Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the risk factors associated with depression and suicidal ideation in a rural population. Methods A survey was conducted with 543 farmers from Chungcheongnam-do Province using the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) for depression, Lubben Social Network Scale (LSNS) for social support, Swedish Q16 for neurotoxicity symptoms and a survey tool for farmer's syndrome. Results After adjusting for socioeconomic factors using logistic regression analysis, poor self-rated health, low social support and neurotoxicity were positively associated with the risk of depression (odds ratio [OR], 15.96; 95% confidence interval [CI], 3.11 to 81.97; OR, 3.14; 95% CI, 1.26 to 7.82; and OR, 3.68; 95% CI, 1.08 to 12.57, respectively). The risk of suicidal ideation significantly increased with low social support, neurotoxicity and farmer's syndrome (OR, 2.28; 95% CI, 1.18 to 4.40; OR, 6.17; 95% CI, 2.85 to 13.34; and OR, 3.70; 95% CI, 1.51 to 9.07, respectively). Conclusions Given the overall results of this study, there is a need to establish programs which can improve the health and social relationships of farmers. Also, when farmers have neurological symptoms from pesticide exposure and characteristic symptoms of farmer's syndrome, a monitoring system for depression and suicide must be made available.

This research has its significance on contributing to the establishment of sustainable fashion industry ecosystem of Seongsu area based on the creativity which is the driving force of economic growth in the 21st century. This study reviewed the major activities and processes of Seongsu-dong's regional specialized industries project and the social economic organizations's creation of fashion clusters by using specialized books, previous research, press releases such as newspapers, magazines, and the specialized internet site(www.seoul.go.kr). Also street casual-style clothes were designed based on work-wear that themed Seongsu-dong's industrial scene and social problems. The results of this study are as follows. Seongsu-dong represents the political and economic characteristics of a typical semi-industrial area in which the automobile repair, printing, textile, leather, and handmade industries are concentrated in accordance with the government's business and policy, and shows the technical characteristics through the internal complete industrial ecosystem integration of the handmade industries. In addition, social and cultural characteristics such as various local activities based on creativity are shown by social enterprises, and cultural artists. Based on the results of analyzing the regional characteristics of Seongsu-dong according to political, economic, technological, socio-cultural characteristics, eight fashion designs were made as motifs reflecting the regional characteristics of Seongsu-dong.

Since the provision of Permanent Affordable Housing in the early 1990's, it is confronted with the need to strengthen its welfare service due to aging of its facilities and the declining welfare system for its tenants. In addition, the aging population of tenants is on the rise, increasing the group of tenants that are in need of care. The local social community center has entered into the community of permanent affordable housing and takes partial responsibility in the tenant's social welfare. However, social community center is mainly responsible for providing welfare service to its local residents and thus limited in its ability to satisfy welfare service to tenants of permanent affordable housing. Therefore, it is required to renew the existing welfare system to better suit social demands of tenants according to its specific social group and the characteristics of housing complex. This study aims to propose methods that can strengthen welfare service and analyze the characteristics of welfare service by investigating the existing conditions of welfare system for the tenants in permanent affordable housing complex. For this purpose, this study presents with categories of service standards, by breaking down and codifying welfare service and propose applicable mixed-use service in pre-existing permanent affordable housing.

본 연구는 가장 일상적인 미디어 행위로 볼 수 있는 텔레비전 시청이 OTT서비스로 인해 어떠한 변화를 맞고 있는지를 탐색하는 것이다. OTT 서비스를 분석하고 이용자들을 관찰하여 기존의 시청행위와 어떤 차이를 갖는지 알아보았다. 연구결과, 즉시적이고 동시적인 소셜시청(social viewing), 정보공유에 의한 채널 잽핑(channel zapping), 멀티시청(multi viewing), 시청 공간의 탈맥락화로 OTT서비스 시청경험 특성을 설명할 수 있었다. 구체적으로 텔레비전 콘텐츠 시청은 가족단위 시청에서 개인화 된 행위로 바뀌었고, 타인과 텍스트와 이미지를 통해 시청과 동시에 이야기를 주고받는 소셜시청(social viewing) 행태가 이른바 '목적형 시청'(lean forward)일 경우 심화됨을 관찰할 수 있었다. 특히 해당 콘텐츠에 대한 내용과 평가를 SNS를 통해 시청자간에 공유하면서 OTT서비스를 실시간으로 이용하는 것이 자연스러운 시청행위가 되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to research the viewpoint of space practice method through the discussion about social space. The study researched how social practice strategy is unfolded through the understanding about daily life, space manufacture and interaction. As a social practice, space design should adopt the interaction approach method on the basis of social relationship latent in the base of space. As a result of study, the viewpoint of space practice can be summarized into 3 viewpoints as below. First, it is the viewpoint of recognition through the experience meeting daily life. Rural space is the one of experience where daily life and social relationship interact each other. As a delicate sensible experience, it is the recognition of special space detected in the space where daily life occurs. Second, it is the viewpoint of form creation as a media product of society and space. Space is a whole creature of the relationship that has been formed socially as a historical process. Depending on the goal of community, new form is created by sharing the characteristic of space and having sense of kinship. Third, it is the viewpoint of tuning as a practice for subject participation. Rural space is the daily space to practice structured society subjectively through interaction. In the place of subjective life, there should a space practice with the tuning and cooperation method between subject and society. The main vein of space practice, which is analyzed with the discussion about social space, shows that out lives are maintained by space practice and directly connected to social relationship and structure. After all, the space, which is searched for through space design, has a clear subjectivity, ensures abundant subject life and is led to realization of community value.

