  • For a further understanding of the Chinese consumer, this study investigated 1) the effects of aesthetic consciousness on make-up attitude, and 2) the differences in the effect of aesthetics consciousness on make-up attitude among age groups. An online survey was conducted on female consumers belonging to the post-80s and 90s generations, living in Xian China. SPSS 24.0 and Amos 18.0 was used for data analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis for the research variables were performed and three factors of aesthetic consciousness (social relations consideration, internal consideration, and external consideration), and four factors of make-up attitude (psychological pleasure, self-satisfaction, consciousness of others, and tool of transformation) were identified. The results from the model test were : 1) aesthetics consciousness was found to vary depending on make-up attitude. Social relations consideration had a positive effects on psychological pleasure, self-satisfaction, and tool of transformation. Internal consideration had a positive effect on self-satisfaction and tool of transformation, and a negative effect on psychological pleasure. External consideration had positive effects on all four factors of make-up attitude. 2) In the post-80s participants, social relations consideration and external consideration had positive effects on all four factors of make-up attitude. • To remove software defects and improve performance of software, many developers perform code inspections and use static analysis tools. A code inspection is an activity that is performed manually to detect software defects in the developed source. However, there is no clear criterion which source codes are inspected. A static analysis tool can automatically detect software defects by analyzing the source codes without running the source codes. However, it has disadvantage that analyzes only the codes in the functions without analyzing the relations among source functions. The functions in the source codes are interconnected and formed a social network. Functions that occupy critical locations in a network can be important enough to affect the overall quality. Whereas, a static analysis tool merely suggests which functions were called several times. In this study, the core functions will be elicited by using social network analysis and DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) for CUBRID open database sources. In addition, we will suggest clear criteria for selecting the target sources for code inspection and will suggest ways to find core functions to minimize defects and improve performance.

After collection of assesment data of 200 in-home disabled through use of the tool, a desire-extracting algorithm was developed to provide a service to real needs through the use of decision tree analysis on data mining. The study was conducted for Five months from June 2006 through October 2006, and it is divided into development of an assessment tool and extraction of real needs through the use of the tool. The basic framework of the development of the tool was established through the examination of related literature, the subjective satisfaction of the assessment tool and items were developed through the use of a focus group and experts, and verification was implemented through the use of statistics to confirm the validity of the tool. As a result of the verification, the tool secured following validity and credibility as seen in

    and
. In addition, real needs-extraction algorithm was established through the use of the assessment tool, and the algorithm according each desire was suggested as seen in . The assessment tool and algorithm suggested as a result of the study can be used as data to conduct systematic management of examples through the confirmation of objective desire of in-home disabled.

Rural residents were interviewed by community health practioners working in Kungsang-Buk-Do, Kyngsang- Nam - Bo, Jonla Buk -Do, and Kyung Ki- Do. The tool developed for this study was a structured questionnaire based on previous literature and then tested for reliability and validity. This tool contained 20 physical health status items, 17 mental-emotional health status items and 38 social health status items. Physical health status items clustered in to six factors such as personal hygiene, activity, home management, digestive, sexual, sensory, and climination functions. Mental-emotional health status items clustered into two factors, mental health and emotional health. Social health status items clustered into seven factors, grandparent, parent, spouse, friend, kinships, group member and religious role functions. Data analysis included percentage, average, S.D., t-test and ANOVA. The results of the analysis were as follows : 1. The tool measuring the health status of the elderly and developed for this research had a relatively high reliavility indicated by a cronbach=0.97793. 2. Average score of the subjects physical health status was 4, 054 in a 5 point likert scale, mentalemotional health status was 3.803, social health status was 2.939 and the total average was 3.521. The Social activity for Korean elderly is needed to improve social health. 2. Educational background, perceived health status and the amount of pocket money must be considered in the health assessment criteria of the elderly, Family structure, marial status, occupation, residence variables and sources of living expense must also be considered as significant. 3. A health education program based on the educational background of the elderly, and provision of an occupational socioeconomic welfare policy will be useful in order to increase social health status of Korean elderly.

    • This study tried to develop an test tool of social workers' ethical sensitivity(SWEST) on base of realization about the importance of ethical sensitivity of social worker who are required more ethicalities than the other professionals. Nevertheless, there has been no tool that can measure ethical sensitivity of social workers in our country up to now. Through analysis of existing ethical sensitivity tests in other professions, a paper and pencil method about unstructured question with cases including ethical issues and structured scoring system was chosen as an appropriate method for the SWEST. This study progressed in order : 1st collecting cases, 2nd composing cases, 3rd consulting cases, 4th pilot study, 5th making scoring standards, 6th determining case examples and scoring standards. With the result, the tool consists of 3 case examples with ethical issues : 1) self-determination and confidentiality, 2) equality and double relationship, 3) informed consent and conflict interest. And ethical sensitivities of social work major students and social workers were measured with the SWEST, to see practical utility of this test. The agreement degrees between two independent raters were above 90%. And respondent's ethical sensitivity displayed the most definite difference according to taking or not taking a course 'Social work values and ethics'. Through these results, it can be drawn that the SWEST is reliable and valid to test relevant differences in Korean social workers' ethical sensitivity. The SWEST is expected to activate studying, educating, and practicing ethics in social work.

    • It is a recent trend to utilize a variety of visual tools(process map, mindmap, ERD) to create, when we create the design of information system or business models. Theses visual tool is standardized tools as process map or BPMN, on the other hand, there is also a non-standardized tools as mindmap. The utilization of the non-standardized tools as mindmap in startups is a increasing trend, because of the order the release of creative thinking to design new business model. Mindmaps can be divided into pen-based mindmap(of hand-written) and computer-based mindmap. This study was conducted under the premise of a different thinking pattern, when you take advantage of pen-based mindmap and computer-based mindmap. In other words, the pen-based mindmap is a tool for deductive reasoning and the computer-based mindmap is a tool would be more appropriate for inductive thinking. The purpose of this study is to investigate these relationships through experiments. In this study propose guidelines how visual tools, when designing a social media business models.

    • Increasing productivity of knowledge workers is a significant issue in the 21st century referred as knowledge-based society. The core key word is behavior of knowledge transfer among members of an organization. The objective of this study is to investigate a model based on Triandis theory and Social Capital theory. This explored the antecedent factors of knowledge Transfer in ITO(Information Technology Outsourcing) Organization. Data were derived from 42 respondents working IT Cooperation in Seoul, Korea. In this paper, we introduce the research model for the knowledge transfer. In order to validate the proposed research model, social network analysis tool, UCINET, a structural equation modeling tool, SmartPLS, was utilized. The empirical result showed that, all antecedent factors (intention of knowledge sharing, anticipated reciprocal relationships, subjective norm, closeness network centrality) of knowledge transfer behavior were significant. In conclusion, findings and implications were discussed and limitations of the study and future research directions were suggested.
