장애아동부모의 사회적지지, 가족건강성 및 우울의 구조모형 (Development of Prediction Model for Depression among Parents with Disabled Children: Based on the Mediation Effect of Social Supports and Family Resilience)

  • 본 연구 목적은 장애아동부모의 사회적지지, 가족건강성 및 우울을 설명하고 예측하는 구조모형을 구축하는데 있다. 연구대상자는 2014년 8월부터 9월까지 D시에 소재한 재활병원 3곳에서 외래재활치료를 받고 있는 141명의 장애아동부모를 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 QRS, CES-D, MSPSS, 한국형 가족건강성 척도(KFSS-II)를 사용하였다. 그 결과, 장애아동부모들의 우울정도는 20.18/60점이며, 성별, 나이, 월수입에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 사회적 지지와 가족건강성의 문항평균은 각각 3.11/5점과 3.32/5점이었다. 가족건강성은 월수입에 따라 차이가 있었다. 장애아동부모의 우울은 사회적지지, 가족건강성과는 음의 상관관계가 있었고, 사회적지지와 가족건강성은 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 사회적지지와 가족건강성은 우울을 설명하고, 예측하는데 있어 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 즉 장애아동부모의 우울을 예방하기 위한 간호전략으로서 가족건강성과 사회적지지를 향상시키는 프로그램 개발이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

산재환자의 의료재활서비스 활성화를 위한 산재보험시설과 민간시설간의 연계모형 개발 (Development of a Linking Model between Community Resourses and Industrial Injury Insurance Organs for the Activation of Medical Rehabilitation Services for Industrial Injury Patients)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to develop a linking model between industrial injury insurance organs and local organizations providing social welfare health services, for the activation of medical rehabilitation services for industrial injury patients. Method: Research design for this study was a multi-step research through literature review, field research, and group interviews with persons in charge, to compare local society-oriented medical rehabilitation programs. The term of researches Sep.1 ~ Nov. 30, 2004. Results: 1. Home nurses from Workers Accident Medical Corporation have been taken to be adequate to case managers, who link industrial accident insurance institutions to local society services for the activation of medical rehabilitation services for industrial injury patients. They have been chosen for case managers because they have richer understanding and experiences of objects of industrial accidents than any other specialists, and because they have proved to be able to provide direct home services as a specialist. We have established the center for case management affairs within the workers accident general hospital, organized the committee for case management with doctors in charge, doctors in rehabilitation, rehabilitation consultants, social welfare workers, physical therapists, and nurses, determined objects of case managements from those of long-term recuperation, and constructed a course of case management containing from case management plans to evaluation. 2. We have made files of community resources, and organized the council of industrial accident administration to have it in charge of the adjustment and linking of services in case management affairs. 3. Because there are inequality of community resources between areas, differences in experiences in and bases for linking, and disparity of core organizations with active linking in the system of linking between public and civil sectors, we have taken a system of linking between parallel organs to be the core. In our linking model, workers accident general hospital, hospitals designated for industrial injury, and rehabilitation hospitals are linked in parallel, inadequate long-term recuperation managers are trusted to an workers accident medical corporations through examination by the examination committee in Korea Labor Welfare Corporation, and are dealt with by the committee for case management. Of the hospitals designated for industrial accidents, those running a home caring center provide home caring services for the handicapped at home from industrial injury. 4. Workers Accident Medical Corporation take part in medical rehabilitation, and Korea Labor Welfare Corporation in vocational/social rehabilitation. Furthermore, in the model, the latter should construct a system for job opportunities through Internet portals and provide cyber vocational consultation and introduction. Conclusion: Improvement of systems is needed to apply the linking model to practical affairs. Because this model is centered for practical affairs, it should be put under the analysis of effects, and evaluation of its adequacy to practical application, and its effects and efficiency through experimental running in the 8 workers accident general hospital in Korea.

  • 에이전트 기반 모델링 및 시뮬레이션(Agent-Based Modeling and Simulation)은 기존 시스템 수준에서의 시뮬레이션이 구현할 수 없는 에이전트의 세밀한 행동과 상호작용을 활용하여 시장이나 사회 현상의 모델링에 사용되는 기술이다. 그러나 에이전트 기반 모델링 및 시뮬레이션은 에이전트 기반 시스템의 지식 수준에서의 합리성의 원칙에 기반하여 구현되기 때문에 스스로의 목표 달성을 저해하는 에이전트를 표현할 수 없다[1]. 에이전트 기반 소프트웨어 공학 분야에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 사회적 수준에서의 행동 법칙을 통해 해결하였으나[2], 구체적인 개발 방법론은 제시가 되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 에이전트 기반 소프트웨어 공학 방법론인 트로포스와 사회적 행동 법칙을 결합하여 사회적 행동 법칙을 반영한 새로운 에이전트 기반 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 각 개발 단계별로 구체적인 과업을 명시하고 과업 별로 생성되는 산출물 분석을 통해 모델링 및 시뮬레이션의 과정을 설명한다. 또한 자가 적응적 스마트 그리드와 군 도메인 시스템에서의 구체적인 적용 사례와 실험을 통해 제안 방법을 검증한다.