Crowd Sourcing 기반의 Social App Manufacturing 환경에서는 소규모 앱 개발 프로젝트를 익명의 가상팀에 의해 시공간의 제약이 없이 수행하며 이를 위해 앱 개발 관리를 위한 자동화된 방법을 필요로 한다. Social App Manufacturing의 특징인 익명성을 갖는 가상팀은 프로젝트 진행 상황에 대한 가시성의 저하와 프로젝트 완료 여부의 불확실성을 증가시키는 핵심 요인이다. 본 연구에서는 Social App Manufacturing 환경하의 프로젝트 관리 방법의 하나로 개발 지연이 프로젝트에 주는 위험 영향을 정량적으로 측정할 수 있는 위험영향도 측정 모델을 제안한다. 제시한 측정 모델은 작업일정 지연에 따른 위험 영향 유형과 위험영향도 특성함수를 정의하고 진행 성과에 따른 프로젝트 위험영향도 측정식을 제안한다. Social App Manufacturing 환경에서 수행하는 프로젝트 관리에 이 모델을 활용하여 진행 상황에 대한 가시성을 확보하고 일정 지연으로 실패 위험이 발생하는 프로젝트를 식별하고 미리 대처할 수 있도록 한다.

This study aims to understand the unique housing culture and decoration style in traditional Thai houses. Literature review and site visit were applied for the research method. A steep gable roof, a lifted floor structure on the pillars, a semi-enclosed central flatform(charn) and a outdoor staircase are important plastic elements of exterior decoration in Thai traditional houses. 'Panlom(windbreak on gable)' and 'fa loog fak(wall panel)' are the most unique elements which determine Thai traditional style. In Thai traditional style decoration, the beautifully carved wooden panels and decorations are also the most important factors. The decorations can be analyzed in the aspect of following perspectives. ; The characteristics of Thai traditional house decorations have been developed and evolved as result of influences from regional climate and local material. And also the social-cultural factors such as religion, social and family relationship and life style controlled the forms and culture of traditional housing form and culture. As a result, this study summarises and defines the outstanding and unique meaning and definition of the decoration in Thai traditional houses focused on central region in Thailand.

경제 성장에 따른 소득의 증가와 사회구조의 변화에 따른 자동화, 고속화, 여가화 등으로 1990년 이후 부부 동반, 가족 동반 여행이 급증하면서 이전의 패키지 여행이나 개별 여행에서 가족 여행의 추세로 변화하게 되어 크루즈 선박에도 많은 영향을 주었다. 최근에는 가족 단위의 공간이 필요하면서부터 객실의 호화 실내 의장을 한 크루즈 선들이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 크루즈 선박의 선실 중 고급형 객실(Royal suite, Suite)의 실내 공간 특성을 파악하여 향후 크루즈 선박을 개발하는데 있어 기초자료를 구축하고자 한다.

본 연구는 최근 왕릉의 활용논의가 가장 활발히 전개되는 있는 서삼릉을 대상으로 그의 사회적 변용과 이용 및 공간적 특성을 통해 왕릉의 관광자원화 방향을 검토한 것이다. 연구결과, 왕릉의 관광레크레이션적 가치는 왕릉이라는 문화적 요인 못지않게 주변지역의 특성적인 환경 요인이 중요한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 왕릉의 개발수요는 기본적으로 관광개발에 앞서 시민휴식공간으로서의 개발이 요구되고 있는바, 시민휴식공간과 관광레크레이션을 어떻게 양립시켜 나갈 것인가가 공간개발의 중요한 문제가 되는 것으로 확인된다. 그리고 왕릉의 특성은 문화적 요인, 환경적 요인과 더불어, 왕릉을 구성하는 인물적 특성과 왕릉을 둘러싼 식생 또는 경관학적 특성에도 관련이 깊은 것으로 나타나고 있어, 이러한 공간, 식생, 인물 구성에 대한 스토리 연구가 반드시 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Women's Hall is a local facility that supports women's activities in the community and has the purpose in establishing self-support for low-income women and women's participation in society. Its functions are largely separated into social welfare, education, culture, and community services. The purpose of this study is to highlight and discuss the characteristics of space for community functions among other functions of Women's Hall. It has investigated and analyzed ten cases in total of all the women's halls that have opened since 1995. The examples selected for study have been analyzed in terms of the functions of each community space, layout of the rooms, finishing materials, and colors. The result of the study indicates that social demand for women's halls is changing. However, the characteristics of the space or the environment are incapable of accommodating the change. In order for the women's halls that will open in the future to perform acceptable community functions, they need to determine the degree of satisfaction and preference of the users and come up with a specific proposal for improvement.
