The purpose of this research is creating the visualization platform of the user interface to make able to be provide the demanded service while users communication with surrounding space in a smart city environment. This comes from the latest enhanced interface technology and social media, and it uses the shares information to support the proper interface environment according to a life style and spatial properties. "EzCity" which is the user interface platform suggested in this research, can control the enormous amount of public data for the smart city. The core module of user platform is made up with Public data module, Interface module, Visualization module and Service module. The role of this platform is to be provide "Geo-Intelligent Interface Service" for space users to access the data in easier and more practical interface environment. This reinforces the visualization process for data collecting, systematization, visualization and providing service. Also this will be expected to be the base to solve the problem which complexity and rapidly increasing amount of data.

본 연구는 한국전력 eIoT(: energy Internet of Thing) 플랫폼을 활용한 스마트오피스 기능이고, 망구성은 센싱 디바이스, 게이트웨이, 플랫폼, 그리고 서비스서버로 구성 한다. 핵심 기능들은 게이트웨이와 디바이스간 LoRa(: Long Range) 기술을 활용하여 프로토콜 데이터 전달하는 부분, 지능화된 애플리케이션 처리 부분 그리고 PS-LTE(: Public Safety-Long-Term Evolution) 시스템에 연동되는 공공 안전 데이터처리 부분이다. 그리고 스마트오피스에서 서비스될 수 있는 리소스트리가 제시되며, 이것은 애플리케이션 서버와 디바이스에서 공통적으로 사용된다.

With much attention being paid to the rapid growth of wrist-worn smart devices, this study aimed to examine the micro-processes that determine an individual's adoption of smart bands and smartwatches. Primarily relying on the theoretical background of the extended technology acceptance model (TAM II), this study explored relationships between three groups of predictors-social, personal, and device-oriented-and the three main components of the original TAM: perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), and behavioral intention (BI). Results from the path analysis indicated multiple factors played significant roles in increasing the PU, PEOU, and BI of wristworn smart devices: subjective norms, social image, self-efficacy, perceived service diversity, and perceived reasonable cost. The main findings from this research contribute to significantly improving the understanding of the main factors leading people to adopt wrist-worn smart devices.

In this paper, for the smart village project in Geumsan-gun, the problems of the village were derived for the residents. And the business model of the smart village was presented. In the introduction, we looked at domestic cases related to the smart village project. And In November 2019, this paper reflected the results of the resident survey(314) and extracted important smart services using the IPA method. The results of the investigation are as follows. The government's smart village project aims to increase agricultural and fishery production and improve the urban environment. Geumsan residents want to increase agricultural production and develop tourism. The smart village model in Geumsan-gun is promoted in three directions. (1) Smart villages require smart services for crime prevention, parking lots, and public transportation. (2) Smart villages need ICT-based ginseng festivals, smart farms, and tourism services. (3) Smart villages need ICT-based culture and welfare services. The rural areas in Korea are expected to improve the quality of their living environment through the smart village project.

최근 전 세계적으로 빅데이터, AI, IoT, 자율주행, 디지털트윈 등 스마트시티 솔루션이 발달하면서 다양한 스마트기기와 SNS가 확산하고 사람들이 도처에 남긴 행적이 기록되면서 규모를 가늠할 수 없을 정도로 많은 정보와 데이터가 생산되는 '빅데이터' 환경을 활용한 스마트시티 구축이 활발하게 진행 중이다. 본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명에 따른 지속가능한 스마트시티의 도시정보·대중교통 접근성에 있어 시민의 교통 편의성 향상 및 효율적인 정책수립을 위해 빅데이터 기반의 객관적이고 체계적인 분석 모델을 개발하고, 지속가능한 도시의 공공·민간 DB를 활용한 빅데이터 기반 대중교통 접근성 및 정책관리 플랫폼 구축의 방법론을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 광주광역시를 대상으로 상세생활권을 구분하고 기초 생활편의시설 접근성 및 빅데이터 기반 대중교통 시스템을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 1) 대중교통 네트워크 평가를 위한 빅데이터 활용, 2) 빅데이터 기반의 교통 수단/서비스 의사결정지원, 3) 도심 교통 네트워크 모니터링 서비스 제공, 4) 주차수요 발생원 분석 및 개선방안 제공과 같은 빅데이터 기반 도시정보·대중교통 접근성 플랫폼 구축을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 기존 「근로자직업능력개발법」이 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」으로 개정되면서 직업능력개발의 지원대상과 직업능력개발훈련의 범위가 확대됨에 따라, 스마트직업훈련플랫폼(STEP)이 맞춤형 평생직업능력개발을 위해 지향해야 하는 공공 온라인 플랫폼으로서의 역할과 기능을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 공공 온라인 플랫폼 서비스 사례연구, 전문가 FGI 등을 바탕으로 STEP의 공공서비스 역할과 기능을 도출하였고, 이에 대한 전문가 검증회의를 진행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 STEP의 공공 온라인 플랫폼으로서의 역할과 기능에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

