친환경 식품 전문점의 점포속성이 지각된 가치와 충성도에 미치는 영향: 배송 서비스의 조절효과 (Effect of Eco-Friendly Food Store Attributes on Perceived Value and Loyalty: Moderating Effect of Delivery Service)

  • Purpose: The online market is growing the most in history due to the expansion of non-face-to-face commerce. In addition, as consumers' interest in health, food safety, and environment increases, interest in and consumption of eco-friendly agricultural products is also increasing. Therefore, in the case of a specialty store that sells eco-friendly organic agricultural products, a marketing strategy that can increase customer loyalty by reflecting these consumer needs is necessary. In this study, the store attributes of eco-friendly food stores are classified into location, assortment, price, quality, and employee service, and the effect of each store attribute on utilitarian and hedonic value is investigated. Research design, data, and methodology: The subjects of this study were customers who visited an eco-friendly food store. Of the 511 survey responses, 311 were used for statistical verification, excluding 200 who had not visited within the last 3 months. For statistical analysis, Smart PLS 3.0 was used, and after checking the validity and reliability of the items, hypothesis testing was performed. Result: As a result of the study, it was found that assortment, quality, and employee service among store attributes had a positive (+) effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Second, location had no significant effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Third, price did not appear to have a positive (+) effect on the utilitarian value, and it was found to have a positive (+) effect on the hedonic value. Fourth, It was investigated whether the presence or absence of delivery service had an effect on store attributes between utilitarian and hedonic value, and it was found that there was a significant effect between employee service and hedonic value. Conclusions: Among eco-friendly food store environment management will be required in order to provide food that meets the tastes and needs of consumers by diversifying the taste, standard, and quality grade of food, and to maintain or improve the quality. In order to unlike other stores, eco-friendly food stores have high price resistance from the point of view of consumers, so it is necessary to diversify promotional media such as YouTube and SNS to raise awareness of eco-friendly organic food.

초소형전기차의 안전식별등 시인성에 관한 연구 (Safety Identification Lamp Visibility of Micro Cars)

  • 전(全)세계적으로 초소형전기차에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 추세로, 국내에서도 초소형전기차에 대한 정책적 지원이 확대되고 있다. 그러나 국내 법제적 제한사항으로 인한 초소형전기차의 안전성 저하 및 주행 가능 범위의 제한으로, 초소형전기차의 자동차전용도로 운행을 위한 최소 안전기준 충족이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 운전자 반응시간 저하 방지를 위한 초소형전기차 안전식별등 시인성 실험을 실시하였다. 초소형전기차의 차량 후방부에 안전식별등을 설치하였으며, 시인성 및 불쾌눈부심 평가를 통해 초소형전기차의 자동차전용도로 주행가능 여부를 파악하였다. 그 결과, 입체교차시설의 가속차로 지점 합류 시 초소형전기차 안전식별등 설치효과가 나타났으며, 안전식별등의 점등/소등 기능 적용과 관련하여 자동차전용도로 진입 시 점등 방안, 일반도로 주행 중 소등 방안이 효과적일 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 초소형전기차 운영방안을 적용할 경우 초소형전기차의 시인성을 증진시켜 초소형전기차가 자동차전용도로를 주행하는데 필요한 차량의 안전성을 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

C-ITS 기반 PVD를 활용한 차량 내 경고정보의 운전자 주행행태 영향 분석 (A Study to Evaluate the Impact of In-Vehicle Warning Information on Driving Behavior Using C-ITS Based PVD)

  • C-ITS(Cooperative-Intelligent Transportation System)는 차량과 차량 또는 차량과 인프라 간의 양방향 무선통신 기술을 기반으로 전방의 교통상황 정보를 제공하는 기술 및 시스템을 의미한다. C-ITS 환경에서는 Vehicle-to-Everything(V2X) 기반의 경고 정보를 제공함으로써 운전자로 하여금 감속을 유도하고, 급격한 감속과 가속을 지양하도록 하여 주행행태를 안정적으로 개선시킬 수 있을 것으로 추측된다. 본 연구는 서울시 C-ITS 기반의 경고 정보의 개별적인 효과를 검증하기 위해 경고정보에 대한 순응여부를 판단할 수 있는 방법론을 개발하였으며 추가로 주행안전성 변화를 분석하여 경고정보의 효과를 정량적으로 평가해 보고자 한다. 순응여부는 정보 제공 유무로 구별되는 사전 PVD (Probe Vehicle Data)와 사후 PVD의 속도 분포를 추출하여 비교하였으며, 주행안전성 평가는 Jerk와 가속소음을 계산하여 분석을 수행하였다. 정량적 분석을 위해서 서울 C-ITS 사업기간동안 수집되었던 PVD와 부족한 데이터 수집을 보완하고자 DTG (Digital Tacho Graph) 데이터를 추가 수집하여 활용하였다. 순응도 분석결과 충분한 유효샘플이 수집된 경고정보에 대해 운전자는 감속운행행태를 보였으며, Jerk와 가속소음과 같은 주행안전성 지표를 산출하여 분석한 결과 경고정보 제공으로 인해 주행안전성이 개선되었음을 알 수 있었다.

