In 1981, Chile has fundamentally reformed the public pension system from the pay-as-you-go system (PAYGs) to the full funding defined contribution system managed by the private funding companies. The Chilean privatization reform influenced not only the neighbor South American countries but also the advanced countries. The United Kingdom contracted out the state earning related pension system. Australia and Sweden recently introduced the private investment accounts system. And now the hot debates on the privatization of the social security pension is going on in the United States of America. This wind of privatizing the public pension system is being backed up by the New Liberalism, the nowadays' strongest ideology. Besides, the theoretical and idealogical debate between the World Bank and the ILO/ISSA was happened in the middle of 1990s. The World Bank, the supporter of the international financial capital, insisted the introducing of the full funding individual accounts system and the abolition of the existing PAYGs. The ILO/ISSA apposed the World Bank's policies and advocated the moderate reform of the PAYGs. In this paper, I reviewed the Chilean reform, the World Bank's report and the opposing argument of the ILO/ISSA against it, and analysed the core issues of the two sides. Also, I tried to present the suggestions to the Korean public pension systems. Through the discussing the debate, we made certain of the importance of the basic issues in the social security system like equity vs. adequacy, inter-generational redistribution vs. intra-generational redistribution and welfare vs. economy, once again.

The purpose of this study is to define the concept of community based on the residential area and to review the issues on the research of community in related discipline area. The discourse about community has been developed in the field of social psychology, regional planning and architecture, housing studies, and research results by NGO. These studies of community has been dealt with social interaction and norm as well as the physical aspects of community. The research on community has been studied with the approach of structure and functionalist, systems theory approach, conflict theory approach, ecological approach, microsociological approach, and social construction approach. However, these approaches have not integrated together, but recognized community in a social or personal context. The social construction approach among these approaches suggest a useful conceptual framework for studying community in the point of view that social condition changes according to the autonomic individual. Understanding of community will influence to establishing a community norm, to planning a communal space, and to developing strategies of community. And it also takes a Important role t\ulcorner change the housing policy, institution and life style.

In the past four decades, corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues have grown substantially due to the increasing demand for transparency and growing expectations that corporations should manage and improve their social, environmental, and economic performance. As a result, most organizations, companies, and governments provide CSR reports, while a large number of companies are still engaged in defining and integrating CSR into several aspects of their business. CSR is an obligation to society (Lee, 2020). The linkage between CSR and consumer-company identification (CCI) is important under company stakeholders. Consumers who care about those issues often change their shopping habits to bring greater value to the community. They will avoid buying environmentally or socially harmful products, and actively seek the products and services of the companies that carry out social responsibility. Companies conducting CSR activities such as charity works or environmental activities will be easy to associate as a responsible organization for always meeting the necessity of society. Therefore, companies must consider CSR a long-term strategy. The strategic approach to CSR plays an increasingly significant part in the business competitiveness - which helps create companies' values while gains trust and respect from the consumers, partners in particular, and the social community in general. This study is conducted to show evidence from project-based organizations about the CSR factors that influence consumer loyalty and the impact level of those factors on customer loyalty.

본 연구는 국내외 주요 과학관의 전시물에 포함된 STS 관련 내용을 분석하여 대중들에게 과학과 기술, 사회의 관계 및 최신 과학 기술의 윤리적 문제들을 교육시키기 위해 어떠한 노력을 하고 있는지 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 각 과학관들은 최신 과학기술을 소개하고, 과학과 기술, 사회의 관계 및 과학기술과 관련된 윤리적 측면에 관련된 문제를 다양한 방법을 통하여 대중들에게 소개하고 있다. 아직까지 우리나라의 과학관들은 최신 과학 기술에 대하여 개념적인 설명이나 관람객의 흥미를 끌 만한 단편적인 사건과 현상의 소개, 과학 기술의 발전으로 인한 긍정적인 측면을 보여주는 경우가 대부분이어서 관람객들로 하여금 과학 기술에 대한 왜곡된 이미지를 갖게 할 수 있다는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 우리나라의 과학관들은 외국 과학관의 대중의 과학적 소양을 증진시키기 위한 다양한 과학관 교육 내용과 방법에 대해 조사 연구함으로써 우리나라 상황에 적절한 STS 관련 소재를 발굴하고 이를 과학관을 통하여 교육하기 위한 다양한 방법을 개발해야 할 것이다.

융합, 초연결, 인공지능을 특성으로 한 4차 산업혁명 시대에 대한 대비와 정책마련을 위해 본 논문은 개별적으로 논의되고 있는 인문사회학적 쟁점들을 통합적으로 정리하였다. 그 결과, 인공지능기술(무인) 측면에서는 노동의 의미와 형태의 변화를 논의하면서 전통적 일자리의 감소, 프로젝트형 근로관계, 기본소득 및 로봇세에 대한 이슈에서부터 인공지능기술의 법적 책무와 자동화된 불평등 이슈까지 정리하였다. 초연결과 빅데이터 기술(무선 & 무한) 측면에서는 보안과 사이버 해킹 문제, 프라이버시 침해 문제가 부각되었다. 블록체인과 생명공학(무정부) 기술에서는 향후 중앙집권의 약화 및 개방화 사회로의 변화와 더불어 빅데이터를 기반으로 한 부의집중화, 디지털격차, 생명공학 기술의 윤리적 문제 등이 논의되었다. 공유경제(무소유) 측면에서는 시민윤리와 인간의 상품화라는 문제점이 부각되었다. 마지막으로 가상현실(무감각)기술의 발전은 사이버증후군, 대인기피증, 문제회피, 상상력 억압 등의 부작용과 이에 대한 법적 질서의 필요성이 논의되고 있다.

