  • 유통 물류 시스템에서 온도 제어를 비롯한 환경정보의 제어는 매우 중요하다. 제품의 온도정보관리뿐만 아니라 환경정보에 대한 실시간 관리를 위한 Smart Cold Chain Management(SCCM) 시스템에서는 유통/물류시스템에서 사용하는 태그 정보뿐만 아니라 다양한 센서 정보를 실시간으로 통합 관리하여야 한다. 그러나 다양한 종류의 태그 정보를 통합 관리할 뿐만 아니라 온도, 습도, 위치데이터등과 같은 다양한 환경 정보를 통합 관리하기 위해서는 표준화된 코드 체계가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 SCCM시스템에서 적용될 수 있는 표준 코드 체계를 제시한다.

  • 본 연구는 스마트교육의 개념을 정리한 다음, 교육현장의 다양한 여론 수렴 부족, 교육현장의 준비 부족과 같은 스마트교육 추진 환경과 문제점을 파악하고자 한다. 이러한 개념 정리 및 환경과 문제점 분석을 토대로 본 연구는 스마트교육이 학교 현장에 성공적으로 정착하기 위해 필요한 요인을 기술 및 인프라적 측면, 교사적 측면, 생태계 및 유통적 측면에서 살펴보고 정책추진 방향에 대해 제언하는 것을 연구 목적으로 한다.

허브 앤 스포크형 데이터 관리 및 블록체인 기술 융합 스마트도시 거버넌스 로직모델 (Smart City Governance Logic Model Converging Hub-and-spoke Data Management and Blockchain Technology)

  • This study aims to propose a smart city governance logic model that can accommodate more diverse information service systems by mixing hub-and-spoke and blockchain technologies as a data management model. Specifically, the research focuses on deriving the logic of an operating system that can work across smart city planning based on the two data governance technologies. The first step of the logic is the generation and collection of information, which is first divided into information that requires information protection and information that can be shared with the public, and the information that requires privacy is blockchainized, and the shared information is integrated and aggregated in a data hub. The next step is the processing and use of the information, which can actively use the blockchain technology, but for the information that can be shared other than the protected information, the governance logic is built in parallel with the hub-and-spoke type. Next is the logic of the distribution stage, where the key is to establish a service contact point between service providers and beneficiaries. Also, This study proposes the establishment of a one-to-one data exchange relationship between information providers, information consumers, and information processors. Finally, in order to expand and promote citizen participation opportunities through a reasonable compensation system in the operation of smart cities, we developed virtual currency as a local currency and designed an open operation logic of local virtual currency that can operate in the compensation dimension of information.

Design and Implementation of Distributed Charge Signal Processing Software for Smart Slow and Quick Electric Vehicle Charge

  • As environmental pollution and fossil fuel energy problems from fuel vehicle have occurred, the interest of electric vehicle(EV) has increased. EV industry and energy industry have grown dynamically in these days. It is expected that the next generation of primary transportation will be EV, and it is necessary to prepare EV infra and efficient energy management such as EV communication protocol, EV charge station, and smart grid. Those EV and energy industry fields are now on growth. Also, the study and development of them are now in progress. In this paper, distributed charge signal processing software for smart slow and quick EV charge is proposed and designed for dealing with EV charge demand. The software consists of smart slow and quick EV charge schedule engine and EV charge power distribution core. The software is designed to support two charge station types. One is normal EV charge station and the other is bus garage EV charge station. Both two types collect the data from EV charge stations, and then analyze the collected data. The software suggests optimized EV charge schedule and deliveries EV charge power distribution information to power switchboard system, and the designed software is implemented on embedded system. It is expected that the software provides efficient EV charge schedule.

Model of Information Exchange for Decentralized Congestion Management

  • The present study examines an efficient congestion management system compatible with the evolving environment. The key is to build an information model shared and exchanged for marketbased solutions to alleviate congestion. Traditional methods for congestion management can be classified into two categories, i.e., the centralized scheme and the decentralized scheme, depending on the extent to which the independent system operator (ISO) is involved in market participants' (MPs) activities. Although the centralized scheme is more appropriate for providing reliable system operation and relieving congestion in near real-time, the decentralized scheme is preferred for supporting efficient market operation. The minimum set of information between the ISO and MPs for decentralized scheme is identified: i) congestion-based zone, ii) Power Transfer Distribution Factors, and iii) transmission congestion cost. The mathematical modeling of the proposed information is expressed, considering its process of making effective use of information. Numerical analysis is conducted to demonstrate both cost minimization from the MP perspective and the reliability enhancement from the ISO perspective based on the proposed information exchange scheme.

