본 연구의 목적은 군 병사들의 가족기능과 입대 전 인터넷중독수준을 알아보고, 이들의 입대 전 인터넷중독 수준이 군 생활부적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 또 이러한 영향 관계에서 가족기능의 매개적 역할을 파악하고자 함이다. 이를 위해서 현재 군 복무중인 병사 313명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 구조방정식모형(structural equation model)을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면, 군 병사들의 입대 전 인터넷중독수준은 군 생활부적응에 직접 영향을 주고 있었으며, 특히 가족기능을 매개하여 군 생활부적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 입대 전 인터넷중독수준은 가족기능을 통해서 군 생활부적응에 간접적 효과가 나타났고, 가족기능은 입대 전 인터넷중독 수준이 군생활 부적응에 영향을 주는 관계 속에서 부분 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 입대 전에 인터넷중독 경향이 있고 가족기능 수준이 낮은 병사들을 위하여 군과 가족을 포함한 융복합적인 차원에서 군 생활적응 프로그램 및 전문적 개입체계 구축의 필요성을 논의하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 인터넷활용(인터넷활용빈도 및 인터넷활용능력)이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고, 이 관계에서 사회활동의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 연구에서 활용한 자료는 서울시복지재단에서 실시한 서울시 복지패널조사자료 중 2010년도 가구원용 데이터이며, 1862명이 분석대상이다. 연구방법은 빈도분석, 기술분석, 상관관계분석을 통해 대상자의 일반적 특성 및 주요 변수의 특성을 살펴보았으며, 구조방정식으로 연구모형을 검증하고, Sobel test를 통해 사회활동의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 노인의 인터넷활용빈도는 생활만족도에 영향요인이 아닌 것으로 나타났고 반대로 인터넷활용능력은 생활만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 인터넷활용능력과 생활만족도의 관계에서 사회활동은 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 노인 인터넷활용 활성화에 대한 이론적·실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 일본 지역사회에서 전개되고 있는 사회복지서비스 공급과정에의 시민참가 현상에 주목하여, '비영리시민복지사업단체'가 지자체의 사회복지서비스 공급주체의 하나로 등장하게 된 배경을 추적하고, 나아가 이러한 복지서비스 공급주체로서의 비영리시민복지사업단체가 여성들을 위한 고용기회의 확대에 미치는 효과를 분석해보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 사회복지서비스 공급과정에의 시민참가 현상에 대해 복지국가의 위기에 따른 복지다원주의(공급주체의 다원화)라는 시대적 조류에 더해 지자체의 복지서비스를 둘러싼 '소비의 유연성문제에의 대응'이라는 관점으로 접근하여, 복지서비스 공급주체로서 비영리시민복지사업단체가 등장하게 된 배경을 추적하였다. 그리고 이렇게 사회복지서비스 공급주체로 등장한 비영리시민복지사업단체가 여성들을 위한 고용기회의 확대에 미치는 '효과'를 알아보기 위해서 비영리시민복지사업단체의 '고용기능'에 대한 사례조사를 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 일본 사회복지서비스 공급과정에 비영리시민복지사업단체가 등장하게 된 제배경 및 그것이 초래하는 '고용효과'를 실증적으로 분석하였다.

Recently the change of social environment has influence on the living of human for the complexity and the variety. And so the relation of architecture and function required the complex space. The government tried to complex the service for healthcare and social welfare by the exhibition model for health and welfare center. In this sence, this study aims to explore the basic data for the planning of location to the community welfare center and the healthcare facility in a district by grasping the difference of level at facility among region. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and synthesized through this study and could be used in the relevant research in the future as reference informations.

The desires for safety of body and life can be said to be fundamental and natural in human beings. But the rapid industrialization and urbanization phenomena in our modern society is accelerating the treand for increasing diverse social pathology. Rise of serious crimes such as robbery and rape has already become an especially serious social problem and is at the point of threatening our welfare and social order. But the police, which is primarily responsible for the maintenance of welfare and social order of the public, is unable to respond actively to the increasing demand for policing due to the lack of available manpower and overwork. Thus, the purpose of this thesis is to look for a plan to actively respond to the daily increasing outcry for law and order so that the public may maintain safe and happy lifestyles without the threat of crime. One concrete and practical strategy is to resolutely separate and transfer some of the many functions of the police that can be handled by citizen organizations to those groups so that the police can be relied upon to become functionally efficient. This will decrease the work of the police, thereby allowing the police to concentrate on its inherent responsibilities. As its primary example, 'transferring the function of security' of the police to the private security industry is suggested in this thesis.