정보통신기술의 발전은 인터넷뱅킹과 e-business의 활성화를 가져왔고 그 매체로써의 스마트카드는 전자서명 인증관리센터의 사용자인증용으로 전자화폐, 교통카드, 출입카드 등으로 널리 보급되어 보편화되고 있다. 정보통신 공중망을 이용하는 분야에서는 스마트카드에 대한 보안과 카드 소지자의 프라이버시 보호가 매우 중요하다. 스마트카드 보안의 핵심은 사용자 인증으로 스마트카드에 대한 안전한 사용이다. 프라이버시 보호를 위한 익명성 보장과 가용성을 위한 서비스거부공격에 대한 대책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Hwang-Li's, Sun's, L-H-Y scheme을 분석한 다음 일회용 해시함수를 사용하여 세션마다 안전하게 패스워드 확인자를 변경하고 익명성과 서비스거부공격에 안전한 보다 효율적인 새로운 스마트카드 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다.

VoIP 서비스는 현재 PSTN망과 인터넷망을 활용하여 기존 전화망보다 저렴한 가격에 음성통화를 할 수 있게 해주는 서비스로 확대되고 있다. 하지만 공공의 보안이 유지 되어야 할 Smart Phone VoIP의 경우 보안취약성에 대한 문제들이 발생하고, 해커의 공격을 받을 가능성이 높다. 본 논문은 유.무선 인터넷을 이용하여 Smart Phone VoIP 서비스 이용 시 발생할 수 있는 침해사고 유형을 분석하고 도청 공격을 실시하여 취약점을 분석한다. Smart Phone VoIP 취약점을 분석을 위하여 OmniPeek와 AirPcap 장비가 설치되어 있는 실험실 환경에서 도청 공격을 실시한다. 도청 공격에 따르는 Packet을 분석하고, IP을 확인하여 공격에 의한 침해사고로 도청이 이루어짐을 시험으로 증명한다. 본 논문은 Smart Phone VoIP 사용자 뿐만 아니라, 현재 행정기관에서 도입하고 있는 Smart Phone 서비스와 VoIP 서비스 보안성 강화에 기초자료로 제공 될 것이다.

우리가 사용하는 대부분의 공공서비스는 최근 스마트폰의 확산에 따라 모바일 기기의 앱서비스 형태로 확산 보급되고 있다. 특히 시민들의 공공데이터 활용에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 서울시의 경우 25개 자치구의 열린 데이터광장을 통하여 공공데이터를 확인할 수 있으며, 이를 활용한 다양한 서비스 구축이 가능하게 되었다. 최종적으로 서비스를 사용하는 사용자의 경우 본인이 가진 전자매체를 통하여 많은 서비스를 제공받고 있는데, 이러한 서비스의 개발이나 연구 현황을 보면 아직은 서비스나 시스템 구축에 치중되어 있고, 사용자가 보고 접하는 정보, 즉 서비스 콘텐츠의 시각화 영역에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 통해 제시된 "사용자 인터페이스 플랫폼"에서 공공데이터를 활용한 공공서비스 구축 방안과 그 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 근미래의 스마트한 도시환경에서 급증하는 공공데이터를 유용하게 사용하여 보다 생활밀착형의 공공서비스를 제공하기 위한 것이며, 효율적인 인터페이스 환경 구축을 위해 사용자는 물론 공간에서 발생하는 다양하고, 방대한 양의 정보를 손쉽게 수집 분류 가공 공유할 수 있는 프레임을 구성하고자 한다.

Recently, public participation in government policy design has been further expanded and public services perceived by users are expanding. At this time, the role of the digital government and the direction of the service to be pursued are user-centered, and above all, it is necessary to focus on the keywords of pre-emptive, preventive, and customized. In order to propose service quality improvement in the public sector, service user-centered classification and monitoring are integrated and the usability of government documents is improved. It is necessary to identify the needs of whether to provide a path for public participation. In the post-corona era, people are accessing quarantine information from the digital government every day. The government should proactively respond to the acceleration of digital transformation and the non-face-to-face demands of the people who experience non-face-to-face daily life. In order to evolve into a smart organization along with the innovation promotion plan and to provide customized services, it is necessary to use existing guides for institutional and technical improvement, along with new technology and data-based analysis, to strive for change management. The government should seek counter-measures that have advanced one step ahead by incorporating new high-tech IT with user-centered necessary services. This study aims to derive improvement plans to provide user-centered digital government service design when designing public services and collecting public opinions. Based on the e-government development model research and the existing research on user-centered service design in the public sector, institutional and technical measures are provided for the improvement of digital government service design.
