This research note probes the largely ignored sphere of smart tourism curriculum as destinations and institutions seek to develop graduates ready to embrace the demands and challenges of future work environments where technology has a ubiquitous presence. This knowledge gap is somewhat surprising, even as destinations progress towards smart tourism futures, without necessarily clarifying what human resources need to possess in the coming decades. Drawing from available smart tourism curriculum across the globe, and emergent trends associated with Generation Alpha and Beta, this research note paints a timely picture of how smart tourism curriculum should be designed and developed to meet the needs of industry and consumer demands and expectations.

Smart factory is a remarkable development from traditional manufacturing systems to data-based smart manufacturing systems that can connect and process data continuously, collected from machines, production equipment to production and business processes, capable of supporting workers in making decisions or performing work automatically. Smart factory is the key and center of the fourth industrial revolution, combining improvements in traditional manufacturing activities with digital technology to help factories achieve greater efficiency, contributing to increased revenue and reduce operating costs for businesses. Besides, the importance of smart factories is to make production more quality, efficient, competitive and sustainable. Businesses in Vietnam are in the process of learning and applying smart factory models. However, the number of businesses applying the pine factory model is still limited due to many barriers and difficulties. Therefore, in this paper we conduct a survey to assess the needs and current situation of businesses in applying smart factories and propose some specific solutions to develop and promote application of smart factory model in Vietnamese businesses.
This paper is intended to suggest some reference materials for future elderly housing design, especially smart home, in Korea, by reviewing the elements and applications of smart home concept for older adults in USA. Research method includes collecting materials by attending the regular SmartHome$^{(R)}$ part meeting, the navigation of related homepages, and the analysis of collected materials. Current researches in Korea look initial stage and show some general principles without practical concept & technologies of elderly facilities. SeniorSmart$^{(R)}$ Center in USA started on August 2007 with the 3 parts of SmartHOME$^{(R)}$, SmartWHEELS$^{(R)}$ and SmartBRAIN$^{(R)}$. The Center has been doing various multidisciplinary research projects but slowing down the planned processes due to national economic recession. The major researches of SmartHome$^{(R)}$ part can be summarized as follows; CS-PFP( Continuous Scale Physical Function Performance) laboratory is being in operation to help older adults and families make the difficult decision regarding the ability and safety to live independently. Three levels of necessary laboratories from uninhabited space to senior living environment were accommodated for field research. As core technologies of SmartHome$^{(R)}$, predicting & warning system of fall risk on recognizing gait signature patterns to identify any deviation from the normal patterns of the older adults, home monitoring system which will send alerts to a specified relative and/or health care professional when vital signs of the older adults will not be within normal parameters, and Mobility & Research Clinic for evaluating, treating the older adults & multidisciplinary research are under development. This research conducted empirical and comparative study following interview concerning the relationship of acceptance attitudes and expected effects of the teleworking between Korean and Canada organizations. Independent variable was acceptance attitude, and the expected effect as dependent variable. Totally, 201 responded questionnaires (Korea : 118, Canada : 83) were analyzed for multiple regression and mean difference between groups. On January 1, 2015, Canada had agreed FTA (free trade agreement) with Korea. Therefore, many organizations can have opportunities for sharing hands in social infrastructures and business area. As a result, the research found out that teleworking can positively improve employee's quality of life, efficiency of works. Moreover, respondents informed us that it may give us national and social cost saving. The BYOD (bring your own device) will be helpful to make employees do more active communication. This comparative research expects that two countries have some insights to cooperate in smart work or teleworking. In addition, several Korean companies can have chances to export IT technologies to Canada market.

At the center of the repeating evolution of IT industry, there is mobile computing in the ubiquitous environment, and the increasing usage of smart phones contribute more to its growth. P corporation co-developed with Google and implemented smart work system called SWP for the purpose of 'communication and collaboration with co-workers' beyond the general goal of increasing productivity and comfort of employees. The primary objective of this study is to objectively analyze the influence of the effect factor from end user's perspective and user satisfaction on SWP usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. To accomplish this research purpose, this study established research models and hypothesis by collective review about information system success models, and tested the research hypotheses using the structural equation modeling technique by data collected from 320 SWP system users of P corporation. Variations for system satisfaction evaluation standard are 1)SW system usage 2) intention for continuous usage 3) individual performance, effect variations are 1) social factors 2) technical factors 3) combination of social and technical factors. Therefore, this study is about influence factors on success of SWP system and how the factors impact the outcome. The test results of this research model is summarized as follows. Firstly, system user's satisfaction had positive impact on all three; SWP system usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. Secondly, social factor 'SWP control system' and technical factor 'information quality' and 'system quality' had positive impact on SWP system user satisfaction, while social factor 'shared value' and technical factor 'service quality' did not have significant effect on user satisfaction. Shared value however, had interactive effect with 'information quality' and 'service quality'. This study is expected to contribute to spread of academic research on smart work system by suggesting a model that can show important factors for corporation while explaining the successful implementation of SWP and its continuous usage.
