일개 병원 신입간호사의 기본심폐소생술 학습경험, 지식 및 수행능력에 관한 연구 (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Learning Experience, Knowledge, and Performance in Newly Graduated Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the learning experience, knowledge, and performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in newly graduated nurses, and to identify differences related to learning experience. Methods: The participants were 114 new nurses in the hospital. They were asked to complete a questionnaire, which included CPR learning experience. They were evaluated by a written test and a skill test using a manikin and check list. Results: All participants attended CPR lectures and underwent practice while in university. Only 12.28% of participants were taught by a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor. The mean scores of the written and skill tests were $79.82{\pm}12.69$ and $64.41{\pm}11.71$, respectively. The nurses lacked CPR knowledge related to checking breathing, the frequency of 30 chest compressions, compression rate, and automated external defibrillator use. They also lacked skill in performing CPR related to checking breathing and pulse and giving 2 breaths. CPR performance differed according to learning time (p=.047) and BLS educator (p=.029). Conclusion: The findings of this study reveal that CPR performance by newly graduated nurses is poor and suggest that CPR education by trained instructors, practice-based education, and reeducation programs must be provided to newly graduated nurses in the hospital.

균형성과평가(BSC)모델을 활용한 청년·고령자 고용상생기업의 경영성과측정 -일본의 사례분석을 중심으로- (A Study on Performance Measurement of Generational Diversity Company using Balanced Scorecard (BSC): The case of Japanese Companies)

  • 본 연구에서는, 기업 경영적 측면에서 청년 고령자 고용상생을 촉진하기 위한 구체적인 실천방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 세대 간 고용상생을 위해 적극적으로 노력하고 있는 일본 기업의 고용상생 전략과 경영성과를 분석하였다. 경영전략은 인사조직 전략, 생산전략, 기술개발 및 인재육성 전략으로 구분하여 분석하였고, 경영성과는 균형성과평가 모델(BSC)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 청년 고령자 고용상생기업의 경영전략을 분석한 결과, 대부분의 기업에서는 청년 고령근로자의 협업과 유연근무제 도입, 기술개발을 위한 교육 프로그램을 적극적으로 실시하고 있었다. 또한, 균형성과평가(BSC)를 활용하여 경영성과를 분석한 결과, 매출액 증가 및 원가절감(재무 관점), 신규 거래처 증가 및 시장점유율 확대(고객 관점)와 같은 재무적 성과를 달성하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 재무적 성과 외에도 제품 및 서비스 품질개선(내부프로세스 관점), 청년 고령근로자의 기술향상(학습과 성장 관점)과 같은 비재무적 성과를 달성하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 우리나라 기업의 청년 고령자 고용상생을 실천해 나가기 위한 구체적인 실천방안을 제시하였다.

흥분독성 소뇌손상 백서모델에서 운동기술학습이 균형 및 협응력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Motor Skill Learning on Balance and Coordination in Excitoxicity Induced Cerebellar Injury Model of Rat)

  • Purpose : This study is intended to examine the motor skill learning on balance and coordination in the cerebellar injured rats by 3AP. Methods : This study selected 60 Sprague-Dawley rats of 8 weeks. Experiment groups were divided into four groups and assigned 15 rats to each group. Group I was a normal control group(induced by saline); Group II was a experimental control group(cerebellar injured by 3AP); Group III was a group of motor skill learning after cerebellar injured by 3AP; Group IV was a group of treadmill exercise after cerebellar injured by 3AP. In each group, motor performance test, histologic observations, synaptophysin expression and electron microscopy observation were analyzed. Results : In motor performance test, the outcome of group II was significantly lower than the group III, IV(especially group III)(p<.001). In histological finding, the experimental groups were destroy of dendrities and nucleus of cerebellar neurons. Group III, IV were decreased in degeneration of cerebellar neurons(especially group III). In immunohistochemistric response of synaptophysin in cerebellar cortex, experimental groups were decreased than group I. Group III's expression of synaptophysin was more increased than group II, IV. In electron microscopy finding, the experimental groups were degenerated of Purkinje cell. Conclusion : These result suggest that improved motor performance by motor skill learning after harmaline induced is associated with dynamically altered expression of synaptophysin in cerebellar cortex and that is related with synaptic plasticity.

슈퍼바이저의 지식 및 기술 역량 연구 -IPA분석을 통한 사회복지관, 장애인복지관, 노인복지관 비교- (Knowledge and Skill Competence of Supervisor)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 슈퍼바이저 스스로가 인식하는 슈퍼바이저의 역량에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 사회복지관, 장애인복지관, 노인복지관 유형에 따라 비교 분석하고 이에 따라 슈퍼바이저의 역량을 향상시키기 위한 실행전략을 제안하는 것이다. 367부의 설문에 대한 t검증 결과, 슈퍼바이저에게 요구되는 14개 지식역량(t=30.545, p<.001)과 15개 기술역량(t=27.335, p<.001)에 대한 중요도와 실행도는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 IPA(중요도-실행도)분석 결과, 4개 영역(지속유지, 집중개선, 점차개선, 과잉)의 분포에 있어서 기관유형별로 차이가 나타남에 따라 이에 대한 실행전략을 제시하고 논의하였다.

