아동복지기관이 제공하는 서비스품질에 대한 서비스제공자와 이용자간의 상호지향성 (Coorientation between Service Provider and Users about Providing Service Quality by the Child Welfare Agency)

  • Purpose - The Korean child welfare services may have different feelings between providers and users. Few studies on the child welfare service quality have been conducted and research on the coorientation model of child welfare services are nonexistent. We compared the perceptions of Korean child welfare service providers and users in this study. It will have many applications in the service quality fields by applying a coorientation model. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to enhance user satisfaction with child welfare services, around 200 samples were carried out both in Busan and Kyungsangnamdo randomly. Seven point Likert scale was used in the questionnaire. Two measurements were made to evaluate the different positions on the part of child welfare service providers and users to assess their mutual orientation. Paired t-test verification was conducted for congruency analysis, and the verification of agreement and accuracy was analyzed by independent t-tests. Results - We empirically examined the differences between the providers and the users stance. The results are as follows. We have verified the statistical significance of the difference in perception between providers and users. We also confirmed a degree of agreement, a degree of congruency, a degree of accuracy and a degree of meta agreement in the study. In the Korean child welfare service quality, the coorientation model of process quality appeared in the form of semi-dissensus, the coorientation model of results quality were shown in the form of ignorances and the coorientation model of physical environment quality were investigated in the form of semi-dissensus. Conclusion - The study concluded that users need to understand more about the providers in order to enhance the coorientation model in process quality and physical environmental quality, and the providers need to persuade the users clearly about the positive factors. To enhance the coorientation model of the result quality, it can be misunderstood by guessing that the other party will positively evaluate it. Therefore, users believe that they need to talk more clearly to the provider about the results of the korean child welfare service quality to reduce misunderstandings and to understand each other about the resulting quality.

대처 개념의 국내 간호연구 분석 (Analysis of Nursing Studies of Coping Conducted in Korea from 1978 to 1995)

  • This study was done to analyze the trends of research on coping in Korea, to suggest future direction, for research on coping, and ultimately to contribute to an increase in explanation of adaptation. This article reviewed 79 nursing research papers on coping done since 1978 by examining them according to the period of publication or presentation, research design, type of subjects, measurement instruments, research for a degree or not, range of reliability, and association of coping and related variables. The results are as follows : The number of studies on coping increased rapidly from the mid-1980's and decreased slowly from the mid-1990's. The maority of the studies were surveys, comparative studies, or correlational studies. The subects of the 46 studies were healthy people, while those in the remaining studies were patients with a variety of illnesses. Thirth-eight studies on coping were done for master's thesis, three for dissertion, and 38 were not degrees. The Bell and Jalowiec coping scales have not been used since the early 1990's. In contrast, Lazarus and Folkman's W.C.C.L. has been used increasingly since that time. The reliabilities of the coping scale were reported in 37 cases and the Cronbach's alpha coefficients were .71 to .86. All subjects reported using more problem-oriented coping than emotion-oriented coping in short-term or emotion-oriented coping and healthy groups did more long-term coping. It was difficult to describe consistently the relationship between stress and coping according to the type of coping scale or research subjects, but generally moderate relationships were found. This was due to instrumental problems and no consideration of situational context. The subject group who used more short-term coping and less long-term coping reported poorer mental status, and higher scores in burnout and state anxiey than others. That is, the relationship between stress and adaptation increased the power of explanation with intervening the mediating effect of coping. The association of locus of control, mastery, social support, and self-concept with coping showed positive relationships : those of uncertainty and severity in illness with coping showed negativerelationships ; those of state anxiety and depression with short-term coping were positive, and those of self-esteem with long-term coping or problem-oriented coping were negative. There were significant differences in the scores of types of coping according to religion, level of education, and socio-economic status. That is, Presbyterians and Catholics, those with higher education levels and higher socio-economic status used more long-term or problem-oriented coping. On the basis of the above findings the following recommendations are made : 1. There is a need to test the mediating effect of coping variable in order to clarify the concept. 2. Longitudinal studies are needed to determine the patterns of change in coping strategies when stressful events are encountered. 3. It's necessary to develop a reliable and variable measurement tool for coping. 4. There is a need to identify subscales of coping to increase explanation of variance 5. It's necessary to consider personal, situational, and antecedent variables : the characteristics of subject populations, the natures of illness and treatment situations. 6. The power of explanation of studies designed to identify the stress-adaptation process should be increased using the combination model of process-oriented coping and cognitive-structural model.

