Due to the increase in the use of the Internet, it is becoming more common to provide or use a social login for registering for services. Herein, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of security, individual innovativeness, ubiquity and brand awareness on the use of social log-in service through the individuals' attitude who have memorized various IDs and passwords by using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In addition, the effect of individual innovativeness on the relationship between social login characteristic factors and attitudes toward social login services are examined. Based on the statistical results, it is found that the significant factors affecting the attitude toward the social login service are the security, ubiquity, brand awareness and perceived usefulness. Moreover, the individual innovativeness is found to have the moderating effects in the relationship between the three factors (the perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use, and security) and attitude toward the social login service. Positive attitudes increase with the usefulness, ease of using social login serive when individual innovativeness is high. On the other hand, when individual innovativeness is low, the stronger the effect of security on attitude toward the social login services. In accordance with these results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

SNS(Social Network Services) is being recognized as an important part in our society, individual lives and corporate business aspects, and the influence of SNS is growing explosively as expansion and supply of infrastructures that support mobile environments increase. Previous studies related to SNS were focused on user acceptance of new technology, based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). However, they had a limitation to focus on technology acceptance, without the consideration of personal and behavioral factors in SNS use. However, above all, successful SNS requires the understanding of users who are active on the network. Therefore, from the user's perspective, this study attempted a multi-dimensional approach by reflecting characteristics that come from SNS usage. This study considered user innovation, virtual skill, self-efficacy, social pressure and network effect as independent variables, and perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness and perceived value as mediating variables, and intention-to-use as dependent variable. The result showed that user innovation, self-efficacy, social pressure and network effect had a significant effect on the mediating variables. The practical contribution of this study is to suggest useful decision alternatives concerned to marketing strategy for acquiring and retaining lone-term customers related to SNS business.

The purpose of this study was to appreciate Japanese clothing and ornament of the men's costume that showed a unique style of Japan as well as a mixture of foreign civilization in Edo period. The data related clothing, ornament and art of Japan were collected from books and slide films that had been studied in Japan, because the data studied in Korea were not enough. The results were as follows: First characteristic is. the dualism. The dualism was shown in the social class, estheticism and originality. In terms of the social class, the feudalism remained through their heraldry or mark of organization even though it was broken down. In terms of estheticism, it showed the coexistence of gorgeousness and plainness. In terms of the originality, it showed the coexistence of original Kosode and Kappa under the influence of Southern barbarians' mode. Second characteristic is the utility. $Ch{\check{o}}nin$ was needed to the functional clothing because of Its social position that had much activity. Therefore, the utility was shown in a simple silhouette of Haori and Hanten and in its way of wearing.

The purpose of this study, decision factors about network characteristics among Social Welfare service organizations and individuals are defined to obtain proper empirical bases for building systematic human service network in the local community bases. As results of analysis, Firstly The order of density is shown as follows the information exchange, the client refer, the resource exchange. Secondly The result about the analysis whether the level factor of the organizational members and organizations affect positively is summarized as follows.it is shown that the number of meeting, organizational type, the prior experience of networking affect positively.

The major causes of environmental and social conflicts were analyzed through the samples of the construction and the management for tidal power plant abroad and inland. Based on the results, the eco-friendly and socially acceptable policy instruments for decreasing the scope and intensity of the conflicts were explored. Regarding environment issues, it was found that the tidal power project resulted in decreasing in tidal range and area of intertidal zone and in damaging to tidal flat and wetland conservation area. Also there are the characteristic change of tidal current and biological effect, etc. The major environmental and social conflicts were resulted from the distrust of environmental results to environmental impact assessment and prior environmental review and the distrust of project feasibility study, and insufficient activities of public participation. In this study, introduction to joint fact-finding(JFF) was reviewed as the measure of minimizing environmental and social conflicts.

This study aims to provide preliminary data capable of suggesting directivity of an initiating start by understanding consumer awareness through analysis of SNS social big data on marine sports. This study selected windsurfing, yacht, jet ski, scuba diving and sea fishing as research subjects, and produced following results by setting period of total 1 month from January 22 through February 22, 2017 on the SNS (twitter, blog) through the Social MatrixTM service of Daumsoft Co., Ltd., and analyzing frequency of mention, associated words etc. First, sports that was mentioned the most out of marine sports was yacht, which was 3,273 cases on twitter and 2,199 on blog respectively. Second, the word which was shown the most associated with marine sports was the attribute showing unique characteristic of marine sports, which was 6,261 cases in total.