Introducing SEABOT: Methodological Quests in Southeast Asian Studies

  • How to study Southeast Asia (SEA)? The need to explore and identify methodologies for studying SEA are inherent in its multifaceted subject matter. At a minimum, the region's rich cultural diversity inhibits both the articulation of decisive defining characteristics and the training of scholars who can write with confidence beyond their specialisms. Consequently, the challenges of understanding the region remain and a consensus regarding the most effective approaches to studying its history, identity and future seem quite unlikely. Furthermore, "Area Studies" more generally, has proved to be a less attractive frame of reference for burgeoning scholarly trends. This paper will propose a new tool to help address these challenges. Even though the science of artificial intelligence (AI) is in its infancy, it has already yielded new approaches to many commercial, scientific and humanistic questions. At this point, AI has been used to produce news, generate better smart phones, deliver more entertainment choices, analyze earthquakes and write fiction. The time has come to explore the possibility that AI can be put at the service of the study of SEA. The paper intends to lay out what would be required to develop SEABOT. This instrument might exist as a robot on the web which might be called upon to make the study of SEA both broader and more comprehensive. The discussion will explore the financial resources, ownership and timeline needed to make SEABOT go from an idea to a reality. SEABOT would draw upon artificial neural networks (ANNs) to mine the region's "Big Data", while synthesizing the information to form new and useful perspectives on SEA. Overcoming significant language issues, applying multidisciplinary methods and drawing upon new yields of information should produce new questions and ways to conceptualize SEA. SEABOT could lead to findings which might not otherwise be achieved. SEABOT's work might well produce outcomes which could open up solutions to immediate regional problems, provide ASEAN planners with new resources and make it possible to eventually define and capitalize on SEA's "soft power". That is, new findings should provide the basis for ASEAN diplomats and policy-makers to develop new modalities of cultural diplomacy and improved governance. Last, SEABOT might also open up avenues to tell the SEA story in new distinctive ways. SEABOT is seen as a heuristic device to explore the results which this instrument might yield. More important the discussion will also raise the possibility that an AI-driven perspective on SEA may prove to be even more problematic than it is beneficial.

프랜차이즈 외식업체의 강제적 영향전략이 관계만족, 관계신뢰, 그리고 재계약의도에 영향을 미치는가? (Does Mandatory Influence Strategy Influence Relationship Satisfaction, Relationship Trust, and Recontract Intentions in Food-service Franchises Context?)

  • Purpose - In franchise system, how to build the relationship between the franchisor and franchisee through influence strategy is very important, because it affects on the long-term orientation like recontract intentions. Thus, this study examines the effect of mandatory influence strategy on relationship satisfaction, relationship trust, and recontract intentions in the context of food-service franchise industry. This study suggests the guidelines on how franchisor uses their influence strategy on franchisee to maintain and increase the recontract intentions. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between mandatory influence strategy, relationship satisfaction, relationship trust, and recontract intentions from the franchisee's perspective. Mandatory influence strategy divide into three sub-dimensions such as request, legalistic plea, threat. In order to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. Every constructs were measured by multiple items tested and developed in the previous research. Also, the constructs utilized in this research are measured using 7-point scales anchored by "1=strongly disagree" and 7=strongly agree". The data were collected from 496 owner and owner manager franchisees and were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. program. Analysis of frequency was conducted to identify the demographics and general characteristics of the survey subjects. In order to measure the reliability and validity of the measurement tools, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted and structural model analysis was conducted to verify the proposed research model. Result - The results of this study are as follows. First, this research found that mandatory influence strategy is positively related to relationship satisfaction and relationship trust, but not to recontract intention directly. Second, this research also found that the full mediating role of relationship satisfaction and relationship trust between the mandatory influence strategy and recontract intention. Conclusions - The findings of this research indicate that franchisor should use properly mandatory influence strategy to improve recontract intentions through relationship satisfaction and relationship trust. Due to the nature of food-service franchise industry, which needs high relationship quality, franchisor must manage their franchisee using influence strategy in order to improve satisfaction and trust. If franchisee perceives higher relationship quality, they will show higher intention to recontract. At the end of this paper, limitations and future research directions were suggested.