캐나다 앨버트 주 캘거리 시의 토사관리제도에 관한 고찰 (Review on Soil Erosion and Loss Management System of the Calgary City Government, Albert, Canada)

  • 본 논문에서는 캐나다 앨버트 주 캘거리시의 토사배출사업장 토사관리 제도를 살펴보았다. 토사관리제도를 뒷받침하는 법적근거와 개발사업별 승인절차와 승인조건, 토사관리계획서의 작성기준 및 원리, 최적관리방안, 그리고 모니터링 및 유지관리 점검 등에 관하여 분석하였다. 시청 내에서 승인과정은 도시개발국을 중심으로 이루어지며 CPAG라고 불리는 종합계획지원그룹에서 유관부서에 회람과정을 거쳐 승인에 필요한 요구조건을 검토한 후 승인/거부 여부가 결정되며 공시제도를 통하여 일반시민의 의견을 청취한 후 승인서를 발부하며, 이때 개발자가 이견이 있을 경우 항소과정을 거쳐 재심을 청구할 수 있는 제도를 갖추고 있다. 승인에 필요한 조건은 일반조건과 특수조건으로 구분되며 실제로 개발공사 중에 토사관리계획이 이루어질 수 있도록 강구하고 있다. 또한 별도로 토사관리계획서 기본원리를 바탕으로 개발된 지침서를 제정하여 토사관리시설의 설치, 모니터링, 유지보수, 자체/외부 점검활동 등을 규정하고 있다. 제도적으로 완벽한 토사관리제도의 구비가 토사오염문제의 저감을 보장하는 것은 아니지만 우리나라에서도 개발과정에서 공사활동은 잠재적으로 가장 파괴적인 단계임을 인식하고 중앙정부의 법과 지방자치단체에 따라 지역형편에 맞는 실효성 있는 조례 및 관리계획 수립이 필요한 시점으로 판단된다.

  • 국가 운영 정책을 기획하고, 실행하고, 평가하기 위한 모든 영역의 의사결정 단계에서 정책연구정보는 매우 중요한 정보원이라 할 수 있다. 국책연구기관의 정책연구 과제는 연구 설계부터 활용 효과에 대한 성과 평가까지 그 효율성과 효과성을 보장하기 위해 연구 전 과정에 있어서 꼼꼼한 단계를 거쳐 관리되고 있다. 그러나 실제 정책연구정보를 필요로 하는 수요자나 일반 국민에게 직접적으로 노출되는 정보는 연구과제의 최종 성과물인 정책연구보고서 형태로 발간된 자료이다. 국무총리산하 경제·인문사회연구회에서 구축·운영하고 있는 국가정책연구포털(NKIS)은 27개의 국책연구기관의 정책성과물과 함께 기관 간 협동 연구를 수행하여 산출된 연구보고서를 통합 관리하는 대국민 정보제공서비스이다. 본 연구는 국가정책연구포털(NKIS)의 운영 현황과 정보 관리 현황을 소개하면서 국책연구기관의 정책연구정보자료의 관리 특성을 파악하고, 외부 서비스와의 API(응용 프로그램 인터페이스)를 위해 고려해야 하는 특이사항을 도출하여, 표준화된 형태의 공유 데이터 요소를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

