QoS(Quality of Service) 측정 모델을 참조한 스마트헬스케어서비스 소프트웨어 품질만족도 평가체계 (A Study of Smart Healthcare Services Software Quality Satisfaction Rating System based on QoS(Quality of Service) Measurement Model)

  • 품질은 양(Quantity) 이나 질(Quality)로 관찰하여 수치로 측정 할 수 있는 서비스 특성이다. QoS란 트래픽이 통신망에서 전달되면서 예측 가능하면서 동시에 최소한으로 보장되어야할 서비스 요구사항이다. 스마트 의료정보시스템 개발에는 스마트 환경에서 기능적 요구사항과 품질을 만족시켜야 할 목표가 존재한다. 스마트 의료정보시스템의 기능도메인은 Patient Module 도메인, 스마트 환경 도메인, RFID Tag와 리더기 간 동작 도메인, Homecare Station 도메인, Clinical Station 도메인으로 구성된다. 본 연구는 각 도메인에서 수행되는 유헬스 서비스 스마트 기능 품질만족도 평가 방법론을 제시한다. QoS 측정기준은 의료정보의 기능적 요구 사항과 품질 요구사항 별로 구분된다. 품질측정 파라메타는 기능적 요구사항 6개 항목과 20개 세부항목이며 품질 요구사항은 5개항목과 20개 세부항목으로 구성된다. 품질평가를 위해 본 연구는 한국형 스마트 의료 정보 품질평가 매트릭스로 2-factor 평가 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구의 전체적인 품질평가 프레임워크는 모든 스마트 의료정보시스템 개발 시 고려해야 할 의료정보 특유의 품질에 대한 기준을 체계화하고 품질평가 절차를 모델화 한 것이다.

  • 본 논문은 철근콘크리트 구조물의 지진해석에 관한 국제 벤치마크 프로젝트인 SMART-2013을 통해 3차원 비대칭 철근콘크리트 건물의 고유진동수와 재료 비선형성을 고려한 지진응답을 계산한 결과를 제시한다. 이를 위해 콘크리트와 철근의 비선형 재료모델을 구성하고 대표부피요소에 대한 국부테스트를 수행하여 비선형 모델의 성능을 평가하였다. 이러한 SMART-2013 철근콘크리트 건물의 비선형 유한요소모델에 대해 모드해석과 저강도 지진하중에 대한 선형 시간이력해석을 수행한 결과, 구조물의 고유진동수, 변위 및 가속도 시간이력이 SMART-2013 프로젝트에서 제시한 실험값들과 유사하였다. 또한 Northridge 지진에 대한 변위 및 가속도 응답의 시간이력과 최대층간상대변위의 응답스펙트럼을 계산하여 고강도 지진하중에 대한 이 철근콘크리트 건물의 거동을 평가하였다.

Development and application of Smart Water Cities global standards and certification schemes based on Key Performance Indicators

  • Smart water cities (SWC) are urban municipalities that utilizes modern innovations in managing and preserving the urban water cycle in the city; with the purpose of securing sustainability and improving the quality of life of the urban population. Understanding the different urban water characteristics and management strategies of cities situate a baseline in the development of evaluation scheme in determining whether the city is smart and sustainable. This research herein aims to develop measurements and evaluation for SWC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and set up a unified global standard and certification scheme. The assessment for SWC is performed in technical, as well as governance and prospective aspects. KPI measurements under Technical Pillar assess the cities' use of technologies in providing sufficient water supply, monitoring water quality, strengthening disaster resilience, minimizing hazard vulnerability, and maintaining and protecting the urban water ecosystem. Governance and Prospective Pillar on the other hand, evaluates the social, economic and administrative systems set in place to manage the water resources, delivering water services to different levels of society. The performance assessment is composed of a variety of procedures performed in a quantitative and qualitative manner, such as computations through established equations, interviews with authorities in charge, field survey inspections, etc. The developed SWC KPI measurements are used to evaluate the urban water management practices for Busan Eco Delta city, a Semulmeori waterfront area in Gangseo district, Busan. The evaluation and scoring process was presented and established, serving as the basis for the application of the smart water city certification all over the world. The established guideline will be used to analyze future cities, providing integrated and comprehensive information on the status of their urban water cycle, gathering new techniques and proposing solutions for smarter measures.

성숙도 모델에 따른 국내 중소기업의 스마트제조혁신 준비도 평가 (Evaluation of Smart Manufacturing Innovation Readiness of Domestic SMEs According to Maturity Model)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 중소기업의 인더스트리 4.0의 성숙도, 클러스터링의 지표 요인, 주요 요인이 기업의 자체 평가에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 클러스터링 분석을 수행하였다. 80개의 국내 중소기업을 4가지 범주로 분류하면 프로세스, 기술 및 조직 간에 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 있음을 발견하였다. 또한, 성숙도 모델에 따라 테스트된 80개 기업의 대다수는 아직 미성숙하거나 부분적으로 성숙한 것으로 보이며 인더스트리 4.0과 관련된 혁신 전략의 많은 개선과 재평가가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 싱가포르 스마트 산업 준비 지수는 국내 중소기업에서 자체 평가를 수행하는 데 적합하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 이러한 결론은 실무자와 연구자에게 유용한 성숙도 및 그룹화 지침으로 제공될 수 있다.