프랜차이즈 기업가 열정이 기업신뢰, 일체감, 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Franchise Entrepreneurial Passion on Corporate Trust, Identification, and Loyalty)

  • Purpose - In align with the increasing competition in both online and offline franchise markets caused by the increasing impact of social networking service, entrepreneurial passion(EP) of the franchise owners has crucial impact on the stakeholders. This study proposed the customer among stakeholders has the critical influence firm's success and examined the structural relationship between entrepreneurial passion(EP) and trust, identification, and loyalty from the customer's perspective. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between entrepreneurial passion(EP), trust, identification, and loyalty from the customer's perspective. More specifically, the EP were measured using three sub-dimensions such as EP-inventing(Perceived passion for inventing), EP-founding(Perceived passion for foundting), and EP-developing(Perceived passion for developing). In order to verify the research purposes, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. Each item was measured on a 7 point Likert-scale anchored by '1 = strongly disagree, 7 = strongly agree'. The data were collected from 449 franchise consumers through online survey and were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. statistical program. Result - The results of this study are as follows. First, EP-inventing and EP-developing have significant impacts on corporate trust. Second, EP-founding does not have significant impact on corporate trust. Third, EP-inventing and EP-founding have significant impacts on consumer identification. Fourth, EP-developing does not have impact on identification directly, but does indirectly through corporate trust as a mediator. Fifth, corporate trust and identification have significant impacts on loyalty. Conclusions - This indicates that the foodservice franchise CEOs should continuously develop new menus and service to fulfill customer needs. EP-inventing of the food franchise CEOs may enhance customer trust for higher quality of product or service, and EP-developing can also be a driving force for customer trust as it embeds belief in customers that the franchise is sustainably developing. Also, food franchise CEOs should first clarify the support process for the existing brands before developing new ones. Customers tend to lead the trend by using brands that satisfy new trends in the foodservice franchise market, and it could have identification with the trend-setting franchise. Customers do not accept if a company is different from their personal image or norms. So the franchise CEOs must create identification with customers by building corporate trust. Corporate trust influences consumer behavior and emotion, thus the franchises need to secure trust by improving product or service continuously.

아쿠아포닉스 환경에서의 작물 면적 데이터 AI 분석 연구 (A Study on the AI Analysis of Crop Area Data in Aquaponics)

  • 화학비료와 넓은 공간이 있어야 하는 기존의 스마트팜과 달리, 수생생물과 작물간의 공생 관계를 활용하여 환경오염 및 기후 변화 등의 비정상적인 환경에서도 작물 재배가 가능한 아쿠아포닉스 농법이 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 해당 농법은 작물마다 생장에 필요한 환경과 영양분이 다르므로, 생장에 최적화된 수생생물 비율을 구성이 필요하다. 본 연구는 아쿠아포닉스 환경에 영상처리 기법을 활용하여 면적과 부피를 기준으로 생육 정도를 측정하는 방법을 제안한다. 배설물을 통해 유기물 생성하는 여러 종류의 민물고기와 상추 작물을 아쿠아포닉스 환경에 생육을 통해 검증하였다. 상추의 2D와 3D 영상 분석과 실시간 데이터 분석을 통해 상추의 면적 및 부피 정보를 활용하여 생장 정도를 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 상추의 면적과 부피 정보를 활용하여 재배관리가 가능하다는 것을 입증하였다. 수생생물과 생육 정보를 활용하여 농업인에게 생산 예측 서비스 제공과,변화하는 농업 환경에서의 문제점을 해결하는 시작점이 되어줄 것으로 보인다.