Many companies make active use of loyalty programs to improve their customers' loyalty to the company. Loyalty programs are widely used in various industries and sectors, including oil, telecommunications, credit card, department stores, and internet shopping malls; their performance seems to be successful in building a positive relationship with customers. This study emphasizes the role of affiliate programs in creating loyalty, thereby helping companies to maintain their competitive advantage. To objectives of this study are to investigate which antecedent variables(affiliate program benefit, service company characteristic , consumer characteristic) have significant effects on consumer perceived affiliate program satisfaction and to examine whether these factors have differences between Korean and Japanese consumers. The useful results will provide marketing strategy for marketers of service companies. The results also show that affiliate program is very important in order to maintain relationship with customers in service companies.

The purpose of this study was to grasp the relationship among general characteristic, work characteristic, job stress and social psychological stress by targeting dental hygienists in a certain area. By using self-administered questionnaire, it was possible to get following results from 219 people. The total score of job stress of dental hygienist was $47.41{\pm}7.46$. The people who are younger, take lower positions at their workplace and not married showed higher stress about physical environment, autonomous work and improper compensation. The people with lower income showed higher stress about autonomous work and the people with lower academic background showed higher stress about physical environment and autonomous work. The people who spend more time at their workplace showed higher stress about autonomous work and showed lower stress about relational conflict, organization system, improper compensation and work culture. The job stress about physical environment, job request, autonomous work, unstable work, improper compensation and workplace culture had a positive correlation with social psychological stress. It was found that unstable work, organization system, improper compensation and higher position gave effects to social psychological stress.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the social and cultural background and characteristic of neo-classicism which appered in the modern fashion of the pluralistic society of the latter half of 20th century to understand that the product of societh such as fashion mode reflects the situation of society and culture. For this purpose, documentary studies about the concept and background of neo-classicism, were preceded, and analyzed the occurrence background and characteristic of neo-classicism of the modern fashion after the 1980's, which showed up in post-modernism fashion. The characteristics of neo-classicism expressed in modern fashion is as follows; First, they are expressed in modern fashion in forms of simplicity by means of minimizing process of sewing or ornamenting and deletion of dart. Second, retro-style in terms of concerning of the past, is featured in various styles of Greco-roman drapery and expresed in forms of mixing clothing elements of modern and classic in modern times. Third, the trend of ecology in terms of interest of the nature and the thought that the spiritual world is more important than the material world. It is expressed by using natural elements adn natural materials, which wanted to get the nature and human into one and search for the losed nature of modern men. Fourth, the pursuit of the beauty of the human body, is expressed in forms of body-prioity style through using see-through or elastic materials, which is knit, lycra, spandex, etc. In conclusion, we can recognize that the social product reflects social and cultural situation. And the characteristic of neo-classicism has the meaning of harmonizing the human and nature and the returing the humanity.

Since the introduction of local autonomy system, various specific theories and practical approaches for private commission system have been common concerns and interests of the fields practicing social welfare. In the discussion about private consignment system of social welfare facility and organization, both of private section and government have shown different opinions from various aspects such as related regulation, consignment procedure, proper period and consignment condition. According to the discussion about the consignment system of social welfare facility, the purpose of this study is as follows. The first purpose is to suggest the current status of private consignment of social welfare facility and the characteristic and issue of consignment procedure by considering domestic & overseas literatures about the characteristic of private consignment system. The second purpose is to find out the general characteristics and current statuses of consignment process and system of social welfare facilities (organizations) located in Gyeonggi-do area. The third purpose is to draw the current status and general problem of field consignment system and suggest the practical alternative plan and improvement method of private consignment system of social welfare facility in the future. The result of researching private consignment process by head and manager of social welfare facility (organization), private consignment agreement and its conclusion process and current consignment system improvement method revealed that the number of reconsigned (over 1~3 times) facilities was more than that of initially consigned facilities and senior welfare facility and general social welfare center were most frequent in private consignment organization. In addition, as an improvement method of current private consignment process, the consideration on each organization and standard was required for new consignment and reconsignment and the problem of fairness and objectiveness was indicated when deliberation committee was organized in private consignment process. Besides them, it was found that consignment period shall be adjusted on the basis of facility type and business characteristic and the problems such as worker's succession, worker's transfer and service disconnection were suggested when consignment organization was changed. For conclusion and suggestion, the study suggested the establishment of common standard about private consignment, alternative plan of private consignment process issue and improvement method of consignment period issue.