중장년층의 활동적 노화 정책 및 사업 연구: 서울특별시50플러스 사례를 중심으로 (A case study on active aging policies and programs of middle-aged and elderly people at The Seoul50Plus Foundation)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 중장년층의 활동적 노화를 지원하기 위하여 첫째, 서울특별시50플러스 정책 및 사업사례를 분석하고, 둘째, 분석 결과에 근거하여 활동적 노화와 평생학습을 추진하기 위한 정책 및 사업의 방향을 제안하는 것에 있다. 연구방법은 단일 사례연구를 활용하였으며, 사례의 분석틀은 정책 및 사업의 배경-환경, 이념-목표, 주체-대상, 과정-영역의 4가지로 접근하였다. 분석 자료는 서울특별시50플러스 정책 및 사업 관련 연구보고서와 관련 연구 자료, 재단 실무자의 간담회 발표 자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 정책 및 사업의 배경·환경에서는 고령사회로의 환경 변화 대응은 정책의 필수적 요소로 나타났다. 정책이념-목표에서는 '새로운 인생비전 창조'의 이념과 활동적 노화를 위한 일자리창출, 사회적 참여, 인생설계 측면의 3가지 측면의 정체성 접근이 주로 이루어지고 있다. 주체-대상측면에서는 정책의 실행 주체는 서울50플러스재단, 50플러스캠퍼스, 50플러스센터의 체계적인 3단계로 구성되어 있으나 대상은 50+세대(50~64세)로만 제한되어 있고, 희망자만 참여하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 과정-영역 분석에서는 중장년층의 특성에 맞추어 교육지원, 일·창업 지원, 상담정보 제공, 신노년문화 창조 활동 등의 프로그램이 연계적으로 부가가치를 높이도록 설계되어 있다. 향후 제언으로는 정책 및 사업은 중장년층의 특성에 맞추고, 지역의 산업과 대학 등과 연계하여 추진하며, 대상자의 확대가 필요하고, 사업 간 가치를 높이기 위한 연계가 필요하다.

A Conceptual Approach for the Effects of COVID-19 on Digital Transformation

  • Purpose In the contemporary landscape, marked by the enduring impact of COVID-19 and the recent disruptions stemming from the conflict in Ukraine, the purpose of this study is to navigate the era characterized by pervasive risk and uncertainty. Specifically, the study aims to dissect the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on digital transformation, exploring the factors influencing this process and considering the multifaceted dynamics at play. The focus extends to the post-COVID-19 landscape, scrutinizing the implications and meanings of digital transformation both before and after the pandemic. Additionally, the study delves into future digital trends, with particular attention to climate and environmental issues, emphasizing corporate responsibilities in averting crises similar to COVID-19. The overarching goal is to provide a holistic perspective, shedding light on both positive and negative facets of digital transformation, and advocating for regulatory enhancements and legal frameworks conducive to a balanced and resilient digital future. Design/methodology/approach This study employs a comprehensive approach to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on digital transformation. It considers various facets, such as smart devices reshaping daily routines, transformative changes in corporate ecosystems, and the adaptation of government institutions to the digital era within the broader context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The analysis extends to the post-COVID-19 landscape, examining the implications and meanings of digital transformation. Future digital trends, especially those related to climate and environmental issues, are prognosticated. The methodology involves a proactive exploration of challenges associated with digital transformation, aiming to advocate for regulatory enhancements and legal frameworks that contribute to a balanced and resilient digital future. Findings The findings of this study reveal that the digital economy has gained momentum, accelerated by the proliferation of non-face-to-face industries in response to social distancing imperatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital transformation, both preceding and succeeding the onset of the pandemic, has precipitated noteworthy shifts in various aspects of daily life. However, challenges persist, and the study highlights factors that either bolster or hinder the transformative process. In the post-COVID-19 era, corporate responsibilities in averting crises, particularly those resembling the pandemic, take center stage. The study emphasizes the need for a holistic perspective, acknowledging both positive and negative facets of digital transformation. Additionally, it calls for proactive measures, including regulatory enhancements and legal frameworks, to ensure a balanced and resilient digital future.