본 연구는 온라인 게임세계에서 지위가 높은 청소년(자신이 조종하는 캐릭터의 레벨 객관적 혹은 상대적으로 높음)들과 낮은 청소년들(자신이 조종하는 캐릭터의 레벨 객관적 혹은 상대적으로 낮음)의 도덕적 문제 수용에 차이가 있는지 확인하기 위해 이루어졌다. 또한 청소년들이 하루에 수행하는 게임 시간에 따라 게임세계에서의 지위가 도덕적 문제 수용에 미치는 효과가 조절되는 상호작용이 있는지 검증해보았다. 결과적으로 지위가 낮은 청소년들의 도덕적 문제 수용도가 지위가 높은 청소년들의 도덕적 문제 수용도보다 높았다. 또한 지위가 낮고 게임 시간이 길수록 이러한 현상이 강해지는 상호작용이 나타났다. 본 연구는 가상세계에서의 지위가 현실 세계에서의 도덕적 판단에 미치는 효과를 검증한 드문 연구라는 점에서 풍부한 시사점을 가진다.

This study was to investigate factors of risk perception on major environmental issues among general public and environmental experts in Korea. Structured questionnaire surveys were conducted to samples from general public and environmental experts during March and April, 2000. Total numbers of respondents were 773, general public and 353 experts. Analysis of the data showed that risk perception was correlated with health concern, environmental satisfaction, perception of environmental pollution, interest on the environmental issues, knowledge, experiences, and social-cultural consciousness, and so on. Overall environmental risk perception was affected by knowledge on environmental issues, experience of damage from environmental problems, sex and perception of environmental pollution. According to the results, environmental risk perception is not independent from social and psychological factors, and it may be desirable to consider the related factors in the process of risk communication for a more effective risk management or environmental policy.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the expression types and aesthetic meanings of fashion photographs adopting parody storytelling. The expressions of parody storytelling in advertising into the following five 5 types: parody of literature, movies, TV programs, art, and social issues. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed fashion photographs adopting parody storytelling from literature, movies, TV programs, art, and social issues, in fashion magazines. The meanings of fashion photographs adopting parody storytelling are as follows: First, the photographs adopting parody storytelling create new meanings with respect to a changeable narrative by transforming the original. Second, the humor of deviation comes from fun and interest generated the play of intent transformation and reconstruction of the original. Third, the photographs adopting parody storytelling of social issues suggest current messages. There is a growing tendency toward the value and the meanings of storytelling, and the various contents that have become the motive of the parody have important meanings. In particular, the analysis of expression methods and meanings of storytelling will contribute to raising the brand image through an effective fashion photographs project strategy. A story can be used as a source of inspiration and can contribute various ideas for a fashion photo-shoot and for fashion marketing.

Water problems recently, not only influence environmental issues such as water quality and water management but also influence socioeconomic issues such as poverty, gender, and regional conflicts. Therefore there is increasing attention on water education as part of the environmental education. Yet water education in formal education is only treated with particular subjects like science and social studies with limited contents which fails to cover the social, economic problems related to water thoroughly. Also, though there is an active water education on the field of informal education. its contents are also very limited. Water education requires the implementation of a comprehensive and holistic approach that can holistically consider economic and social problems as well as environmental problems. Therefore in this research, 'water education for sustainable development' is set up as a direction of contents development which include interdisciplinary and holistic aspects. Contents development of water education for sustainable development is an reflection of the experts and teacher's opinions and contain of: main category dividing into three pillars of sustainable development such as environment, economy, and society, and subcategory covering environmental science's objective including knowledge, skill, attitude, and action as well as local, national, regional, and global issues.

The following thesis has been composed with the inspiration attained from Paul Ardenne's conception on Contextual Art. In Europe and in the United States, there is a group of artists who emphasize in the importance of artist's participation in social, political, economical, environmental and moral issues. Since the 1960's, these artists have pondered on Modernism's ideas where art is contextually separated from humanly issues whereas the manners of such artists put on emphasis in the intent to participate in the real human social and ethical issues. Forerunner in this field of art such as Wolfgang Leib display hybrid or meta style in their work. His work displays a quadrilateral form of pollen which represents the simultaneous blending of two mixed ideas such as the abstract from the real. Thus heterogeneous style and philosophy which includes a range of medias and today's trend is observed in Contextual Art. Such art form is also found in landscapes where it is not seen as an observable object but rather an interactive object. It is correlated to Arte Povera of the Italian Art Movement, Support-Surface of the French Art Movement and lastly to the Fluxus. Through these art movements, we find a mutual antipathy towards putting art for sales in the capitalism market and reflect the social role of art in postmodern era.
