  • Personal sound amplifiers(PSAPs) provide accessible and affordable healthcare to individuals with hearing disability. Many studies are in progress for affordable PSAP development, but still people do not have a best fitting profile for the PSAP depending on their hearing test. As a result, they do not have a personalized and profiled music and sound, which are very helpful for those who has hearing problems. In this paper, we propose a device and mobile system to provide music with an equalizer value according to the hearing condition of an individual to prevent the hearing loss. In order to overcome the limit of frequency band of the equalizer in a smart phone, we developed bluetooth controlled equalizer based on the fitting profiles.

  • This study aimed to develop a soft fabric-based elbow-bending angle sensor that can replace conventional hard-type inertial sensors and a system for estimating bending angles using it. To enhance comfort during exercise, this study treated four fabrics (Bergamo, E-band, span cushion, and polyester) by single-walled carbon nanotube dip coating to create conductive textiles. Subsequently, one fabric was selected based on performance evaluations, and an elbow flexion angle sensor was fabricated. Gauge factor, hysteresis, and sensing range were employed as performance evaluation metrics. The data obtained using the fabricated sensor showed different trends in sensor values for the changes in the angle during bending and extending movements. Because of this divergence, the two movements were separated, and this constituted the one-step process. In the two-step process, multilayer perceptron (MLP) was employed to handle the complex nonlinear relationships and achieve high data accuracy. Based on the results of this study, we anticipate effective utilization in various smart wearable and healthcare domains. Consequently, a soft- fabric bending angle sensor was developed, and using MLP, nonlinear relationships can be addressed, enabling angle estimation. Based on the results of this study, we anticipate the effective utilization of the developed system in smart wearables and healthcare.

With developing call for in population, traditional healthcare structures have reached their outmost functionality in presenting sufficient and as plenty as mark offerings. The worldwide is handling devastating developing antique population disaster and the right want for assisted-dwelling environments is turning into inevitable for senior citizens. There furthermore a determination by means of the use of way of countrywide healthcare organizations to increase crucial manual for individualized, right blanketed care to prevent and manipulate excessive coronial situations. Many tech orientated packages related to Health Monitoring have been delivered these days as taking advantage of net boom everywhere on globe, manner to improvements in cellular and in IOT generation. Such as optimized indoor networks insurance, community shape, and fairly-low device fee performances, advanced tool reliability, low device energy consumption, and hundreds higher unusual common usual performance in network safety and privacy. Studies have highlighted fantastic advantages of integrating IOT with health care location and as era is improving the rate also cannot be that terrific of a problem. However, many challenges in this new paradigm shift notwithstanding the fact that exist, that need to be addressed. So the out most purpose of this research paper is 3 essential departments: First, evaluation of key elements that drove the adoption and boom of the Internet of factors based totally domestic some distance off monitoring; Second, present fashionable improvement of IOT in home a long manner off monitoring shape and key building gadgets; Third, communicate future very last effects and distinct guidelines of such type a long way off monitoring packages going ahead. Such Research is a wonderful manner in advance now not outstanding in IOT Terminology but in standard fitness care location.

  • This study was aimed at investigating the activities of a badminton club and designing smart wear to prevent sports injuries during badminton club activities. Everyone is familiar with sports in an aging society and clubs are gradually developing. Popular badminton club activities lead to frequent sports injuries, especially ankle injuries, which are a serious problem that hampers members' participation in sports. Therefore, this study aims to propose a prototype design for smart wear to prevent sports injuries, including ankle injuries. First, we identified the characteristics and considerations of members of badminton clubs, and the components of smart wear to prevent sports injuries. Second, members of the badminton clubs and an elite badminton player participated in a survey on the issues and requirements associated with wearing smart wear. Third, usage scenarios for smart wear were created based on literature reviews and the user assessment lists. Fourth, a prototype of the smart wear to prevent sports injuries including ankle injuries was created based on the scenarios. With the proposed smart wear, members of badminton clubs who may require assistance with sports injuries will be able to monitor said injuries, as well as their health condition, as avatars in visual games through a smart terminal. The visual game system will provide easier access to information about sports injuries and health. This smart sportswear will allow members of badminton clubs to prevent sports injuries and review their performance. This study can be utilized to design smart wear to prevent sports injuries and monitor sporting activities or bio-signals.

  • Safety accidents and industrial accidents are constantly occurring in existing industrial sites. In addition, the probability of accidents occurring due to physical and mental fatigue of workers is increasing. Accordingly, it is required to introduce systematic management and various systems for the safety of workers. In this paper, by developing an access control system using bio-metric information at industrial sites, we develop efficient health management and access control management functions for workers. Workers are identified through face recognition for access control, and health status is determined through iris recognition. It aims to improve accuracy and develop a more efficient management system by diagnosing signs of health abnormalities through the congestion of the iris and eyes of workers. Finally, the contents of the development consist of an on-site access control system, an access control program for administrators, and a main server system that diagnoses signs of abnormal health of users.

  • E-Health allows you to supersede the central patient wireless healthcare system. Wireless Body Sensor Network (WBSN) is the first phase of the e-Health system. In this paper, we aim to understand e-Health architecture and configuration, and attempt to minimize energy consumption and latency in transmission routing protocols during restrictive latency in data delivery of WBSN phase. The goal is to concentrate on polling protocol to improve and optimize the routing time interval and schedule communication to reduce energy utilization. In this research, two types of network models routing protocols are proposed - elemental and clustering. The elemental model improves efficiency by using a polling protocol, and the clustering model is the extension of the elemental model that Destruct Supervised Decision Tree (DSDT) algorithm has been proposed to solve the time interval conflict transmission. The simulation study verifies that the proposed models deliver better performance than the existing BSN protocol for WBSN.
