-modal context-aware. We evaluated service usefulness by measuring user satisfaction and frequency of use of the service through the survey. We analyzed the service quality attributes to identify the differentiating factors of guide robot based on social HRI components.

  • The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has caused a recession in the fashion industry. Therefore, this study aims to assess the influence of face masks on the selection of fashion products by Korean women in their twenties and thirties. This is highly relevant as the mandatory donning of face masks becomes a social norm. To this end, an in-depth interview and a survey were conducted. The results indicate that wearing a face mask affects consumers' fashion selection criteria in regard to styles, materials, colors, and types. Face masks have gradually contributed to the unification and simplification of fashion styles due to the atmosphere and wearing of the mask itself, which has led to a decline in the overall interest in fashion. Most consumers in this study felt a disconnect between face masks and fashion products, since the former have not been established within most fashion styles. Consequently, consumers had difficulty naturally aligning face masks with various fashion styles, which eventually led to a decreased interest in fashion. This study is significant in that it provides objective data that can be utilized to establish strategies in the fashion industry regarding the integration of face masks.

병원간호사의 감정노동과 사회적 지지가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Affecting Factors of Hospital Nurses' Emotional Labor and Social Support on Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose: The study is to identify a correlation among hospital nurses' emotional labor, social support and organizational commitment and to analyze the effects on organizational commitment. Methods: The participants are 300 nurses working at two general hospitals located in Gyeonggi-do, who agreed to join the study. Data collection were done from July to September in 2014. The collected data are analyzed a descriptive statistic, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression and SPSS/WIN 15.0 Program was used in the process. Results: Organizational commitment was negatively correlated with emotional works but it was positively correlated with social support. The factors affecting organizational commitment were informational support and evaluative support which were sub-domain of social support as well as level of emotional expression which was a sub-domain of emotional works, their positions and level of education. Conclusion: To increase the level of an organizational commitment, a method of coping in difficult situations and information relating to private assessments is recommended. Also, the organization should prepare a plan that members can properly manage their emotions face-to-face with clients.

가족의 지지가 장애노인의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Family Support on the Life Satisfaction of Elderly with Disabilities)

  • The purpose of study is to examine the effects of family support on the life satisfaction of elderly with disabilities and provide a ground necessary to improve it. Research was conducted on 167 elderly with hearing, visual and physical disabilities aged over 60 who were living in Seoul and Pusan. Telephone survey, sign language and interview, in accordance with types of disability, were adopted to collect data effectively. That is telephone survey was used for elderly with visual impairment whereas face-to-face interview for physical impairment and sign language for hearing impairment by volunteers. Collected data were analyzed, using hierarchical regression analysis. This study utilized two different models, direct effect model and buffering effect of social support in order to examine the effects of familial support on the life satisfaction of elderly with disabilities. Research findings suggest that the level of life satisfaction appeared to be low in general among elderly with disabilities and emotional family support exerted a positive effect on life satisfaction. In addition, it is empirically supported that emotional family support buffered the negative effect of economic limitations on life satisfaction. In other words, the effects of economic limitations as stress factor decreased with the increase in the frequency of emotional support, however, the level of life satisfaction decreased at a mercy of the stress factor of economic limitations with the decrease in the frequency of emotional support. Finally, this paper attempted to provide some alternatives to effectively improve life satisfaction among elderly with disabilities based on empirical findings.

  • 사회문화적 변화와 고령화에 따른 독거노인 등의 증가로 고독사는 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며 각 지자체마다 사회적 문제로 정의하기 시작하였으며, 정부에서도 고독사 문제에 대응하기 위해 제도적 기반을 마련하는 등 고독사 예방을 위한 법적근거를 제정하기 시작하였다. 본 연구는 고독사 예방을 위한 정책방안 모색을 위하여 고독사 예방을 위한 비대면 정책 추진을 위해 대구광역시에서 추진하고 있는 스마트 디지털 정보기술(AI, IOT)을 활용한 고독사 예방정책 사례를 살펴보았다. 고독사 관련 정책은 고독사 예방사업과 발굴 후 지원사업의 두 가지 축으로 구분한다. 이들사업을 효율성 있게 운영하기 위해서는 인공지능, 사물인터넷을 통한 비대면 서비스의 제공 등이 새로운 서비스 전달체계 방식으로 인식되고 있으므로, 비대면 서비스의 중요성과 필요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 국가 차원의 비대면 산업 확대를 위한 시스템 구축 등 다각적인 변화와 준비가 필요한 시점이라고 할 수 있으며 향후 또 다른 국가 재난 상황에서 대응할 수 있도록 고독사 예방 등 다양한 복지정책에서 비대면 스마트돌봄체계가 확대되고 활성화되어야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 사회복지사의 일터에서 나타나는 무형식학습 방법을 분석하고, 인적자원개발 및 관리 차원에서 사회복지사의 역량강화를 위한 무형식학습 촉진방안을 탐색하는 것이 목적이다. 연구방법은 제주지역 소재 종합사회복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사 20명을 대상으로 한 질적 사례연구이다. 연구결과 사회복지사의 일터에서 일상적인 무형식학습 방법은 '상사의 피드백, 지인접촉, 회의참여, 자료 검토' 등이었다. 업무숙련 과정에서 가장 많이 활용된 무형식학습은 '상사의 피드백과 지인접촉'으로 인적자원과의 소통에 중점을 두었다. 이에, 사회복지기관에서는 사회복지사의 역량강화를 위해 보수교육과 같은 제도적인 형식학습 지원뿐 아니라 개인학습 지원, 비공식모임, 멘토링, 슈퍼비전, 동료와의 상호작용 등 무형식적 활동을 촉진하는 업무환경 조성이 필요하다는 제안을 하였다.