반응표면분석법을 이용한 루테늄 알루미나 메탈모노리스 코팅촉매의 암모니아 분해 최적화 (Optimization for Ammonia Decomposition over Ruthenium Alumina Catalyst Coated on Metallic Monolith Using Response Surface Methodology)

  • 최근 선진국들은 수소경제 및 탄소중립 사회로의 전환을 위해 수소에너지의 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 이산화탄소(CO2)를 배출이 없는 친환경적인 수소(H2) 생산 기술에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 암모니아(NH3) 분해 수소 제조를 위해 루테늄 알루미나(Ru/Al2O3) 분말 촉매와 함께 알루미나 졸(alumina sol)의 무기바인더(inorganic binder)와 메틸 셀룰로오스(methyl cellulose)의 유기바인더(organic binder)를 사용하여 딥 코팅(dip coating) 방법으로 루테늄 알루미나 메탈 모노리스 코팅 촉매를 제조하였다. 딥 코팅을 위한 촉매 슬러리의 최적 비율로 촉매와 무기바인더의 중량 비율을 1:1로 고정하여 유기바인더 0.1일 때 1회 딥 코팅 시 촉매 코팅양은 61.6 g L-1이다. 이때 메탈모노리스 표면에 코팅된 촉매 층의 균일한 두께 (약 42 ㎛)와 결정상을 주사전자현미경(Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM)과 X-ray 회절분석(X ray diffraction, XRD)을 통해 확인하였다. 또한, 암모니아 분해 수소 제조의 최적 공정조건을 찾고자 반응표면분석법(Response Surface Method, RSM)을 이용하여 반응온도와 공간속도의 독립변수에 따른 암모니아 전환율에 대한 수치 최적화 회귀식 모델을 계산하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 암모니아 분해 수소생산을 위한 상업적 규모의 공정운전 기본설계 자료로 활용이 가능하다.

  • 최근 브랜드의 중요성이 높아지고 소비자들의 감성적 문화적 욕구가 증가하면서 기업들은 문화를 이용한 메세나의 지원이나 사회 환원 등을 통하여 긍정적 브랜드 이미지를 만들기 위해 노력하고 있다. 또한 그 일환으로 브랜드 서비스공간들을 만들어 소비자들에게 문화공간을 제공하고자 노력하고 있다. 그러나 우후죽순처럼 생겨나는 브랜드 서비스공간들은 소비자들에게 별다른 감흥을 주지 못하고 있다. 치열한 브랜드의 경쟁 속에서 파워 브랜드가 되기 위해서는 브랜드 이미지를 높임과 동시에 브랜드를 하나의 문화, 더 나아가 소비자들의 라이프스타일로 자리 잡게 해야 한다. 브랜드를 라이프스타일로 자리 잡게 하기 위해서는 신제품이나 신시장의 창출로 브랜드가 시장을 주도하는 전략을 펼쳐야한다. 이를 위해서는 소비자와의 접점을 통해 소비자들의 내면의 욕구를 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 모든 요소들을 한꺼번에 충족시킬 수 있는 공간으로 기업박물관의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 기업은 박물관이라는 통로를 통해 기업의 역사를 되돌아봄으로써 미래의 나아갈 방향을 제시할 뿐 아니라, 문화브랜드로도 거듭날 수 있다. 따라서, 기업박물관이 소비자에게는 단순한 브랜드 공간이 아닌 문화, 교육의 공간이 되고, 기업에게는 긍정적 기업이미지를 제고하는 역할을 할 뿐 아니라 기업과 소비자가 만나는 접점 공간으로써 소비자들의 내면의 욕구를 파악하고, 반응을 관찰하는 공간으로 브랜드 시장 주도전략으로의 활용성에 대해 제안하고자 하였다.