인지 및 비인지적 요인이 임금에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Cognitive and Non-cognitive Skill on Wage Performance in Early Labor Market)

  • 본 논문에서는 한국고용정보원의 행정DB를 이용하여 인지능력과 비인지적 요인이 임금에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 개인의 인지능력으로는 적성검사(Aptitude Test Battery) 점수의 첫 번째 주성분을, 비인지적 요인은 성격 5요인(Big Five Personality Inventory) 점수를 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 인지능력과 비인지적 요인 중 성실성과 외향성이 임금수준에 긍정적 효과를 미치고, 그 유의성은 비교적 높았다. 본 연구에서 나타난 비인지 요인들에 대한 추정계수의 부호와 유의성 강도는 기존 심리학의 결론과 유사하였다. 한편 인지능력은 교육수준이 높을수록 임금수준에 대한 영향력이 더 커지는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 현상은 4년제 대학졸업자에서 강하게 작용하고 있었다.

의사소통 능력에 대한 학습성과 평개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of the Assessment System for the Program Outcomes on the Communication Skill Competence)

  • Professional communication skills in writing and speaking with multiple and complex audiences are required to engineers in society of modern technology. In this paper, we proposed the effective assessment system for the Program Outcomes on the communication skill competence(PO7), which is one of the 12 program outcomes stipulated by ABEEK (Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea). To ensure logical connectivity of the assessment system, we carefully selected the performance criteria by defining the core concept of "written communication" and "verbal communication". Based on the selected performance criteria, the whole process of creating assessment tools and rubrics was explained in detail. It can be expected that the assessment for the Program Outcomes on the communication skill competence would be more systematic by using the proposed assessment system.

간호학생을 위한 메타버스기반 활력징후측정과 피하주사 핵심간호술 콘텐츠 개발 및 효과 검증 (The development and effects of metaverse-based core nursing skill contents of vital signs measurements and subcutaneous injections for nursing students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Metaverse-based core nursing skill contents (CNSC) developed for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group was sampled with a non-synchronized design. Seventy-two participants (experimental group 34, control group 38) were recruited from May to June 2022 in Gwangju metropolitan city. The CNSC consisted of scenarios of vital sign measurements, and subcutaneous injections (including blood sugar tests). The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 for Windows. Results: At the completion of the CNSC, statistically differences were found between groups in knowledge of core nursing skills (t=6.20, p<.001), confidence in core nursing skills performance (t=5.71, p<.001), and clinical competency (t=3.32, p=.001). Conclusion: These results indicate that the CNSC developed for undergraduate nursing students is effective in improving knowledge of core nursing skills, confidence in core nursing skills performance, and clinical competency for nursing students.

배우의 무대불안극복을 위한 심리적 중재 프로그램 개발 및 고찰 (Development and Field Application of Psychological services to Decrease Stage-Anxiety of Actor)

  • 본 연구는 국내 최초로 배우를 대상으로 무대불안을 극복하기 위한 체계적인 심리기술훈련 프로그램을 구성하고, 이를 바탕으로 심리상담을 실시하여 그 현장 적용의 가능성과 효과성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직업극단 연기자로 활동하고 있는 배우 2명을 목적적 표본추출법으로 선정하였다. 심리기술훈련 프로그램을 크게 5단계 12회기로 구성하였으며, 기초 교육, 호흡 조절법, 점진적 이완법, 집단상담, 심박수 바이오피드백훈련, 자기집중훈련, 루틴훈련, 행동수정 및 자기강화훈련, 심상훈련 등으로 내용화되었다. 무대불안 극복을 위한 심리기술훈련과 상담을 적용한 결과, 신체적 인지적 상태불안요인 모두 훈련 적용 전보다는 긍정적인 변화를 보였으며, 내적 변화 역시 긍정적으로 유발되어 무대불안을 극복하는데 도움을 준 것으로 나타났다. 또한 배우의 자기발견, 배우와 배우간의 앙상블, 배우와 관객 사이의 교감 증진에 긍정적인 변화가 있었다. 결론적으로 배우의 무대불안 극복을 위한 심리기술훈련 및 상담은 현장 적용성과 효과성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Flow and Learning Emotions in Computer Education: An Empirical Survey

  • It is important to keep learners' feeling positive during learning to enhance learning performance. According to flow theory,challenge-skill balance is a precondition for flow experience: Learners feel anxiety when the challenge of learning is higher than their ability, feel boredom when the challenge of learning is lower than learners' ability, and engage in flow status when the challenge of learning matches the learners' ability. However, the current empirical study reveals that emotions related to enjoyment may appear when the learners' skill is equal to or higher than the learning challenge. Nevertheless, boredom emotion may appear when learners perceive the courses are difficult but unimportant. These empirical survey results revealed the necessary of rethinking the appearance of boredom and enjoyment emotions in computer education.

Effects of Occupational-based intervention on Chopsticks Skill in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • The intervention of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is limited research focus on the effect of occupational-based intervention. This study sought to determine the effect of occupational-based intervention of chopstick skills for children with ASD. This study included a total of 3 children with ASD.Using single-subject study design, a changing criterion design and ABC design were implemented. The participants' behavior was observed and recorded throughout each session. In this study, the results were analyzed through visual graphs. The amount of food that was moved using the chopsticks was gradually increased. The results show that all participants significantly improved in their ability to use chopsticks in each intervention session. In addition, Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS) improved the generalization. According to the AMPS, both the overall motor and process skills increased from baseline an average of 0.7 logit. The results of this study showed occupational-based intervention on chopsticks skill to be effective in acquisition and generalization of chopstick skill in children with ASD.