User-independent blockchain donation system

  • 본 논문은 사용자 독립방식의 블록체인 기부시스템인 Cherry system을 소개하고 있다. 이는 기부자가 기부를 하게 되면 가상계좌를 통해 수혜자의 통장으로 전달되는 절차라서 사용자 입장에서는 기존의 기부금 전달 방식과 차이가 없다. 다만 블록체인 내부에서는 사용자 ID에 따른 가상화폐인 체리 포인트를 매칭 방식으로 발행하여 수혜자에게 전달하면서, 모든 거래와 사용 내용을 블록체인에서 관리하는 방식이다. 이런 방법을 채택함으로 Typical transaction 상황에서 1,000TPS 이상을 나타내고, 21.3초 이내에 서비스 완료되는 블록체인 성능의 개선이 있었다. 본 시스템에서는 권한 자동 제어 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 stake에 따른 권한은 2개월이 경과하면 0.3으로 크게 감소하여 권한 집중화를 자동으로 제어할 수 있었다. 또한 개인 ID 별로 기부금 장부에 타임 스탬프 추적기능을 추가함으로써 마이크로 트래킹이 가능하도록 설계되었고, 이를 통해 기부금 사용의 투명성을 개선하였다. 서비스 관점에서 기존의 블록체인 기부시스템들은 제한된 기부금 전달 방식으로 처리되었던 것을 사용자 독립방식을 적용함으로써 다양한 형태로 기부금을 전달하게 하여 사용자 편의성을 크게 개선하였다.

Towards high-accuracy data modelling, uncertainty quantification and correlation analysis for SHM measurements during typhoon events using an improved most likely heteroscedastic Gaussian process

  • Data modelling and interpretation for structural health monitoring (SHM) field data are critical for evaluating structural performance and quantifying the vulnerability of infrastructure systems. In order to improve the data modelling accuracy, and extend the application range from data regression analysis to out-of-sample forecasting analysis, an improved most likely heteroscedastic Gaussian process (iMLHGP) methodology is proposed in this study by the incorporation of the outof-sample forecasting algorithm. The proposed iMLHGP method overcomes this limitation of constant variance of Gaussian process (GP), and can be used for estimating non-stationary typhoon-induced response statistics with high volatility. The first attempt at performing data regression and forecasting analysis on structural responses using the proposed iMLHGP method has been presented by applying it to real-world filed SHM data from an instrumented cable-stay bridge during typhoon events. Uncertainty quantification and correlation analysis were also carried out to investigate the influence of typhoons on bridge strain data. Results show that the iMLHGP method has high accuracy in both regression and out-of-sample forecasting. The iMLHGP framework takes both data heteroscedasticity and accurate analytical processing of noise variance (replace with a point estimation on the most likely value) into account to avoid the intensive computational effort. According to uncertainty quantification and correlation analysis results, the uncertainties of strain measurements are affected by both traffic and wind speed. The overall change of bridge strain is affected by temperature, and the local fluctuation is greatly affected by wind speed in typhoon conditions.

스마트워크 적용과 효과: 업무 설계 이론을 중심으로 (Smartwork Application & Effects: Empirical Test for the Extended Work Design Theory)

  • 스마트 업무 환경에서 원활한 의사소통과 효과적인 업무 수행을 위해서 모바일 시스템 활용이 핵심이 되어 가고 있다. 모바일을 중심으로 이루어지는 현업의 스마트워크 환경과 성과 프로세스를 업무 설계 관점에서 살펴보는 것이 필요하다. 업무 설계 이론에서 제시하고 있는 업무의 특성인 자율성과 상호의존성을 선행 요인으로 설정하여 스마트워크의 선택 정도를 살펴보았다. 스마트워크 적용에 따른 성과로서 의사소통의 확대 정도, 일과 삶의 균형, 그리고 궁극적인 성과 지표인 업무 만족으로 이어지는 프로세스를 검증하였다. 스마트워크 어플리케이션을 도입한 국내 IT 기업 3개의 근로자들을 대상으로 온/오프라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 구조모형 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과 업무의 상호의존성이 높을수록 스마트워크 어플리케이션의 활용이 높아졌다는 것을 확인했다. 또한 의사소통의 확대를 통해 직접적으로 업무 만족과 일과 삶의 균형을 높여주고 있었다. 주목할 점은 스마트워크 적용이 조직 구성원들의 일과 삶의 균형에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 것이 아니라 의사소통의 확대를 통해서 가능하다는 점이다. 본 연구는 스마트워크 적용과 효과를 동시에 살펴보고 조직의 영향을 설명하려고 시도했다는 점에서 의미가 있으며, 본격적으로 IT 사용 환경을 고려한 업무 설계 이론을 구성하여 적용했다는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 국내 스마트워크 운영을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.