벽면녹화 활성화를 위한 제도적 개선방안 및 조성방향에 관한 연구 (A Study for Improving in Greening System and Method to Revitalize Wall-planting)

  • Due to the rapid process of industrialization the cities of Korea confront changes of climate, destructions of the habitate and decrease of the green. Recently Seoul and other local governments have implemented policies and projects to improve the environmental surroundings. In reality, however, those policies and projects face difficulties in the course of implementation. The fact that there are no concrete regulations and specific legal procedures turns out to be one of the main difficulties. The aim of this study is to present specific plans and methods of wall-planting and to provide basic guidelines for the future direction of wall-planting and offer ideas of facilitating wall-planting. This study is based on questionnaires from specialists of landscape architecture through individual interviews and/or e-mails. The questionnaire is consisted of following 4 sections. 1. Show the experts current regulations and/or legal procedures and ask them improvements and suggestions. 2. Ask them choose matters of the highest priority by using Ricardo's diagram method. 3. Ask them to make a graded list in terms of the location and method of wall-planting. 4. Study the maketability of the wall-planting products currently in circulation. The city of Seoul and the Ministry of Environment recommend that trellis and/or planting inducement structures be installed on the building wall by regulation. The specialists responded to the questionnaire advocate that green wall without trellis should be allowed as green zone. Therefore regulations concerning the wall-planting should be determined specifically according to the characteristics of individual plants and walls. It has been urged that legal aid and social support must be reinforced to establish rules dealing with wall-planting. The respondents also point out that significant cutting down of the tax is far more effective in accelerating the wall-green instead of administrative support. The highest priority in terms of planting has been given to sound-proof wall, retaining wall and building wall. Concerning the maketability of the wall-planting products, panel products are recommended for early-planting and building planting. It has been suggested that the research and study of new materials and species be done in advance.

항공사 브랜드 진정성이 소비자 태도에 미치는 영향 : LCC와 FSC의 차이를 중심으로 (The Effect of Airline Brand Authenticity: Focus on the Difference of LCC from FSC)

  • Purpose - Nowadays the competition between companies has been intensified in the aviation industry. It is hard to maintain successful market share in challenging managerial environment. Not long ago, a Korean major aviation company had faced social condemnation cause of managerial staff's immoral behaviors. That company suffers great losses in company brand value in terms of authenticity as an aviation company. This research tried to show the effect of brand authenticity in the aviation industry. First of all, this research tried to define the dimensions of the brand authenticities based on the former researches. This research suggested the airline brand authenticities as three kinds of dimensions. The dimensions of authenticities consist of performance aspects, symbolic aspects and moral aspects. And this research also tried to show the relationships between brand authenticities and consumers attitudes. Research design, data and methodology - The empirical research design is based on the experiments with six types of advertisement prototypes. The advertisement prototypes were based on three types of authenticities' characteristics. The prototypes were made of core statements about each authenticity. And the advertisement prototypes also were based on the aviation company types. The types of aviation companies could be divided into FSC(full service carrier)and LCC(low cost carrier). So the whole experiments were performed with six kinds of advertisement prototypes(3 brand authenticities X 2 aviation company types). The age of participants were from 20s to 40s. The proportion of participants' demographics are as follow. Age proportion is 50% of 20s and 50% of 30s and 40s. Gender proportion is 46% males and 54% females. The experiments performed through mobile devices. Advertisement prototypes were exposed to the participants through their mobile devices, and they answered the questionnaires. All the process of experiments were performed by a professional research firm to maintain the quality of data. Results - This research suggested some important outcomes as follow. First, brand authenticity had an important role to make a positive consumer attitude on the aviation company. All the three types advertisement of authenticities had a positive impact on the consumer attitude for the aviation company. Second, the three types of brand authenticities in the performance aspects, symbolic aspects, and moral aspects had a major impact on the consumers attitudes. The performance authenticity had the biggest effect on the consumer attitudes. Third, the types of aviation companies like FSC and LCC had a different correlation with types of authenticities. All the types of authenticities affected on the consumers attitudes in the FSC case. The symbolic authenticity had the biggest effect in the FSC case. But the performance authenticity showed the most striking effect in the LCC case. Conclusion - From this research, we can get a conclusion. The brand authenticity of aviation company should be managed carefully to maintain a positive brand image and consumers attitudes. And airline brand authenticities can be consist of three type dimensions. All the types of authenticities affects on the consumers attitudes positively. The symbolic authenticity affects more in the FSC case, and the performance authenticity influences more in the LCC case.
