중소기업의 대기업 의존도가 날로 증가함에 따라 대기업과 중소기업의 IT 상생협력의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 중소기업의 정보화 수준은 대기업의 정보화 수준에 비하여 현저히 저조하고 중소기업의 정보화 수준을 개선하기 위한 자금부족, 낮은 관리 수준, 정보화 기반에 대한 문제가 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 중소기업의 현황에 기초한 정보화 수준 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 관리 비율에 비해서 달성 수준이 높은 핵심성과지표를 도출하여 우선순위를 수립함으로써 비즈니스 프로세스별 핵심성과지표의 관리 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 핵심성과지표의 우선순위를 반영하여 규모에 맞는 효율적인 정보화 추진을 달성하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The Seongsu handmade shoes street consists of subsidiaries, leather shoe manufacturers, and shoe stores associated with the business as a domestic shoe business cluster. Since its development in the 1980s, the shoe industry has been a center of shoe manufacturing but since the 2000s, it has lacked a fully developed environment, a uniform distribution system, market-oriented brand, marketing and design, and also suffers from an aging workforce. Seoul officials and Seongsu-dong small business owners must overcome these difficulties through town enterprise development, brand creation and marketing co-promoting composition of the characterization and distance, but the situation is still insignificant. The purpose of this study is to determine the actual situation as targeted at small merchant handmade shoes Seongsu-dong Street, to determine the factors in the problem, and to propose substantial improvements for Seongsu handmade shoes street. This study was a survey of street sales outlets in Seongsu handmade shoes street in Seoul. The spatial extent of the study was to set up the scope by reference to the directions given through the Seongsu handmade shoes street site. To build infrastructure facilities and distribution systems for the betterment of handmade shoes Seongsu-dong street, it is important to gain a competitive edge through a specialized industry such as a marketing strategy to establish branding as a specialized company. Shoemakers should also seek their own activation measures in areas such as training professionals, universities and corporate projects for joint participation in the ongoing development of new content. To pioneer the domestic and international sales channels, it is important to broaden the sales infrastructure. These areas will ultimately enable a significant contribution to strengthening national competitiveness.

This is a study of a long term project to encourage the Korean fishing industry. It seeks to supply a sound theoretical background in an attempt to liberalize the capital investment of the industry. However, the discussions developed in this thesis are based on, the existing world's fisheries resources, the possibility of their prospective cultivation, and the analysis of the evolution of Korean fisheries and fisheries organization. According to the reasults of the analysis ; out of the prospective world fisheries resources which are estimated at about 200 millions m/t the total yield per year is only about 70 millions m/t (1969), and Korea occupies only 850 thousands m/t. This therefore means that the Korean fishing industry allows much room for further growth. But the purpose of Korea's existing fishing industry organizations is entirely directed toword coastal fisheries and their functions never reache beyond the limit of off-shore fisheries. Thus almost 99% of the fisheries population engage in small scale fisheries along the coast line. The result is that the resource are almost exhausted by such over-exploitation. Being faced by this fact, it is of urgent necessity to modernize the management of fisheries as well as to encourage larger scale management of fisheries industries. This should be accompanied by the liberalization of capital investment. For this purpose this study also recommends the unification or annexation of small organizations to establish larger ones that will function for a larger scale industry. and further this study recommends that, in order to reorganize the existing fisheries organizations, a principle of selection should be applied in the areas of (1) maximum sustainable yields, (2) the possibility of forming an enterprise and (3) the maintenance of organization stability.

본 논문에서는 소규모 창업자를 위해 기업내부의 통합정보시스템을 구축하여 물류, 창고, 자재관리에 초점을 맞춘 웹 ERP시스템을 구축하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 모듈로 분리되어 쉽게 수정 및 추가가 가능하고 이동성 확장을 위해 모바일 인터페이스도 구축하였다. 본 논문에서 구축한 ERP시스템 ShopE.R는 기업의 업무 프로세스 변화에 따라 유연하게 변화할 수 있도록 구성된 솔루션이다.