코로나19 팬데믹 불안을 겪는 노인들의 불안감 완화를 위한 대면 비대면 융합 차문화치료 프로그램 (Face-to-face non-face-to-face convergence tea culture therapy program to alleviate anxiety of the elderly suffering from COVID-19 pandemic anxiety)

  • 본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹 불안과 디지털 소외를 경험하는 노인들의 불안감 완화를 위한 대면 비대면 융합차문화치료 프로그램을 개발하고, 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위하여 P시 소재 K노인주간보호센터를 이용하는 70세 이상의 노인들 8명을 연구대상으로 하여 개발된 프로그램을 적용하고 그 효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 코로나19 팬데믹 불안을 겪는 노인들의 불안감은 프로그램 참여 전 참가자들의 심리불안 점수 평균은 3.02(SD 0.25)였고, 참여 후 평균은 2.79(SD 0.15)로 나타나 프로그램 참여 전과 후의 유의한 차이로 심리불안 점수가 완화되는 것으로 나타났다(Z=4.245, P=.004). 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 코로나19 팬데믹 불안을 겪는 노인들의 불안감 완화를 위한 대면 비대면 융합 차문화치료 프로그램의 확대를 위한 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

비대면 교육 문제점 파악을 위한 빅데이터 텍스트 마이닝 분석 (Big data text mining analysis to identify non-face-to-face education problems)

  • 세계적으로 코로나19 바이러스가 만연해짐에 따라 다양한 분야에서 비대면화를 시행하게 되었고, 교육 시스템 또한 급격한 비대면화로 인해 많은 관심이 집중되기 시작하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 현재까지 계속적으로 변화하고 있는 교육환경에 맞추어 비대면 교육이 나아가야 하는 방향성에 대해서 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 의견들이 존재하는 소셜네트워크 빅데이터를 수집하기 위하여 텍스톰(Textom), 유씨넷6(Ucinet6) 분석 도구 프로그램을 사용하여 데이터를 시각화하였다. 연구 결과 '코로나'와 관련된 키워드가 주를 이루었으며 '기사', '뉴스'등의 높은 빈도의 키워드들이 존재했다. 분석 결과 네트워크 장애 및 보안 문제와 같은 비대면 교육에 관련한 다양한 이슈들을 확인해 볼 수 있었고, 분석 이후 교육 시장의 성장과 교육 환경의 변화에 따른 비대면 교육 시스템의 방향성에 관하여 연구하였다. 또한 빅데이터를 이용하여 분석한 비대면 교육시의 보안 강화 필요성과 수업 방식에 대한 피드백의 필요성이 존재한다.

통합 인지기능 향상 프로그램이 중년층의 인지기능, 구강건강, 정신건강에 미치는 영향: 비대면 방식의 중재 적용 (Effects of the integrated cognitive function improvement program on cognitive function and oral and mental health of middle-aged people: an application of non-face-to-face arbitration)

  • Objectives: We developed an integrated cognitive function improvement program comprising cognitive, emotional, and physical domains, and remotely applied it to middle-aged adults to investigate its effects on oral health, cognitive function, and mental health improvement. Methods: The experimental group underwent the program remotely, using the Zoom platform. A total of 24 participants were recruited and divided into 12 experimental and 12 control groups. The program comprised cognitive, emotional, and physical activities. The sessions lasted 90 min and were performed twice a week for 6 weeks from April to May 2022. Results: Cognitive function, arousal, physical, and mental stress were significantly improved in the experimental group after the intervention than at the baseline (p<0.05). Regarding oral health, tongue plaque decreased 1.34-fold (p<0.01) and saliva increased 1.04-fold (p<0.05) in the experimental group after the intervention than at the baseline. Moreover, the experimental group showed significant improvements in tongue plaque and saliva than the control group (p<0.05 for tongue plaque and p<0.01 for saliva). Regarding mental health, social support significantly increased 11.67-fold (p<0.05) in the experimental group than at the baseline. The experimental group also showed significantly improved social support than the control group (p<0.01). Conclusions: The non-face-to-face integrated cognitive function improvement program for middle-aged adults improved their cognitive function and oral and mental health. Based on these findings, this program may be a useful health program tool for middle-aged individuals.

대면 서비스직 종사자의 COVID-19 스트레스, 정량뇌파 스트레스 지수와 대처방식의 상관분석 (Correlation Analysis for COVID-19 Stress, QEEG Stress Quotient, and Coping Style of Face-to-Face Service Industry Employees)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to measure COVID-19 stress and the quantitative electroencephalography (QEEG) stress quotient and identify the coping styles of face-to-face service industry employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This cross-sectional study administered structured questionnaires consisting of sections on general characteristics, COVID-19 stress, and coping style for stress to 21 face-to-face service industry employees between April 1 and April 18, 2021. The physical tension & stress quotient and psychological distraction & stress quotient were measured in the prefrontal lobe with QEEG. Results: Emotional easiness (r=.62, p=.002) and escape-avoidance (r=.55, p=.009) as a passive coping style were associated with COVID-19 stress, and seeking social support as an active coping style was associated with the left physical tension & stress quotient (r=.47, p=.031). Conclusion: These findings provide evidence regarding the objective status of the mental health of face-to-face service industry employees using both a self-reported scale and neuroscientific indicators, including brain quotients.