Economic Evaluation of ESS in Urban Railway Substation for Peak Load Shaving Based on Net Present Value

  • In this paper, we estimate the economic benefits of Energy Storage Systems (ESSs) for peak load shaving in an urban railway substation using the annual cost. The annual investment cost of ESSs is estimated using Net Present Value (NPV) and compared with the cost reduction of electricity by the ESS. The optimal capacities of the battery and Power Converting System (PCS) are determined for peak load shaving. The optimal capacity of the ESS and the peak load shaving is determined to maximize the profit by the ESS. The proposed method was applied to real load data in an urban railway substation, and the results show that electric power costs can be reduced. Other aspects of the ESS, such as the lifetime and unit price of the battery, are also investigated economically.

  • A numerical study has been peformed for evaluation of convection schemes for thermal hydraulic analysis in a liquid metal reactor Four convection schemes, HYBRID, QUICK, SMART and HLPA included in the CFX-4 code are considered. The performances of convection schemes are evaluated by applying them to the five test problems. The accuracy, stability and convergence are tested. It is shown that the HYBRID scheme is too diffusive, and the QUICK scheme exhibits overshoots and undershoots, and the SMART scheme shows convergence oscillations, and the HLPA scheme preserves the boundedness without causing convergence oscillations. The accuracies of SMART, QUICK and HLPA schemes are comparable. Thus, the use of HLPA scheme is highly recommended for thermal hydraulic analysis in a liquid metal reactor.

  • For the systems engineering process-based development, all requirements of 'Smart UAV Development Program' have been constructed as the database of CORE(R), computer aided systems engineering tool. In this paper, the construction and application of model-based test & evaluation system using those database is described, which prevents omitting essential tests and performing unnecessary rests and enables automatic reflection of database changes and standardization of document formats.

진동장치를 이용한 기능성 스마트 팬츠 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Smart Pants with Vibrating Devices)

  • Nowadays, global interest is being placed on research and development of smart clothing which is expected to create a high added-value industry in the future. The purpose of this research is to develop smart pants with vibrating massage functions that have excellent outer appearances and provide comfort to wearers and assess outer appearance, comfort, and massaging effects of smart pants. As the results of this research, smart pants where vibrating devices which are mainly composed of vibrating motor, controller, and switch are attached were completed. Vibrating motors were fixed on a thin and light non-woven fabric material, covered with a mesh material, and attached by snaps to the experiment pants. Switch was attached to the inside of a pocket, and batteries were positioned inside of pockets. Ten subjects marked their satisfaction of wearing smart pants on a 5-point scale. Noticeable changes in outer appearance when vibrating motors operate turned out to be low. Wearer's comfort in back waist and front thigh parts where vibrating motors were attached turned out to be high-satisfied. Massaging effects of smart pants turned out to be high. Attaching and detaching vibrating devices turned out to be convenient. Lining materials used for smart paints were effective in blocking electromagnetic waves generated from vibrating devices.

스마트 연결 제어 시스템과 연결 구조물의 통합 최적 설계 (Integrated Optimal Design of Smart Connective Control System and Connected Buildings)

  • A smart connective control system was invented recently for coupling control of adjacent buildings. Previous studies on this topic focused on development of control algorithm for the smart connective control system and design method of control device. Usually, a smart control devices are applied to building structures after structural design. However, because structural characteristics of building structure with control devices changes, a iterative design is required for optimal design. To defeat this problem, an integrated optimal design method for a smart connective control system and connected buildings was proposed. For this purpose, an artificial seismic load was generated for control performance evaluation of the smart coupling control system. 20-story and 12-story adjacent buildings were used as example structures and an MR (magnetorheological) damper was used as a smart control device to connect adjacent two buildings. NSGA-II was used for multi-objective integrated optimization of structure-smart control device. Numerical simulation results show the integrated optimal design method proposed in this study can provide various optimal designs for smart connective control system and connected buildings presenting good control performance.

감마 및 다중 포인터 니를 이용한 스마트폰 카메라의 광 다이나믹 영역 확장 (Illuminance Dynamic Range Expansion using Gamma & Multi-Point Knee for Smart Phone Camera)

  • The narrow dynamic range of most smart phone cameras is severely limited. It usually is narrower than the dynamic range of most scenes. So we proposes a illuminance dynamic range expansion using multi-point knee for smart phone camera. Such as logarithmic functions the proposed method compress the image sensor output signal. Additionally, the proposed method was merged into the gamma that is essential circuit for any cameras. To justifying multi-point knee effectiveness, we configure the control and quality evaluation system for smart phone camera module. Experimental results show that the lost information by cut off and saturated affectively reconstructed in darker and in brighter areas. Finally this methods have advantage to implement without any changing hardware for conventional smart phones.