Purpose - The purpose of the study is to analyze the empowerment intermediary role on the relationship between the job distribution and the quality of life. A research on empowerment and social service staffs' job distribution also should be conducted to improve the quality of their lives. Because empowerment, particularly, affects the quality of life, it should be taken a detail discussion for empowerment improvement. Research design, data, and methodology - This paper conducted a questionnaire survey. In total, 722 copies of the structural questionnaire were analyzed. Five parameter subsets were selected to measure the empowerment such as task significance, role performance capability, self-determination, task impact, then, the survey consists of 10 questions. For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant and concentration validity analysis, path coefficient significance, and mediation effectiveness verification were employed. Results - As evidenced from the data analysis, job distribution variables such as job impact, job autonomy, and feedback affect the quality of their lives. Empowerment also affects the quality of their lives. Next, the empowerment functions as meditating role in the relationships with job impact, job autonomy, feedback and the quality of their lives. On the other hand, the empowerment do not function as meditating role in the relationships with social service staffs' function diversity and the quality of their lives. Conclusions - It is necessary to conduct ways for various job performance and outside educational facilities to improve social service staffs' function diversity. The mission, vision, strategic purposes, detailed execution goals need to be set by all their organization members' participation. Empowerment also requires social welfare facilities' drastic delegation on their authority and responsibilities with their active decentralization in the organization.

In the 70s, facility called 'Sozialstation' was introduced in Germany, which is a supporting organisation for a systematic and efficient integrated health and social service system for the aged. As a theoretical approach, presented here could be a foundation for space planning for the development of an integrated health and social service system for the aged in Korea, this study examines design, concept, function, operation area and origin background etc. of the 'Sozialstation' through the case studies of space program.

In recent, the concept of management is emphasizing the aspects of social welfare, especially in permanent public rental housing that most of the residents are very low income households. Although the quality of service for the residents of permanent public rental housing was improved comparatively, it still needs to continually change in response to the needs of residents. To figure out the better way of supporting the service for the residents of permanent public rental housing, this study examined the role and function of management office and the residents' perception. Two types of survey questionnaire (residents/staffs of management office) were developed for the research purpose. A sample of 89 management office staffs and 111 residents were used for the data analysis. The result showed that both of residents and management office staffs recognized the need for the participation of residents in management process.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the possibility of complexity use these facilities for elderly welfare facility or public health facility and community center in rural. For this purpose this article researched into elderly welfare facilities, public health facilities and social welfare centers. And we studied of village community center, life pattern in old people in rural. With a rapidly increase in population of older people in rural, there is a great demand for the construction of complexes facilities. Particularly, there was highly demand for the public health facilities and the welfare programme of physiotherapy facilities on village community center in rural. However, there is not a intersection of space composition and specification function between elderly welfare facilities and public healthcare facilities and community welfare centers in this time. Accordingly, in the future plan for community center in rural, it is necessary to consider integration with public health facility. And it is necessary to compose the community center in consideration of the spatial organization of complexity as a possibility of community welfare activities.

사회복지관련 예산의 급격한 증가가 함께 사회복지관련 사업도 다양한 분야로 확대되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 사회복지정책을 수행하는 정부 및 지자체에 의한 지원과 보조사업 추진의 당위성 및 논거를 명확히 할 필요가 있다고 사료되며, 본 연구는 후생경제학 입장에서 노인복지시설 운영지출에 의해 이용노인들이 얻게 되는 효과인 사회적 편익, 즉 경영가치를 분석하고자 하였다. 노인복지정책의 달성을 위해 제공되는 복지서비스를 통해 지역 노인들은 가족들의 경제활동 참여기회 제공, 질환 예방 및 건강증진 기회제공, 삶의 만족감 제고 등의 다양한 영향을 발생시키게 되며, 본 연구에서는 노인복지시설 이용시 노인들이 얻게 되는 편익을 AHP분석기법을 적용하여 운영가치를 산출하였다. 수도권지역 P노인복지관의 사례를 적용한 결과 노인복지관 운영에 의한 이용가치는 248.4억원으로 추정되었으며, 이 중에서 비용요소에 의해 발생하는 기여효과는 전체의 23.1%인 57.3억원으로 분석되었으며, 자립요소 57.6억원(23.2%), 치료요소 133.4억원(53.7%)의 순으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 노인복지예산 및 서비스를 소비지출 및 소모성 혜택 정도로 인식하는 사회분위기 속에서 사회적 논란 야기 및 재정압박요인으로 작용하는 현 시점에서 노인복지정책에 대한 개입 지원 보조의 당위성 논의의 타당성은 결국 실증적인 분석을 통하여 뒷받침될 수 있느냐에 달려 있다고 사료되며, 본 연구는 이를 위한 기초적 연구로서의 역할이 기대된다. 또한 복지예산은 소멸성 지출이 아니며 우리나라 사회 경제에 다양한 영향을 파생시키는 중요한 산업임을 본 연구에서 확인할 수 있었으며, 지속적 연구를 통해 정책적 지원 및 사회적 합의가 필요하다.