연소 모델의 사회적 구성과정에서 나타나는 소집단 활동 특징 탐색 (Exploring Small Group Features of the Social-Construction Process of Scientific Model in a Combustion Class)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 연소 모델의 사회적 구성 과정에서 나타나는 소집단 활동의 특징을 살펴보는 것이었다. 본 연구를 위해, 중학교 2학년 1개 반을 대상으로, 8개의 소집단으로 나누고, 각 소집단이 3차례의 논의를 통해 연소에 관한 모델 구성을 하도록 MIS과정에 따라 2차시로 수업을 구성하였다. 수업 내용 및 학생과 학생, 학생과 교사의 담화 내용은 비디오 촬영 및 녹음을 한 후 전사하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 소집단별 모델 생성에서 협력 유형은 비협동형인 나열형과 의존형, 협동형이 있었으며, 모델 생성과정을 경험함에 따라 2개의 소집단을 제외한 6개의 소집단이 협동형으로 발달하였다. 또한 연소에 관한 모델의 발달을 살펴본 결과, 플로지스톤설에서 산소설로 발전하는 과정에서 나타난 과학자들의 사고와 비슷한 사고 발달이 보였으며, 이를 통해 연소현상에 대한 이해가 발전되고 현상을 설명할 수 있는 모델로 발전하는 것이 나타났다. 협동형 소집단 중 구성원간의 존중, 리더의 민주적인 태도가 높을수록 목표 모델 도달 횟수가 높았다. 또한 성공적인 모델 생성을 위해서는 구성한 모델에 대한 소집단 내, 소집단 간 비판적 검토가 필요하며, 교사의 도움을 모델 수정과 평가에 활용할 줄 아는 능력 또한 요구됨을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구는 과학 모델의 사회적 구성 과정이 학생들의 현상에 대한 이해를 높이는 과학 탐구의 한 방법으로서 교육적으로 의미가 있으며, 모델링 수업 중 교사의 역할에 대한 시사점을 얻는데 그 의의가 있다.

재혼가족의 레질리언스 강화를 위한 실천모형 기초연구 (A Practice Model for Strengthening Resilience among Remarried Families)

  • Remarriage has been prevalent in Korea since the mid-1990s. Remarried families have reported that they face many challenges and difficulties. Life for those who remarry can worsen when the children from a previous marriage live together with new family members. It is interesting that some remarried families adjust well while others do not. This study focuses on developing a practice model for strengthening the resilience of remarried families with children based on a literature review. To understand and support remarried families, the resilience perspective was chosen, focusing on a strengths perspective with developmental, ecological, and preventative perspectives. In terms of resilience, the proposed practice model was developed on the basis of three concepts: belief systems, organizational patterns, and communication. The model can be used to help remarried families accomplish adequate integration by growing as a new family and can prevent another divorce. Moreover, it can assist practitioners and policy-makers develop programs and policies with a strengths perspective rather than a deficit or problem-oriented perspective. Based on the model, various programs need to be developed to strengthen the resilience of remarried families. The development of supportive programs is suggested. These can include remarriage preparation programs, remarriage life education programs, interactive web-based programs, and family camps. For a long time, remarried families have been labeled as abnormal and atypical owing to the normal family myth. This negative perception of remarried families must be altered so that they are accepted with a positive outlook in a society. For further studies, the development of diverse supportive adaptation programs for various types of remarried families and active research on them are recommended. The practice model can assist with the adaptation and growth of remarried families by strengthening their resilience.

A Model for Design of Tailored Working Environment Intervention Programmes for Small Enterprises

  • Objectives: Small enterprises have higher exposure to occupational hazards compared to larger enterprises and further, they have fewer resources to control the risks. In order to improve the working environment, development of efficient measures is therefore a major challenge for regulators and other stakeholders. The aim of this paper is to develop a systematic model for the design of tailored intervention programmes meeting the needs of small enterprises. Methods: An important challenge for the design process is the transfer of knowledge from one context to another. The concept of realist analysis can provide insight into mechanisms by which intervention knowledge can be transferred from one context to another. We use this theoretical approach to develop a design model. Results: The model consist of five steps: 1) Defining occupational health and safety challenges of the target group, 2) selecting methods to improve the working environment, 3) developing theories about mechanisms which motivate the target group, 4) analysing the specific context of the target group for small enterprise programmes including owner-management role, social relations, and the perception of the working environment, and 5) designing the intervention based on the preceding steps. We demonstrate how the design model can be applied in practice by the development of an intervention programme for small enterprises in the construction industry. Conclusion: The model provides a useful tool for a systematic design process. The model makes it transparent for both researchers and practitioners as to how existing knowledge can be used in the design of new intervention programmes.