4차 산업혁명시대의 스마트 유통물류센터 구축방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment Direction of Smart Distribution Logistics Center in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 스마트 유통물류센터 구축 요인을 파악하고, 요인별 중요도를 산출하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법론은 전문가의 지식을 효과적으로 추출할 수 있는 CFPR(Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations)법을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 대요인(Principle factors)에 "서비스"가 0.271로 가장 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 요인으로 분석되었고, 다음으로는 인프라(0.254), 정보시스템(0.247), 장비(0.228)순으로 나타났다. 한편, 세부 요인별(Detailed factors)로 보면 "신뢰성"요인의 중요도가 0.091로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 이어 "정보시스템의 가시성"(0.076), "인프라의 공간고도화"(0.075), "입지"(0.074) 그리고 "서비스의 만족도"(0.073) 순으로 높게 평가되었다. 본 연구는 스마트 유통물류센터에 대한 구축방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다.

분산전원이 연계된 배전선로의 운영시스템 설계 (Operation System Design of Distribution Feeder with Distributed Energy Resources)

  • 전통적으로 전력시스템은 공급체계의 말단에 있는 소비자의 위치에서 보면 중앙집중화된 구조를 갖고 있다. 그러나 최근 수 십년간 지붕형 태양광, 영농형 태양광, 소형 풍력터빈, 배터리저장장치 및 스마트 가전품과 같은 분산에너지원의 등장을 보아왔다. 분산에너지원의 등장에 따라 배전계통 운전원의 역할도 확장된다. 확장된 분산전원의 진출은 배전망이나 송전망의 전통적인 계획과 운영에 영향을 주는 전력계통의 역조류와 예측성을 어렵게 할 수 있다. 이는 전형적인 계통계획, 정비 및 망관리, 정전할당 등 배전계통 운전원이 갖는 기능이 변경되어야 할 필요성을 증폭시킨다. 이 연구의 목적은 다중 분산전원을 갖는 미래 배전운전시스템을 설계하고 제안된 배전시스템 모델을 HILS로 구현 및 검증하는 것이다. 시험결과를 보면 제안된 배전시스템이 정상 영역에서 운전되고 배전선로 손실이 감소된다는 것을 보여준다.

중앙제어기반 전기자동차 충전시스템의 에너지관리 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Power Management Algorithm of Centralized Electric Vehicle Charging System)

  • As Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle and Electric Vehicle (PHEV/EV) take a greater share in the personal automobile market, their high penetration levels may bring potential challenges to electric utility especially at the distribution level. Thus, there is a need for the flexible charging management strategy to compromise the benefits of both PHEV/EV owners and power grid side. There are many different management methods that depend on the objective function and the constraints caused by the system. In this paper, the schema and dispatching schedule of centralized PHEV/EV charging spot network are analyzed. Also, we proposed and compared three power allocation strategies for centralized charging spot. The first strategy aims to maximize state of vehicles at plug-out time, the rest methods are equalized allocation and prioritized allocation based on vehicles SoC. The simulation results show that each run of the optimized algorithms can produce the satisfactory solutions to response properly the requirement from PHEV/EV customers.

냉장고 식재료 관리 시스템 '포켓스캐너' 디자인 및 구현 (Refrigerator Food Ingredient Management System 'Pocket Scanner' Design and Implementation)

  • In this study, we developed an application that can efficiently store and manage food ingredients in refrigerators. Rather than purchasing a new smart refrigerator, a small 'pocket scanner' is inserted inside the refrigerator using an existing refrigerator to track the location of food entering and leaving the refrigerator to efficiently organize the refrigerator and save time searching for ingredients. In addition, since it can automatically record the distribution period and purchase date, it notifies users through an alarm when the distribution period expires or is shortly left. As for the research method, after discovering the needs of users through in-depth interviews, the reactions of users were investigated by adding functions that fit those needs. Users felt satisfied with managing food efficiently through the 'pocket scanner' attached to the refrigerator and answered that it was very economical because various smart functions could be used without changing to a smart refrigerator. In the next study, we will also examine the usability of the application through usability evaluation.

사물인터넷(IoT) 기반 스마트 급식안전관리시스템(iMEAL) 개발 및 이를 적용한 어린이 급식소용 음식의 위생모니터링 (Hygiene Monitoring of Food for Children's Foodservice Using the IoT-based Smart Food Safety Management System (iMEAL))

  • This report was prepared to introduce the developed Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Food Safety Management System (iMEAL) for children's foodservices registered in the Center for Children's Foodservice Management and report the results of hygiene monitoring through microbial analysis of two foods simulated and distributed based on this system. The program consisted of three menu screens: a foodservice management and meal inspection function, a refrigerator/freezer monitoring function, and a sanitary/safety inspection log function. Data such as cooking temperature, refrigerator and freezer temperature, salinity, and chlorine concentration were collected using IoT sensors or terminals, and hygiene safety inspection diary results (recorded by cooks) were transmitted to the Internet and stored. The APCs (3.78±0.07 log CFU/g) and E. coli (not detected) in stir-fried pork teriyaki sauce and the heating process met cooking standards. Similarly, the APCs (4.05±0.05 log CFU/g) and E. coli (not detected) in cucumber/chomuchim, which was not heated, also met cooking standards. APCs increased over time when cooked food was left for 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours but remained acceptedable. Based on hygiene monitoring results of these two foods, using the i-MEAL system resulted in the safe production and distribution of children's food.
