This paper presents the methods to solve the problem about Power System Protection Program(PROSET) and describe the database relation and schema with UML. PROSET is a overall program system to protect power system and correct it. In the context of the PROSET it is so difficult to edit database data when topology is changed. When the renewal of data is performed. all changed values are disappeared. Therefore, it will not be expected to know the present situation by using the information of the databases data. So it is necessary to solve this problem. Solution is copy of the user. Only E.R diagram is used to express database schema and relation. So, in this paper, UML(Unified Modeling Language) will be used to express PROSET and database of MCD-H and MDT-H.

Design space exploration has been much neglected in aircraft conceptual design phase, which often leads to a waste of time and cost in design, manufacture and operation process. It is necessary to explore design space based on operational system-of-systems (SoS) simulation during the early phase for a competitive design. This paper proposes a methodology to analyze aircraft performance parameters in four steps: combination of parameters, object analysis, operational simulation, and key-parameters analysis. Meanwhile, the design space of an unmanned aerial vehicle applied in earthquake search and rescue SoS is explored based on this methodology. The results show that applying SoS simulation into design phase has important reference value for designers on aircraft conceptual design.

Because of their international importance, 'the Welfare Reforms' of the Thatcher government as well as Thatcherism were studied so much, and analysed so deeply. However, the existing studies mainly focused the institutional changes of the welfare state themselves and cynically criticized the decline of it. And, there is no study explained the Thatcher's reform as the changed balance of the British class strength. This means that the nature of the Thatcher's welfare reform is not scientifically clarified yet. So, I tried to examine this one again. For the purpose, I reviewed the nature of Thatcherism, described the changed welfare state, and analysed the result of the polling, the power dynamics of the Labour Party, the changed attitude of the Labour Party and the working class to the welfare state and Keynesianism, and the political attack of the Thatcher government on the working class and their response to it.

Most people in our society use credit card instead of cash or check, so credit card is very important economic method. Credit card supposed to be safe, but hackers hack credit card for illegal deal. Also hackers make fake credit card and issue fake credit card to other people. In this thesis it will study and analyze damage case for safe credit card deal. It will use safe credit card system to insert variety of information and data of using pattern in artificial intelligence network, so print out the possibility of risk and monitor the risk of credit card user's deal pattern, so if one of user's pattern is different than normal pattern, it will pop up message in consultant's screen. This thesis will study and suggest way of prevent from illegal deal and user friendly credit card checking system.

본 논문에서는 UWB 기술 기반 WiMedia Distributed Medium Access Control (D-MAC) 표준 프로토콜에 적용할 수 있는 Satisfaction of QoS (SoQ) 기반 협력 통신 프로토콜을 제안한다. 이를 위해 UWB 링크 전송 속도와 QoS 척도에 따른 릴레이 노드 선정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 SoQ 기반 협력 통신 프로토콜은 분산적인 D-MAC 표준 기술과 호환성을 갖고, 각 디바이스에서 독립적으로 실행되는 SoQ 기반 Relay Node Selection (RNS) 기준에 따라 실행된다.

The Korean hospitals have been changed a lot from 1970's to 1990's, not only in their space allocation but also in their functions. These changes were affected by the medical development, social atmosphere, increasing population, needs of medical demands, and so on. In this study, we compared net area allocation involve in these affect of hospitals which were built in 1970's, 80's, and 90's, and through this comparison, we analyzed developing tendencies of hospitals. In doing so, we tried to provide basic research data for planning of new hospital buildings.

The effect of Ligand Binding energy in quantum rod (CdS/ZnS) plays a critical role in anisotropic growth. As mimicking large chain of ligands and using the head of the chain, I plan to bind the quantum rod and ligands so that it can grow well consequently. So the ultimate goal of this study is on how ligand binding can affect the growth of this quantum rod. There are preferred surfaces between the quantum rod and ligands, and we empirically know that ligands which bind the quantum rod; Phosphoric oxide (PO), Phosphoric acid(PA), Carboxylic acid(CA), Trimethylamine(TMA), have strong tendency to be attached on the surfaces of CdS/ZnS; ($11{\bar{2}}0$), ($10{\bar{1}}0$), ($000{\bar{1}}$), (0001). I virtually bond the surface and the ligands, and calculated the ligand binding energy after optimizing their structure, utilizing EDISON simulator. After all, I figured out how they are linked each other and how the quantum rod grows.

This paper presents object-oriented dynamic programing formulation of the unit commitment problem. This approach features the classification of generating units into related groups so called class. All object which share the same set of attributes and methods are grouped together in classes and designed inheritance hierarchy to minimize the number of unit combination which must be tested without precluding the optimal path. So this programming techniques will maximize the efficiency of unit commitment.