영산강 수계에서 남조류 세포수 모의를 위한 입출력 모형의 개발 (Input output transfer function model development for a prediction of cyanobacteria cell number in Youngsan River)

  • 최근의 우리나라 수계에서의 하천에서의 조류 대번성은 심각한 사회 환경적 문제가 되고 있다. 이중 독성이 강한 남조류의 발현은 수생태계의 건강성과 안전한 물공급에 위협이 될 수 있다. 영산강 수계의 승촌보와 죽산보 지점의 남조류 세포수와 환경인자간의 인과관계 분석을 위해 선백색화 시계열간의 배타적 상관분석을 수행하였고 이를 기반으로 이들 사이의 입출력 모형을 도출하였다. 입출력 모형의 겨울철 남조류 세포수 반응 특성을 고려하기 위해서 수온의 문턱거동을 도입하였고, 모형의 남조류 세포수에 대한 설명력을 증가시키는 효과를 얻었다. 입출력 모형의 남조류 세포수의 모의능이 완전하진 않으나, 비교적 간단한 구조를 가진 입출력 모형의 구조는 모형 적용의 용이성이 높은 것으로 판단된다.

  • As the blockchain technology attracts attention, interest in cryptocurrency that is received as a reward is also increasing. Currently, investments and transactions are continuing with the expectation and increasing value of cryptocurrency. Accordingly, prediction for cryptocurrency price has been attempted through artificial intelligence technology and social sentiment analysis. The purpose of this paper is to develop a deep learning ensemble model for predicting the price fluctuations and one-day lag price of cryptocurrency based on the design science research method. This paper intends to perform predictive modeling on Ethereum among cryptocurrencies to make predictions more efficiently and accurately than existing models. Therefore, it collects data for five years related to Ethereum price and performs pre-processing through customized functions. In the model development stage, four LSTM models, which are efficient for time series data processing, are utilized to build an ensemble model with the optimal combination of hyperparameters found in the experimental process. Then, based on the performance evaluation scale, the superiority of the model is evaluated through comparison with other deep learning models. The results of this paper have a practical contribution that can be used as a model that shows high performance and predictive rate for cryptocurrency price prediction and price fluctuations. Besides, it shows academic contribution in that it improves the quality of research by following scientific design research procedures that solve scientific problems and create and evaluate new and innovative products in the field of information systems.

가족 적응력과 가족기능과의 관계 : Olson의 순환모델의 곡선성과 Beavers의 체계모 델의 선형성 (The Comparison of Olson's Circumplex Model and the Beavers' Systems Model in terms of the Relationship between Family Adaptability and Family Function)

  • Various theoretical models have developed io both a family research area and family therapy field on he basis of several family theories and social theories in order to understand the family life and its function. These theoretical models have give rise to provide not only a framework for family therapy bt also opportunities for the development of family studies. Regardless of the devotion of these theoretical models to a family therapy however some family therapy professions have suggested the disvergence between these models and practice because the models tend to confuse therapists in their actual practices Other family therapists on the other hand have claimed the convergence between these models and practice. One of the reasons for the issues of convergence and disvergence in the family therapy study would be that various theoretical models have different sometimes contradicatable definitions and explanations for same concept. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to investigate the extent of similarities and differences among these theoretical models of practice in a way of examining family models to compare Olson's circumplex model to the Beavers systems model. Both models were based on the general systems theory. This paper consists of the explanation of Olson's circumplex model and Beavers systems model in general respectively. Then it will investigate similarities and differences between these two models in terms of the relationship between family functioning and family adaptability.

의약품 처방 데이터 기반의 지역별 예상 환자수 및 위험도 예측 (A Prediction of Number of Patients and Risk of Disease in Each Region Based on Pharmaceutical Prescription Data)

  • Recently, big data has been growing rapidly due to the development of IT technology. Especially in the medical field, big data is utilized to provide services such as patient-customized medical care, disease management and disease prediction. In Korea, 'National Health Alarm Service' is provided by National Health Insurance Corporation. However, the prediction model has a problem of short-term prediction within 3 days and unreliability of social data used in prediction model. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a disease prediction model using medicine prescription data generated from actual patients. This model predicts the total number of patients and the risk of disease in each region and uses the ARIMA model for long-term predictions.