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are being faced with rapid changes in their business environments due to evolution of technologies and innovation in societal eco-systems. Particularly, dynamic interactions between such environments and enterprise activities have become significant, so technology planning, which is a process of identifying appropriate directions regarding product and technology development, has received much attention to cope with such dynamics proactively. However, SMEs typically have limits in performing independent, strategical and systematical technology planning activities due to the lack of human, material and financial resources. This paper proposes the development of a product roadmapping method so that SMEs carry out efficient technology planning activities with interconnections of external business environments. The present work provides product roadmap templates that directly accommodate the influence of business environments on the product's system and its associated super/sub-systems with the use of external environment analysis techniques including TRIZ methodology, PEST and 5Forces analysis. These templates are useful to efficiently forecast the directions of product's development and evolution, which arise from changes in external environments. Consequently, the present work enables SMEs to flexibly cope with the era of the next R&D generation, which pursues value creation through mutual interconnection between business environments and technology development.

본 연구는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 혁신저항에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보고, 국내 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 사용을 높이기 위한 정책적 대안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 정부지원을 받아 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 도입한 중소기업 178개사를 설문조사하였다. 그 결과, 테크노스트레스, CEO 정보화 리더십과 조직구조 집권성은 혁신저항에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 향후에는 첫째, 테크노스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 방향으로 이용자 중심의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 제공이 필요하다. 둘째, 중소기업별 조직특성에 대한 보다 심도 있는 이해를 통한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 적용이 필요하다. 셋째, 보안인증 고도화 및 보상제도가 필요하다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 이용을 촉진하기 위해서는 이용자가 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 환경이 우선적으로 마련되어야 할 것이다.

본 논문은 정부 R&D 지원 중소기업의 사회 환원 실행에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 잠재적 다차원 결정요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업 310개 사업체를 대상으로 사회 환원에 관한 설문조사를 실시하고, 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 이와 관련한 주요 요인 간의 관계를 검토하였다. 주요 결과에 따르면 정부 R&D 지원 중소기업의 사회 환원에 대한 대중적 인식 수준이나 중소기업의 의지는 어느 정도 갖추어졌지만 사회 환원의 실행을 위한 중소기업 내부의 문화나 시스템은 상대적으로 미흡한 상황임을 보여주고 있으며, 이는 중소기업의 사회 환원 내부시스템 구축에 정책적 조준이 우선되어야 함을 의미한다. 또한, 정부의 사회 환원 정책은 중소기업의 사회 환원 의사에 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 정책 전달 장치를 보완하여야 하고, 중소기업의 사회 환원 활성화를 위해서는 중소기업의 성장이 선행되어야 한다는 점에 주목해야 함을 시사한다.

이 연구는 사회보험에의 배제 구조를 규명하기 위한 작업의 일환으로, 노동시장 구조가 사회보험 배제를 가져오는 메커니즘을 분석하였다. 분석자료는 2007년에 조사된 한국복지패널 2차 자료이며, 이 중에서 임금근로자 3,790명을 분석대상으로 하여 Mplus 프로그램을 이용하여 경로분석과 구조방정식 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 특정 업종과 직종, 사업장규모, 고용형태, 소득수준 등의 일련의 노동시장 구조적 측면들은 높은 인과적 경로관계를 형성하고 있어 노동시장의 불평등성을 보여주었다. 둘째, 사회보험 배제는 근로자의 개인적 속성에 따라 개별적으로 결정되기보다는 노동시장의 구조적 측면들의 결합적 작용에 의해 체계적으로 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영세 소규모 사업장, '비정규직'(혹은 고용형태) 등이 사회보험 배제를 설명하는 주요한 노동시장 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, 여성은 노동시장의 구조화된 불평등과 사회보험 배제를 집약적으로 경험하고 있음을 확인하였다.

창업보육센터는 산학연 연계 활성화를 통하여 기술 및 지식기반의 기업가주의와 신생 중소기업의 혁신을 촉진시키는 효율적인 메커니즘으로 간주될 수 있다. 그러나 창업보육센터의 중소기업 혁신성과는 중소기업의 기술역량, 국가의 기업환경과 경제적 특징에 따라 다양하게 나타날 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 선별된 10개 APEC 회원국가별 창업보육센터의 다양한 정책 및 프로그램을 중심으로 전략적 이슈, 기능 및 특징을 조사하여 이들 국가의 창업보육센터를 유형화 하고자 하였다.
