윤하중 시험 차량을 활용한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 바닥판의 거동 특성 (Behavioral Characteristics of Precast Concrete Slab using Wheel Load Tester)

  • 본 연구에서는 차량의 주행으로 인한 동적하중이 프리캐스트 바닥판의 손상에 미치는 영향에 대하여 살펴보았다. 실제 주행조건에 근접한 윤하중 시험차량 및 프리캐스트 바닥판을 제작하였으며, 정적재하시험 및 반복 윤하중 시험을 통하여 패널의 접합부, 시험시편의 처짐량, 베딩 층, 전단 포켓부의 거동을 분석하였다. 프리캐스트 바닥판 패널-1, 패널-2, 패널-3을 연결, 정적재하시험과 윤하중 재하시험 결과를 분석하면 변형률과 처짐의 경우 최대값에는 큰 차이가 없으나 정적재하시험은 패널-2에서 처짐이 가장 크게 발생한 반면, 윤하중 재하시험은 변형률이 전단 포켓부에서 가장 많이 발생하였으며, 중앙부 패널-2에서보다 패널-1과 패널-3에서 최대 처짐이 발생하는 차이를 보였다.

  • Recently, there have been increased mush concerns about repair and rehabilitation works for aged concrete structures to keep up with rapid economic growth in Korea since the early 1970's. In particular, it is believed in these days that there are significantly increasing number of aged concrete bridge slabs, which are strongly needed to construct and rehabilitate by innovative construction method. The objective of this research is to develop the new construction method of concrete slab in bridge structure, which can contribute to minimize the traffic congestion during the repair and rehabilitation works of aged concrete slab, and can also sufficiently assure the quality through the minimization of in-situ works at the site. I-beams with punch holes, which are substituted instead of main reinforcing steels in concrete slabs, will be manufactured in accordance with the specification in the factory, and will be preassembled into the panel. After erecting the preassembled panels in the site, concrete will be poured into the slab panel. This test is to investigate physical properties of I-Beam with punch holes itself, and then to investigate structural properties of assembled I-Beam panels through static and fatigue test, of which can be utilized for the development of new construction method of concrete slab in bridge structure.

  • Recently, there are increasing much concerns about repair and rehabilitation works for aged Concrete Structures which had been constructed on around the 1970's for rapid economic growth in Korea. PSC 풍도슬래브에 부착된 내화패널의 내화특성에 관한 실험연구 (Experimental Study on the Fire Proofing Characteristic of Fire Resistance Panel that it attaches to PSC Airpit-Slab)

  • 본 연구에서는 터널에서 발생되는 화재로부터 구조물을 보호하기 위해 내화패널이 부착된 프리캐스트 PSC 슬래브의 내화성능을 조사하기 위해 내화실험이 수행되었다. 내화실험은 독일의 RABT(Richtlinien fur die Ausstatung und den Betrieb von stra${\beta}$entunneln) 화재시간-온도곡선을 적용하여 내화성능을 평가하는 것으로 하였다. ITA(2004)에서 제시하는 기준에 따라 내화성능 시험을 수행한 결과, 콘크리트의 손상을 판단하는 위치인 t=0mm의 최대온도는 $367^{\circ}C$로서 손상한계온도 $380^{\circ}C$(ITA 2004)이하였으며, 철근의 손상을 판단하는 위치인 t=25mm의 최대온도는 $239^{\circ}C$로서 손상 한계온도인 $250^{\circ}C$이하로 나타났다. 실험결과로부터, 25mm두께의 내화패널이 부착된 프리스트레스 슬래브 시험체는 내화성능을 가진 것으로 입증되었다.

  • It has been proved that precast slab track has advantage of rapid construction speed and good quality compared to in-situ concrete slab track. A korean precast slab track, which is named as a K-PST, was developed and had been installed on the embankment and explored on the air. The developed track system consists of precast track panel and underpouring layer which is made of cement-asphalt mortar. Consequently, poor filling of underpouring layer directly could affect on the long-term performance of the track system. As a preliminary study, the effect of the poor infilling of the underpouring in precasst slab track system on structural behavior was investigated through FEM analysis.

  • For each construction material used, there is certain theoretical limit in sizes. For tall building construction, the reduction in slab weight is the first step to take in order to break such size limits. In this paper, the feasibility of such objective is proven and given by numerical analysis result. For a typical building slab, both concrete and advanced composite sandwich panels are considered. The concrete slab is treated as a special orthotropic plate to obtain more accurate result. For each panel, the deflection under the dead and live loads is compared, since both tensile and compressive strengths of the composites are far more higher than those of concrete. All types of sandwich panels considered, except one case, have weights less than one tenth of that of reinforced concrete slab, with deflections less than that of the concrete slab. The cost analysis result and manufacturing methods will be reported later.

프리케스트판을 이용한 교량상판 단면증설 보강공법에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Reinforced Effect Using Double Adhensive Panels in Bridge Deck Slabs)

  • Purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics and reinforcement effects of restored the RC bridge deck with small precast panel through static load tests and to provide the basic information for the damaged slab decks. In the tests for realizing movement of general RC bridge slabs, 6 samples are prepared and tested. All reinforced samples are restored with 1 or 2-layers precast panels by epoxy mortar. The movement of restored slabs is analyzed and compared with the behavior of non-restored slabs. In result of these tests, tension cracks due to bending moment are show, and after static load test there happens finally a punching shear failure, which is the general type of RC bridge failure. The tests show that restoration of the RC slab results in increasing of loading capacity about 30~50% an restoring panels are stick to slab and moving with slab under loading test.

상-파넬 히-팅의 해석법 (Steady and Transient Solution of heat Conduction from hurried Pipes of panel heating Slab)

  • Floor panel heating system is popular in Korea as dwelling house heating system. There are two methods for keeping floor surface warm. One method is delivering warm air under the floor such as Roman Hypocaust and Korean traditional Ondol. The other method is imbedding hot water pipes into the concrete floor slab. This paper gives basic equations for steady and transient solutions of heat conduction from hurried pipes. For steady-state solution, fin Efficiency Method and Sink and Source Method were introduced. Sink and Source Method is applied to transient state and basic solution is given in the form of Exponential Integral Function. Numerical solutions can be solved easily by digital computer from these equations.

  • The seismic behaviors of steel moment connections are investigated based on the numerical analysis of the connections with US and Japanese typical details. The rupture index, representing the fracture potential, is used to evaluate the ductility of the connections at the critical location. The results show that the presence of a slab increases the beam strength, imposes constraint near the beam top flange, and consequently, induces concentrated deformation near the beam access hall, which reduces the ductility of the connection. The total deformation capacity of the connection depends not only on a beam but also on a column and panel zone.

  • 콘크리트 구조물의 골조공사에서의 주요 공정 중 하나인 거푸집 공사는 전체 건축공사의 공사기간 및 공사비 측면에서 상당 부분을 차지하고 있다. 하지만 공사현장의 조건을 고려한 거푸집의 적정시스템 선정은 현재까지 현장실무자의 경험에만 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 거푸집 공법 선정 요인에 대한 정량화된 분석을 바탕으로 슬래브 거푸집 중 신공법과 기존 공법을 선정하여 각 공법의 성능을 정량화된 분석데이터를 바탕으로 평가했다. 이를 통하여 각 공법들의 정성적 항목에 대한 정량화된 평가점수를 산출하여 슬래브 거푸집의 현장 적용성에 대한 평가 방안을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 사용된 델파이 기법의 방법론은 다른 공법들의 선정, 평가에도 사용될 것이라 사료된다.
