본 연구에서는 한국사회적기업진흥원이 개발한 사회적가치지표(SVI: Social Value Index)를 이용하여 인천광역시에 있는 사회적경제기업의 사회적 가치를 측정하였다. 그 결과 사회적경제기업의 사업 활동의 사회적 가치 지향성은 15점 만점에 평균 9.3점으로, 혁신 노력도는 10점 만점에 8.0점으로 나타났다. 사회적경제기업의 금전적 또는 비금전적 사회적 환원 노력도는 10점 만점에 평균 5.1점으로 나타났다. 업종별 평균 매출액 및 지표별 사회적 가치 점수를 비교해보면, 제조업 경우는 사회적기업의 평균 매출액 및 사업 활동의 사회적 가치 지향성은 높지만, 사회적 환원 노력은 낮다. 사회사업시설관리 및 사업지원서비스업의 평균 매출액은 높지만, 사업 활동의 사회적 가치 지향성과 금전적 또는 비금전적 사회적 환원 노력은 낮다. 한편, 교육서비스업, 예술, 스포츠 및 여가 관련 서비스업, 출판, 영상, 방송통신 및 정보서비스업은 평균 매출액은 낮지만 사업 활동의 사회적 가치 지향성은 사회적 가치 지향성은 높다. 이러한 SVI지표의 활용은 지자체에서는 잘 활용되지만 중앙부처는 아직 미진하다. 향후 정부나 공공기관에서는 사회적기업을 위한 정책을 수립할 때 업종에 따른 차이를 반영해야 한다.

현재적 관점이지만 북한은 고난의 행군이라는 체제 위기 상황을 극복했다. 충분히 체제가 전복될 수도 있었던 상황을 극복한 원동력은 무엇이었을까. 본 연구에서는 국가적 위기 상황에서 북한 당국이 집단적 마음을 형성시키기 위해 기록영화를 통해 어떤 전략을 취했는지를 살펴보고자 했다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 인민에게 영웅적 환타지의 주인공이 될 것을 강조하고 있다. 강한 정신력으로 고난을 돌파한 모범 사례들을 해답으로 제시한 것이다. 둘째, 패배주의를 경계하고 승리의식을 고취시키고 있다. 이미 닥쳐온 경제문제의 돌파구로 집단적 마음의 통합을 강조하고 있다. 셋째, 주민의 동질적 마음 형성에 역점을 두고 있다. 현재까지도 강조되고 있는 공산주의적 도덕성의 회복을 반복하고 있는 것이다. 집단적 마음이라는 것도 결국 사회적 경험으로 얻은 결과물이다. 북한은 기록영화를 통해 집단의식의 발현으로 비록 현실은 고단하지만, 고난의 행군을 낙원의 행군길로 전환시킬 것을 역설하고 있다.

Modern Chinese Literature, the so-called 'feminist' is a very modern and the traditional criticism and took an important position in the double action.
